        GIS을 활용한 인공어초의 적지 선정에 관한 연구

        This study carried out in order to investigate the most basic elements of suitability selection methods for composition of artificial reef. Acquired data by in-situ measurements and satellite remote sensing analysed in applying GIS. To identify the characteristic of marine environment around the West Sea, the South Sea and the East Sea of Korea, physical conditions-seabed sediment and depth, biological conditions-chlorophyll-${\alpha}$, chemical conditions-Sea Surface Temperature(SST) and DO were used. Suitable sites for artificial reef are selected Taean Peninsula, Geoje, Wando, Pohang, Seocheon, etc. From now on, it will be helpful to effectively utilize artificial reef as well as construct synthetic database. It is also expected to use basic data for artificial reef facilities management. 본 논문는 인공어초 조성의 가장 기본적인 요소인 적지선정을 위한 방법에 대해 고찰하였다. 현장관측과 위성 원격탐사(Remote Sensing, RS)로 획득한 자료를 지리정보시스템(Geographic Information System, GIS)을 활용하여 분석하였다. 한반도 주변해역의 해양환경 특성을 파악하기 위해 물리적 조건-해저저질, 수심, 생물적 조건-클로로필-${\alpha}$, 화학적 조건-해수온, DO를 활용하였다. 인공어초 적지로는 태안반도, 거제, 완도, 포항, 서천 등이 나타났다. 향후 본 연구는 인공어초 설치의 효율적인 활용뿐만 아니라 종합적인 데이터베이스의 구축에 도움을 줄 수 있을 것이다. 또한 인공어초 시설관리의 기초자료로 활용할 수 있을 것으로 기대된다.

      • Aspergillus parasiticus가 몇가지 穀類에서 生成하는 Aflatoxin에 對하여

        In order to investigate the influence of temperature, moisture and culture time on the aflatoxins produced by Aspergillus parasiticus NHL 5243 on some grains,5 kinds of grain samples (rice, barley, wheat, corn and sorghum) were used. The different fractions of aflatoxin B1, B2, G1, and G2 were detected from 5 kinds of samples by TLC and HPLC. Fluorescence compounds showed blue (aflatoxin B1, B2) and blue green(aflatoxinG1, G2) under 365nm UV lamp, but all of them were changed to green-grey fluorescence by 50% H2SO4, soln. Spraying, and to pink(B1, B2) and blude (G1, G2) by p-anisaldehyde. Aspergillus parasiticus produced even more aflatoxins on grains tested under incubating at 25% moisture content level than 17%, 20%. No aflatoxin was detected at 17% in rice, without regard to any temperature and culture time. Aflatoxins were detected at 20℃, 20%, for 21 days, and at 30℃, any moisture content level (except17%) , for any incubation period. Samples at 30℃, were found more produced aflatoxins than at 20℃. Aflatoxin G1 was obtained more production than B1, B2 and G2 at any incubated conditions in all samples. Total amount of aflatoxins was 2454㎍/kg in rice, 1257㎍g/kg in barley, 986㎍/kg in wheat, 882㎍/kg in corn and 1483㎍/kg in sorghum under the same conditions(30℃, 25%, 21days). The greatest fields of aflatoxin were obtained in rice sample.

