        한약과 와파린 병용의 상호작용과 안전성에 대한 연구

        Objectives: The purpose of this study is to investigate interaction and safety in administering herb-medicine with warfarin. Methods :For this study, we selected 19 patients who have been taking warfarin, from the ones that have been transferred from western hospital to oriental hospital. During their stay in the oriental hospital, we gave herb-medicine in addition to warfarin. Then we gathered informations and data on sex, age, main indications, and International Normalized Ratio(INR) values of selected patients through Electronic Medical Records(EMR) of Dong-Guk university hospital. Accordingly, we compiled all of the above data for a period of 10 days prior and 10 days post admission(western hospital period and oriental hospital period, respectively)Results and Conclusions :The statistical analysis of the data have revealed that there was no significant change of INR values after giving herb-medicine with warfarin(p=0.586). The result shows that administration of herb-medicine with warfarin is safe and has little drug interaction. However, this study was carried out on small sample size and the interaction with other drugs and various kinds of herb-medicine was not considered. Although we attained a restrictive result from this study, we are able to suggest the safety about co-administration of herb-medicine and warfarin.

        우리나라에서 솔껍질깍지벌레의 분포확산

        솔껍질깍지벌레는 우리나라 곰솔림의 주요한 해충의 하나이다. 본 연구는 우리나라에서 솔껍질깍지벌레의 분포를 알아보기 위하여 7개도 3개 광역시, 91개 시군구, 686 읍면동의 해송림에서 2010년 밀도를 조사하였다. 5개도 2개 광역시에서 솔껍질깍지벌레가 서식하고 있었는데 시군구별로는 조사대상의 64.8%인 59개 시군구에서 서식이 확인되었다. 솔껍질깍지벌레의 분포는 남해안 전역과 동해안의 포항, 서해안의 충남 보령지역까지 분포하였다. 충북과 대전광역시 및 제주도에서는 솔껍질깍지벌레의 분포가 확인되지 않았다. 부산지역은 16곳의 모든 구에서 솔껍질깍지벌레가 분포하였고, 시군 단위에서는 전남 해남군의 솔껍질깍지벌레 평균밀도가 1.713마리/0.785 $cm^2$로 가장 높았으며 읍면동 단위에서는 해남군 송지면이 6.36마리/0.785 $cm^2$로 가장 높았다. 곰솔 가지 내의 솔껍질깍지벌레 밀도와 솔껍질깍지벌레가 서식하고 있는 빈도와는 높은 상관관계가 있었다(상관계수=0.89). The black pine bast scale, $Masucoccus$ $thunbergianae$ (Hemiptera: Margarodidae), is a serious pest of the Japanese black pine, $Pinus$ $thunbergii$, in Korea. The distribution of the black pine bast scale was examined, looking overall at 686 towns (eup), townships (myeon) or neighborhoods (dong). There were Japanese black pine ($Pinus$ $thunbergii$) forests in 91 cities, counties (gun) and borough (gu), in seven provinces and three metropolitan cities during 2010. Black pine bast scale were found in 64.8% of cities or counties or borough (59) in 7 provinces and 3 metropolitan cities, and were distributed in all South Costal regions, Pohang in East Costal region and Boryeong in West Costal region. Chungcheongbukdo, Daejeon and Jeju did not have black pine bast scale. All the gu regions in Busan had black pine bast scale, of which the area with the highest prevalence was Haenam in Jeollanamdo (1.713 crawlers/0.785 $cm^2$). Songji-myeon had the highest occurrence rate (6.36 crawlers/0.785 $cm^2$) from the towns, township and dong. The density of black pine bast scale in twigs was highly correlated with percentage of the sample with scale (Correlation coefficacy=0.89).

        Lidocaine과 Diazepam이 흰쥐 뇌 부위별 5-Hydroxytryptamine 및 5-Hydroxyindole 3-Acetic Acid 농도에 미치는 영향에 관한 연구

