        패기되는 종이재료들의 재활용도를 높이기 위해 본 연구에서는 회수된 사무용지를 파쇄하고, 수용액상에서 부풀리고, 그리고 방향제, 탈색제, 방균제 등을 첨가하여 성형화 시킬 수 있는 재료를 개발하였다. 이의 시범적 활용방안으로서 성형재료를 이용한 신발창, 실험실용 받침대, 충격흡수용 포장재료, 필기구 보관함, 그리고 종이 찰흙 등 다양한 성형제품을 개발하였고, 특히 신발장은 항균시험, 강도 및 인장시험, 착용감 등에서 우수한 특성을 보여주었다. In order to increase the recycling efficiency of waste papers, we have developed a method that can make moulding paste from recycled papers. After shredding and soaking of recycled pagers and addition of deodorant, whitening agent, and antiseptic was made the paste that was used for the products such as shoe sole, lab plate, packaging material, and play dough for kids. Especially, the shoe sole product showed excellent test results in the points of antifungal activity, impact and tensile strength, and comfort.

        The purpose of this study should be using more efficient the Han River Citizen Park. Because of the development of science, citizen's phisycal strength gets decreased. And the citizen get a lot of stress from their work under the influence of IMF, so that they want to have any special, effective facilities in Han River Citizen Park. As the improvement of living condition, more increasing in population, we are taking interest in health more than anything else. So, people who physical training are increasing in number. 1. Especially, the user who use Citizen Park are increasing in number because it is able to use with ease. Compare with this, the Citizen Park is imperfectly equipped. Therefore we need the expansion of facilities and the development of the various programs in the near future. 2. Han River Citizen Park in Cham-Shill is the most popular area in Kang-Nam, so that many people use that place. But Han River Citizen Park in Yo-Eu-Do is used by few people. In order to have good equipments of Han River Citizen Park, I examined especialy Park in Cham-Shill and in Yo-Eu-Do. 3. Even though we have same Han River Citizen Park, it is different from situation of management or development of facilities each an area. We have to admit that we find a number of user are quite different. Consequently, we should improve the quality of facilities. Whatever we live any area, we should make the best use of facilities. 4. In case of the industrially advanced Nation has various phisical program in Citizen Park. Ath the same time they have also very huge space for the various phisical program and efficient facilities.

        The object of this study is to find and present an activated strategies for the employment of the students of Gyeonsang University. The main problems on the base of the ideas, the needs, and the objects of this study are ; 1)How has the present condition for the recommendations and student's employments of Gyeongsang University been for recent 5 years ? 2)How are their opinions related to the emloyments for the students of '95? 3)How are their opinions and experiences for the employments of the graduates? 4)How are the managers' opinions for the employments of the graduates? 5)How are the parents' opinions for the employments of the students? The based materials of this study used in order to solve the above problems are the ones of thE recommendation and employment for recent 5 years. 1) The students for questions collected of this investigation are 304 students for 76 departments of our colleges in Gyeonsang University. 2)100 graduates from this university during recent 5 years(including assistant professors). 3)100 personnel managers in companies or institutions for employing the graduates of this university. 4)100 students' parents of this university(including some professors in Gyeongsang University). The first step for the accomplishment of this study is to analyse the state of employments for recent 5 years. The second step is to analyse their consciousness for the development of the course or the employment of the graduates of Gyeongsang University. The third step is for the presentation and the solution to a concrete program for the high employment rate based on the 1st and 2nd step. If the active programs are presented on the base in some results of this investigation study, the period of the preparation for the employment, in the consideration of the period for the over-supply and over-demand plan is thought good to be start from the first term of junior. The best plans for preparation of individuals are that they should have the abilities of foreign language and common sense, control training of their personalities and attitudes, put the imformation materials to practical use, and discuss their matters with their olders or their professors. As the graduates of the local university, they had better choose the educational institutions, government offices, goverment enterprises, in consideration of the preference of a university of high reputation of large enterprise, scarcity of job information, and the problems of employment structures. They need to try to get their jobs about 3 times. In the case of the boy students, they need to challenge to get favorite jobs to their tastes. The authority of the university should try to provide them with much job information, training for their certifications, reinforcement of their major subjects, presonality, correction of their attitudes, and management of the program development education, making and putting public materials to use, and the support of the professors, employment, etc.

