        The Internet of Things, the core of the Fourth Industrial Revolution, is growing by applying various technologies to various fields. Among them, smart home systems that apply IoT technology to home environments are actively being researched, and the home hub market, which is a communication medium for smart homes, is also developing at the same time. However, the security damage from cyber attacks, which are vulnerabilities in IoT technology, is also increasing in proportion to these developments. In this paper, mirror is implemented as an IoT service hub. It can be used in any space where a mirror is installed, and gesture recognition allows control of existing infrared-based devices as well as certain compatible devices. In addition, the system to solve security problems was implemented by applying AES algorithms between all data communications.

      • 한국산 붕어(Carassius auratus)의 초기생활사

        The egg development and morphological development of larvae and juveniles of crucian carp, Carassius auratus (Linnaeus) caught at Bosung River, Chollanam-do, in April to June, 1999 were investigated in the laboratory, Yosu National University. In the spawning season, the nuptial organ was appeared on the opercular region and under region of eye, pectoral fin, ventral fin and lateral line. The egg was transparent of yellowish brown color, demersal of adhesive and sperical in shape, measuring 1.49∼1.63㎜ (mean 1.57㎜, n=50) in diameter. The first hatching was occured in 75 hours 10 minutes after fertilization in water temperature 18.3∼21.7℃. Newly hatched larvae attained mean 4.28㎜ had a big yolk sac and their mouth, and anus were not opened yet. At 5 days after hatching, the larvae attained mean 5.34㎜ and the yolk sac was almost absorded. At 13 days after hatching, the larvae attained mean 7.21㎜. The caudal notocord was flexed 45°upward, and they reached post larvae stage. At 31 days after hatching, the larvae, mean 14.68㎜ in TL reached the juvenile stage with all of the fins formed with complete set of the fin rays (D. ⅩII-11∼15; A. Ⅲ-5∼6; P. 15∼16; V. 1-8).

        혈우병 소견을 가진 뇌출혈 환자 치험(治驗) 1례(例)

        Objective : Hemophilia, a genetically determined disorder, is characterized by abnormality of the coagulation mechanism due to functional deficiency of a specific factor, namely VIII or IX. In this study, the effect of Dong-Si acupuncture therapy on the cerebral hemorrhage patient with hemophilia was evaluated. Methods : We treated him with acupuncture by stimulating Dong-Si acupuncture point(Yuk Wan) and assessed the effect by using manual dynamic evaluation of MRC(Medical Research Council) and Modified Barthel Index. Results : After treatment, the bleeding tendency was grossly reduced and bleeding lesion was absorbed gradually. And manual dynamic evaluation of the upper extremity increased from 4 grade to 5 grade. Conclusions : This result suggest that Dong-Si acupuncture therapy on the cerebral hemorrhage patient with hemophilia was effective. And futher studies are required to concretely prove the effectiveness of Dong-Si acupuncture therapy for treating hemorrhagic diseases.

        Coefficient incapability time of thyroid gland intake that use ^(99m)Tc, ^(123)I, ^(131)I research about under the influence of property and the revision method. Work that measure the thyroid gland intake rate and examine thyroid gland function using number of flash meter of radionuclide and Nal(TI) crystallization is the most fundamental and important test in nuclear medicine. Iodin freight of these thyroid gland function test is captured and bases to concept that is stored by thyroid gland. Thyroid gland intake rate of radionuclide in thyroid gland function test is influenced greatly depending on coefficient incapability time of thyroid gland intake. It by effect of coefficient incapability time non-linear by it because can give difficulty to drop correct diagnosis because take count longevity to be less actuality Counts more be Radioactivity iodin intake rate of thyroid gland (secession coefficient of neck - secession coefficient of femoral region) / by (standard time fare secession coefficient - back radioactivity) ×lOO define earched his revision methods after use ^(99m)Tc, ^(123)I, ^(131)I and Lucite cylindrical phantom(human body and neck form of resentment style Phantom that consist to almost resemblant component parts) in this experiment and study special qualitys of coefficient incapability time of thyroid gland intake.

      • 딥러닝 기반 사용자 최적화 스마트 홈 시스템

        With the 4th industrial revolution IT technologies such as AI and IoT lead the era and AIoT technologies that combine them are currently developing. This paper develops user-optimized smart home system based on deep learning and supplements the security vulnerabilities of IoT services with AES encryption algorithms. The proposed system by this paper implements a deep learning model to learn, predict and provide user-optimized temperatures according to the current temperature and humidity and location. The state of the smart home is divided into automatic and manual and when in automatic mode the cooling and heating system is operated by predicting the user-optimized temperature according to the current temperature, humidity data and the user's location in real time. The smart home proposed by this paper not only increases user convenience but also enables efficient energy management.