        We tried to clarify the role of serotonergic neurons in lidocaine-induced convulsion and in the anticonvulsant action of diazepam. Fifty Sprague-Dawley rats were grouped in 4 groups and two injections were made in 10 minute-interval to each group. Saline and saline (saline control), saline and lidocaine 70㎎/㎏(lidocaine group), diazepam 5㎎/㎏ and saline(diazepam group) or diazepam 5㎎/㎏ and lidocaine 70㎎/㎏(dz+lido group)were administered intraperitoneally and the rats were sacrificed at 3, 6 or 12minute after second injection. 5-HT and 5-HIAA concentration in the brain tissue was measured by HPLC-EC detection method and the 5-HIAA/5-HT ratio was calculated. The results were as follows : 1. The concentrations of 5-HT and 5-HIAA were significantly increased in hippocampus and in medulla and pons by the administration of lidocaine and the 5-HIAA/5-HT ratio was increased in hippocampus and in amygdala. 2. By the pretreatment with diazepam the increase in 5-HIAA/5-HT ratio by lidocaine was reversed in all regions examined and the concentrations of the 5-HT and 5-HIAA were increased when compared with saline control. 3. Diazepam increased the concentrations of 5-HT and 5-HIAA in all regions examined and the increase was significant in medulla and pons at 6 minutes and in amygdala and hippocampus at 12 minute. The 5-HIAA/5-HT ratio was somewhat higher than dz+lido group and saline control group but somewhat lower than lidocaine group.

        가연성물질의 인화점에 관한 연구 : 용액론에 의한 3성분계의 인화점 예측을 중심으로

        인화점은 가연성물질의 화재 및 폭발의 잠재위험성를 결정하는 데 가장 중요한 기초적인 특성치 가운데 하나이다. 인화점의 구분은 혼합용제를 구성하는 가연성액체를 안전하게 취급하기 위해서 매우 중요하다. 모든 인화점 거동의 기초는 증기압과 폭발한계이다. 가연성혼합용제의 인화점은 라울의 법칙, 달톤의 법칙, 르샤틀리에 법칙 그리고 활동도계수 모델을 사용함으로서 계산할 수 있다. 본 연구에서는 가연성 3성분계의 하부인화점의 문헌값을 라울의 법칙과 MRSM모델을 의해 계산된 값과 비교하였다. 3성분계의 하부인화점의 자료는 라울의 법칙과 MRSM모델에 의해 예측된 값과 거의 일치하였다. 제시한 방법론에 의해 가연성혼합용제의 인화점 실험자료의 신뢰도를 평가하는 것이 가능하다. The flash points are one of the most important fundamental properties used to determine the potential for fire and explosion hazards of flammable substances. A classification of the flash points is important for the safe handling of flammable liquids which constitute the solvent mixtures. Basic to all flash points behavior are vapor pressure and explosive limits(lower explosive limit and upper explosive limit). The flash points of flammable solvent mixtures can be calculated with the appropriate use of the fundamental laws of Raoult, Dalton, Le Chatelier and activity coefficient models. In this study, the reference values of lower flash points were compared with the calculated values by using Raoult's law and MRSM(modified response surface methodology) model. The lower flash points were in agreement with the predicted by Raoult's law and MRSM model. By means of this methodology, it is possible to evaluate reliability of experimental data of the flash points of the flammable mixtures.         We have calculated the irradiance distribution function of diffraction for a regularly triangular aperture and obtained the diffraction pattern by the com-puter simulation. Also the diffraction pattern has been observed by the Fraunhofer diffraction experiment. From these results we find that the distribution of diffraction has three symmetric axes and the diffraction pattern in each axes has an alternating bright and dark fringes like the pattern of a single slit.

        밀폐계 측정장치를 이용한 물-노말프로판올 계의 인화점

        The Flash Point is one of the most important combustible properties used to determine the potential for fire and explosion hazards of chemical materials. An accurate knowledge of the flash point is important in developing appropriated preventive and control measures in industrial fire protection. The lower flash points for the Water + n-Propanol systems were measured by using Pensky-Martens closed cup tester. The experimental data were compared with the values calculated by the laws of Raoult and van Laar equation. The calculated values based on the van Laar equation were found to be better than those based on the Raoult's law.

        Tag식 개방계 장치를 이용한 알콜류의 인화점 및 연소점 측정

        The flash point is one of the most important combustible properties used to determine the potential for the fire and explosion hazards of industrial material and the fire point is the temperature of the flammable liquid at which there will be flaming combustion, sustained 5 seconds in response to the pilot flame. In this study, the flash point and fire point were measured to present raw data of the flammable risk assessment for alcohols, using Tag open-cup apparatus(ASTM D 1310-86). The measured values were compared with the calculated values based on 0.78 times stoichiometric concentration. The values calculated by the proposed equations were in good agreement with the measured values.
