      • H₂O₂에 의한 단백질 분해속도 및 산화에 의한 표면상태

신춘환 東西大學校 2000 동서논문집 Vol.6 No.-

We used hydrogen peroxide for measuring oxidation decomposition rate about protein in main organic material of pearl and searched for oxidation capacity to liquid solution containing three components(H2O, H2O2, Methanol) at different hydrogen peroxide concentrations. And those results used to search for a pearls surface oxidation by decomposition rate about protein. As a result, ORP change was similarity at the liquid solution and the concentration of three components should conclude in consideration of economics, efficiency of oxidation protein and characteristic of surface. At pearls by hydrogen peroxide, oxidation of protein searched for almost nothing of extraction under 72 hours and relatively concentration of extraction using distilled water was higher than that using methanol.

      • 北傀의 軍事思想과 對南赤化 戰略에 關한 考察

        金亨柱,崔春泳 군산대학교 1980 群山水産專門大學 硏究報告 Vol.14 No.2

The military mindedness and quality of the military power of North Korea essentially run counter to the peaceful unification of the our country. The conception itself has set the basic goal at Bolshevization of the Korea Peninsular and with Proletariate dictatorship army, the revolution communist is charged a mission, and Kim Ill Seong's military mindedness would never be exsisted. He will only accept the military mindedness influenced from Soviet and Communist Chind, is mainly composed of Kim's strategy. He is watching for a decisive chance for Bolshevization in South Korea by force through an all out warfare strategy mainly composed of the mixed strategy in regular and irregular warfare, the surprise attack warfare, and intensive suprise offensive etc. At the point of crisis, the public opinion is not allowed to be divided on the view. It is not allowed to decide the public opinion and decline to optimistic view on the situation or unification. We must improve once and for all our blind spot at the inner side and unify the nationality, and promote the national strength and establish the attitude the self-reliance of national defence and all out national security.

      • WATER-SOLUBLE AND COMB-LIKE CYCLOPOLYMERS OF ALKYLDIALLYLAMINE AND ALKYLDIALLYLMETHYLAMMONIUM CHLORIDE

        Coon, H. Do,George B. Butler 순천대학교 기초과학연구소 1990 基礎科學硏究誌 Vol.1 No.-

Since the discovery that radical polymerization of dialkyl-diallylammonium saits yields water-soluble cyclopolymers instead of cross-linked polymers, 1-5 homo- and co-cyclopolymers of various diallylamine compounds have been extensively studied and their syntheses, kinetics, ring-sizes, properties, and applications have been reviewed. 6-11 cyclopolymerization of the diallylammonium compounds produces mostly ring structures and the content of double bonds is less than 0.1-3% in the case of poly(diallyldimethylammonium chloride, DADMAC). Free diallylamines do not polymerize but by their protonated and quaternary ammonium salts polymerize by radical initiation. Although the piperidinium ring is thermodynamically favorable, the kinetically favorable pyrolidinium ring exists dominantly in the cyclopolymer of DADMAC according to C NMR spectroscopic studies. The size of the ring also depends on the size of N-substituted alkyl groups.

고온 고압 환경에서 인코넬 690 재료의 프레팅 마모 특성에 관한 실험적 연구

        이춘열(Coon Yeol Lee),이주석(Ju Suck Lee),배준우(Joon Woo Bae) 대한기계학회 2012 大韓機械學會論文集A Vol.36 No.6

In a nuclear power plant, fretting wear due to impact motion between U-tubes and support structures located in steam generators can cause serious problems. In order to guarantee the reliability of the steam generator, the damage due to fretting wear should be thoroughly investigated. The purpose of this study is to elucidate the fretting wear mechanism qualitatively and quantitatively. Hence, fretting wear simulation is performed for the environments to which the actual steam generators in nuclear power plants are exposed. Initial experimental results are obtained for various experimental parameters, and the effect of the work rate and temperature on fretting wear is evaluated. In water, the wear coefficients for 90℃, 200℃, and 340℃ are found to be 9.051×10-16 Pa-1, 3.009×10-15 Pa-1, and 2.235×10-15 Pa-1, respectively. It is also found that the wear coefficient at room temperature is larger than that at low temperature in water because of the dynamic viscosity of water.

