지역발전 차원에서의 박근혜정부의 국민행복 증진의 정책적 방향

1인당 국민소득이 2만 달러가 넘었음에도 국내외 연구조사에서 우리나라 국민들의 행복감이 낮다는 보고서가 계속 발표되고 있다. 국민들이 행복하지 못한 원인은 다양하게 있겠지만 소득격차가 큰 역할을 하고 있다. 경제적 빈곤, 그로 인한 정신적인 피로감의 미 해소가 큰 원인으로 작용한 것이라 할 수 있다. 따라서 행복을 위해서는 소득을 중심으로 한 경제적 차원의 생활여건의 향상이 반드시 필요한 것이다. 한편으로는 행복은 경제적 조건들로만 완성되지 않기 때문에 비경제적인, 정신적인 만족감을 얻을 수 있는 요인들도 함께 고려되어야 할 것이다. 최근의 웰빙, 슬로우 시티, 올레길 등을 추구하는 움직임은 이 같은 사회현실을 반영하고 있는 것이다. 이를 위해서 중앙정부, 지방자치단체에서도 경제적 측면의 생활여건 개선뿐만 아니라, 주민들의 정신적 만족을 위한 다양한 정책을 지속적 추진하고 있다. 행복하지 못하다고 느끼는 국민이 많을 뿐만 아니라, 각종 조사에서 행복지수가 낮게 나타나고 있다. 또한 박근혜 정부는 국민행복을 국정의 주요지표로 삼고 있다. 행복을 국정지표로 삼을 만큼 사회적으로 행복하지 못한 요소, 개선해야할 사안들이 많이 있다는 것을 의미한다. 이러한 배경 하에 국민행복을 위한 중앙정부의 대응과 지방정부의 역할 그리고 해외사례 분석을 통해 지역발전차원에서 박근혜 정부의 국민행복 증진을 위한 정책적 방향을 모색하고자 하였다. 연구결과 지역발전차원에서 행복증진 정책은 균형화된 틀을 구축하는 것이 무엇보다 시급하다. 즉 지역 간 균형발전 틀을 구축함으로서 개인 간, 집단 간, 지역 간 권형화된 발전과 복지수혜의 형평성 확보가 가능해질 수 있는 것이다. 이를 위해 개인적 측면에서 일자리 창출과 지역적 집단적 차원에서 정주여건 개선을 추진 할 필요가 있을 것이다. Even though national income per capita exceeded $ 20,000, the researches at home and abroad have published continuously that happiness of the people is low. There are the variety of reasons why people are not happy but the income gap has a major role. It can be assumed that the economic poverty and mental fatigue due to it acted as a major cause. For this reason, it`s necessary to improve the living environment of economics with a focus on earnings for happiness. On the other hand, since the happiness is not completed only by economic conditions, the non-economic and mental satisfaction should be considered. Social movements such as recent well-being, slow city, olle roads reflect the phenomenon of such a society. For this purpose, the central government and local government are promoting various policies consistently for the spiritual satisfaction of residents as well as improving the living environment of the economic aspects. Government of Park Geun-hye considers people`s happiness as a national key indicators. Government is promoting various policies for that, especially a major policy for the development of the region has been established. Happy policies at the development level of the region has to be done by constructing a balanced framework first. In other words, building up a framework of balanced development and providing an equal opportunity of an individual are important. For this reason, job creation in terms of a personal aspect and improvement of settlement condition in terms of regional. collective aspect are to be pursued preferentially
Infected Epidermoid Cyst Including Multiple Nails at the Amputated Thumb Stump: A Case Report

Fingertip amputation is a common injury among trauma occurring in the upper extremity. After amputation of the fingertip, there are several treatment options according to the degree of damage. Also, the skin flap is sometimes performed when skin defects are accompanied. Among the complications associated with fingertip injury, cyst formation at the amputation stump is rare but some cases have been reported based on the pathologic findings. There was a case of an infected epidermal inclusion cyst containing multiple nail plates at the amputation stump of the thumb, so we would like to report it with a review of the literature.
지면효과익을 지나는 가/감속 유동의 공력특성에 관한 수치해석적 연구

