        본 연구는 매년 크게 성장하고 있는 애견 산업의 분야별 특성과 자격증 제도에 대한 현황을 조사한 후 졸업생들의 취업지도를 활성화시키기 위하여 실시하였다. 취업에 필요한 기초자격증은 공인 트리머 자격증(1, 2, 3급. 교사, 사범)과 애견 구루머 자격증(1, 2, 3급, 교사, 사범)이 있으며. 그 밖에도 경비견 훈련사 자격증도 있다 보다 전문적인 자격증으로서는 Breeder자격증, Handler자격증 등이 있는데 학교에서 이론강의와 기초실습을 충실히 익힌 후 관련산업체에서 철저한 현장실습 수행과정을 이수하는 것이 필요한 것으로 조사되었다. This study was investigated the present condition on a certificates of qualification and characteristic of pet dog industry that it is greatly growing each year. in order to improve the employment of college graduates. The basic certificate of qualification for the employment are the official trimmer licensed(1, 2, 3 class, teacher and master) and pet groomer license (1, 2, 3 class teacher and master). There is also a certificate of the trainer of the guard dog. To obtain the these certificates of qualification, the study on the pet dog, that is lectures and basic practices at school and good teaching practice in grooming and trimming is necessary.

      • 조·만생 추파호밀의 생육특성 및 건물수량 비교

        본 시험은 조·만생종 추파 호밀의 생육특성과 조·만기 수확에 따른 건물 수량을 구명하기 위하여 실시하였다 1999년 10월 23일에 조생종인 Koolgrazer와 중생품종인 Homil22 및 만생 품종인 Kodiak, Danko를 각각 파종하였으며. 조기수확일은 2000년 4월 22일에. 만기 수확일은 2000년 4월 29일에 수확하였다. 이들 결과를 요약하면 다음과 같다. (1) 출현은 4품종 모두 우수하였다. (2) 초장은 Koolgrazer 품종이 조기 및 만기 수확시, 만생종 호밀보다 현저하게 길었다. (3) 첫출수일은 Koolgrazer가 4월 13일, Homil22가 4월19일, Danko가 4월 21일, Kodiak이 4월 23일로서. Koolgrazer품종이 Kodiak품종보다 10일이 더 발랐다. (4) 50%출수일도 Koolgrazer가 Homil22나 Danko비하여 빨랐다. (5) 건물함량은 Koolgrazer가 가장 높았다. (6) 건물수량도 조기 및 만기 수확시 Koolgrazer가 가장 높았으며(P<0.05), Homil22, Danko, Kodiak순으로 나타났다. (7) 본 시험의 연구결과에서 보면, 가을파종용 호밀은 조생종 호밀인 Koolgrazer가 적합하다고 생각된다. This experiment was performed to evaluate agronomic characteristics and dry matter yields according to the early and late harvest of the early maturing variety of Koolgrazer, the mean maturing variety of Homil22 and late maturing variety of Kodiak and Danko. Seeds were sown on October 23, 1999 at the Livestock Experiment Farm of Keimyung College, Seongju, Kyeongbuk Province. Rye plant were harvested on April 22 and 29. 2000. The results obtained were summarized as follows: (1) Sprouting for Koolgrazer, Homil22, Danko and Kodiak were very good. (2) The Koolgrazer was noticeably tall in height compared with late maturing varieties at the early and late harvest. (3) The first heading date observed was that Koolgrager was on April 13, Homil22 on April 19, Danko on April 21, and Kodiak on April 23. The first heading date of an early maturing rye variety, called Koolgrazer was 10 days earlier than that of a late maturing rye variety, called Kodiak. (4) Fifty percent heading date of the Koolgrazer was earlier than those of Homil22 and Danko. (5) Dry matter content of the Koolgrazer was higher than the late maturing varieties. (6) Dry matter yield per hectare was significantly highest(P<0.05) for Koolgrazer at the early and late harvest. Homil22 produced more dry matter yield than Danko and Kodiak. (7) According to the results obtained from the study, it is suggested that the early maturing variety of Koolgrazer would be recommendable for fall sown rye for forage production.

