        A Study on the Improvement of Zombie Enterprises’ Bankruptcy Expenses Advance Payment System

        Chinas development being still in an important period of strategic opportunities for optimization and upgrading of its economic structure, it is necessary to clear out “zombie enterprises” characterized by financial loss, blood-sucking and kidnapping so as to guarantee the order of competition in socialist market economy. Bankruptcy liquidation is the main method for the disposal of “zombie enterprises” as provided by law. However, the legal system of “stakeholders’ advance payment of bankruptcy expenses” has certain limitations, i.e., ineffective guarantee of bankruptcy expenses of “zombie enterprises” and unsuccessful exit from the market by a large number of “zombie enterprises”, resulting in ineffective and irrational allocation of market resources, and impediment of optimization and upgrading of economic structure. The realistic need in solving the above problems requires the establishment of a ocial special fund for the payment of bankruptcy expenses for “zombie enterprises”. At the same time, we need to strengthen procedures for budgeting and final accounting of bankruptcy expenses on the one hand; and tighten administrators’ duty of diligence and care on the other hand, so as to continue to commence or go through bankruptcy procedures for public interest of the society, fully protect the legitimate rights and interests of stakeholders in bankruptcy cases, and maintain social fairness and normal order of market competition.

        고구마 품종별 수확시기 잎의 저분자항산화물질 함량분석

        Sweetpotato [Ipomoea batatas (L.) Lam] leaves are excellent source of low molecular weight antioxidants such as polyphenols, anthocyanins and carotenoids compared to other leafy vegetables. Endogenous antioxidants in sweetpotato help our bodies to prevent ageing, heart diseases and cancer. In this study, to develop the proper cultivars for the functional feed materials, we investigated the contents of anthocyanin, β-carotene, and polyphenols as well as DPPH radical scavenging activity in leaves of 14 different cultivars at the time of the harvest. They showed a diverse antioxidation activity. In DPPH radical scavenging activity, cultivars of Nanjing 9, Yulmi and Shinzami showed higher activity, whereas cv. Huiza 6 showed the lowest. Cultivars of Shinzami and Shinhwangmi had the highest anthocyanin (3.5 mg/g fr wt) and polyphenol (15.8 mg/g fr wt) content, respectively. Interestingly, there was a high correlation between cultivars with colorful pigments in storage roots and antioxidants activity in leaves. These results suggest that sweetpotato leaves with high antioxidant activity at harvest would be suitable for functional feed materials. 고구마는 폴리페놀, 안토시아닌, 카로티노이드등의 저 분자항산화물질 함량이 다른 작물에 비해 높아 기능성식 품으로 이용되고 있다. 본 연구에서는 고구마 잎을 기능 성 사료작물로 개발하고자 수확시기 고구마 14품종 잎을 대상으로 DPPH 라디칼 소거활성 및 폴리페놀, 카로티노 이드, 안토시아닌의 함량을 조사하였다. DPPH 라디칼 소 거활성 조사결과 Nanjing 9, Yulmi, Shinzami 품종이 높은 활성을 보였으며 Huiza 6 품종이 가장 낮은 활성을 보였 다. 안토시아닌 함량은 Shinzami 품종이 가장 많았고, 폴 리페놀은 Shinhwangmi 품종이 가장 많았으나 그 차이는 크지 않았다. 또한 저장뿌리에서 안토시아닌, 카로티노 이드와 같은 천연색소 함량이 높은 품종이 잎에서의 항 산화 활성도 높게 나타났다. 본 연구에서 조사한 고구마 잎의 저분자항산화물질의 함량이 전반적으로 높고 품종 별 차이가 크지 않은 것으로 조사되어 수확 후 버려지는 지상부가 품종에 관계없이 기능성 사료나 항산화물질의 추출재료로 사용 가능함이 제시되었다.

