        The Ti-Aluminide intermetallic compounds which used in the tumbler and planetary ball mill were fabricated by MA-SPS. The results are as follows. 1. The Planetary ball mill alloying time was shorter than the tumbler and the mainly produced phase after SPS was Ti_3Al phase. 2. The process which added N_2gas during mechanical alloying(MA) decreased mechanical alloying time and increased the yield ratio of alloying powders. 3. The density of sintered body nearly reached the theory density when SPS sintering temperature was over 1050℃ Therefore Ti-Aluminide intermetallic compounds could be produced.

        오프라인 프로그래밍을 이용한 스카라 로봇의 통합제어시스템 설계

        In this paper, we have developed a Window 98 version Off-Line Programming System which can simulate a Robot model in 3D Graphics space. The SCRA robot with four joints (AFRA SM5) was adopted as an objective model. Forward kinematics, inverse kinematics and robot dynamics modeling were in the developed program. The interface between users and the OLP system in the Window 98's GUI environment was also studied. The developing language is Microsoft Visual C++. Graphic libraries, OpenGL, by silicon Graphics, Inc. were utilized for 3D Graphics.

        Developed shape awareness technology and vision technology for optical lens slant in this research, and including external form state of lens for the performance verification, developed so that can be good, achieve badness finding. And, establish to existing reflex data because inputting surface badness degree of scratch's standard specification condition directly, and error designed to distinguish from product more than schedule error to badness product by normalcy product within schedule extent after calculate the error comparing actuality measurement reflex data and standard reflex data mutually. Developed system to smallest 1pixel unit though measuring is possible 1pixel as 3.7μm×3.7μm(0.1369×1O^(-4)mm²) the accuracy to 10^(-4)mm minutely measuring is possible performance verification and trust ability through an experiment prove.

      • 신경회로망을 이용한 지능형 로봇 제어 시스템 설계

        본 논문에서는 일반적으로 고정된 위치에서 검사하는 비젼 시스템이 아닌 카메라를 로봇의 말단효파부에 장착하여 렌덤하게 움직이는 물체를 추적하여 지능적으로 매니퓰레이터의 위치 및 속도를 제어하여 정확한 위치에 납땜 작업을 한 후 비젼 검사를 실시하는 로봇 비젼 시스템을 설계한다. 자동검사를 위한 비젼기술은 실시간 실현을 위해 디지털 신호 처리기를 사용한 새로운 고성능 비젼 알고리즘을 개발해서 S사의 전자부품 조립검사라인, 즉 카메라 조립검사라인에서 라인을 따라 흘러 들어오는 백커버(Back Cover)들을 정해진 위치를 따라 로봇을 이동하여 자동 인식한다. 인식된 백커버의 납땜상태를 다양한 위치 및 이동공정에서 대해서도 유연하게 검사를 자동으로 수행하고 품질기준 통과여부를 자동 판단할 수 있는, 이른바 다공정 제품의 형상인식 및 자동검사용 로봇 비젼 기술을 개발하기 위한 연구가 수행되었다. 그리고 제안된 로봇 비젼 시스템의 성능을 컴퓨터 시뮬레이션 및 실험을 통하여 S사의 조립라인중 5번 Cell의 유사공정을 모델링하여 그에 대한 유사한 실험을 통해 그 신뢰성을 입증하고자 한다. In this paper, we have proposed a new approach to the design of robot vision system to develop the technology for the automatic test and assembling of precision mechanical and electronic parts for the factory automation. In order to perform real time implementation of the automatic assembling tasks in the complex processes, we have developed an intelligent control algorithm based-on neural networks control theory to enhance the precise motion control. Implementing of the automatic test tasks has been performed by the real-time vision algorithm based-on TMS320C31 DSPs. It distinguishes correctly the difference between the acceptable and unacceptable defective item through pattern recognition of parts by the developed vision algorithm. Finally, the performance of proposed robot vision system has been illustrated by experiment for the similar model of fifth cell among the twelve cell for automatic test and assembling in S company.