      • 마우스 악하선의 배설관결찰에 따른 상피성장인자의 변화에 관한 면역조직화학적 연구

        The purpose of this study was evaluate immunohistochemical observation to epidermal growth factor of the effect of duct ligation of mouse submandibular gland. Fifty two mice were aging 3 months old, devided into experimental group(36 mice) and control group (16 mice). Under general anesthesia, 36 animals were ligated in left side duct of submandibular gland. Experimental animals were sacrificed consecutively on 1st, 6th, 12th hours and 1st, 2nd, 3rd, 5th, 7th, 14th day after duct ligation. These specimens fixed with formalin and sectioned in paraffin. Subsequently were stained with H-E and immunohistochemistry to observe epidermal growth factor. The results were as follows ; 1. After duct ligation, the acinar cells were atrophied and disappeared and granular convoluted tubule cells in which cytoplasm atrophied and granules reduced, degenerated duct-like structure. 2. With the time lapse, epidermal growth factor in cytoplasm of granular convoluted tubule cells reduced with change of features of granular convoluted tubule. 3. From 7th day after duct ligation, there are suggested that duct-like structure were originated from granular convoluted tubule and these were regressive changes by secretory disturbance.

      • 토당귀 종자의 형태적 특성과 발아와 입모율에 대한 저장방법,생장조절제 및 프라이밍 처리 효과

        This study was conducted to have basic and applied informations to establish the cultivation method and to improve the cultivation techniques of Angelica gigas Nakai through investigating the rates of germination and seedling establishment with treatment of plant growth regulator and seed priming. The germination rates of round shape seed were about 0.3~12% higher than those of parallel shape. The germination rates with different storage durations were increased at the level of 25oC and 4oC with the storage days, while they were clearly higher at -20oC compared to those at 4oC and 25oC without the storage durations. With the results of germination rates with treating of plant growth regulator and seed priming, their rates with the round shape seeds were comparatively higher about 6% than those with parallel shape seed and they were increased with increasing of the storage durations. The germination rates were generally appeared higher with GA3 than did those with seed priming. The highest germination rate was appeared at 50 ppm GA3 of plant growth regulator and at -0.5 MPa PEG6000 of seed priming. The germination rates?ㅤ ?ㅤ of Angelica gigas were different with different temperature, storage durations and the treatments of plant growth regulator and seed priming. These results could be used according to different cultivating conditions.