        조건불리지역 재배를 위한 산화스트레스 내성 고구마 품종의 선발

        Oxidative stress derived from excess reactive oxygen species (ROS) is a major damaging factor for plants exposed to environmental stresses. Sweetpotato [Ipomoea batatas (L.) Lam] has a relatively broad adaptability to harsh environmental conditions compared to other staple crops. In this study, to select stress-tolerant sweetpotato cultivars for sources of molecular breeding on marginal lands, we evaluated the ion leakage values in 10 different cultivars after treatment of methyl viologen (MV), an ROS-generating nonselective herbicide, to leaf discs. DPPH radical scavenging activity and the contents of total phenolics were also investigated. The ion leakage of each cultivar showed a diverse value, which is well correlated with DPPH radical scavenging activity of each cultivar. DPPH radical scavenging activity also showed a high corelation with the contents of total phenolic contents. Three cultivars of Yanshu 8, Shinhwangmi and Shinzami showed high antioxidant activity. Our results suggest that a simple and efficient DPPH radical scavenging activity would be a suitable method to select potential cultivars with enhanced tolerance to multiple environmental stress. 식물이 환경스트레스에 노출되게 되면 과다한 활성산 소의 축적으로 인한 산화스트레스가 발생한다. 그러므로 재해내성 작물개발을 위한 분자육종의 재료로써 스트레 스 내성 고구마 품종을 선발하기 위해, 본 연구에서는 10 종의 고구마의 잎 disc에 산화스트레스 유도원인 methyl viologen (MV)을 처리하였다. MV 처리 후 각 고구마 품종의 이온전도도는 DPPH radical 소거활성과 높은 상관관계를 나타내었다. 본 연구 에서 낮은 이온전도도 값과 높은 DPPH radical 소거활성 및 전체 페놀함량을 나타낸 Yanshu 8, 신황미, 신자미 세 품종을 산화스트레스 내성 품종으로 선발할 수 있었다. 본 연구의 결과를 통해 DPPH radical 소거활성이 복합재 해내성 작물선발을 위한 좋은 실험방법임을 알 수 있었 으며, 산화스트레스 내성 고구마 품종들이 보인 MV에 대한 내성은 증가된 항산화 활성과 연관된 것임을 알 수 있었다.

        With the rapid growth of car ownership, "parking" has gradually become the hot issue of society in general. At present, people widely used stereo garage because it took small area, which had a high space utilization, and convenient operation. However, due to internal instability of three-phase asynchronous motor parameters and load disturbance factors such as fluctuations, it led to a poor robustness of the control system. Therefore, we build a system of first order mathematical model using Simulink based on Active Disturbance Rejection Control (ADRC) and made the simulation analysis by the analysis of the controller structure and algorithm. And through the comparison with the traditional PID control, we implementated the signal fast response optimization design and control overshoot.

        RUNX1–Survivin Axis Is a Novel Therapeutic Target for Malignant Rhabdoid Tumors

        Malignant rhabdoid tumor (MRT) is a highly aggressive pediatric malignancy with no effective therapy. Therefore, it is necessary to identify a target for the development ofnovel molecule-targeting therapeutic agents. In this study, we report the importance of the runt-related transcription factor 1 (RUNX1) and RUNX1–Baculoviral IAP (inhibitor of apoptosis) Repeat-Containing 5 (BIRC5/survivin) axis in the proliferation of MRT cells, as it can be used as an ideal target for anti-tumor strategies. The mechanism of this reaction can be explained by the interaction of RUNX1 with the RUNX1-binding DNA sequence located in the survivin promoter and its positive regulation. Specific knockdown of RUNX1 led to decreased expression of survivin, which subsequently suppressed the proliferation of MRT cells in vitro and in vivo. We also found that our novel RUNX inhibitor, Chb-M, which switches off RUNX1 using alkylating agent-conjugated pyrrole-imidazole polyamides designed to specifically bind to consensus RUNX-binding sequences (5′-TGTGGT-3′), inhibited survivin expression in vivo. Taken together, we identified a novel interaction between RUNX1 and survivin in MRT. Therefore the negative regulation of RUNX1 activity may be a novel strategy for MRT treatment