Recently, several kinds of experimental and computational studies are being carried out to investigate the WIG(Wing In Ground Effect) aerodynamic characteristics which are of practical importance to develop the new ground transportation vehicle system. These works are mainly based upon conventional wind tunnel tests, but many problems associated with the WIG aerodynamic characteristics cannot be satisfactorily resolved due to the wind tunnel blockage effects or string problems to support the test object. To overcome the problems, it is necessary to develop a novel simulator appropriate to the WIG aerodynamics. The lift increased in accelerating and decelerating flows without the Reynolds number, and the increase degree appeared remarkably as an dimensionless acceleration coefficient increased.
EMC 시험용 Strip Line 의 最適設計에 관한 硏究

In this paper, a Strip Line, one of the EMS(Electromagnetic Susceptibility) testing systems, was studied theoretically, and an optimal design technique based on the physical size of EUTs(Equipment Under Test) was proposed. Form Factor defined as the ratio W(the width of upper plate of the Strip Line) to h(the distance between two plates), was suggested as a design variable. Even though the electric field distribution is desired to be uniform, the actual filed distribution can be easily disturbed by multiple reflections from walls. Compensation was performed to make sure the field variation of the test zone not to exceed more than ±2dB. The Strip Line, designed and fabricated through this study, was tested by measuring electrical characteristics, such as insertion loss, VSWR, and field uniformities, etc. The test results avow that the Strip Line can be used for EMS measurements with a proper calibration table.
사회주의 중국의 국가권력이 공연예술에 미친 영향에 대한 서론적 연구

This essay is a premise to study the mutual relations of state power and literary power. It pays an attention to a concrete example to that is the head stream period of socialist China. State power is how to intervene in various positions which have effects on formation and movement of literary power deals with how to control literary power. These are the purpose of this paper. And the results of this, will be a foundation stone that studying concrete demands of state power in that period, and repulsion or cooperation of literary power against such demands. Other wise, it has to study artist's concrete reaction which respond to the power, or be pitted against to that. It is focused on 'The Great Culture Revolution of Proletariat' which shows us the extreme aspect of socialist state power. Within this period, to be the purpose of this study is how literary power is made and how state power intervenes with it. It also focused on setting up and practicing literary policy, and focused on features of literary theory and 'model play', 'model cinema' (how to realized creation) as their basis. In other words, why did the state power paid attention to public performances arts? It is studied that doctrinaire literary power is applied in public performance arts; the ultimate purpose of state power make a pressing restraint and internalization to literary power and so on. As a result of the continuous intension of socialist state literary power was subordinated to state power in China, and the phenomenon at that 'Culture Revolution' period is the only 'model play' and 'model cinema' as the public performance arts. These phenomena showed us the extreme left errors which the state power colored to literary creation, and the historical experience that literary creation factually faded away.
유아 연령별 단일동작 및 연속동작 수행능력 정도에 관한 연구

