This survey for the purpose of finding out the effects of Golf as a continuative exercise on the mental stress has made the following conclusion with the research results having examined the effects by using the stress measuring paper to the subjects of the amateur Golfers consisted of 183 (Male 98 and Female 85) in Chonbuk province. 1. The effects on the total stress levels as a continuative exercise shows that the male subjects (105.96±14.38) is higher than the female (104.05±11.49). 2. In the following stress levels the Golf has the effect showing that the male (19.72) is higher than the female (19.54) in the mental factor, and the male (35.74) is higher than the female (34.82) in the emotional and the anxiety factors. And it shows statistical significance (p=0.79). 3. The effects of Golf as a continuative exercise on the total stress levels according to the subjects' career shows that the group (108.03) whose career is more than 83 months is higher than the group (101.68) whose career is more than 49-82 months. 4. The effects of Golf as a continuative exercise on the mental stress in the following levels shows that the group (20.31) whose career is more than 83 months is higher than the group (18.71) whose career is more than 49-82 months in the mental factor, and the group (28.30) who career is more than 83 months is also higher than the group (25.76) whose career is more than 49-82 months in the physical and mental health factor respectively.

The incineration process has commonly used for wastes amount reduction and thermal treatments of pollutants as the technologies accumulated. It investigated the recycling characteristic of the fusion slag which is a last by-product which occurs from 3 facilities which are developed with Municipal waste heat decomposition gasification fusion facility of domestic. We investigated the surface characteristic of 3 melting facility slag with SEM. Therefore we found the surface is soft by cooling water. Also the surface is tough and has small air bubble by cooling air. Ca/Si ratio for alkalinity is high from the slag of the S type melting facility. The slag of T type contents contains much Fe. The melting slag has heavy metals whose contents are Cr 312.1㎎/㎏, Cd ND. Cu 105.9㎎/㎏ and Pb 3.0㎎/㎏. Each heavy metal reduction ratio is Cr 10.72%, Cd 100%, Cu 95.9%, Pb 99.9%. The amount of heavy metals contained fly ash is highly reduced through a heat decomposition fusion process re-in scattering. The Dioxin contents of fusion slag is as following: S type 2.92 pg-TEQ/g, T type 0.87 pg-TEQ/g and P type 0.21 pg-TEQ/g These are very low level comparing with the Dioxin standard 3ng-TEQ/G of Japan. Leaching rate is very low. This satisfies the recycling standard of Germany and the Dioxin Standard of Japan. Therefore we concluded that the possibility of secondary contamination may not happen.

The aim of this study was to investigate the effect of ethanol extract of Fagopyrum escuentum(FE) on the melanogenesis. To determine whether ethanol extract of FE suppress melanin synthesis in cellular level, B16F10 melanoma cells were cultured in the presence of different concentrations of FE ethanol extract. In the present study, the author examined the effects of FE ethanol extract on cell proliferation, melanin contents, tyrosinase activity. Cell proliferation was slightly increased by treatment with ethanol extract of FE (25-200 ㎍/ml). The ethanol extract of FE effectively suppressed melanin contents at a dose of 100 ㎍/ml. It was observed that the color of cell pellets was totally whitened compared with the control. The ethanol extract of FE inhibited tyrosinase activity, regulate melanin biosynthesis as the key enzyme in melanogenesis. These results suggest that the ethanol extract of FE exerts its depigmenting effects through the suppression of tyrosinase activity. And it may be a potent depigmetation agent in hyperpigmentation condition.

Ventricular septal defect remains an infrequent but devastating complication of acute MI. Approximately 1∼3% of cases of acute myocardial infarction are complicated by ventricular septal rupture in the prethrombolytic era and the incidence has decreased to 0.2% with reperfusion therapy. This mechanical complication usually occurs within the first 10 to 14 days when necrotic tissue is most abundant and the collateral coronary circulation is not well developed. This lesion is generally associated with complete coronary obstruction rather than severe stenosis. Rupture of the ventricular septum is a severe mechanical complication of acute myocardial infarction, usually resulting in death unless surgical repair is performed. The bad prognosis of this event within the first 2 weeks indicates the need for early surgical rapair. This complication is more frequent after the first acute myocardial infarction in the elderly and secondary to a transmural myocardial infarction. We report two cases of ventricular septal rupture after acute myocardial infarction.
