        중학교 정보 교과서에서 "문제해결 방법과 절차" 영역의 창의적 문제해결력 경향 분석

        정보 교과는 지식정보화 사회에 필요한 정보 활용 능력은 물론 창의적인 문제해결력을 함양하기 개설된 교과이다. 그러나 창의적 문제해결요소가 교과서에 어느 정도 포함되었는지를 분석하는 연구는 미미하다. 따라서 본 논문은 중학교 정보 1 교과서 ``문제해결방법 및 절차`` 영역의 창의적 문제해결력 경향을 정량적으로 분석하였다. 정보 교과서가 창의적 문제해결력 함양 요소를 어느 정도 포함하고 있는지 최길수의 정량적 분석법으로 분석한 결과, 교과서별로 문제해결과정 반영과 문제해결전략 제시의 충실도에 차이가 크게 나타났고 모든 교과서가 활동 요구 지수, 창의적 문제해결력 관련지수, 활동 유형지수가 전체적으로는 바람직한 범위에 있으나 소 영역별로는 바람직한 범위를 벗어난 것이 있는 것으로 나타났으며 지수 값이 균형을 이루지 못한 교과서가 있고 활동 유형이 일부 유형에 치우쳐 있는 것으로 나타났다. 그러므로 앞으로 정보 교과서의 개발 및 수정 보완 시 문제해결과정 반영과 문제해결전략의 충실도를 높이고, 교과서의 학습 활동 구성 시 다양한 학습 활동 유형을 활용하고 기본 정신 기능과 고등 정신 기능을 요구하는 활동 비율의 균형을 유지할 것을 제안하였다. Developing middle and high students` information literacy and creative problem-solving skills in this information-oriented society is very important and for this reason, the subject of informatics has been established. However, little research on creative problem solving literacy of informatics textbooks has been conducted. Therefore, the purpose of this paper is to quantitatively analyze whether ``problem-solving methods and procedures`` parts in informatics textbooks in middle schools present creative problem solving literacy or not and in what degree. Data were quantitatively analyzed using the Gil-Su Choi method. The result of data analysis indicated that all the textbooks turned out to be correct range in the category of the "composition of various learning activities," but got out of range in some categories such as "problem-solving process reflection` and "problem-solving strategy proposal". Also a few textbooks haven`t satisfied in important indexes and activities. So, we suggest that more ``problem-solving process reflection`` and ``problem-solving strategy proposal`` parts should be included in the informatics textbook and more various forms of learning activities be utilized well as the ratio of activities needed primary and high mental processes be kept the balance.