      • 로봇 매니퓰레이터의 시각구동제어

        The equipment of industrial robot in manufacturing and assembly lines has rapidly increased. In order to achieve high productivity and flexibility, it becomes very important to develop the visual feedback control system with Off-Line Programming System(OLPS). We can save much efforts and time in adjusting robots to newly defined workcells by using OLPS. A proposed visual calibration scheme is based on position-based visual feedback. The calibration program firstly generates predicted images of objects in an assumed end-effector position. The process to generate predicted images consists of projection to screen-coordinates, visible range test, and construction of simple silhouette figures. Then, camera images acquired are compared with predicted ones for updating position and orientation data. Computation of error is very simple because the scheme is based on perspective projection, which can be also expanded to experimental results. Computation time can be extremely reduced because the proposed method does not require the precise calculation of tree-dimensional object data and image Jacobian.

        아침식사 여부에 따른 쌀음식 섭취 형태 및 선택 : 경기지역 아침출근자를 중심으로

        Carbohydrate intake is decreasing along with the reduction of rice consumption among the Korean population. There is an increasing trend of diet-related degenerative diseases with the increased consumption of animal food, and therefore, the increase of animal food intake can be considered as one of causes of the diet-related disease. The objective of this study is to investigate the differences in rice preference and breakfast patterns between the subjects have breakfast regularly and those skipping it. One thousand participants were selected by the stratified sample method from the primary, middle, high school and college, and company workers from 24 cities of Kyeonggi-do. The interviewing procedure was carried by regional home extension workers. Approximately half participants (49.9%) were under the age of 20. Although 86% of the subjects considered eating breakfast good for health. only 46.4% of the subjects had breakfast regularly (HB). The rest of them skipped breakfast (SB) more than twice a week. The proportion of subjects having no breakfast were 9.3% of male and 12.2% of female subjects. The main reason for not having breakfast was due to the limited time. for their breakfast 85% of the HB ate boiled rice with the side dishes. More subjects in SB (27.8%) preferred the boiled rice with various grains for breakfast than those of HB (21.8%). The subjects in HB (65.5%) preferred boiled plein rice more than those of SB (56.9%). In cases they must have breakfast, 47.7% of the subjects wanted rice with the side dishes, 24.2% preferred rice ball or rice roll with laver, 10.5% preferred a rice beverage. More subjects in HB (59.8%) wanted rice with side dishes than those in SB (36.9%). It was found out that selecting rice at the breakfast is still the main choice. Diverse ready-to-eat rice menus have to be developed to increase the rice consumption, specially to increase breakfast eating frequencies of SB through saving time and effort.

      • 한국인 영양권장량의 산정 기준에 관한 고찰 : Comparative study of Korean recommended dietary allowances with Japanese dietary allowances and American recommended dietary allowance 일본인 영양소요량 및 미국인 영양권장량과의 비교 검토

        This paper is a comparison of Korean Recommended Dietary Allowances (RDA) with Japanese Dietary Allowances and American RDA to investigate some bases for estimation of Korean RDA and to suggest what data are necessary for revision of Korean RDA. More precise data of nutrient requirements from physiological, environmental, and nutritional studies on Korean subjects are needed to establish Korean RDA. That is; mean values and data on the growth of body size in age group are fundamental to establish Korean reference body size. For establishing RDA for energy, changes of energy need for basal metabolism and physical activity and daily activity time allotments according to changes of korean living condition are fundamental. For establishing RDA for protein, obligatory nitrogen losses of an adult and efficiency of utilization of protein in Korean diet are needed. For vitamins, the data of the blood level, urinary excretion and related enzyme activity are significant. For minerals, minumum requirement of maintenance and availability of dietary minerals should be studied. More experimental data about growth factors; the changes of body composition and the storage of nutrients (especially protein and minerals) are fundamental for infants, children, and adolescences. For pregnant woman, the more accurate data of the nutrient requirements in change of physiological condition in a pregnant woman herself, weight gain of fetus and growth of organs according to fetal age, and body composition of fetus and fetal appendage are necessary. In lactating woman, daily milk production, composition of milk, and changes of these two being caused by lactating environment should be investigated. In environmental aspects, stress, climate, and safty level, etc. should be studied, too.
