대전대학교 일대 용운동지역은 해발 130m-317m로서 지리적으로는 북위 36° 19′ 30″-36° 21′ 30″, 동경 127° 27′ 30″-127° 28′ 30″에 위치하며, 남쪽으로는 식장산, 북쪽으로는 계족산이 위치한다. 1998년 4월부터 2001년 5월까지 본 지역의 관속식물을 채집 ? 조사한 결과 조사지역내에 분포하는 관속식물은 1문, 2아문, 4강, 35목, 94과, 291속, 431종, 1아종, 73변종, 10품종, 2잡종 등 총 517분류군으로 나타났다. 조사지역내 우리나라 특산식물은 4과, 6속 등 총 6분류군으로 조사지역내 분포하는 517분류군중 약 1.16%에 이르며, Polygonatum lasianthum var, coreanum Nakai, Forsythia koeana Nakai, Syringa dilatata Nakai, Paulownia coreana Uyeki, Sambucus latipinna Nakai, Weigela subsessilis L.H Bailey이다 . 또한 귀화식물은 17과, 38속, 44종, 2변종 등 총 46분류군으로 조사지역내 전체 출현종 517분류군의 8.9%에 달하며, 우리나라 전체 귀화식물종 177분류군의 26%이다. The investigated area including Daejeon Universi쇼 is 130 - 317 meter above the sea level and located at 3” 19’ 30” - 36“21‘ 30” N in latitude, at 127‘ 27’ 30” - 127' 28' 30" E in longitude, and on the northern border of Mt. Shikjangsan and on the southbound of Mt. Gyejoksan, Daejeon. The results of vascular plant collection and their investigation from April in 1998 to May in 2001 are as follows: The vascular plants collected and investigated consist of total 517 taxa; 2 hybrids, 10 forms, 73 varieties, 1 subspecies. 431 species, 291 genera, 94 families, 35 orders, 4 classes, 2 subphyla. In this area the Korean endemic plants are 6 taxa (1.16% among total 517 taxa): Polygonaturn Iasianthum var. coreanum Nakai, Forsythia koreana Nakai, Syringa dilatata Nakai, Paulownia coreana Uyeki, Sambucus latipinna Nakai and Weigela subsessilis L.H. Bailey. Also. the naturalized plants are 46 taxa (8.9% among total 521 taxa and 26% among the total naturalized plants in Korea).

When rails or roads are being extended or installed, it is possible that sloped areas needs banking. If soft grounds are near by sloped areas, the loads of banked slopes can be transmitted to soft grounds and collapse might occur due to base failure. In order to prevent base failure, counterweight fill can be applied on top of banked slopes. In this case, the in-situ ground of the banked slope must be horizontal in order to decide the size of counterweight fill. However, there are more cases that bank must take place on top of slope. In this case, the body force that was banked on top of the slope is different, compared to when banked on horizontal ground. Therefore, size can not be decided by the established method. Therefore, this study is to present ways to decide the size counterweight fill when applied to slope by using the angle of in-situ ground.

Many Essays and works have been published to explain and evaluate T. S. Eliot's world of poetry clearly, but only a few critics and scholars have acknowledge the Indian themes reflected in his poetry. Some words and a passage are more or less explicitly quated from Hindu and Biddhist literature. In this paper, I have made an attempt to elucidate his literary world focusing on Indian Philosophies with a special reference to Buddhism reflected in his poetry. This paper compares the still point in Eliot's poetry with the Third Noble Truth, nirvana, and the Eightfold Path in Buddhism. The Third Noble Truth affirms that this dukkha-characterized life can be brought to an end ; that there is a way out of the apparently endless repeated cycle, and that another kind of life is possible, namely nirvana. The Fourth Noble Truth points to the means by which this freedom, this new life, can be achieved, that is, the 'way' of the Buddha, Eightfold Path. The word which corresponds to the Buddhist nirvana is the still point in Four Quartets. I believe is to arrive at nirvana, that is, the still point, in the world. His literary world cannot be properly understood without a consideration of the influence he received from the Indian philosophies, especially Buddhism.

두부의 저장성 향상을 위해 보존료를 첨가하여 저장중 두부의 미생물상과 이화학적 변화를 검토하였다. 보존료 첨가에 의한 두부의 기호도 변화는 큰 차이가 없었으며 부패가 진행될 수록 적정산도와 amino태 및 ammonia태 질소량은 증가하였다. 두부는 acetic acid로 응고시키는 것이 CaCl₂보다 보존료에 의한 저장성 향상에 효과적이어서, acetic acid에 0.05% K-sorbate와 3% NaCl을 혼합첨가한 구는 저장중 이화학적 변화 및 호기성, 혐기성 세균수가 ?? cell/g수준인 점을 고려해 볼 때 30℃에서 48시간까지 저장이 가능하였다. In order to improve the shelf life of Tofu, the effects of preservatives on Tofu were investigated for microbiol and physicochemical changes during its storage. The sensory evaluation was not deteriorated by preservatives (0.05% K-sorbates). According to the progression of spoliage of Tofu, titratable acidity, and amino and ammonia nitrogen contents were increased. The effect of chemical preservatives on the shelf life of Tofu was shown to be stronger in the Tofu by acetic acid than in that by CaCl₂. The presence of 0. 05% K-sorbate and 3% NaCl as a preservative in Tofu by acetic acid extended it's shelf life upto 48 hrs at 30℃.

센서의 안정도와 감도를 개선시킬 수 있는 단일전극을 가진 열선형 마이크로 가스센서를 제작하였다. 일반적으로, 금속산화물 반도체를 이용한 가스센서는 히터전극과 감지전극의 두 개의 전극을 가지고 있다. 제작된 센서는 히터전극위에 감지물질을 형성하여 단일 전극을 가지는 구조를 가지고 있다. 히터와 감지전극으로 사용되는 Pt는 glass 기판위에 스퍼터링법으로 형성하였으며, SnO_2 감지물질은 제작된 Pt 전극위에 열증착시켜 형성하였다. SnO_2막은 lift-off 공정을 이용해서 패턴을 형성하고 1시간 동안 산소분위기에서 열산화하였다. 제작된 소자의 크기는 1.92x.1 mm^2 이다. CO 가스에 대한 감지특성을 조사한 결과 1,000 ppm에 대해 100 mV의 출력변화를 나타내었으며, 넓은 농도범위(0 ~ 10,000 ppm에서 선형적인 전압출력을 나타내었다. 또한 가스 반응 전과 반응 후의 전압출력을 비교해 볼 때, 1 % 이내의 편차를 나타내는 우수한 회복성을 나타내었다. Micro gas sensor with single electrode was proposed for improving stability and sensitivity, Generally, metal oxide gas sensors have two electrodes for heating and sensing. This fabricated new type sensor have only a single electrode by forming a sensing material onto heating electrode. Pt as a heating and sensing electrode was sputtered on glass and a SnO_2 sensing material was thermally evaporated on Pt electrode. SnO_2 was patterned by lift-off process and then thermally oxidized in O_2 condition for 1 hr., 600 ℃. The size fabricated sensor was 1.9 x 2.1 mm^2. As a result of CO gas sensing characteristics, this sensor showed 100 mV change for 1,000 ppm and linearlity for wide range(0 ~ 10,000 ppm) of gas concentrations. And the sensor shows a good recovery characteristics of 1 % deviation compared to initial resistance.
