        『우초신지(虞初新志)』와 조선후기 서사(敍事)의 상관성(相關性)

        Yu chu xin zhi was read devoutly in late Joseon Dynasty. But we didn’t study on the reason of devout reading, so this report researched the reason. And this report focused on a attitude of writing-compilation, subject, formation, style, motive, story-element, and object in Yuchuxinzhi. With the result, we know that contemporariness(近), true feeling(眞), and a vividness effect(活) are very important in attitude of writingcompilation of Yuchuxinzhi. First, contemporariness(近) is the attitude that concentrates on the contemporary environment. Second, true feeling (眞) is th attitude that includes social conditions, desires, and everyday lives. Third, vividness effect(活) is the attitude that seeks the vividness of true feeling and vivid writings. And then, I divided the narrative of late Joseon Dynasty into three parts, namely noting material narrative, characteristic narrative, and reflectional narrative. First, I studied on noting material narrative. With the result that there are following features. Yuchuxinzhi is similar to Lee Ok(李鈺)’s Baek woonpil(白雲筆) and Ryu Deuk-gong(柳得恭)’s Gowoondangpilgi(古芸堂筆記), and is also not similar to those books. On the contrary, Yu chu xin zhi is very similar to Kang Yi-cheon(姜彛天)’s Yihwagwanchonghwa(梨花館叢話) from every point of view. Second, I studied on characteristic narrative. With the result that there are following features. Yuchuxinzhi had an strong effect on Kim Chosoon(金祖淳) and Kim Ryeo(金려)’s Yuchuxinzhi. But they changed many features. Third, I studied on reflectional narrative. With the result that there are following features. Yuchuxinzhi also had an effect on Sim ro-soong(沈魯崇)’s hoesanggi(回想記). But the influence is limited to Sim, ro-soong. To conclude, the young writers in late Joseon Dynasty made new writing trend from Yuchuxinzhi and Ming,Ching’s culture on the late Joseon’s cultural foundation.

        肅宗代 趙相愚의 정치활동과 금석문

        조상우는 송준길의 高弟子로서 주위의 기대를 한 몸에 받았던 인물이다. 송준길의 관작이 삭탈되었을 때 홍득우 등과 함께 철회를 주장하다 유배형에 처해지기도 하였다. 조상우는 이단상문하에도 출입하였으며, 당시 서인계 명문가 자손들과 교류를 확대하고 있었다. ‘五竄’으로 불리던 동지들이 먼저 사망한 뒤에는 송준길의 학문을 계승한 제자로서 우의정이 되었다. 절친한 친구 오도일을 두둔한 일로 권상하와 사이가 벌어져 소론이 된 조상우는 인사 문제로 민진후와 嫌怨이 생겼고, 점차 붕당의 폐해가 심해지자 숙종에게 탕평할 것을 건의하였다. 그의 지도를 받은 손자 趙龜命, 從孫 趙文命과 趙顯命 등은 영조시대 탕평파의 핵심인물이 되었다. 조상우는 송준길의 학문뿐만 아니라 心劃을 인정받은 제자로서 왕실 사업에 필요한 글씨를 쓰는 서사관으로도 몇 차례 활약한 이후 편액과 금석문 작품을 많이 쓰게 되었다. 조상우가 쓴 작품은 노소분기 이후 세워진 것이 많은데, 송시열, 김진규, 김창협 등 노론이 관여된 비석의 글씨까지 쓴 것을 통해 탕평의 실천적 자세를 볼 수 있다. 조상우의 금석문 글씨는 해서에 행서를 곁들인 송준길의 영향을 많이 받았다. Cho Sang-woo was a high level pupil of Song Joon-gil who followed the expectations of one’s surroundings. When Song Jun-gil’s deed was banned, he made an appeal with Hong Deuk-woo and went into exile. Cho Sang-woo also went under Lee Dan-sang and took to expanding exchanges with the descendants of the prestigious Seo In family. After their comrades d ied, Cho Sang-woo became the third-minister of Song Jun-gil’s pupils. After this, he defended his friend, Oh do-Il, who had a dispute with Kwon Sang-ha. He also had a grudge with Min Jin-hoo on account of a promotion. He recognized the evils of the struggle and demanded TangPyong for Sukjong. His grandson, Cho Gui-myeong, and his brother’s grandsons Cho mun-myeong and Cho hyeon-myeong became the key figures of the Tangpyong in Yeongjo’s era. Cho Sang-woo wrote many monuments as a disciple who had been acknowledged by Song Jun-gil. On several occasions, he served as a manager who wrote the letters necessary for royal business. From then on, Cho Sang-woo wrote a large number of aphorisms and works of monumental stone. There are many works written by Cho Sang-woo since the party division, and I can see the practical attitude of Tangpyeong through the writing on the monuments of Song si-yeol, Kim Jin-gyu and Kim Chang-hyub. The writings on Cho Sang-woo’s monumental stone were influenced by Song Jun–gil.

