박정희 정권기 국립영화제작소에 대한 연구

본 논문은 박정희 정권기 영화 정책의 중심에 위치한 국립영화제작소에 관한 연구이다. 5.16군사정변으로 권력을 장악한 박정희 정권은 대중 선전 및 계몽을 위해 영화를 적극적으로 활용하였다. 1961년 6월 22일 국립영화제작소 설치법이 제정, 공포됨으로써 국립영화제작소가 설치되었다. 이렇게 설립된 국립영화제작소는 동시기의 영화 업계의 평균적 상황에 비해 인력과 장비와 설비의 여건이 매우 안정적이었다. 국립영화제작소에서는 주로 뉴스영화와 문화영화가 제작되었으며, 장편 극영화인 <팔도강산>(1968)이 시리즈로 제작되기도 하였다. 국립영화제작소의 영화 제작 체계, 설비, 환경, 관행은 당대의 정치, 경제, 사회, 문화적 상황 및 환경과 밀접한 관계를 맺고 있다. 국립영화제작소의 영화들은 박정희 정권기 국가 권력의 성격과 정책의 방향을 반영하였기 때문이다. 그러나 국립영화제작소의 존재성은 시간이 흐를수록 점차 희미해져 가고 있다. 그럼에도 불구하고, 그것을 통해 역사를 돌아보고 현재를 진단하며 미래를 설계하는 일은 현재를 살아가는 우리들의 몫으로 여전히 남아 있다. This article is focusing on the National Film Production which is located at the center of the film policy of Park Chung-Hee regime. After seizing power in the military coup(5.16.1961), the Park Chung-Hee regime had executed film policy enthusiastically for mass propaganda and enlightenment. So the Park Chung-Hee regime installed the National Film Production Center by law on May 22, 1961. Production environment of the National Film Production Center was even better than that of a private film corporation. The National Film Production Center had produced newsreels, cultural films, and 〈Six Daughters〉(1968) series of full-length play movie. Production system and practice of the National Film Production Center was seriously affected by politic, economy, society and culture in the 1960"s. Films of the National Film Production Center show the character and orientation of cultural policy of the Park Chung-Hee regime. The National Film Production Center was reorganized to The National Audio Visual Information Service, and is not so much influential. But, it’s still important project to study on the National Film Production Center for looking back on the history and current judging to the future.

複合 韓藥劑 淸籬滋坎湯의 抗癌效果 및 作用機轉 糾明

The Anti-cancer Effect of Oriental Medicine Chung-Ri-Ja-Gam-Tang in the Mouse with Metastatic Lung Cancer. Proceedings of International Symposium on East-West Medicine, Seoul. 231-243, 1999.-The oriental medicine Chung-Ri-Ja-Gam-Tang is an herbal medicine which has been used for pulmonary diseases and known as having immune stimulatory effects. It has been known effective in lung cancer. So we studied the effects and the mechanisms of this herbal medicine it the mouse with metastatic lung cancer. The metastatic lung cancer of the mouse was produced with melnoma cell line(B16BL/6).5×10□/mouse tumor cells were injected intravenously to the CDF1 mouse via tail vein. The mice were divided 4 groups. The first group was treated with 50mg/kg extract of Chung-Ri-Ja-Gam-Tang per oral for 10 days after cancer cell injection, second group treated with saline after cancer cell injection, the third group with medicine without cancer cell, and the last group with saline only. After 10 days treatments some of the mice were scarificed and the lung and spleen was removed. The survival duration, weight change, the number of metastatic cancer nodule of the lung, the NK cell activity, the capacity of cytokines(INF-γ,INF-α,IL-2) production and the proliferation activities of mouse lymphocytes were measured. The surival times of the group 1 mice were longer and the weight loss was less than the group 2 significantly. The number of the metastatic nodule of the lung were decresed in the group 1 than the group 2. The production of INF-γ,was increase in group 2 than group 3 and 4, IL-2 production was increased in group 1 than group 2,3,4 significantly. There was no difference in TNF- α production and proliferation activity of lymphocyte in each group. The NK cell activity was significantly increased in group 1 than group 2,3,4. We conclude that the Chung-Ri-Ja-Gam-Tang has the effect of increasing the NK cell activity of the CDF1 mouse with metastatic lung cancer(B16BL/6). And it is suggested that the increased production of the IL-2 is the mechanisms of enhanced NK cell activity.

