        A CONCEPT UNIFYING THE ARMENDARIZ AND NI CONDITIONS

        We study the structure of the set of nilpotent elements in various kinds of ring and introduce the concept of NR ring as a generalization of Armendariz rings and NI rings. We determine the precise relationships between NR rings and related ring-theoretic conditions. The Kothe's conjecture is true for the class of NR rings. We examined whether several kinds of extensions preserve the NR condition. The classical right quotient ring of an NR ring is also studied under some conditions on the subset of nilpotent elements.

        예비특수교사용 장애학생 인권인식 척도 개발을 위한 기초연구

        본 연구는 예비특수교사의 장애학생 인권인식에 관한 기초연구로서 장애학생 인권인식의 개념과 이를 구성하는 요소를 탐구하여 예비특수교사들의 장애학생 인권인식을 진단할 수 있는 측정 척도를 개발하고자 하였다. 「UN아동권리협약」의 4대 기본권을 기초로 장애학생 인권인식에 관한 선행연구를 검토하여 6개 하위 영역 36개 문항의 척도를 구성한 다음 예비조사와 본 조사에서 전체 312명의 예비특수교사를 대상으로 자료를 수집하여 분석하였다. 이와 같이 수집한 자료가 인권인식을 측정하는데 적합한 지를 검증하기 위해 요인분석을 실시하여 타당도를 분석하고, 내적일관성 신뢰도계수를 산출하여 척도의 신뢰도를 확인하였다. 이러한 과정을 통해 최종적으로 발달보호권, 생존권, 비차별권, 참여표현권, 최선의 이익 5개 영역 20개 문항으로 인권인식 척도를 구성하였다. 이 척도를 통해 인권인식을 분석한 결과 예비특수교사들의 인권인식은 매우 높은 수준이었고, 통합교육에서 장애친구와의 친밀도가 장애학생 인권인식에 미치는 영향이 상대적으로 중요한 것으로 분석되었다. 이 연구 결과들은 4대 기본권을 기초로 5개 영역의 장애학생 인권인식 척도가 유용할 수 있음을 밝혔으며, 최근의 특수교육 추세 및 통합교육의 유효성에 기인한 혜택의 관점에서 논의되었다. This study This study is a basic study on the human rights awareness of students with disability by prospective disabled student teachers, and it is aimed to develop a measurement scale that can diagnose the human rights awareness of students with disabilities by exploring the concept of and components of the human rights awareness of students with disabilities. Based on the four basic rights of the UN Convention on the Rights of the Child, a scale of 36 items in 6 sub-areas was constructed by reviewing previous studies on the recognition of the human rights of students with disabilities, and data were collected and analyzed for a total of 312 prospective disabled student teachers in the preliminary survey and the main survey. In order to verify whether the collected data are suitable for measuring human rights awareness, a factor analysis are conducted to analyze validity, and calculate an internal consistency reliability coefficient to verify the reliability of the scale. Through these analysis process, the scale of human right awareness for 20 items in 5 areas of rights on developmental protection, survival, non-discrimination, participatory expression, and best interest were constructed. According to the analysis of human rights awareness through this scale, the human rights awareness of prospective disabled student teachers was very high, and the influence of intimacy with friends with integrated education on human rights awareness of disabled students was relatively important. This study suggested that integrated education should be further strengthened. In addition, this study is meaningful in that the results of using the scale developed in this study can be used to construct an integrated education policy and curriculum. The results of this study revealed that the human rights awareness scale for students with disabilities in 5 areas based on the 4 basic rights could be useful, and it was discussed in terms of the recent trends in special education and the benefits resulting from the effectiveness of integrated education.

        운동생리학 : 요추간판탈출증 수술환자에 대한 등장성 재활훈련집단과 비훈련집단간 요부신근력 변화에 대한 비교연구

        The purpose of this study was to compare the changes of isometric lumbar extension strength between training group and non-training group in hernia-operated patients. Twenty-one subjects (9males and 12 females) in training group was tested 2 times for post-operation and following 4 week training late, Twenty-four< 11 males and 13 female > subjects in non-training was conducted twice per week for 4weeks and consisted of one set of 15~18 repetitions in variable resistance until volitional fatigue. Each test involved the measurement of maximum voluntary isometric torque at seven degrees <72˚,60˚,48˚,36˚,24˚,12˚,0˚> of lumbar flexion using the Medx lumbar extension machine.1. There was significant improvement of lumbar extension strength at major degrees except 0˚, 12˚in training group of male but for non-training group of male, non significant level appeared at any degrees, especially rate of increase showed 25.84% at 0˚and around 20% at major degree in training group of male but for non-training group of male, rate of increase indicated around 10% at major degrees except 21.25% at 0˚.2. There was significant improvement at all degrees in training group of female but for non-training group of female, non significant level appeared at major degrees except 0˚, 12˚&24˚, especially rate of increase was showed 78.00% at 0˚, 73.24% at 12˚and around 30~50% at other degrees in training group of female but for non-training group of female rate of increase indicated around 10% at major degrees except 40.81% at 0˚3. Lumbar extension strength in body weight ratio indicated similar result of N0 1, 2. Result showed significant improvement of lumbar extension strength in training group of female and differences between training group and non-training group in both male & female.