        신춘환,김종현 한국환경과학회 1992 한국환경과학회지 Vol.1 No.2

Because of varied functions and characteristics, water soluble polymers have long attracted much intrest in both academic and industrial fields, especially now in pollution problems such as wastewater treatment through ploymeric flocculants. In this regard, the main objective of this study is to synthesize polymeric floccuants containning hydrophobic group in presence of the potassium persulfate/sodium thiosulfate redox system and to estimate their flocculating ability on the kaolin suspension. In order to test the flocculating power of flocculant prepared on the kaolin suspension system, turbidity of the supernatant liquid, residence time, filtration rate of flocculated samples, have additionally been measured from the flocculation experiments and analysed in comparision with the theoretical background.

        韓國語의 形態論에서 본 民族性

池浚模 고려대학교 민족문화연구소 1970 民族文化硏究 Vol.4 No.-

Some say we are able to point out the racial characteristics from the language, and some don't say the language will reveal any characteristics of the native speaker. The writer, however, believes the peculiarity of a language which has been fostered through historical surroundings and social life has the distinctive way of its own expression from anothers. It goes without saying that the language, the race and the culture are not always related in parallel with one another, but comparatively simple is the condition of the relation among the three in the first period of human history. After the beginning of the historical age the Korean people had already been simplified and then they have developed the Korean language as their only means of oral expression. Although the imported vocabulary of Chinese classical words amounts to more than one-half of all the vocabulary the Koreans have, the phonology, the morphology and the syntax are quite their own. Accordingly, this paper will go on with little danger. Ⅱ From the plural of the first person The Korean people like to use "we, our, us" instead of "I, my, me" when they speak and write, for example "our home." In the western world there are some ways of using the plural of personal pronoun as the politeness of plural in the second person, the modesty of plural of the editor's "we" and the majesty of plural of the emperor's "we". But, the plural of the first person in Korean is quite different from "we" in the case of Western emperors who claim their subjects to be unitedly loyal. It has come from "engagement(F)" of the commoners of the agricultural age. Ⅲ From Number Korean nouns have not plural forms. When they need to express the plural in an occasion, they attach some suffix to the noun. And the numeral itself has words of round number. They can say "two or three" in a single word, although they have "two or three" type of expression consisted of three words as in English. In the ancient times the Korean people mistook some foreign numerals and used them as theirs. Some of them have had vigesimal system in counting money while the other the decimal system, according to districts. The Koreans have had vague conception of number. IV From Honorifics The development of honorifics in the Korean language does not seem to depend only on the feudality. In the olden times the Chinese calls Korea "the Eastern Country of Etiquette." And in the predicate verb of the Korean Language there are six grades of honorifics, which have been developed to the highest degree all over the world. The supposition that the honorifics was brought up in the feudal society is of weak foundation. Ⅴ From Passive Voice The passive voice in French was not so developed as in English and that in Korean was not so developed as in Japanese, either. The less-development of passive voice in a language may lay in the self-pride and unaccomodativeness of the people who speak the language. In the ancient times the Koreans called their country "Great". In the middle age they thought themselves to be people of "Small, Civilized country," and took almost the other tribes on the earth for barbarians. These facts also prove that the Koreans have been self-proud and lacking in flexibility. Ⅳ From Emphasis Any language has its own way of expressing emphasis, still more many kinds of it. We are sure, however, the morphological development is always prior to the idiomatical or syntactical one. The emphasis in the Korean language consists almost of the auxiliary stem which is one of the morphological elements, or of the auxiliary verb which forms the phrase, though. And the Koreans have double expressions which are accepted as standard and polite, and are means of emphasis in the Korean language, while the like phenomena in American English are of dialect and of a proof of the uneducated. The Korean people like so much to emphasize what they think of that they are more or less obstinate and sticky. Ⅶ From Postposition The case-ending of noun class words in an inflectional language or the case-postpostion after noun class words in an agglutinative language shows its function as the element in a sentence. In the former case the preposition also plays an important role. No sentence will be made only of words, if omitting the case or the preposition, in the European languages. The Korean, however, makes his sentence without postposition so far as the meaning is not hurted. This very distinction between them is inferred by us that the Europeans are analytical, while the Koreans are synthetical. Ⅷ From Sound Symbolism The sound symbolism belongs to a phonological fact, for which is more basic than a morphological one, the writer decides to take it additionally in this paper. The Korean language has the richest and most extensive system of sound symbolism. The vowel has the correlative order of showing small-to-big and the consonant has the composition of meaning weak-to-strong. Vowel and consonant working doubly in a certain word, many of its derivational words which have so unique nuance are born that a kind of meaning quantity is there between each of them. The Koreans, who discern this from that, are poets in this sense. On the one hand, the Koreans had the primitive festival, wherein all the people gathered in a mass and enjoyed dancing, singing. The traces are still pursued in every unit of farming village, especially in the southern Korea today. The Korean people have had indulgent tastes for art. Ⅸ From Fortisfying and Aspirating This section also is added in this paper. The consonant of some words are still in progress of fortisfying and aspirating. The increase of strong and wild pronunciation, moreover in the community where the sound symbolism is most developed as in the Korean language, may induce strong and wild consciousness of the speakers. Fortunately, the Korean people make positive use of consonant assimilation, which softens the feeling of utterance. Ⅹ Conclusion The merits of the Koreans are their politeness, "engagement" and enjoying arts. And their shortcoming is the lack of number conception. Both points they have together are those that stickiness and self-pride are accompanied with little accomodaliveness and little flexibility. The ability of synthesis they have also accompanies the shortage of analysis. Most of these characteristics are found in the substratum and the others which are not mentioned here perhaps are constructed in upper-strata through historical process.

