1. Chungcheong-nam-do is located in west central part of South Korea. Being not very far from the capital-city area, some funtions of Chungcheong-nam-do absorbed by the capital city. This is well evidenced by the recent statistical figures of its population which show a minemal increase. 2. Its geology is rich in granite and gneiss and these igneous and metamorphic rocks have been eroded and the relief of land is generally slow. The area of its cultivated land is 33% of the whole land. 3. High temperaure and humidity in summer, alluvial flood plain, and high density of population have made possible the development of rice farming. In recent years, with the shortening of the transportation time to and from the cosmopolitan areas due to the development modern means of transportation, the area for cashcrop and dairy farming is on the increase. 4. Large scale comprehensive development projects such as the construction of the- Asan Dam and Daecheong Dam are being executed. With the execution of these proj- ects, conditions for the development of modern industries are beeing created and in the near future industrial seems to be changed greatly 5. Its capital city is Daejeon; Daejeon is a spot on the semi-cercular form railway running in the eastern and south-eastern part of Chungcheong nam-do. According to the viewpoint of central-place theory, the development of the Kongju area in the central part of Chungcheong-nam-do seems to be urgent and unavoidable for the development; of Chungcheong-nam-do.

Time-Related Changes in Detrusor Overactivity in Awake Rats with Spinal Cord Injury Observed by Simultaneous Registrations of Intravesical and Intraabdominal Pressures

<P><B>Purpose</B></P><P>To compare the physical characteristics of detrusor overactivity (DO) induced by intravesical infusion of saline in awake, sham rats and rats with chronic spinal cord injury (SCI), by simultaneous registrations of intravesical and intraabdominal pressures.</P><P><B>Methods</B></P><P>Male Sprague-Dawley rats, normal or with a spinal vascular clip at the level of Th9, were investigated cystometrically 1 and 4 weeks after SCI. Intravesical pressure (IVP) and intraabdominal pressure (IAP) were recorded simultaneously to evaluate true DO. During the filling phase, the event of IVP rises, defined as increments that exceeded 2 cmH<SUB>2</SUB>O from baseline, were determined as DO according to the absence of simultaneous changes in IAP.</P><P><B>Results</B></P><P>All SCI rats exhibited DO during the filling phase, which was not shown in sham rats. The frequency and pressure of DO had a tendency to decrease with time. The DO frequency of SCI rats after 4 weeks (0.9±0.2 min<SUP>-1</SUP>) was decreased compared with that after 1 week (2.1±0.4 min<SUP>-1</SUP>; P<0.05). The DO pressure of SCI rats after 4 weeks (8.4±1.9 cmH<SUB>2</SUB>O) was decreased compared with that after 1 week (11.6±2.9 cmH<SUB>2</SUB>O; P>0.05).</P><P><B>Conclusions</B></P><P>Cystometric studies in awake male SCI rats showed some significant changes in bladder function after SCI. All SCI rats exhibited DO during the filling phase, and showed different physical characteristics of DO over the course of time. The neurological basis of these time-related changes remains poorly understood, but may provide important prognostic information about long-term urological management in SCI patients.</P>

It was to verify the differences in consumer attitudes according to extension brand’s concept and customer benefit. The results were as follows. 1) Even though the original brand concept is functional, consumers pursued a symbolic benefits (functional benefit) is symbolically expanded ad (functional extension ads) is higher for the ad and purchasing attitudes. 2) Even though the original brand concept is symbolic, consumers pursued a functional benefits (symbolic benefit) is functionally expanded ad (symbolic extension ads) is higher for the ad and purchasing attitudes. These results extend the area of the extension brand research and The company is believed to provide practical guidelines for brand expansion strategy.

Vibration control of a vehicle’s seat suspension featuring a magnetorheological damper based on a new adaptive fuzzy sliding-mode controller

<P>This work presents a new design for adaptive fuzzy sliding-mode control based on two methodologies, namely H control and sliding-mode control, and its control effectiveness. This is achieved by implementing a control scheme for vibration control of a vehicle with a seat suspension on which a magnetorheological damper is installed. The sliding surface of sliding-mode control is analysed by separation into two matrices: a Hurwitz-constants matrix and a constant matrix. These matrices are the basis for establishing the proposed control scheme combined with the H technique. The control scheme consisting of the combination of H control and sliding-mode control is reinforced by a new robustness function featuring an exponential function. In this work, a fuzzy logic model, which is well known to be an excellent model for uncertain dynamic systems, is integrated with the proposed control algorithm. The fuzzy logic model adopted in this work is an interval type-2 fuzzy model featuring fast computation of the output. The effectiveness of the proposed control scheme is evaluated through both computer simulations and experimental realization on a vehicle with a seat suspension which is equipped with a magnetorheological damper. In addition, in this work, two existing adaptive controllers are modified and implemented for comparative work with the proposed control scheme. It is shown that the proposed control scheme exhibits a much better vibration control performance than the two existing adaptive controllers do.</P>

Anabaena sp. PCC 7120의 질소고정 활성에 미치는 질소 화합물, 염, 탄수화물 및 Ca^2+과 Boron의 영향

The growth and nitrogen fixation activity(ARA) of Anabaena sp. PCC 7120, a photoautotrophic and nitrogen fixing filamentous cyanobacteria grown in a nitrogen free AA (1/8) medium were investigated. The ARA increased with the cell growth and was not influenced by the nitrate(NO_3^- -N, 0.14ppm)and ammonium(NH_4^+ -N 0.05ppm) accumulated in the medium during the cell growth: Initially, the cell growth was increased rapidly in the medium containing combined nitrogen source compared with contol(N free AA(1/8)medium), and the decresed, while the growth continued. The cell growth and ARA were inhibited by 30mM. The ARA of the cells grown in the dark was recovered up to 102% & 100% by 8 hours light treatment and by 8 hours light treatment with fructose, but the addition of fructose in the dark condition did not result in the recovery of ARA. The nitrogenase activity of heterocyst was protected by calcium and boron against O_2 effect. The addition of either calcium or boron showed similar effect to the addition of both calcium and boron.