      • 제주도 해안선주변 1개정점(용두암 근처)에서 해수 특성의 일주 변화

        In order to know diurnal change of sea water characteristics at a station(near Dragon Head Rock) around the coast line of Cheju Island. Observations have been performed at intervals of two hours for 24 hours in Oct. 1987 and Feb. 1988 Apr.. and Aug. 1. Water temperature varied hour by hour. Variation range between maximum and minimum temperature during the day was high (over 2C) in Aug. and Oct. and low (ca. 1C) in Feb. and Apr.. 2. Variation range between maximum and minimum salinity during the day was highest (1.7%) in Oct. and Feb. with maximum salinity one hour after high tide. 3. Concentration of dissolved oxygen and suspended solid corresponded to standard sea-water quality class [I], showing the favorable environment. 4. The highest concentrations of nitrate-nitrogen and silicate-silicon were in Oct. and Feb.. whereas the highest value of phosphate-phosphorus was in April. 5. Concentration of chlorophyll a was high april and low in Feb.. The value during the daytime was 1.5 times higher (0.83㎎/㎥) than that at night (0.54㎎/㎥).

      • 선속 변화에 의한 능동형 횡 동요감쇠장치의 효과

        제주대학교 실습선 아라호에 장착된 능동형 횡 동요 감쇠장치의 성능이 선박의 속력과의 관계를 파악 하기 위하여 선박을 정지, 미속, 중속, 전속으로 구분하여 횡 동요 감쇠장치를 정지(Passive A.R.T), 작동(Active A.R.T)을 했을 때 경사계에 의한 횡 동요각 및 종 동요각, 풍속계에 의한 풍속의 변화에 의한 분석한 결과를 요약하면 다음과 같다. 1. 선박이 정지했을 때가 능동형 횡 동요 감쇠장치의 1/3, 1/10 횡 동요각 유의 진폭에서 감소률이 가장 높아 47.2%, 50.3%를 나타냈으며, 반면에 중속인 경우 가장 낮은7.1%, 7.4% 나타내므로, 이 장치는 선속의 변화에 차이가 있는 것으로 판단된다. 2. 선속의 변화에 따라 그 효율이 많은 차이가 있으므로 이 장치를 장착한 선박의 운항자는 이를 감안하여 작동하여야 할 것으로 생각되며, 통계분석 결과에 의해서 선속과 감소률의 관계를 회귀분석식으로 나타내어 보면 다음과 같았다. 즉, 횡동요각 유의 진폭 (Amplitude of and significant roll (φ_(1/3)) : y= -3.233χ + 45.613 횡동요각 유의 진폭 (Amplitude of and significant roll (φ_(1/10)) : y= -3.157χ + 46.840을 각각 얻을 수 있었다. This experimental paper deals with the performance of tanks that are turned the active A.R.T(Anti-Rolling Tank) when the fluid transfers from wing tanks to the opposite tank by the power developed by the automatic control system (INTERING Stabilizer), which was installed in the fishery training ship T/S. A - RA (G/T : 990 tons) of Cheju National University. In this paper, the author has tested the performance of INTERING Stabilizer from the signals obtained by the inclinometer in irregular waves and compared with the results obtained in passive mode operation at stop and at various ship speeds. The performances of the system were confirmed the results as follows through the tests : 1. The Rates of reduction in significant roll(φ_(1/3)) of performance of Active-Rolling Tank at stop. dead slow ahead, half ahead, full ahead were obtained 47.2%, 26.3%, 7.7% 9.7%, respectively. 2. The operators had to consider to be different to change according to the various ship speeds for working. and the author could get the linea regressions about the rates of reduction at the results of a statistical analysis through the time histories of rolling angles in A.R.T. in irregular waves using various ship's speeds.         소아의 상완골 원위부 과간 골절

        상완골 원위부 과간 골절은 소아에서는 매우 드물게 발생되는 골절로 대부분 주관절의 굴곡상태로 주관절 후방부에 직접적인 충격에 의해 발생하는 것으로 보고되고 있다. 전위가 없거나 경미한 경우 도수적 정복술 혹은 도수적 정복술 후 경피적 핀고정술을 시행하며, 전위가 심한 골절이거나 도수적 정복술이 불가능한 경우 관혈적 정복술 후 핀고정술을 시행하는 것으로 알려져 있다. 저자들은 전위된 상완골 원위부 과간 골절 환아 2예에서 각각 도수적 정복술과 관혈적 정복술 후 K 강선 고정술을 시행하여 만족한 결과를 얻었기에 보고하는 바이다. Intercondylar fractures of the distal humerus are very rare in children. The pattern of the fracture would suggest that the mechanism of injury involves a fall directly on the flexed elbow. Most agree that the undisplaced fracture can be managed conservatively. With increasing displacement and comminution, the opinions tend to differ. We suggest that closed reduction with percutaneous K wire pinning and open reduction with percutaneous K wire pinning offer a satisfactory methods by which to treat displaced intercondylar fracture in children.
