      • 부산지역 워터프런트의 기후특성에 관한 연구

        워트프런트는 도심 및 내륙지역과는 다른 독특한 기후특성을 가지고 있으며 이를 고려하지 않고 개발할 경우 시설물의 하자발생, 에너지 및 유지관리비용의 상승을 초래하게 됨은 물론 배후지, 도시기후에 악영향을 미치게 된다. 본 연구는 부산지역의 10개 기상관측지점을 해안선에서 거리에 따라 워터프런트 및 내륙지역으로 분류하고 5년간의 기상데이터를 이용하여 워터프런트의 기후특성에 대해 검토한다. 또한 원터프런트지역임에도 내륙지역과 유사한 기후특성이 나타나고 있는 대연지점을 대상으로 기후특성변화의 원인에 대해 검토한다. The waterfront has distinct climate characteristics different from urban or inland area. These may create not only the rise of energy and maintenance costs for facilities located at waterfront areas, but also negative effects on the climate of the nearby inland area, unless these are treated with particular care. For the present study, the climate characteristics of waterfront were examined with climate data of 10 observation points carefully selected in Busan area. Each weather observation point was classified into either waterfront area of inland area, based on the distance from the coastal line. Special considerations were given to the climate data gathered at the Dae-Yeon weather station because it shows the climate characteristics similar to those of inland area although it is located very near the waterfront area. Results indicates that this peculiar climate condition attributes, at least in part, to the reclamation of frontal coastal area.

        This study started with the measured experiment of climatic characteristic at the coastal reclamation area formed by the reclamation and development which is inevitable selection presently. As a result of the examination, the climate variation is predicted to be large in summer and the salt concentration is shown in the order of top layer, bottom layer and intermediate layer. Therefore, the greens space and wind path are occupied at the coastal reclamation.

        장기간 항경련제 투여 환자에게서의 신경전도 속도

        This study was performed to verify whether or not chronic anticonvulsants therapy(≥12 months ) is associated with peripheral nerve dysfunction in epileptics. Nerve conduction studies were done to 51 epileptics who had been taking long term anticonvulsants therapy over 12 months. The mean age of epileptics was 23 years, and was composed of 29 men and 22 women. The mean nerve conduction velocity(NCV) was not significantly different between epileptics and controls. Compared phenytoin or carbamazepine monotherapy group with controls, the NCV was not significantly different in two groups respectively. In epileptics, the mean NCV was not significantly different between phenytoin and carbamazepine monotherapy group. There was no significant relationship between NCV and duration of therapy with either phenytoin or carbamazepine. In epileptics with phenytoin combined therapy, the mean median sensory NCV was significantly delayed than in those with phenytoin monotherapy.

        간질환자에서 장기간 항 경련제 치료시 뇌간청각유발전위의 변동

        저자들은 만성적인 항경련제 투여가 간질환자들의 청신경계에 미치는 영향을 조사하기 위하여 장기간(12개월 이상)항경련제를 복용한 간질환자 51례를 대상으로 이학적 진찰 및 BAEP검사를 실시하고 정상인의 성적과 비교하여 다음과 같은 결과를 얻었다. 장기간 항경련제를 복용한 간질환자의 BAEP검사의 평균 절대 및 파간잠복기는 대조군과 비교하여 유의한 차이가 없었다. Phenytoin단독투여군의 절대 및 파간잠복기는 대조군에 비해 유의한 차이가 없었다. Carbamazepine단독투여군의 I-III파간잠복기는 대조군과 phenytoin단독투여군에 비해 유의하게 연장되었다(p 0.01). Phenytoin단독투여군과 carbamazepine단독투여군에서 항경련제의 복용기간과 BAEP의 절대 및 파간잠복기사이에는 유의한 관계가 없었다. Phenytoin단독투여군과 phenytoin병합투여군에서 각파의 절대 및 파간잠복기는 서로 유의한 차이가 없었다. 이상의 결과로 볼 때 장기간 항경련제를 복용한 간질환자에서 BAEP의 평균 절대 및 파간잠복기는 정상대조군과 비교하여 유의한 차이가 없었고, 항 경련제의 복용기간에 따른 절대 및 파간잠복기의 유의한 변화가 없는 것으로 생각되었다. Brainstem auditory evoked potentials were done to 51 epileptics who had been taking long term anticonvulasant. The results were summarized as follows. The mean absolute and interpeak latencies were not significantly different between epileptics and controls. The mean absolute and interpeak latencies were not significantly different between epileptics with phenytoin monotherapy and controls. The mean Ⅰ-Ⅲ interpeak latency of carbamazepine monotherapy was significantly delayed than that of phenytoin monotherapy or controls. There was no significant relationship between latency of BAEP and duration of therapy with either phenytoin or carbamazepine. In epileptics with phenytoin combined therapy, the mean absolute and interpeak latencies were not significantly delayed than those of phenytoin monortherapy.