      • X선 회절을 이용한 Al 2024-T3합금의 피로강도추정에 관한 연구

        The fatigue process can be roughly divided into four stages ; cyclic hardening/softening, crack nucleation, crack propagation, and fracture. X-ray diffraction techniques can measure residual stress on the basis of the change of lattice plane spacings and half-value breadth corresponding to nonuiform strain in the constituent grains. The half-value breadth decreased with increase of number of cycles and stress range. The change of half-value breadth in crack nucleation is dependent on applied stress range. The relationship between propagation life ratio(N-Nc)/Nf and crack propagation half-value breadth ratio (Hw-Hwc)/Hwo shows strong linear behavior. Therefore, the remaining life of mechanical components can be predicted using half-value breadth ratio on crack nucleation and in process of crack propagation.

      • 평면굽힘하중을 받는 표면미소균열의 프랙탈 특성에 관한 연구

        Irregular shapes and growth behavior of surface nicro-crack showed very complex and nonlinear properties and many investigators have performed theoretical analyses and experiments on them to characterize fatigue strength. They had difficulties in estimating fatigue life due to random distribution, growth and coalescence of surface micro-cracks. The straightness of crack growth along intergranular and transgranular was prevented from irregular microstructure and precipitates. Euclid geometry can't quantify shape of surface micro-crack but fractal geometry can. Therefore, it is suggested that average fractal dimension of surface micro-cracks is able to estimate fatigue life but fractal dimension of maximum surface micro0crack is not in Al 2.24-T3 alloy.

      • SS41불림재와 M.E.F.복합조직강의 X-선 잔류응력거동에 관한 연구

        This study verified the relationship between fracture mechanics parameters ΔK, Kmax and X-ray residual stress σr for normalized SS41 steel with homogeneous crystal structure and M.E.F. dual phase steel(martensite encapsulated islands of ferrite). X-ray stress constant K was determined for the diffraction line of (211) plane using Cr-Kα radiation. K was -340.87 MPa/deg. The fatigue crack propagation test were carried out under stress ratios of 0.1 and 0.5 and X-ray diffraction technique according to crack length direction was applied to fatigue fractured surface Residual stress σr were independent on stress ratio (R=0.1, 0.5) by arrangement of ΔK. The equation of σr-ΔK was established by the experimental data. Therefore, fracture mechanics parameters could be estimated by the measurement of X-ray parameters.

      • X선 반가폭을 이용한 자동차 압연강의 피로수명평가에 관한 연구

        In order to predict the fatigue life using X-ray diffraction techniques, in-plane bending fatigue test was carried out for SPCC steel. The relation between fatigue damage on the specimen surface and half-value breadth of X-ray diffraction lines was investigated in the process of cyclic loading. The change of half-value breadth B consisted of the three sequent except stress amplitude near fatigue limit. On the first stage, half-value breadth B decreased rapidly, on the second stage slightly, and on the third stage rapidly. B/B0-logNf relationship showed linear behavior except the early part of life. The slople of the seemed to take constant value regardless stress amplitude. On the other hand, Nf line was able to be expressed by a straight line on the B/B0-logNf relationship. Therefore, it was possible to prepose a method estimating the fatigue life fraction N/Nf using the gradient of B/B0-logNf relationship and the N? line.

      • 砂質土에서 鋼말뚝의 마찰지지력에 관한 연구

        The friction resistance of a pile is the major contribution to the bearing capacity of friction piles. In this paper, an empirical equation for the friction capacity of steelpipe piles in sand is proposed through the laboratory pullout test. Pullout tests are carried out for the piles with length to diameter ratios of 4 to 10. The density levels of sand selected in the test are very loose, loose, medium and dense. The experimental analysis shows that the friction capacity is linearly increased with the internal friction angle of sand, and it also shows that the friction capacity is linearly increased with the length to diameter ratio of piles. Also, an important parameter to determine the friction capacity of a pile, the lateral coefficient of earth pressure, shows good correlations when compared with other pile equations.