전자무역하의 국제마케팅 성공전략에 관한 연구

As compared with the traditional marketing, the internet marketing is a new concept. The Internet marketing strategies will be needed to fit with 6C. But because the way of traditional commerce is still using in the internet environments, an alternative that combine 4P strategies with website could be better one for the internet marketing. Meanwhile, the e-Trade means an electronic commerce that is applicable to the trade between nations. This study assumed and introduced the strategies of international marketing in e-Trade. And the e-marketplace that unspecified many buyers and sellers organize community at the cyber market, and carry out the purchasing and the selling and exchange information has been revealed the most active performance in e-Trade. Nowadays, the e-marketplace does not simply mean a site which transaction take place, but rather goes on unifying and networking the manufacturer, the trader, the credit-inquiring company, the insurance-transporting company, the customs, the banks, and the cyber intermediaries. Therefore, For the success of international marketing through e-marketplace, We should obtain additional contents of the e-marketplace, and accelerate to combine the B2B e-marketplace with the trade-automation system and construct the global e-trade networks by way of linking up with open EDI system. 최근에는 과거의 마케팅 개념과 구별되는 인터넷 마케팅이 등장하고 있다. 인터넷 마케팅 전략은 6C전략에 맞추어 추진할 필요가 있으나 아직까지 전통적 상거래 방식이 혼용되고 있기 때문에, 4P 전략과 함께 6C를 내용으로 하는 웹사이트(W) 전략을 혼합안 대안이 마케팅 전략으로 제시될 수 있을 것이다. 한편 전자무역은 국가간 상거래인 무역에 적용되는 전자상거래를 의미하는데, 본 연구에서는 4P와 웹사이트(W)를 기초로 한 전자무역하의 국제마케팅 전략을 소개하였다. 전자무역에서 가장 활발한 성과를 거두고 있는 분야인 e-marketplace는 불특정 다수의 구매자와 판매자가 인터넷 기반의 솔류션이라는 가상의 시장에서 커뮤너티를 형성하고 구매와 판매 그리고 정보가 교환되는 장소이다. 오늘날 e-marketplace는 단순히 거래가 이루어지는 장소에 머무르지 않고, 제조업자와 무역업자, 신용조사회사, 보험운송회사, 세관, 은행, 사이버 중계자를 하나로 묶어 네트워크화 하는 방향으로 나아가고 있다. 따라서 e-marketplace를 통해 국제마케팅을 성공적으로 수행하기 위해서는 e-marketplace의 콘텐츠 보완을 통한 외국바이어 유치, B2B marketplace와 무역자동화 시스템의 통합화의 가속화, 그리고 개방형 EDI 시스템을 전지구적으로 연계하는 글로벌 전자무역망을 구축하여 이를 e-marketplace에서 제공할 수 있는 여건을 마련할 필요가 있다.

한국산 독말풀에 대한연구(Ⅰ) : HPLC에 의한 Hyoscyamine 과 Scopolamine의 정량

A new method for quantitative determination of Hyoscyamine and Scopolamine in Datura stramonium L. by High Performance Liquid Chromatography(HPLC) was established. A reversed-phase system with a μ Bondapak C18 column using methanol in 0.2% aqueous phosphoric acid(40:60) with PIC A as a mobile phase was developed. Hyoscyamine and Scopolamine were detected at 254nm and the analysis was successfully carried out within 20min.

지하철 출입구 주변의 어메니티 개선에 관한 연구 : A Case Study of the Pusan Subway 1st Line 부산시 지하철 1호선을 중심으로

This study covers amenity analysis of the subway 1st line and improvements focusing on the easiness, amenity, safeties, and elements of amenity. When people come to the entrance of a subway station, they pay careful attention to easiness of use, amenity and locality of the area. Therefore, by getting rid of unnecessary stairways, we can minimize the economical loss secure the easiness of use and stability. At the same time, well designed planters and trees dedicated to boulevards which can increase the ratio of green space. Furthermore, each gate of subway stations should have the identity of the area. Finally, we suggest those facts which are mentioned above should not be repeated that when designing the Pusan subway line 2nd line which is under construction.

Optical microscope, SEM (Scanning Electron Microscopy) and fluorescent microscope were used for qualitative and morphological studies of the attached biomass on PE (polyethylene) substratum under anaerobic condition. It was shown by the observation of optical microscope that the initial attachment of biomass began in crevices of the surface of PE. The shape and structure of the attached biofilm could be observed by SEM photographs, but species of bacteria were and methanogens were not classified. A large number of methanogenic bacteria were identified on the surface of PE substratum by fluorescence under 480㎚ of radiation. It was estimated that methanogenic bacteria was also related to initial attachment of biomass under anaerobic condition.