1990년대 전반기 한국 건축과 실내디자인, 그리고 "달동네"

The early 1990s witnessed the emergence of architectural and interior design practices which enthusiastically embraced visual and spatial vocabularies from‘moon village,’ urban poor housing or squatter settlements mostly in hillside areas of Seoul. Focusing on two prominent spatial translators of ‘moon village,’Korean architect Cho Kon-yong and artist-cum-interior designer Choi-Jeong-hwa, this essay offers an understanding of their investment in the informal and substandard settlement in conjunction with a growing concern over the scenographic nature of the built environment in the era of the Korean society`s turning into a full-fledged consumer society. Since the 1960s when squatter settlements formed in a mass scale on hilly terrain in Seoul, such as Chung-ku, Songbuk-ku, Songdong-ku, Mapo-ku and Kwanak-ku, they had been viewed to damage both the health of the inhabitants and the appearance of the city. Such negative views provided an alibi for brutal housing relocation policies under the rubric of the ‘city beautification’ campaign for the preparations for the 1988 Olympics. And yet at the same moment, partly as a reaction to notoriously violent evictions, a group of social scientists reconsidered negative stereotypes on the morals, abilities, and values of the urban poor residents, recognizing them as rational articulators of their own needs rather than passive victims of circumstances. Associated stereotypes of their built environment as inadequate, disorganized, and substandard thus also came to be reconsidered in the realm of the Korean architectural discourse. Under this context of reassessment about ‘moon village’ around 1990,architect Cho Kon-yong and artist-cum-interior designer Choi Jeong-hwa made their own successful debuts and unveiled the source of inspiration as ‘moon village’ for their spatial production. Inspired by the desire to challenge the growing dominance in the everyday urban environment of luxury high-end spectacle and empty signifiers unmotivated from the Korean soil, the spatial practitioners explored and incorporated vernacular visual and architectural elements from low-income residential areas. Characterized by the use of ‘low’and inexpensive materials and the concomitant raw, crude, and unfinished look, their works took the form of spatial intervention, pitting themselves against the ‘postmodern noise’ of the street and seeking to disturb or even outdo the spectacle in its own game. In this regard, their reference to ‘moon village’ was indicative of its oppositional connotation still working in the early 1990s, which would quickly dissipate against the background of both its gradual disappearance due to ‘redevelopment boom’ and the waning of minjung movement over the second half of the 1990s.

만성 정신분열병 환자에서 지연성 운동장애와 음성증상 및 인지기능 장애와의 연관성

연구목적: 정신과 전문병원에 입원해 있는 만성정신분열병 환자들을 대상으로 첫째 지연성 운동장애의 유병율과 위험인자들을 조사하고, 둘째 지연성 운동장애와 정신분열병의 음성증상 및 인지기능 장애와의 상관성을 조사하고자 한다. 방법: 연구대상자는 마산동서병원에 입원 중인 환자 중 DSM-IV의 정신분열별 진단기준에 부합하며, 최근 3개월 이상 동일 용량의 항정신병약물 복용한 271명(남자 174명, 여자 97명)의 환자들이었다. 지연성 운동장애에 대한 평가는 Abnormal Involuntary Movement Scale(AIMS)을 이용하였고, DSM-IV와 Sc-hooler와 Kane(1982)의 진단기준 양자에 부합하는 환자들만을 지연성 운동장애군으로 분류하였다, 정신 분열병 정신병리에 대한 평가는 Brief Psychiatric Rating Scale(BPRS)와 Schedule for the Deficit Syndrome(SDS)을 이용하였고, 인지기능에 대한 평가는 Mini-Mental Status Examination(MMSE)을 이용하였다. 결과: 지연성 운동장애의 유병율은 50.9%이었고, 50세 이상, 남자에서 높았다. 그러나 입원기간과 항정신병 약물의 일일 사용량에 따른 차이는 없었다. 지연성 운동장애의 호발부위는 혀, 상지, 입술과 입 주위의 순이었다. BPRS 총점 및 소항목 척도점수와 SDS 척도점수는 지연성 운동장애의 유무에 따른 차이가 없었다. MMSE 총점 및 소항목 점수도 지연성 운동장애의 유무에 따른 차이가 없었다. 결론: 평균입원기간이 9년 이상인 만성정신분열병 환자들에게서의 지연성 운동장애의 유병율은 50.5%이었고, 연령이 가장 의미있는 위험인자임을 확인했다. 만성정신분열병 환자들이 주 대상인 본 연구에서는 지연성 운동장애와 정신분열병의 음성증상 및 인지기능 장애와의 상관성은 입증하지 못했다. Objectives: The purpose of present study was to determine the prevalence rate of tardive dyskinesia and to search for its risk factors in chronically institutionalized schizophrenic subjects. We also examined the relationship between tardive dyskinesia and both negative symptoms and cognitive impairments in the same subjects. Methods: Subjects were 271 in-patients(174 males, 97 females) at Masan Dongsuh Hospital. They met DSM-IV criteria for schizophrenia and had been taking fixed doses of antipsychotics for at least 3 months. Tardive dyskinesia was assessed by Abnormal Involuntary Movement Scale(AIMS). Cases of tardive dyskinesia were ascertained by the criteria of Schooler and Kane (1982) and DSM-IV. The rating of psychopathology was acquired using Brief Psychiatric Rating Scale(BPRS) and Schedule for the Deficit Syndrome(SDS) and the assessment of cognitive function using Mini-Mental State Examination(MMSE). Results: The prevalence of tardive dyskinesia is 50.9% and the frequency of tardive dyskinesia was high est in male above the age of fifty. But there was no statistically significant relationship between the frequency of tardive dyskinesia and both the length of hospitalization and the daily dose of antipsychotics. The frequency order of abnormal movement in the patients with tardive dyskinesia was as follows : tongue, upper extremities, lips and perioral area. We couldn't find any significant difference in the total and subscale scores of BPRS between the groups with and without tardive dyskinesia. There were no differences in MMSE scores between the groups with and without tardive dyskinesia. Conclusion: This study gave us that the prevalence of tardive dyskinesia was high in chronically institutionalized schizophrenic inpatients and that age was the most significant risk factor of tardive dyskinesia. The relationship between tardive dyskinesia and both negative symptoms and cognitive impairment, however, was not revealed.