      • 실리카흄을 흔입한 고강도 콘크리트 개발

        콘크리트 구조물이 대형화됨에 따라 설계단면이 증대되어 상대적으로 많은 경제적 손실을 부담하게 된다. 따라서 단면을 감소시키면서도 소요의 하중에 안전한 구조물을 건설하기 위해서는 우선적으로 구조물 건설에 기초가 되는 고품질, 고내구성의 고강도 콘크리트 개발이 절실히 요구된다 본 연구에서는 일정 시멘트비 및 혼화재 비율하에서 소요의 워커빌리티가 확보되는 고강도 콘크리트를 시간과 온도의 변화에 따라 증기 양생하여, 압축, 인장, 휨강도 뿐만 아니라 파괴특성을 실험적으로 연구하였다. 시료 제작시 시멘트 입자 사이의 공극 및 불연속 영역을 충전하여 고밀도화하기 위한 콘크리트용 혼화재로 시멘트 비표면적이 상당히 작은 초미립 분말인 실리카흄을 이용하였다. 또한 AE감수제 및 고성능 유동화제를 사용하여 혼화재의 첨가에 의하여 발생될 수 있는 워커빌리티의 감소를 방지하였다. 실험결과에 의하면 일정 양생 지속 시간하에서 온도의 증가에 따라 콘크리트의 압축, 인장 및 휨강도가 전반적으로 증가하였다. 동일하게 일정 온도하에서 양생 지속시간이 커짐에 따라 강도들이 증가됨을 알 수 있었다. 따라서 상대적으로 높은 온도와 긴 지속 양생 조건하에서 파괴에 대한 저항력이 크게 나타났다. The compressible, tensible, and flexibleresistance of the high strength concrete is analyzed by the experimentation in the present study. For the test, we cure several samples with the silica fume as a mixture being become dense the spaces between the particle of cement under the variation of both the temperature and the curing-interval. Then, the superplasticizer and the ezcon are also used to satisfy the required workability for construction. The compressible, tensible, and flexible resistances to a stress are increased as increasing the temperature and the time interval for the curing. Therefore it is concluded that the overal fractural and mechanical properties is improved by mixing the silica fume into the cement.

      • 간섭형 광섬유 센서용 신호처리기 설계

        We propose a singnal processor that demodulates the output from an interferometeric sensor at high seed. It is a modified version of the ADPT(Advanced Digital Phase Tracking) that was developed to measure the phase difference in the interferometer with high resolution. The implemented signal processor was turned out to have a speed of 44 mrad/㎲, which is good enough to measure the vibration or voice signal with the maximum phase shift of π/4 rad.

      • 펜아실 벤젠슬포네이트와 벤질아민의 친핵성 치환반응에 관한 연구

        The nucleophilic substitution reaction of phenacyl benzenesulfonates(PBS) with benzylamine(BA) in methanol have been studied by conductometric method. The transition state structure for the reaction is investigated using various selectivity parameters, especially with cross interaction constants, ρ_ij β_ij The magnitudes of ρ_ij indicated that in the transition state bond breaking had progressed very little, but bond formation was substantial. The trends in reactivity were similar to aniline series, but the TS was found to be somewhat looser than that for aniline series. It was found that reactivity-selectivity principle(RSP) and Bell-Evans-Polanyi principle (BEP) hold within the BA series and hence constituted a good example of a thermodynamically controlled reaction series but are violated between two different reaction series with BA and aniline.

        문학교육과 도덕교육의 연계 방안

        There are similarity and difference between literature education and moral education. Literature education and moral education share similar educational aim on the meta level-that is self-realization of ethical man. But, the way of attaining educational aim differs. Moral education use literature which contains ethical virtue or moral dilemma to attain educational aim. While literature education is reluctant to teach moral value directly through literature. Ethical man sought by literature education is attained indirectly and latently. There are four types using literature in moral education. 1) Character education : they use literature to teach moral virtue directly. They like virtue-contained literature. They think value-oriented story make it possible to attain moral virtue and to recover meaning of life. 2) Cognitive moral development : they use literature to make cognitive disequilibrium. They like dilemma-contained literature. They think dilemma-contained story make it possible to promote moral reasoning and to take various roles 3) Caring education : they use literature to enhance caring attitude. They like story based on concrete human condition. Caring story develops sympathy on human relations. 4) Narrative moral education : They use writing method especially on moral education. They think writing on moral experiences make it possible to develop moral authority.

      • JPEG을 이용한 이미지 압축에 관한 연구

        We study JPEG(Joint Photographic Experts Group) which is standardized by CCITT and ISO. The JPEG can compress a continuous tone still image. In this paper, we implement the JPEG, and evaluate improvement of it. Compression ratio can be varied by input image chracteristics, because each image has diffrent spatial frequency. It is showed that filtering previously the high frequency raised the compression ratio.