Measurement of the Rate of Protein Synthesis in Chickens by HPLC/MS

Seo, S.S.,Coon, C. The Korean Society of Poultry Science 2004 韓國家禽學會誌 Vol.31 No.3

The fractional synthesis rates(FSR) were measured with 2l-wk and 3l-wk-old broiler breeder pullets and hens to investigate the effect of sexual maturity on FSR. The FSR were obtained from chicken tissues and blood samples using High-Performance Liquid Chromatography/Mass Spectrometry(HPLC/MS). A L-l-13C, 15N -leucine saline solution was infused by bolus injection as a tracer into broiler breeder pullets in the experiment. A rapid HPLC/MS method was developed to measure the isotopic enrichments of leucine in plasma, tissue samples, and eggs. The enrichments of stable isotope leucine incorporated into protein and the enrichments of the stable isotope free leucine were measured in liver, breast muscle and blood samples. Two sets of experiments were conducted. In experiment one, 2l-wk-old, sexually immature broiler breeder pullets were divided into groups of three and blood samples were collected at 20 or 30 min intervals until 1.5 h from initial injection. The pullets were sacrificed in groups of three at varying time intervals for 7 h after injection. The liver, breast muscle and blood samples were removed for analysis. The FSR were estimated to be 8.7l%/day for liver, 4.06%/day for breast muscle, and 5.08%/day for blood samples in 30 minutes after injection from the enrichment ratios. In experiment two, sexually matured 3l-wk-old broiler breeder hens were assorted into groups of three and blood samples were obtained at 20 or 30 min intervals for 2 h. The FSR for blood samples were determined. The broiler breeder hens were sacrificed in groups of three at various time intervals until 7 h after injection and liver, breast muscle and blood samples were removed for analysis. The FSR were calculated to be 5.96%/day for liver. Eggs were collected from five chickens daily for 10 days after large bolus injection. The average of total enrichments of stable isotope in egg albumin was increased by 0.064% at 4 days after injection and was back to normal in 7 days.
