This study proposes the desirable direction of urban planning strategy for revitalization of the existing commercial area. the direction is drawn through the analysis of present land use of the commercial area in Jung-gu, Dong-gu, Juan, and Guwol Center of City, the one of Three Cores presented in ‘The Comprehensive Urban Planning of Incheon, 2020’. Land categories, height of building, and floor area ratio(FAR) are used as data of the analysis. The first result of analysis shows that the Comprehensive urban planning of Incheon from 2001 to 2020 has modified by the short-term change of circumstances in step with urban development momentarily without long-term goal. Second, the use of FAR is too inefficient as the average FAR of the business area is more less than legal one. The last one, the average FAR and the frequency of high-rise building tends to increase in the order of location, Jung-gu, Dong-gu, Juan, and Guwol. The fact shows not only that the extensive expansion causes decentralization, but also that each district has such different regional and social peculiarities that it cannot be a group of center of city. Based on these results, we propose the direction of urban management planning like followings: the necessity of breaking away from stiffness of Euclidena Zoning, applying flexible urban planning for revitalization, and high-density mixed use development of the commercial area.
2-Methylisoborneol(2-MIB)제거를 위한 산화 및 흡착공정의 특성

One of the Musty and earthy smell compounds in raw water is generally attributed to 2-methylisoborneol (2-MIB). It is well known that activated carbon and oxidants such as O_3, ClO_2 are effective ways to control 2-MIB. In isotherm equilibrium experiments, 2-MIB in distilled water was much more adsorbed to the activated carbon(A/C) than raw water containing dissolved organic carbon (DOC). The Freundlich constants(k) of distilled water and raw water were 3.36 and 0.049, and 1/n values were 0.80 and 0.42, respectively. The 2-MIB residual rate were Y = e^(0.55_x)~ e^(-0.54_x) with Ozone(O_3) dose by 5 minutes contact time at the 241 and 353 ng/L initial concentrations. The 2-MIB residual rate were Y = e^(-0.32_X)~ e^(-0.35_X) with Chlorine dioxide(ClO_2) dose by 15 minutes contact time at the 89 and 249 ng/L initial concentrations. 2-MIB was decreased from 1911 ng/L to 569ng/L by post-ozonation(70%removal efficiency) and removal efficiencies of 2-MIB by the following 4 kinds Granular Activated Carbon(GAC) process such as coal base, coconut base, wood base and zeolite+carbon base were 95.8, 89.5, 88.4, and 93.7% respectively.

In this study, we prepared nano-sized TiO2 particles for various process variables by the diffusion flame reactor and we collected TiO2 particles by thermophoresis. It is found that the size of TiO2 particles increases, as the flame temperature or the inlet TiCl4 concentration increase or the total gas flow rate decreases. We investigated the photo-degradation of phenol wish the prepared TiO2 particles. We found the optimum amounts of TiO2 photocatalysts for our experimental apparatus and investigated the photo-degradation efficiencies of phenol, changing the process variables such as size of TiO2 photocatlysts, phase ratio of rutile/anatase, concentration of phenol, input ratio of O2. Degradation efficiencies of phenol were almost 95% in 15 minutes for the standard conditions of our experiments.

We reviewed retrospectively 230 patients who came to emergency room of Kang Nam St. Mary's Hospital and Uijongbu St. Mary's Hospital between 1. January and 31. December 1994. We classified them according to their age, sex, a sort of drug, the cause of poisoning, prehospital care, time-lapse to arrive at hospital after poisoning, psychiatric problem the status of patients. *We conclude as follows; 1. The male to female ratio was totally 1 : 1.98, 1 : 1.24 in a urban area, 1 : 2.43 in a rural area. 2. On age of the patients in this study, the peake incidence was between 20 and 39(55.2%). 3. On seasonal prevalence, the poisoning was most common in summer and spring, in urban area(35.7%) and rural area(37.0%) respectively. 4. The common drug were as follow; Doxylamine, Organophosphate, Acetaminophen in urban area, Paraquat, Organophospate, Doxylamine in rural area 5. The percentage of suicidal attempt were 81.8% and 87.7% in urban area and rural area respectively. 6. The poisoning patients had psychatric problem in 19.4% and 24.6%, in urban area and rural area respectively. 7. Before arrival to emergency room, 27.7% of patient was done prehospital care in rural area. 8. On arrival to emergency room, 95.1% and 73.8% of patients show stable vital sign in urban area and rural area respectively.
오리고기에 關한 硏究 (1) : 오리고기 蛋白質의 아미노酸 組成 Amino Acid composition of Duck-meat protein

Amino acids of duck-meat in Jeon-nam have been analyzed by gas chromatography. Through this analysis, the following results were obtained. 1. The quantities of general components in duck-meat were determined 13.61%∼21.19% protein, 17.23%∼4.92% fat, 0.56%∼1.03% ash, and 50.91%∼65.72% moisture. 2. The quantities of protein amino acids in duck-meat were determined 6.10% alanine, 2.75% valine, 7.13% glycine, 2.20% iso-leucine, 4.54%leucine, 4.90% proline, 5.80% threonine, 1.15% methionine, 3.20% hydroxy proline, 3.01% phenylalanine, 6.70% aspartic acid, 12.71% glutamic acid,. 4.95% lysine, 1.11% arginine, 5.60% histidine, 4.40% cystine+cystein, and serineand tyrosine in trace amount. 3. Except tryptophane, almost all the essential amino acids were analyzed.