        노인정신장애 평가척도(Psychogeriatric Assessment Scale)의 한국판 표준화 연구

        연구목적 : 본 연구는 치매와 우울증을 다차원적으로 평가할 수 있는 도구인 Psychogeriatric Assessment Scale(PAS)의 한국판(PAS-K)을 개발하기 위한 것이다. 방 법 : 번역, 역번역, 그리고 세차례의 예비조사를 통하여 PAS-K를 제작하였다. 60세 이상의 노인 291명(임상환자군 : 58명, 지역사회노인군 : 168명, 수용시설 거주자 : 67명)과 그들의 정보제공자들을 대상으로 PAS-K, Geriatric Depression Scale(GDS), Korean version of Mini-Mental State Examination(MMSE-K), Hamilton Rating Scale for Depression(HRSD), 그리고 Hachinski Ischemic Score 를 적용하고, Diagnostic Interview chedule(DIS-Ⅲ-R)을 사용하여 치매와 우울증을 진단하였다. PAS-K의 신뢰도와 타당도를 평가하고, 예민도와 특이도, Kappa값, 그리고 ROC커브 분석법을 이용하여 PAS-K의 6개의 소척도들(피검자면접 : 인지기능 장애척도, 우울척도, 뇌졸중척도, 정보제공자면접 : 인지기능 저하척도, 행동변화척도, 뇌졸중척도)의 최적 절단점을 구하였다. 결 과 : PAS-K는 높은 내적 일관성을 보였고, 검사자간 신뢰도도 만족할 만한 수준이었다. PAS-K의 소척도들을 다른 표준화된 검사도구들과 비교하였을 때 인지기능 장애척도와 인지기능 저하척도는 MMSE-K와, 우울척도는 GDS 및 HRSD와 유의한 상관관계를 보였으며, 뇌졸중척도는 Hachinski Ischemic Score와 통계적으로 의미있는 상관관계를 보였다. 최적절단점은 인지기능 장애척도 10점, 인지기능 저하척도 3점, 우울척도 5점, 피검자면접과 정보제공자 뇌졸중척도 모두 1점, 그리고 행동변화척도 2점으로 추정하였다. 결 론 : 본 연구를 통해 PAS-K의 신뢰도와 타당도가 검증되었고, 노인정신의학 역학연구나 보건분야에서 치매와 우울증의 임상경과관찰 및 일차 선별도구로서 유용하게 사용될 수 있게 되었다. Objectives : This study was designed to develop the Korean version of the Psychogeriatric Assessment Scale(PAS-K), a multidimensional screening tool for the dementia and depression. Methods : Through three times preliminary trials, the authors translated PAS into Korean. The PAS-K, Geriatric Depression Scale, Hamilton Depression Rating Scale, Hachinski Ischemic Scale and Mini-Mental State Examination-Korean version were administered to 291 subjects over the age of 60 and the same number of their informants(67 subjects were institutionalized, 168 subjects were in community, 58 subjects were psychiatric hospital patients). And the Diagnostic Interview Schedule(DSM-Ⅲ-R) was independently administered to exactly diagnose dementia and depression. The reliability and validity test, optimal cut-off point estimation for six each scale and ROC curve analyses were done to investigate the diagnostic validity of PAS-K. Results : Internal consistency and interrater reliability of the PAS-K were high. Concurrent validity of each scales of PAS-K was good in being measured with other standardized scales. The optimal cut-off points of each scale of the PAS-K were estimated as follows : 1) Stroke Scale of subject interview : 1, 2) Cognitive Impairment Scale of subject interview: 10, 3) Depression Scale of subject interview : 5, 4) Stroke Scale of informant interview : 1, 5) Cognitive Decline Scale of informant interview : 3, and 6) Behavioral Change Scale of informant : 2. conclusions : The PAS-K was valid and reliable screening tools for detecting dementia and depression. Therefore the PAS-K could be widely and extensively used in psychogeriatric epidemiological research or clinical setting of primary screening for dementia and depression.

      • 유기질비료 시비량에 따른 오미자 묘목의 초기 생육특성에 관한 연구

        This study was carried out to have basic and applied informations to find the optimum nitrogen fertilization level for organic cultivation and to investigate early growth characteristics of Schizandra chinensis Baillon. Different application levels of the organic fertilizer were based on the recommended rate of N fertilizer. Five different levels of the organic fertilizer were applied to S. chinensis and early growth responses such as the length of vine, the diameter of vine, the number of leaves, and the number of branches were investigated. Lengths of main and total vines were shown longer at the level of 1.0 time organic fertilizer than those at others. The vine length at early growth was the highest at the level of 1.0 time organic fertilizer among the treatments. Stem diameter was shown thicker level of 1.0 time organic fertilizer than others on August and September, whereas on October it was the thickest in the conventional cultivation. Number of leaf was increased higher at the level of 1.0 and 2.0 times organic fertilizer than that in the compared to conventional. The number of branches was appeared the lowest at the level of 1.0 time organic fertilizer at early growth, however they were increased through progressing their growth stages. They were not significantly difference among the treatments except for the level of 2.0 times organic fertilizer. Based on the research results, the growth of S. chinensis was commonly higher at the level of 1.0 time organic fertilizer compared to other treatments.