혈행화된 두개골 피판을 이용한 안와저 및 안와하연의 재건술 치험례

A number of methods have been introduced for support the orbital floor following a maxillectomy without orbital exenteration or severe facial trauma. These methods including skin graft and muscular sling provided the unsatisfactory results, like as diplopia, orbital ptosis, enophthalmos and severe facial deformity. Therefore the bone and soft tissue reconstructions using microvascular free flaps were performed recently by many surgeons, but long time operation, donor site morbidity, postoperative large scar, and ptosis of the flap were pointed out as disadvantages of free flap reconstruction. Vascularized calvarial bone flap, a modified method of free calvarial bone graft, was adequate for reconstruction of the orbital floor and the infraorbital rim as a horizontal buttress, especially in case of poor vascular bed and postradiated state. The authors introduced the vascularized calvarial bone flap for the orbital floor and the infraorbital rim reconstruction in 3 cases of maxillectomy, and could be obtained satisfactory results aesthetically and functionally.

(Li_(0.5)Ln_(x)La_(0.5-x))TiO₃(Ln=Nd, Sm, Gd, Ho)계에서의 리튬 이온 전도 특성에 미치는 결정구조적 인자에 관한 연구

We investigted lithium ionic conductivity in the (Li_(0.5)Ln_(x)La_(0.5-x))TiO₃ system (Ln=Nd, Sm, Gd, Ho), and found that the ionic conductivity increased with the increase of the atomic number in lanthanide system from Nd to Ho. We conducted our experiment in x=0.05 region in which no second phase and lattice parameter change were observed. Therefore, we concluded that the change of conductivity by A-site substitution is not due to the change of lattice parameter but other factors.

한국 전통 발효식품 중의 Ethyl Carbamate 정량

Diet is generally accepted as one of the important factors in human cancer development. Ethyl carbarmate has been associated with cancer for several decades and mainly found in the fermented beverages and foodstuff. The relationship between ethyl carbarmate and the human health cannot be ignored especially in the areas where fermented foods consists of regular food consumption. To investigate the ethyl carbamate exposure level in Korean population, commercial fermented food samples were collected from local markets in Seoul area and home-made varieties were collected throughout the country. Following partial purification, the concentration of ethyl carbamate was determined by GC/MS. The concentration of ethyl carbamate ranged to 70 ppb in soysauce, to 10 ppb in soybean paste, and to 5 ppb in vinegars. Korean traditional alcoholic beverages showed small amount of ethyl carbarmate. The estimated daily exposure of Korean population was 0~1900ng/day. It would be prudent to put efforts to minimize the formation of ethyl carbamate since the risk from the higher range exposure cannot be ignored.