        보성산 유기농 녹차의 품질에 따른 카테킨 함량과 항산화능 비교 분석

        유기농 녹차의 등급별 총페놀 함량과 항산화능은 각 추출 용매에 따른 수율을 확인하였을 때 물 추출에 비하여 수용성 유기용매의 추출 수율이 유의적으로 높았다. 유기용매를 이용한 추출수율은 물을 이용할 때 보다 총페놀 함량은 1.5에서 3.2배, 항산화능은 1.8에서 3.8배 정도 높게 나타났다. HPLC 분석을 통하여 총페놀 함량과 항산화능의 상관관계를 비교 시 총페놀 함량이 증가함에 따라 항산화능이 1차 선형관계로 증가하는 경향을 보였다. HPLC분석을 통하여 유기농 녹차에 함유되어 있는 다양한 카테킨의 함량이 채엽시기에 따라 변화가 나타났다. 유기농 녹차의 카테킨 성분 중 가장 많이 존재하는 EGCG가 건조중량당 5.8-7.7%의 함량을 보였고, caffeine은 1.7-2.9%의 함량을 보였다. 유기농 녹차의 카테킨 함량은 일반적으로 채엽 시기가 늦어짐에 따라서 점차 감소하였다. 유기농 녹차의 등급에 따른 항산화능은 최상급인 우전에서 가장 높았으며 최하등급인 엽차에서 가장 낮게 나타났다. HPLC 분석에 의한 유기농 녹차의 등급에 따른 총 카테킨 함량(㎎/g)은 우전(155.4), 세작(147.7), 중작(143.2), 엽차(135.1), 대작(130.5)의 순서로 감소하였다. 이를 통해 녹차의 채엽 시기가 유기농 녹차의 카테킨 성분 및 항산화능에도 영향을 미치는 것을 확인하였다. 전반적으로 상급의 유기농 녹차 일수록 총페놀 및 카테킨 함량이 많으며 또한 더 높은 항산화능을 가지는 것으로 나타났다. The objective of this study was to evaluate the effect of various solvents on extraction of bioactive phenolics and to analyze the antioxidant capacity and contents of individual catechins in various grades of green teas organically grown in Boseong, Korea. The organic green teas, based on their harvest seasons, were categorized into five grades such as Woo-Jeon, Se-Jak, Jung-Jak, Dae-Jak, and coarse tea. Solvents used to extract phenolics from these teas included water at 23℃ and 70℃ as well as 80% (v/v) aqueous methanol and ethanol. In general, aqueous organic solvents of methanol and ethanol led to higher extraction yields of phenolics than water at 23℃ and 70℃. Total phenolics and antioxidant capacity of the teas extracted with the aqueous organic solvents were approximately 1.5 to 3.2 and 1.8 to 3.8 times higher than those with water at 23℃ and 70℃, respectively. Coarse tea, the lowest grade of green tea, showed approximately 30-60% lower total phenolics and antioxidant capacity compared with the higher grade ones. Reversed-phase HPLC analysis was performed quantitatively to identify individual catechins, gallic acid, and caffeine in teas extracted with 80% (v/v) aqueous methanol. Based on their dry weights, the organic green teas contained about 1.7 to 2.9% of caffeine. Content (㎎/g dry weight) of tea catechins decreased in the following order: Woo-Jeon (155.4) > Se-Jak (147.7) > Jung-Jak (143.2) > coarse tea (135.1) > Dae-Jak (130.5). (-)-Epigall℃atechin gallate was the most abundant among the catechins analyzed. The highest grade of green tea, Woo-Jeon, had the highest amount of (-)-epigall℃atechin gallate at 77.4 ㎎/g dry weight. Overall, the higher grade of organic green teas tended to have the higher level of antioxidant capacity and catechins.

        During the past decade, motion simulators have been effectively used for studying the vehicle interaction and developing vehicle system and components in highly controlled and repeatable test environment. Most of motion simulator use a six degree of freedom stewart platform driven hydraulically. Thanks to a high performance 3D graphic accelerator, the visual system generates high fidelity visual scenes, which are displayed on a monitor on the motion platform. But this type of motion simulator has a limited rotational motion. In this paper we designed a new type motion simulator for endless rotational motion and controller for it. This has four degrees of freedom, three rotational and one vertical motion. The real-time simulation system, based on a personal computer with a digital signal processor, supervises overall operation of the simulator.

      • Pseudomonas sp. 로부터 생산되는 phytase에 관한 연구

        Phytase (myo-inositol hexakisphosphate phosphohyrolase) is found naturally in plants and microorganisms. It catalyses pydrolysis of phytate to release inorganic phosphate, which would decrease the addition of phosphorus to feedstuffs for monogastric animals and thus reduce environmental pollution. this study was carried out for examination of characteristic of phytase from Pseudomonas sp. The phytase from Pseudomonas sp. was partially purified by DEAE-Sepharose chromatography and its molecular weight was estimated to 45kDa by SDS-PAGE Partially purified phytase was stable at pH values ranging from 5.0~7.0, and it was stable to 40℃.