      • Adherence and Biofilm Formation of Staphylococcus Epidermidis and Mycobacterium Tuberculosis on Spinal Implant

        Study Design : Bacterial adherence and biofilm formation in implant associated infection may depend on species of microorganism, types of strains. the physical or chemical characteristics of the implant surfaces. Objectives : To evaluate the differences of adherence and biofilm formation between S. epdermidis and M. tuberculosis on smooth surfaced or rough surfaced stainless steel and titanium alloy, respectively. Summary of Literature Review : In implant associated infections, bacteria in biofilm are resistant to antibiotics or host defence mechanism and removal of implants is usually necessary to eradecate infection. On contrary, spinal instrumentation with complete debridement and antituberculosis chemotherapy is a safe procedure for spinal tuberculosis. Mterials and Methods : S. epdermidis and M. tuberculosis were cultured with 4 types of rod segments which consisted of smooth and rough surfaced stainless steel and titanium alloy, respectively. After isolation with trypsin treatment and culture on plate media, colony forming units(CFUs) were counted. The feature of adherence and biofilm formation were observed under scanning electron microscopy (SEM). Result : Biofilm forming S. epdermidis showed heavy adhesion and multiplication on surface of all 4 rod segments, 16.5 times more CFUs than biofilm non-forming ones, especially on smooth surfaced stainless steel. On SEM field, there were many aggregated micro-colonies with thick amorphous biofilm in biofilm forming S. epidermidis and much less in biofilm non-forming S. epdermidis, M. tuberculosis rarely adhered to metal surfaces. On SEM, there were few tubercle bacilli and scanty biofilm formation. Conclusions : Biofilm may play an important role in adhesion and multiplication of S. epdermidis butr adherence and biofilm formation of M. tuberculosis on implant surface are less likely and it can provide the basis of instrumentation in spinal tuberculosis.         Molecular Cloning and Characterization of a Large Subunit of Salmonella typhimurium Glutamate Synthase (GOGAT) Gene in Escherichia coli

        Two pathways of ammonium assimilation and glutamate biosynthesis have been identified in microorganisms. One pathway involves the NADP-linked glutamate dehydrogenase, which catalyzes the amination of 2-oxoglutarate to form glutamate. An alternative pathway involves the combined activities of glutamine synthetase, which aminates glutamate to form glutamine, and glutamate synthase, which transfers the amide group of glutamine to 2-oxoglutarate to yield two molecules of glutamate. We have cloned the large subunit of the glutamate synthase (GOGAT) from Salmonella typhimurium by screening the expression of GOGAT and complementing the gene in E. coli GOGAT large subunit-deficient mutants. Three positive clones (named pUC19C12, pUC19C13 and pUC19C15) contained identical Sau3AI fragments, as determined by restriction mapping and Southern hybridization, and expressed GOGAT efficiently and constitutively using its own promoter in the heterologous host. The coding region expressed in Escherichia coli was about 170 kDa on SDS-PAGE. This gene spans 4,732 bases, contains an open reading frame of 4,458 nucleotides, and encodes a mature protein of 1,486 amino acid residues (Mr =166,208). The EMN-binding domain of GOGAT contains 12 glycine residues, and the 3Fe-4S cluster has 3 cysteine residues. The comparison of the translated amino acid sequence of the Salmonella GOGAT with sequences from other bacteria such as Escherichia coli, Salmonella enterica, Shigella flexneri, Yersinia pestis, Vibrio vulnificus and Pseudomonas aeruginosa shows sequence identity between 87 and 95%.

        절삭가공용 고압분사 홀더 개발에 관한 연구

        In this study, it was grasped to the flow characteristics of injection nozzle installed in high pressure holder for improving productivity. Chip curling occurred during cutting process for difficult-to-cut material detracts product qualities and productivity. Among of method preventing the phenomenon, high pressure injecting cutting oil is an alterative. In this study, the optimal nozzle was designed by CFD method and it was conducted to analyse on the effect of high pressure injection on chip shape generated during cutting process and wear of insert by experimental method. As the result, it could be confirmed that high pressure injection is favorable for preventing chip curling and insert from wearing.
