이 연구는 한국 주요 언론의 온라인 중국어 뉴스 사이트에 대하여 탐구하였다. 구체적으로 조선일보, 중앙일보, 한겨레, KBS의 중국어 뉴스 사이트가 어떤 목적으로 운영되는지, 어떤 기사를 얼마나 제공하는지, 사이트의 메뉴나 기사의 배열(톱기사)과 섹션 구성은 어떠한지, 외국 언론의 중국어 서비스와는 어떤 차이를 보이는지 등을 연구하였다. 연구방법으로는 2017년 전반기 중 3주 동안 사이트에 오른 콘텐츠를 중심으로 내용분석 하고, 추가적으로 각 미디어의 중국어 사이트 운영자와 심층인터뷰 하는 혼합연구방법을 사용하였다. 연구결과, 한국 미디어의 중국어 사이트는 운영의 목적으로 아직 수익창출보다는 중화권 이용자에게 한국 관련 정보를 제공하여 한국을 알리고 미디어 브랜드를 관리하는 것을 우선하고 있어, 미디어 외교가 중요한 운영 목적으로 나타났다. 한국 언론의 중국어 사이트에서는 대게 뉴스 제공과 함께 한국에 관한 여행, 뷰티, 유학, 패션 등을 소개하는 메뉴를 통해 정보 콘텐츠를 높은 비중으로 제공하고 있었다. 제공되는 뉴스의 건수는 하루 평균 5건-20건 정도였고, 특히 기사의 길이(글자 수)가 상대적으로 짧게 나타났다. 기사에서 사용된 사진의 수도 외국의 비교집단보다 적게 나타났다. 국내 언론의 중국어 사이트 기사에서는 한국 관련 뉴스의 비중이 외국 언론의 자국 뉴스 비중보다 특히 높았다. The study explored the online Chinese language news sites of major Korean media outlets. Specifically, Chosun Ilbo, JoongAng Ilbo, Hankyoreh, and KBS were studied on what purposes the Chinese news sites were operated for, how many articles per day they provided, how were the menu and layout of the sites, and were compared with Chinese language services by New York Times and BBC World. The study conducted the mixed-method research, the content analysis of three-week news content during the first half of 2017 and in-depth interviews with Chinese service site managers of each media site. In result, media diplomacy was found as the primary purpose of Chinese language news sites by Korean media studied. The interviewees confirmed they provided Chinese services in order to promote Korea and their media brand, rather than generating instant profits. The menu of Chinese service by Korean media included sections regarding information on travel, beauty, studying, and fashion in Korea, as well as general news. The number of news items was 5 to 20 per day, while the length of the article was relatively short. The number of photos used in the news was less than the comparison group of foreign media. On the other hand, in the Chinese sites by Korean media, the proportion of Korea-related news was particularly higher than the domestic news headlines of foreign media.
Pile-sinking force modeling and analysis of anti-pull impact pile driver

A "Rigid body - spring - rigid body - elastic rod - rigid body - spring - elastic rod" impact system dynamics model for an anti-pull impactpile driver is established based on the Newton mechanics and stress wave theory. In the developed model, the force, velocity, andstress curves are acquired by solving the dynamic equations. Influences of system dynamics parameters on the maximum pile-sinkingforce are discussed. Results show that mass and velocity of the impact hammer, stiffness of buffer spring and pile cap have significantimpacts on maximum pile-sinking force, while mass of transmission box and platen have less effects. In engineering applications, maximumpile-sinking force can be controlled by rational allocation and design of pile cap and platen’s stiffness. This work can provide someguidelines for the future product optimization design. As a result, impact performance pile drivers with much better can be designed.

Solute transport or water transport in unsaturated soil plays an important theoretical guiding role in remediation engineering. In order to study the diffusion of agent solutions in practical remediation engineering, the soil column experiments of unsaturated soil were carried out using the self-made laboratory test device. The effects of injection rate and soil pressure (confining pressure) on the solute diffusion in soil were studied. The experimental results show that the injection velocity has a great influence on the solute diffusion in soil, and the change in the diffusion rate is not proportional to the injection velocity. The effect of confining pressure on solute diffusion was first promoted and then suppressed. The fractal Richards equation (FRE) model was used to fit the water content curves. The results show that the FRE model has a fine fitting effect on this series of experiments, proving that it can provide model support for the simulation of solute diffusion in underground unsaturated soil. At the same time, the physical significance reflected by the fitting parameters can be used to analyze the mechanism of the experimental phenomena.

<P>Diverse diode characteristics were observed in two (2D) black phosphorus (BP) and molybdenum disulfide (MoS2) heterojunctions. The characteristics of a backward rectifying diode, a Zener diode, and a forward rectifying diode were obtained from the heterojunction through-thickness modulation of the BP flake or back gate modulation. Moreover, a tunnel diode with a precursor to negative differential resistance can be realized by applying dual gating with a sad polymer electrolyte layer as a top gate dielectric material. Interestingly, a steep subthreshold swing Of 55 mV/dec was achieved in a top-gated 2D BP-MoS2 junction. Our simple device architecture and chemical doping-free processing guaranteed the device quality. This work helps us understand the fundamentals of tunneling in 2D semiconductor heterostructures and shows great potential in future applications in integrated low-power circuits.</P>

<P>This paper demonstrates a technique to form a lateral homogeneous 2D MoS<SUB>2</SUB> p–n junction by partially stacking 2D h-BN as a mask to p-dope MoS<SUB>2</SUB>. The fabricated lateral MoS<SUB>2</SUB> p–n junction with asymmetric electrodes of Pd and Cr/Au displayed a highly efficient photoresponse (maximum external quantum efficiency of ∼7000%, specific detectivity of ∼5 × 10<SUP>10</SUP> Jones, and light switching ratio of ∼10<SUP>3</SUP>) and ideal rectifying behavior. The enhanced photoresponse and generation of open-circuit voltage (<I>V</I><SUB>OC</SUB>) and short-circuit current (<I>I</I><SUB>SC</SUB>) were understood to originate from the formation of a p–n junction after chemical doping. Due to the high photoresponse at low <I>V</I><SUB>D</SUB> and <I>V</I><SUB>G</SUB> attributed to its built-in potential, our MoS<SUB>2</SUB> p–n diode made progress toward the realization of low-power operating photodevices.