pHOxsFV벡터와 배아주간세포를 이용한 형질전환생쥐 생산 기초연구

pHook™-1 hapten 4-ethoxy-methylene-2-phenyl-2-oxazolin-5one(phOX)의 단일 항체 sFV를 암호화 하고 있으며, murine의 Ig k-chain V-J2-C 영역유래의 signal peptide에 의하여 항체를 세포 표면에 배열시키도록 고안되어 있다. 또한, 항체를 세포막 바깥쪽에 부착되어 있도록 하기 위해 PDGFR 유래의 transembrane domain의 C 말단에 결합되어 있다. 이렇게 고안된 vector을 발현하는 세포는 세포막에 sFV을 발현함으로, phOX로 코팅된 자석베드를 이용하여 배양체로부터 목적의 유전자를 발현하는 세포만을 분리할 수 있을 것이다. 따라서, 본 연구는 pHook™-1 유전자를 co-transfection함으로써 목적의 유전자를 가진 배아주간세포를 단시간 내에 효율적으로 선발하기 위하여 실시하였다. 또한, 배아주간세포에서 목적의 DNA 발현 또는 존재를 검증하기 위해 DNA 발현 또는 존재를 검증하기 위해 PCR 방법과 조직화학적 방법을 사용하였다. 형질전환유전자 발현을 transfection(유전자 전이) 후 4∼14일 사이에 모든 배아주간세포에서 확인되었다. Magnetic bead를 이용하여 선발된 세포에서 co-transfected DNA는 배아주간세포에서 효율절으로 삽입되었으며, 선발된 세포의 약 90%는 co-transfected 유전자를 발현하였다. 이 결과는 세포생리학에서 특이 유전자의 급성변이와 만성변이를 연구하거나, 또는 형질전환동물을 생산하기 위해 pHook™-1 목적유전자와 함께 전이함으로서 효율적으로 목적의 유전자를 가진 세포를 선발 가능함으로써 보다 간편하게 형질전환도 동물의 생산에 이용 가능하다는 사실을 확인하였다. pHook™-1 encodes a single-chain antibody(sFv) directed toward the hapten 4-ethoxy-methylene-2-phenyl-2-oxazolin-5-one(phOx): the signal peptide from the murine Igk-chain V-J2-C region is fused in front of coding region of the sFv to direct the antibody to the plasma membrane. The antibody is fused at the C-termius to the transmembrane domain from the platelet derived growth factor receptor(PDGFR), allowing the antibody to be anchored and displayed on the extracellular side of theemmbrane. Transfected cells expression sFv can be isolated from whole cultures by using magnetic coated with phOx and a strong magnetic strand. Thus, the present study was designed to apply the embryonic stem cells by using pHook™-1 . Cell-transduction efficiency was measured by morphometric analysis. Polymerase chain reaction and histochemistry were used to detect the presence and/or expression of objective DNA in embryonic stem cells. Transgene expression was detected in all cases between 4 and 14 day after transfection. In selected cells using magnetic bead, co-transfected DNA was also incorporated efficiently in embryonic stem cells and approximately 90% of the selected cells expressed co-transfected gene. This result suggested that this selection system can be used as a feasible tool, when pHook™-1 is cotransfected with objective gene, to isolate and study for acute and chronic changes of a specific gene in cellular physiology.

치아파절에 관한 3차원유한요소법적 연구

Restorative procedures can lead to tooth fracture due to the relatively small amount of the remaining tooth structure. It is essential to prevent fractures by having a clear concept of the designs for cavity preparations. Among the several parameters in cavity designs, profound understanding of isthmus width factor would facilitate selection of the approprate cavity preparation for a specific clinical situation. In this study, MO amalgam cavity were prepared on maxillary first premolar and filled with amalgam. Three dimensional model with 1365 8-node brick elements was maed by serial photographic method. In this model, isthmus was varied in width at 1/4, 1/3, 1/2 and 2/3 of intercuspal width and material properties were given for three element groups, i.e., enamel, dentin and amalgam. A load of 500 N was applied vertically on amalgam and enamel. In case of enamel loading, 2 model (with and without amalgam) was compared to consider the possibility of play at the interface between tooth material and amalgam. These models were analyzed with three dimensional finite element method. The results were as follows: 1. The stress was concentrated on the facio-pulpal line angle and distal marginal ridge of the cavity. 2. With the increase of the isthmus width, the stress spread around the facio-pulpal line angle and the area of stress concentration moved toward the proximal box. 3. In case of narrow isthmus width, the initiation point of crack would be in the area of isthmus corner of the cavity, and with the increase of the isthmus width, it would move toward the proximal box and at the same time the possibility of crack increase at the distal marginal ridge 4. The direction of crack progressed outward and downwark from the facio-pulpal line angle, and with the increase of the isthmus width, it approximated vertical direction. At the marginal ridge, it occurred in vertical direction. 5. It would be favorable to make the isthmus width narrower than a thrid of the intercuspal width, and to cover the cusp if isthmus width were than half of the intercuspal width. 6. It is necessary to apply the possibility of play to the finite element analysis.