        운동신경원성 질환에 대한 임상적 고찰

        Clinical features, electromyographic findings and the prognosis were observed in 51 patients (33 men and 18 women) who were diagnosed as acquired motor neuron disease at Keimyung University Dongsan Hospital between Jan. 1985 and Aug. 1992. The mean age at onset in our study was similar to that in several other domestic studies but was younger than that in western studies. The therapeutic effect of L-threonine couldn't be evaluated correctly, but L-threonine may have no effect on the course of MND.

        There are many mountains and isn't much development district in Busan area. so, progressing in the large-scale reclamation with the urbanization. It thinks for the climate change in Busan area to accelerate by the reclamation. The way of making improve to the city environment aggravation which comes in the urbanization and the reclamation. There is the city vegetation and city planning in this way. The following was concluded from this study. 1) The minimum temperature rose remarkably in Seoul and Daegu by urbanization but, in this case, the maximum temperature rose remarkably in Busan by progressing of urbanization. 2) As a result of the study, Indoc-kyo plays a role of the wind road but, The very few influences occur. 3) The high-rise apartment building district and the four-lane road compared favorably with the low-rise building district and two-lane road for influx of sea wind.

        환경친화건축을 위한 기후맵 작성방안에 관한 연구 : 부산·경남지역 기후존 설정을 중심으로 Focused on Setting Climate Zone in Busan·Gyeongnam Area

        Recently the ecological building design has been considered to be very important as the interest has been gathered on environmental problems of the earth. For the ecological building design, it is essential to understand regional climatic characteristics correctly. But as no architect can ever study all of microclimate found in the specific region, architects must use the available published data and modify it to fit their specific site. For this purpose, long term weather data on the broad area are necessary but in Korea weather data can be collected from only sixty nine weather station. In this paper, therefore, the climate regions are divided and climate map(climate data table) is framed using the AWS(Automatic Weather monitoring System) data of 43 station and the data of 11 meterological observatories and weather station in Busan·Cyeongnam area.

        중추신경계질환에서 병소부위에 다른 요류역학적 관찰

        This study was undertaken to evaluate the correlation between urodynamic findings and localization of CNS lesions in patient with voiding disturbance. The patient group consisted of 48 patients (35 male and 13 female) with various localization of CNS lesions confirmed by CT or MRI among which were 9 cerebral cortex, 8 putamen and internal capsule, 6 thalamus and internal capsule, 7 brain stem and 18 spinal core. m and 18 spinal core. Nineteen of the 42 patients with various CNS lesions above sacral crod showed detrusor hyperreflexia. Six of the 7 patients who had suprasacral cord lesion and detrusor hyperreflexia showed detrusor sphincter dyssynergia. In 6 patients with sacral cord lesions, 5 patients showed detrusor areflexa. In summary, detrusor sphincter dyssynergia with detrusor hyperreflexia and detrusor areflexia seemed to be specific urodynamcic pattern of suprasacral spinal cord and sacral cord lesion, respectively. But other CNS lesion showed no consistent specific urodynamic pattern.