본 연구는 단일동작 및 연속동작 각각의 동작과제에 대해 만3, 4, 5세 유아의 연령에 따른 동작학습의 효과를 알아보고자 하였다. 단일동작은 동작형태를 지각하여 정확히 표현하는 능력이 요구되는 동작이며, 연속동작은 율동등에서 연결된 동작을 하고자 할 때 기억능력이 요구되는 동작이다. 두 유형은 유아 신체활동에 내재된 동작요소라 할 수 있으며, 이에 대한 연령별 수행정도가 어떠한지를 알아보는 것은 연구자 및 현장교사에게 유용한 정보가 될 것이다. 연구목적에 따라 각 연령별로 20, 25, 25명, 총 70명의 유아를 대상으로 하였으며, 단일동작, 연속동작 각 5가지씩의 동작들을 선정하여 자료를 분석한 결과 다음과 같은 결론을 얻었다. 첫째, 본 연구의 단일동작들은 연령별로 유의한 차이를 보이며 발달하였다. 즉 동작형태를 따라하는 능력은 연령별로 유의한 수준차를 보였다(P<.05). 둘째, 본 연구의 연속동작들은 시기와 연령별로 유의한 차이를 보이며 발달하였다. 셋째, 연속동작은 시기와 연령에 따라 유의한 상호작용의 결과를 나타냈다. 즉 동작의 기억을 요구하는 연속동작의 경우, 만3세와 4세 사이에는 상호작용의 효과를 보여 4세부터 반복학습의 효과를 나타내는 것으로 나타났다. 이러한 결과 연속동작의 학습은 만 4세부터 반복에 의해 학습이 가능해지며 이 무렵이 유아의 동작학습을 위한 민감기일 수 있다는 해석을 가능하게 한다. The purpose of this study was to examine the ability of performance on five single movement and five serial movements of three, four and five-years old children. Three years old was twenty, four years old are twenty five years old are twenty five. So total was seventy. The examining items were each five movements. The movement subjects are 1) How does the modeling ability on children's single movement according to three, four and five-years old. 2) How does the movement memory ability on children's serial movement according to three, four and five-years old. A series of statistical analysis indicates the following results. First, the study shows the significantly developing change on five single movements in three, four and five-years old. Second, there was to find the interaction effect on five serial movements in second trial three and four years old. In accordance with the results, the study suggested that three and four years old is a sensitive periods in learning of movement.

This study started with the measured experiment of climatic characteristic at the coastal reclamation area formed by the reclamation and development which is inevitable selection presently. As a result of the examination, the climate variation is predicted to be large in summer and the salt concentration is shown in the order of top layer, bottom layer and intermediate layer. Therefore, the greens space and wind path are occupied at the coastal reclamation.

In analysis of unsteady turbulent flows with temperature variation, 3 different turbulence models of k-e model, modified k-e model, and Full Reynolds Stress(FRS) model, are applied. 3 Test Cases are selected for verification. These are vertical jet flows with water and sodium, and parallel jet flow with sodium. For overall verification of turbulence models, test cases are analyzed with 2-D and 3-D assumptions. Analysis yields the conclusion that 3-D computation with FRS betters others. However, modified modeling for near wall effect is required to improve its heat transfer characteristic analysis.

From on the machining center cutting work of SS34, the characteristics such as spindle speed and feed speed for the third point height, average spacing of roughness peaks, bearing ratio, center line average, ten point height. experiments is roughness for sampling length determine to measuring length of cutting feed speed 200, 400, 600, 800mm/min and spindle speed 800, 1000, 1200, 1400rpm. Third point height is spindle speed with most suitable cutting condition 1000rpm. Third point height is feed speed with most suitable cutting condition 400mm/min. Average spacing of roughness peaks are spindle speed with most suitable cutting condition feed speed increased to average spacing of roughness peaks are increased. Spindle speed increased to average spacing of roughness peaks are decreased. Bearing ratio is spindle speed with feed speed increased to bearing ratio decreased. Center line average is spindle speed with most suitable cutting condition at 1200rpm feed speed with most suitable cutting condition at 200mm/min to cutting face roughness suddenly decreased. Ten point height is spindle speed with most suitable cutting condition 1200rpm at ten point height cutting face roughness to decreased and feed speed with most suitable cutting condition 800mm/min at ten point height cutting face roughness to decreased.
노즐내 이차원 물체에 의한 피동제어된 아음속 제트구조에 관한 연구

A turbulent wake generated by a cylinder in nozzle contraction affects to the jet flow characteristics. In this study, a computational work to investigate the effect of the turbulent wake on two-dimensional subsonic jet was carried out with three different kinds of nozzle. Computations are applied to the two-dimensional unsteady, Navier-Stokes equations. Several kinds of turbulent models and wall functions are employed to validate the computational predictions. It was known that the wake flow enhanced the spread of the jet flow, compared with no wake flow condition. It was also found that the jet core is shortened by the wake flow developed from a control cylinder.