      • 세포내 물질이동기구에 관한 전자현미경적 연구

        In most cell kinds, intracellular transport systems are reasonably understood at the moment. But in most neurons which have long cellular processes, i. e., more than many thousand times longer axon than the diameter of its perykaryon, intraneuronal transport system has ultimate importances for the nutrient supply and transneuronal impulse conduction. Many efforts have been focused on the membrane circulation at the nerve terminals and on the chemico-physical transduction of impulse at the synapse. But it is still complicate to understand how the fast axonal transport can meet the needs in the terminals. Even the fast axonal transport (l00∼400mm/day) is too slow to overcome the multiple demands at the cell periphery. In this experiment, we have carried 3 experiments and interrelated their results to summarize the reasonable transport system within the nerve cells. At first we have disturbed the function of fundus striati nucleus of cat by the intersect-ion of nigrostriatal input. In the second experiment all the inputs and outputs to and from the fundus striati of cat were interrupted by columnar isolation of the nucleus, and finally we have checked the autoradiographic lables in the rat fundus striati following the stereotaxic infusion of tritiated serotonin via lateral ventricle. We have scrutinized all the data to result the following summary: 1. Uptake, lysis, synthesis and transport of proteinous substances within the perykayon are depends on the similar organelles as those in the other cell kinds, i. e., pinocytotic vesicles lysosomes, ribosomes, endoplasmic reticula, transfer vesicles, Golgi complexes, carrier vesicles, etc. 2. Fast transport within the long neuronal processes depends on the smooth endoplasmic reticular tubules which are apparantly long continuous and interonnected system between perikaryon and periphery of processes. 3. Transport within the smooth reticular tubule is accomplished immediately(perhaps only-in a few second, regardless of its length) by way of the pressing of newly formed substance at the perikaryal end resulting squeeze out at the peripheral end. 4. Disturbances at the distal end or at any passageway of smooth endoplasmic reticular tubules will make swelling or edema of the tubule-system. 5. In the spiny cell that has numerous spines and spine apparati, altered synaptic condition sometimes initiate large amount of material-uptake and transport of them via spine apparati into the smooth endoplasmic tubules of dendrites, finally may result edematic tubules and dendrite. 6. Importance of speed and vesiculation of smooth endoplasmic reticular tubules in normal and pathological circumstances were discussed.

GFRP bar were successfully fabricated at 10mm nominal diameters and hollow types using a pultrusion method Tensile and bending specimens from this bar were tested and compared with behavior of GFRP rebar and steel bar.

        We proposed and interactive model of virtual education that can be applied on the realization of virtual university, and implemented a virtual education system that is a web system using plug-in programs and that links appropriately the known applications on the Internet. While other virtual education systems focus on a remote educations, our system realizes an interactive education that teachers and students interact each other on virtrual spaces such as virtual lecture room, virtual office, virtual self-studying room. In our system, it is simple to add new functions and is easy to update the system components because most of them are accomplished by the insertion and update of stand-alone Internet programs.

        Cryptotia is deformity of the antihelix, especially its superior crus. There are various available methods that can be used for the surgical correction of cryptotia, but their main purposed is the provision of skin for the upper part of the skin and correction of deformed cartilage. We have repaired 13 cryptotia deformities in 9 patients with aesthetically satisfactory results using Z-plasty for auriclocephalic sulcus correction and vertical incision at superior crus of antihelix and then mattress suture or cartilage graft from cavum of concha for cartilage correction.

        매몰이의 연골 변형의 교정

        The key points of treatment of cryptotia are the elevation of invaginated ear helix and the correction of deformed cartilage. Prevention of stabilized cartilage contouring from returning to the previous state is also important. The authors carried cartilage plasty by modified Fukuda's method that several incisions are made along the crus, and then the crus is flattened using mattress suture in cases of mild cartilage deformity. In cases of severe cartilage deformity, the cartilage plasty by Onizuka method was carried. The cartilage graft from cavum on concha served as a splint for prevention of recurrence of cartilage deformities. We have repaired 13 cryptotic deformities in 9 patients with aesthetically satisfactory results using vertical incision at the superior crus of antihelix with mattress suture or cartilage graft from cavum of concha for cartilage correction. The correction of deformed cartilage by modified Fukida or Onizuka method is a good option for the treatment of cryptotia.