        여성폭력 방지를 위한 포괄적 입법에 관한 연구

        여성폭력의 예방과 피해자보호・지원을 규율하는 현행의 여성폭력 방지법은 성폭력, 가정폭력, 성매매방지법에 국한되어 있어 현실에서 일어나는 다양한 유형의 폭력을 포괄하지 못한다. 여성폭력에 관한 국제기준은 가정폭력, 성폭력, 성매매에 한정되지 않고 훨씬 더 넓고 다양한 폭력을 예정하고 있으나 우리 법은 거기에 미치고 못하는 상황이다. 여기서 유사한 면이 많은 3개의 피해자보호법을 포괄하고 여성폭력의 범위를 데이트 폭력, 스토킹 등으로 확장하는 내용의 여성폭력 방지법의 입법방향을 제시해 보고자 한다. 이를 위해 현행 여성폭력 방지에 관한 법과 정책을 검토하고 외국 입법례를 분석하여 시사점을 확인한 후 여성폭력 방지를 위한 포괄적인 입법의 방향을 모색해 보고자 한다. 여성폭력 방지를 위한 포괄적인 입법의 방향을 모색하는 이유는 가정폭력, 성폭력, 성매매 등 성별에 기초한 폭력피해자의 다수가 여성이고, 데이트 폭력, 스토킹 등 범죄의 피해가 증가일로에 있으나 현재의 법이 제대로 규율하지 못하는 측면을 해소하기 위한 방안을 제공해 줄 수 있기 때문이다. The purpose of this study is to suggest the framework act (bill) on the prevention of violence against women based on the examination of relevant laws, legislative examples of foreign nations, and opinions of experts, with a view to convert the current legal system where relevant laws on violence against women, the act on the protection of victims of domestic violence, the act on the protection of victims of sexual violence, and the act on the protection of victims of sexual traffic, are operated independently into the system of framework act related to violence against women. The contents of the study includes the examination of the concept of violence against women, the laws and policies relevant to protection and support of female victims of violence, and analysis of legislative examples of the United Kingdom and the U.S. And based on the results of the study, measures on legislative adjustment were suggested through the conference of experts and the Delphi survey. Employed research methods include the review of literature, examination of legislative examples of foreign nations, conference of experts, and Delphi survey. Basic aims of legislative adjustment were set as follows: making a rational complementation in the policies concerning protection and support of female victims of violence, which has become necessary due to the legislative shift from the policy for women to the policy pursuing gender equality, resolving disagreement between legislation and enforced policies, integrating the laws and regulations in individual acts providing similar services, and introducing new institutions required to protect and support female victims of violence. Thereafter, the framework act (bill) on the prevention of violence against women, reflecting above mentioned contents, was suggested.

        소맥분과 물엿을 첨가한 침엽수 톱밥배지에서의 꽃송이버섯 생산

        꽃송이버섯은 베타글루칸 함량이 높아 버섯재배자들 사이에서 재배를 희망하는 농가들이 부쩍 늘어나고 있다. 하지만 이에 대한 실용적인 재배법이 확립되지 않아 까다로운 버섯으로 인식하여 재배를 기피하고 있어 본 실험에서는 침엽수 톱밥과 소맥분, 물엿을 이용한 간편하고 경제성 있는 배지조성법을 연구하였다. 톱밥 접종원과 액체 접종원을 사용한 경우의 균사 생장에는 뚜렷한 차이가 없었으며, 4℃에서 1일 동안 저온충격을 주는 방식이 원기 형성을 위하여 가장 좋은 방법으로 생각되었다. 또한 자실체 발생용 최적배지는 '미송+소맥분+옥수수+면실박+10% 물엿 수용액'으로 41%의 회수율을 보였으나, '낙엽송+소맥분+옥수수+면실박+10% 물엿 수용액'에서도 회수율이 37%로 자실체 발생량이 많았다. 또한 회수율과 버섯배지 중량 감소율과의 관계를 보면 회수율이 높을수록 중량감소율이 높아 서로 비례한 것으로 조사되었다. Cauliflower mushroom(Sparassis crispa) contains much amount of β-glucan, which make lots of farmer want to cultivate the mushroom. Since a practical cultivation method is not provided yet, the mushroom is considered as a difficult crop to deal with. In this study, we tried to develope a simple method to cultivate the mushroom by use of coniferous sawdust-based medium with wheat flour and molasses. There was no significant differences between the sawdust spawn and the liquid spawn for the mycelial growth of the mushroom. The cold shock in 4℃ for a day was thought to be the best way to seduce primordium formation. The sawdust medium of Pseudotsuga menziesii mixed with wheat flour, corn chip, cottonseed meal and 10% molasses was showed the best yield with 41% followed by that of Larix leptolepis mixed with the same additives with 37% of yield. There was good relations between the fruit-body production and the weight loss of the sawdust substrate.

      • 선형 이방성 재료에서 J_k-적분을 이용한 응력확대계수 계산

        선형 이방성 평면균열에서의 복합모드에 관한 Jk 를 계산한다. 본 논문에서는 경로독립적분 Jl 과 J2 와 응력확대계수 사이의 상호관계를 이용하여 계산하였으며 Jk 를 KI과 KII로써 간단히 표현한다. 이 결과로 선형이방성 재료에서 수치적으로 응력찰대계수를 구하여 본다. The Jk integral method for determing mixed mode stress intensity factors separately in the cracked anisotropic plate is developed. Stress intensity factors are indirectly determined from the value of J1 and J2. In this paper, the relationship among elastic constants are examined. Using these relationship the expression of J2 integral in terms of KI and KII is found to be very simple.
