        CrossFit Training과 Weight Training의 체형, 체력 및 혈중지질의 비교

        The purpose of this study was to investigate the effects of crossfit and weight training program on somatotype, physical fitness, maximum strength and blood lipids in male college students. Twenty-six college students were assigned to either crossfit group(CFG: n=13) or weight training group(WTG: n=13). Crossfit program consisted of 1round with 6 items for 12 weeks(3days per week). Weight training program consisted of 3sets with 70% 1RM intensity for 12 weeks(3days per week). The results were as follows: First, somatotype showed positive effects in both groups, but there were no significant interaction effects. Secondly, physical fitness and maximum strength were improved on all items in both groups, but there were no significant interaction effects. Lastly, in the blood lipid factors, both groups was decreased in TG, LDL-C and was increased in HDL-C, but there were no significant interaction effects. Thus, crossfit program showed similar results in all measured variables despite shorter exercise time than weight training program. Further study on crossfit program consisting of various exercise intensity, time, form and muscle injury should be performed on various ages.

        키네시오 테이핑 처치가 여성 아마추어 골퍼의 드라이버 수행력에 미치는 영향

        The aim of this research was to examine the effects of kinesio taping on golf driving swing of women amateur golfers. Nine women amateur golfers (Age: 40.33±3.00 yrs, Height: 163.93±3.58 cm, Weight: 55.92±3.90 kg, handicap: 13.44±2.79) participated in this study. This experiment was conducted in two different treatments: kinesio taping treatment (KTT) and non-taping treatment (CON).The taping was applied to the upper body muscles(deltoid, anconeus, spinal erector) and the lower body muscles(rectus femoris, gastrocnemius). Major variables were analyzed such as distance, club speed, ball speed, launch angle and face angle. Wilcoxon Signed Rank Test was used to compare between two treatments of the swing by SPSS 20.0 program. Main results were as follows: 1) The comparison of pre- and post-treatment of kinesio taping during driver swing showed a significant increase in distance, club speed and ball speed. 2) In comparison pre- and post-treatment of kinesio taping during driver swing, the launch angle and face angle had a positive effect, but there was no significant difference. As a results, it was found that the application of kinesio taping to women amateur golfers helped improve the distance and accuracy during driver swing. Further research should be carried out with more subjects secured and subdivided by gender and level.

        투기종목 선수들의 신체조성과 골밀도의 상관관계

        The aim of this research was to examine the correlation between body composition(weight, lean body mass, skeletal muscle mass, fat mass, BMI, %fat, WHR) and bone mineral density of combat sports athletes. Subject groups were divided into ssireum(n=10), wrestling(n=10), boxing(n=10) and taekwondo(n=10). For date analysis one-way ANOVA(LSD) and Pearson"s correlation coefficient were used. There were statistically significant differences on all variables of body composition. Weight, fat mass and %fat of ssireum group were higher than those of boxing and taekwondo groups. Lean body mass and skeletal muscle mass of ssireum were higher than those of wrestling, boxing and teakwondo groups. BMI of ssireum was higher than that of wrestling, boxing and teakwondo groups, and BMI of wrestling group was higher than boxing group. WHR of ssireum and wrestling groups were higher than that of boxing and taekwondo groups. However, T-score showed statistically no significant difference among four groups. All items of body composition were expected to significantly correlate with bone mineral density, but they showed no significant correlation in four groups. Bone mineral density of combat sports athletes were considered to be relevant to the exercise form and density, volume of exercise rather than body composition. Further studies on relation between bone mineral density and physical fitness, exercise program should be performed on various ages and lots of combat sports athletes.

        고온환경에서 소방방화복과 공기호흡기착용의 트레드밀 걷기운동이 Cortisol, BDNF 및 생리학적 반응에 미치는 영향

        Firefighting Protective Clothing is heavy and unable to control the body temperature due to the increase in sweat, and when the physical activities are sustained in high temperature environment. The subjects were 10 healthy male students in their 20s. Duplication applied with double blind was used as the test method consisting of Firefighting Protective Clothing group(FPC; n=10) and Firefighting Protective Clothing+Self-Contained Breathing Apparatus group(SCBA; n=10) and the experiment was conducted alternately with one week intervals. The temperature condition was set to WBGT 30°C. Exercise load was set with the intensity of 6 METs(83.3 m*min-1, 6%). In order to verify the interaction, the two-way repeated measures ANOVA was conducted. As a result of experiment, interaction was not shown in all variables, and in RPE, SCBA group was shown significant higher than the FPC group indicating that heavier the weight in high temperature environment, the subjects felt more difficult.

        소방방화복 및 공기호흡기 착용시 운동부하가 체온 및 심박수, 혈액성분에 미치는 영향

        The purpose of this study was to provide the effect of exercise on body temperature and heart Rate, blood components wearing Fire Protective Clothing (FPC) and Self Contained Breathing Apparatus (SCBA). Firefighting majoring students (n=8) were exercising on a treadmill for 15 minutes under two wearing conditions: FPC, FPC+SCBA. The results were as follows: Body temperature was significantly elevated mean skin temperature and tympanic temperature up to 5 minutes after starting exercise immediately after exercise in both groups with no difference between groups was reduced gradually recover during the recovery phase to a stable level. It was also aspects such as changes in heart rate. However, immediately after exercise, the SCBA is the difference between groups was significantly higher than the FPC. Plasma ACTH concentrations were significantly increased immediately after exercise than at rest in both groups, only SCBA reduced to a stable level during the recovery period was reduced significantly immediately after exercise. In addition, blood Serotonin levels were also significantly increased in both groups immediately after exercise compared to resting, recovering somewhat reduced, but remained significantly increased compared to the resting state. BDNF levels were significantly lower than recovery period compared to immediately after exercise. However, plasma CPR, Glucose, Cortisol concentrations and the activity of GPX was no significant difference between the measured period and groups. This study are expected to provide a basis for providing work safety standards for firefighters and will be able to be an opportunity to offer a wide variety of research methods than later.

        케틀벨 트레이닝이 중학교 남자 축구선수들의 신체조성, 하지 등속성 근력 및 무산소성 파워에 미치는 영향

        The purpose of this research is to determine the effects of kettlebell training on body composition, lower extremity isokinetic muscle function and anaerobic power of male middle school soccer players. In the experiment, the subjects exercised with 8kg kettlebells three times a week over the period of eight weeks. The number of sets and reps increased every two weeks. The results of this research is as follows: 1) After eight weeks of kettlebell training, participants’ body fat was meaningfully reduced (p<.05) and their fat-free mass meaningfully increased (p<.01). 2) After eight weeks of kettlebell training, the strength of extensor muscle meaningfully improved on the left side while that of flexor muscle showed a meaningful increase on both sides in lower extremity isokinetic muscle function test at 180°/sec (p<.05, p<.01). In a muscular endurance test at 240°/sec, only the flexor muscle meaningfully improved on both sides (p<.05, p<.001). 3) After eight weeks of kettlebell training, anaerobic power capacity measured by a Wingate test meaningfully improved only at the minimum power(p<.05). In conclusion, the eight weeks of kettlebell training given to the male middle school soccer player is considered to have positive effects on their body composition, lower extremity isokinetic muscle function and anaerobic power capacity. That is attributable to the fact that repeated weight lifting with kettlebells reduced body fat while increasing muscle mass, thereby improving the strength and anaerobic power of active muscle. It indicates that repeated kettlebell exercise can make an effective training program for ball game players such as soccer players for whom lower extremity muscle strength is critical.
