본 연구는 신포동 젠트리피케이션 현상에 관한 연구이다. 인천의 중심지였던 신포동 지역은 1985년 시청 및 공공시설이 구월동으로 이전하고 인천시의 대규모 도시개발정착에 따라 낙후된 지역으로 변해갔다. 그러나 2008년부터 교육서비스업종, 창작 및 예술, 협회 및 단체 업종의 종사자 수를 보면 신포동이 다른 주변지역(연안동, 동인천동, 북성동)보다 크게 증가하고 있다. 같은 시기 신포동의 인구의 수는 계속 감소하는 반면에 부동산업, 교육서비스업종, 창작예술업종, 문화예술인들이 카페 등으로 등록하는 휴게음식점 종사자는 증가하고 있다. 중구지역 지가변동은 2008년부터 2012년 까지 감소하다가 2013년부터 증가한다. 2013년부터 지가변동율이 증가하자 휴게음식점업종 및 창작예술업종이 감소하고 있다. 연구 결과를 종합해보면 신포동의 인구의 수는 계속 감소하는 반면에 부동산업, 교육서비스업종, 창작예술업종, 휴게음식점 종사자의 증가하고 있으며, 2013년부터 지가변동율이 증가하자 휴게음식점업종 및 창작예술업종이 감소한다. 신포동은 2013년을 기점으로 젠트리피케이션 단계로 진입한 것으로 파악된다. This study is a study on the phenomenon of gentrification phenomena in Shinpo - dong. The Shinpodong area, which was the center of Incheon, was moved to Guwol-dong in 1985 when the city and public facilities were moved to Incheon. However, since 2008, the number of employees in the education service industry, creative arts, arts, associations and organizations has increased sharply compared to other surrounding areas (coastal dong, Dongchun-dong, and north-east). At the same time, the number of population in Shinpo - dong continues to decline, while the number of resting restaurants that real estate, educational service, creative arts, and cultural artists are registered as cafes is increasing. The fluctuation of Jungang area land prices will decrease from 2008 to 2012, but it will increase from 2013. As the land price volatility has increased since 2013, the rest restaurants and creative arts industries are declining. According to the results of the study, the number of population in Shinpo - dong continues to decrease, while the number of real estate, educational service, creative arts and resting restaurants are increasing, and the rate of change in land prices has increased since 2013. Shinpodong appears to have entered the gentrification phase starting in 2013.

The purpose of this study is to investigate the characteristics of the building materials used for the housing in the urban squatter settlement. We chose Songhyun-Dong rehabilitation project started in the city of Incheon in 2000 according to the government program of housing amelioration scheme for the deteriorated low-income settlement area Detailed survey data of the physical situation of the area made for the project were examined and processed to scrutinize the traits of materials employed for the original houses. The result is given according to the location of the housing and type of plan, elevation, structure, and roof shape of the houses.
도시근교 관광지에서의 쓰레기 배출특성에 관한 조사연구 : The Gu-Gok Falls in Summer Season 하절기 구곡폭포를 중심으로

This investigation was carried out ot study on the generation property, management and separate collection rate of solid waste in the Gu-Gok Falls. Generation rate of solid waste was 80.785kg/day and unit waste generation rates was 65.55g/dayㆍtourist one person. Physical component of solid waste were garbage 46%, papers 20%, empty bottles 10%, respectively. A plan is required to decrease generation rate of garbage waste, As result to investigate separated garbage can, papers and can were separated more than 60%. But empty bottles and scrap iron were separated less than 50%. P.E.T, steel can, aluminum can and empty bottles were 20% of total generation rate, and profit of reuse is ₩700,800/year.

Tofisopam is a new type of tranquilizer valuable for the relief of anxiety and tension in a wide range of emotional disorders. Tofisopam has the therapeutic characteristics of a minor tranquilzer and a mild stimulatory effect. The purpose of the present study was to evaluate the bioequivalence of two tofisopam tablets, Grandaxin^TM (Hwan In Pharmaceutical Co., Ltd.) and Tofim^TM (Kyung Dong Pharmaceutical Co., Ltd.), according to the guidelines of Korea Food and Drug Administration (KFDA). Eighteen normal male volunteers, 23.11±2.83 years in age and 65.43±7.64 kg in body weight, were divided into two groups and a randomized 2×2 cross-over study was employed. After one tablet containing 50 mg of tofisopam was orally administered, blood was taken at predetermined time intervals and the concentrations of tofisopam in serum were determined using HPLC method with UV detector. The pharmacokinetic parameters such as AUC_t C_max and T_max were calculated and ANOVA test was utilized for the statistical analysis of the parameters. The results showed that the differences in AUC_t C_max and T_max between two tablets based on the Grandaxin^TM were -5.59%, 2.22% and -13.18%, respectively. Minimum detectable differences (Δ) at α=0.10 and 1-β=0.8 were less than 20% (e.g., 14.95% and 19.34% for AUC_t and C_max respectively). The powers (1-β) at α=0.10, Δ=0.2 for AUC_t and C_max were 95.21% and 81.93%, respectively. The 90% confidence intervals were within ±20% (e.g., -15.64∼4.45 and -10.77∼15.21 for AUC_t and C_max respectively). Two parameters met the criteria of KFDA for bioequivalence, indicating that Tofim^TM tablet is bioequivalent to Grandaxin^TM tablet.

The Survey of Dust Levels in Tunnels Located in Busan Metropolitan City

To evaluate the antitum or activity and immune response Bujungikgibang(BJ1GB) studies were done experimentally. The results were obtained as follows: 1. BJIGB extracts exhibited a weak cytotoxicity against SK-OV-3, and SK-MEL-2 cell lines. While it showed cytotoxicity against B16-Fl0 cell line up to 30% of control at concentration of 0.5 mg/ml. 2. BJIGB extracts significantly showed inhibitoty effect on DNA topoisomerase 1 from calf thymus in a dose-dependant manner. 3. BJIGB extracts showed antiadhesive rates against A549, at 30% at 0.5 mg/ml, 60% at 1 mg/ml 4. BJIGB extracts inhibited CAM angiogenesis up to 60%. 5. BJIGB extracts prolonged life span of ICR mice bearing S-180 sarcoma cells up to 130.5%. 6. In FACS analysis, the population of helper T cell was increased weakly, while cytotoxity T cell was decreased insignificantly. 7. The production of nitric oxide in RAW cell stimulated by LPS was incresed at 0.5mg/ml or more in dose dependant fashion as compared with control. 8. Proliferation rate of splenocyte was increased at 0.5mg/ml or more a dose dependant fashion as compared with control. These results suggested that BJIGB extracts might be usefully applied for treatement of cancer and also it was nesessary to do more studies about its mechnisms.