      • 관절경을 이용한 전방 십자인대 재건술: : Two Tunnel Method와 One Tunnel Method의 비교 Comparison of Two Tunnel Method with One Tunnel Method

        저자들은 1988년 3월부터 1994년 9월까지 진구성 방전십자인대 손상에 대하여 관절경하에서 슬개골-건-골을 이용하여 재건술을 시행한 환자중 1년이상 추시가 가능했던 30례의 환자를 대상으로 결과를 분석하여 다음과 같은 결과를 얻었다. 1) 남자가 많았고 30대가 가장 많았다. 2) 가장 많은 손상 원인은 교통사고였으며 17명의 환자에서 동반손상이 있었다. 3) 수상후 수술까지의 기간은 평균 9개월이었고 3개월부터 18개월까지 고른 분포를 보였다. 4) 가장 많은 동반손상은 내측부 인대 파열이었고 다음은 내측부 반월판 손상이었다. 5) 환자의 임상적 평가는 Lysholm knee scoring scale을 사용하였다. Two tunnel군에서는 최종 평가시 79%에서 양호 이상의 소견을 보였고, One tunnel 군에서는 81%에서 양호 이상의 소견을 보였다. 6) 10명의 환자에서 추시관절경을 시행하였으며 관절경 소견상 이식거늬의 생착과정을 확인할 수 있었다. 저자들은 관절경하에서 슬개골-건-골을 이용한 선방 십자인대 재건술을 시행하여 양호한 결과를 얻었고 향후 장기 추시가 필요할 것으로 사료되며 두 가지 수술 방법에 따른 뚜렷한 차이는 없었다. 또한 추시 관절경 검사는 이식건의 성숙 과정을 관찰하고 환자의 재활치료에 방침을 정하기 위해 필요하리라고 사료된다. Recent Arthroscopic ACL reconstruction methods have been developed as a technical solution to achieve proper positioning of the graft. In this study, ACL tear were treated with BTB autograft using either arthroscopic two tunnel method or one tunnel method. We analyzed the 30 cases who had taken the reconstruction surgery of ACL from March 1988 to September 1994. The results were as follows. In the two tunnel group, 79%(15 patients) were estimated as exellent or good result and 81%(9 patients) in the One tunnel group. Follow-up arthroscopy was perfomed to observe the maturation process of the graft in 10 cases. There was no clinical differences between two groups.

      • 컨테이너 크레인이 위치제어 및 흔들림 억제를 위한 GA-퍼지 제어기 설계

        In this paper, we design a GA-fuzzy controller for position control and anti-swing at the destination point. Applied genetic algorithm is used to complement the demerit such as the difficulty of the component selection of fuzzy controller, namely, scaling factor, membership function and control rules. Lagrange equation is used to represent the motion equation of trolley and load in order to obtain mathematical modelling. Simulation results show that the proposed control technique is superior to a conventional optimal control in destination point moving and modification.

      • 특별직교이방성 적층판의 강성매트릭스에 관한 연구

        The use of a layering technique in stiffness matrix for specially orthotropic laminated plates is introduced. Stack of simple four-node plane stress and Mindlin plate elements is used to compute laminated elements subject to membrane and bending loads. Laminated plates among the various structural forms using composite materials have been generally used but,it is difficult to apply classical theory to these anisotropic materials because of existing stretching-shearing,bending-shearing,stretching-twisting coupling,e.t.c. Therefore, the investigation of stiffness matrix about laminated plates with various stacking sequences and fiber orientations is conducted in this paper.

      • 관상동맥질환을 동반한 모야모야병 1례

        Moyamoya disease is an occlusive intracranial arteriopathy with an abnormal cerebral vascular collateral networks. Although this disease is known to be associated with stenosis of extracranial arteries, such as the renal artery, a case associated with stenosis of the coronary artery is extremely rare. We report a case of coronary artery occlusive disease affected by Moyamoya disease. The patient was a 38-year-old female experiencing intermittent headache and exer tional chest pain. Cerebral MRI showed complete obstruction of both internal carotid arteries and abnormal cerebrovascular systems which confirmed Moyamoya disease. Coronary angiography showed a significant stenosis of left anterior descending coronary artery ostium with TIMI grade I collateral blood flow from the normal right coronary artery. After coronary artery stenting and medical treatment for headache, her subjective symptoms were relieved. In Moyamoya patient, an evaluation of the extracranial (especially coronary artery) vascular system should be considered if there are some evidences of coronary artery disease.
