사회자본이 공유경제 이용의도에 미치는 영향에 관한 실증 연구

        Wang Chunchao,민대기 이화여자대학교 경영연구소 2020 신산업경영저널 Vol.38 No.2

The sharing economy, which has been pointed out as an alternative to solve the waste of resources and the global economic recession due to overconsumption, is emerging as a global trend. This study examines how trust, networks, and norms, which are components of social capital, affect the intention to use the sharing economy. Furthermore, we analyze the moderating effects of social tie eWOM (Word of Mouth). To test research hypothesis, survey questionnaires were distributed to those who have used sharing bicycles and sharing cars in Beijing. The analysis results are as follows: First, the components of social capital have a positive effect on the intention to use sharing economy. In addition, only the general trust as a social capital has a significant effect on the intention to use the sharing bicycles (product service system type). However, in the case of collaborative lifestyle such as sharing cars, both general trust and concrete trust have a significant positive effect on usage intention. Finally, only strong-tie eWOM was found to have moderate moderating effects in the relationship between social capital and intention to use the sharing economy.

Adenosine A3 Receptor Mediates ERK1/2- and JNK-Dependent TNF-α Production in Toxoplasma gondii-Infected HTR8/SVneo Human Extravillous Trophoblast Cells

        Wei Ye,Jinhui Sun,Chunchao Li,Xuan-Yan Fan,Fan Gong,Xinqia Huang,Mingzhu Deng,Jia-Qi Chu 대한기생충학ㆍ열대의학회 2020 The Korean Journal of Parasitology Vol.58 No.4

Toxoplasma gondii is an intracellular parasite that causes severe disease when the infection occurs during pregnancy. Adenosine is a purine nucleoside involved in numerous physiological processes; however, the role of adenosine receptors in T. gondii-induced trophoblast cell function has not been investigated until now. The goal of the present study was to evaluate the intracellular signaling pathways regulated by adenosine receptors using a HTR-8/SVneo trophoblast cell model of T. gondii infection. HTR8/SVneo human extravillous trophoblast cells were infected with or without T. gondii and then evaluated for cell morphology, intracellular proliferation of the parasite, adenosine receptor expression, TNF-α production and mitogen-activated protein (MAP) kinase signaling pathways triggered by adenosine A3 receptor (A3AR). HTR8/SVneo cells infected with T. gondii exhibited an altered cytoskeletal changes, an increased infection rate and reduced viability in an infection time-dependent manner. T. gondii significantly promoted increased TNF-α production, A3AR protein levels and p38, ERK1/2 and JNK phosphorylation compared to those observed in uninfected control cells. Moreover, the inhibition of A3AR by A3AR siRNA transfection apparently suppressed the T. gondii infection-mediated upregulation of TNF-α, A3AR production and MAPK activation. In addition, T. gondii-promoted TNF-α secretion was dramatically attenuated by pretreatment with PD098059 or SP600125. These results indicate that A3AR-mediated activation of ERK1/2 and JNK positively regulates TNF-α secretion in T. gondii-infected HTR8/SVneo cells.

Accelerated Time-of-Flight Magnetic Resonance Angiography with Sparse Undersampling and Iterative Reconstruction for the Evaluation of Intracranial Arteries

        Hehan Tang,Na Hu,Yuan Yuan,Chunchao Xia,Xiumin Liu,Panli Zuo,Aurelien F. Stalder,Michaela Schmidt,Xiaoyue Zhou,Bin Song,Jiayu Sun 대한영상의학회 2019 Korean Journal of Radiology Vol.20 No.2

Objective: To compare the image quality of three-dimensional time-of-flight (TOF) magnetic resonance angiography (MRA) with sparse undersampling and iterative reconstruction (sparse TOF) with that of conventional TOF MRA. Materials and Methods: This study included 56 patients who had undergone sparse TOF MRA for intracranial artery evaluation on a 3T MR scanner. Conventional TOF MRA scans were also acquired from 29 patients with matched acquisition times and another 27 patients with matched scanning parameters. The image quality was scored using a five-point scale based on the delineation of arterial vessel segments, artifacts, overall vessel visualization, and overall image quality by two radiologists independently, and the data were analyzed using the non-parametric Wilcoxon signed-rank test. Contrast ratios (CRs) of vessels were compared using the paired t test. Interobserver agreement was calculated using the kappa test. Results: Compared with conventional TOF at the same spatial resolution, sparse TOF with an acceleration factor of 3.5 could reduce acquisition time by 40% and showed comparable image quality. In addition, when compared with conventional TOF with the same acquisition time, sparse TOF with an acceleration factor of 5 could also achieve higher spatial resolution, better delineation of vessel segments, fewer artifacts, higher image quality, and a higher CR (p < 0.05). Good-to-excellent interobserver agreement (к: 0.65–1.00) was obtained between the two radiologists. Conclusion: Compared with conventional TOF, sparse TOF can achieve equivalent image quality in a reduced duration. Furthermore, using the same acquisition time, sparse TOF could improve the delineation of vessels and decrease image artifacts.

Optimization of Submerged Fermentation Medium for Matrine Production by Aspergillus terreus, an Endophytic Fungus Harboring Seeds of Sophora flavescens, Using Response Surface Methodology

        ( Qiang Zhang ),( Yujuan Li ),( Fangxue Xu ),( Mengmeng Zheng ),( Xiaozhi Xi ),( Xuelan Zhang ),( Chunchao Han ) 한국균학회 2017 Mycobiology Vol.45 No.2

Different endophytes isolated from the seeds of Sophora flavescens were tested for their ability to produce matrine production. Response surface methodology (RSM) was applied to optimize the medium components for the endophytic fungus. Results indicated that endophyte Aspergillus terreus had the ability to produce matrine. The single factor tests demonstrated that potato starch was the best carbon source and the combination of peptone and NH4NO3 was the optimal nitrogen source for A. terreus. The model of RSM predicted to gain the maximal matrine production at 20.67 μg/L, when the potato starch was 160.68 g/L, peptone was 24.96 g/L and NH4NO3 was 2.11 g/L. When cultured in the optimal medium, the matrine yield was an average of 20.63 ± 0.11 μg/L, which was consistent with the model prediction. This study offered an alternative source for the matrine production by endophytic fungus fermentation and may have far-reaching prospect and value.