        위상잠금 적외선열화상을 이용한 플레이트 배면 감육결함의 요소 평가 최적화 기법

        본 논문은 원전 격납건물 라이너 플레이트와 같은 금속 플레이트의 배면 감육결함에 대해 위상잠금적외선열화상(LIT) 기법을 활용한 비파괴검사에 있어서 요소 평가의 최적화 방법에 관한 연구이다. 연구를 위해 정량화된 Mockup 시험편을 개발하고, 4점 상관법과 Matlab 프로그래밍을 통한 결함 분석용 Tool을 개발하였다. 이를 통해 종래의 임의 시점 평가가 아닌, 전체 탐상시간에 대한 실시간 진폭/위상값 분석을 수행, 최적의 결함평가 시점을 선정하고, 그 평가 시점에서 1/2 위상값과 SNR 분석을 통한 결함의 폭과 깊이 Sizing 및 오차 수준 분석을 수행하였다. 그 결과, 플레이트 배면의 감육결함에 대해 LIT에 의한 최적의 탐상조건과 평가 시점을 선정할 수 있으며, 해당 평가 시점에서 감육결함의 최적 요소 평가 기준을 제시하였다. In this study, an optimization method for evaluating the essential factors of thinning defects on a plate backside, such as a containment linear plate, was investigated using a nondestructive testing method through lock-in thermography(LIT). A quantified mockup was developed, in which LIT under various heat conditions was applied, tools for defect analysis were developed using the four-point correlation method and MATLAB, and the full-time amplitude and phase value were calculated. In addition, the optimal conditions and evaluation times were determined, and detectability, resolution, defect sizing, and the error rate were analyzed using the signal-to-noise ratio and the full width at half maximum of phase. Based on the results, it was possible to suggest the optimal test conditions and evaluation time through LIT for thinning defects on the plate backside. Furthermore, the optimum essential factor for thinning defect sizing under the defect detection conditions was analyzed.

        DYNAMIC MODEL PREDICTING OVERWEIGHT AND OBESITY IN KOREAN ADOLESCENTS

        Adolescent obesity has a high risk of developing into adult obesity and may cause many psychological problems. This paper aims at giving a mathematical model for the obesity of Korean adolescents and predicting how much the prevalence of obesity among adolescents will increase using real data. We estimate that the obesity rate of boys will increase until about 28 ~ 29% in 2025.

        위상잠금 적외선열화상 위상 분석에 의한 급수배관 용접부 결함 검출능 고찰

        본 논문은 양수발전소와 같은 수력발전설비 중 주급수 배관 또는 재순환 배관 등의 중·대구경 급수관의 이종금속 용접부에 대해 위상잠금 적외선열화상 기법을 활용하여 용접부의 형상과 상태를 추정하고, 용접부에 존재할 수 있는 결함을 빠르고 용이하게 검출할 수 있는 적외선열화상 탐상 방법을 도출하기 위한 연구이다. 연구를 위해 실제 양수발전소의 재순환 배관 이종금속 용접부 샘플을 확보하여 위상잠금 기법에 의한 능동 적외선열화상 탐상 실험을 수행하였으며, 4점 상관법에 의해 개발된 메트랩(Matlab) 열화상 데이터 분석 프로그램을 통해, 취득된 열화상 데이터 분석을 수행하였다. 그 결과, 위상잠금 적외선열화상 데이터의 위상(Phase) 이미지를 통해 이종금속 용접부의 비드(Bead)와 모재 경계를 수월하게 식별할 수 있었으며, 표면의 언더필(Under Fill) 및 배면의 용입부족 등의 용접부 흠(Defects)을 능히 탐상할 수 있을 것으로 기대된다. The shape and condition of welds were estimated using lock-in infrared thermography techniques for dissimilar metal welds in medium/large-diameter water supply pipes such as central water pipes, or recirculation pipes among hydroelectric power plants such as pumped-up power plants. An infrared thermography method was developed that can be used to detect possible defects quickly and easily. An active infrared thermography test was performed using a lock-in technique by securing a sample of dissimilar metal welds in a recirculation pipe of an actual pumped-water power plant, and a thermal image data analysis was performed. As a result, it was possible to identify the boundary between the dissimilar metal bead and the base material quickly through a phase image of the lock-in infrared thermography data. Further, it was possible to detect such weld defects as underfill on the surface and lack of penetration on the back.
