        아므르불가사리 (Asterias amurensis)의 배우자를 이용한 남해해역 연안해수의 생물학적 수질평가

        This study was carried out to evaluate off-shore water quality and to draw marine pollution map to Southern sea in Korea by bioassay using gametes and early development system of Asterias amurensis. From the bioassay, it was determined that the water qualites of Southern sea maintained the grade Ⅱ, because development of A. amurensis were moderately inhibited. However, Sunchon, Kwangyang, and Jinhae Bay belonged to grade Ⅲ, because development of A. amurensis were strongly inhibited. This could be due to the inflows of several river systems and poor water circulation. The water quality at Yosu island was the grade I, because A. amurensis were not inhibited in its early development.

      • 강진만에서 미생물의 년 변화

        The biological surveys were performed at seven sites in the Gangjin bay from February, 1998 to November, 2001. In order to analysis of environmental variation, numbers of heterotrophic bacteria, general fungus and fecal coliforms were enumerated in each sample. The result showed that variation range of heterotrophic bacteria, general fungus, and fecal coliforms were 2.9 x 10^(3)~9.6 x 10^(3) CFU/ml, 17.2~80.1 CFU/ml, and 6.3~682.5 CFU/100ml for four tears(1988~2001), respectively. Density of heterotrophic bacteria and general fungus were gradually decreased for four tours, while fecal coliforms were suddenly increased. Specially, numbers of fecal colifoms were increased the more 100 times in 2001 than that 1998. We think that it was probably caused a little rainfall in February, 2001. There result suggests that ecosystem of Gangjin bay were mainly regulated by 2~3 factors, which were inflow of fresh water, salinity and variation of water temperature.

      • LaFe₁­хMхO₃산화물의 CO산화 촉매 활성 및 감지 특성

        Correlation of catalytic activity for the oxidation of CO and sensor response to CO was investigated. The perovskite-type oxides prepared by partial substitution of LaFeO₃with other 3d transition metal M to give LaFe₁_хMхO₃. The catalytic activity of LaFe₁_хCOхO₃(x=0 to 0.2) increase in X, but the highest sensor response was achieved at x=0.1. It was found that the sensor response increased in proportion to the catalytic activity, provided that the apparent activation energy for electrical conduction was unaffected by the substitution.

      • 운동유형이 회복기 대사변인과 초과산소소비량에 미치는 영향

        The purpose of this study was to compared the magnitude of excess post-oxygen consumption(EPOC) following resistance exercise(1-RM of 60%) and aerobic exercise(VO₂ max of 60%). The subjects of study were consisted of each ten trained and untrained male college students(19.7±2.3, 19.3±0.5 years). This study was designed to compare the magnitude of EPOC following two exercise types. For both exercise types, resistance and aerobic exercise was energy consumption of total 300㎉ during exercise(untrained aerobic & resistance 298.6±2.9, 297.8±2.1㎉ ; trained aerobic & resistance 299.6±2.6, 295.7±4.l㎉). The dependant variables in this study consisted of three parts, metabolic variables (VO₂, RER, rectal temperature, lactic acid), EPOC and total energy consumption after exercise. To compare the difference of metabolic variables rest, during exercise and recovery period of each groups, 2×2 combined design two-way ANOVA was used. 2×2×2 combined design three-way ANOVA were used for compare the metabolic variables rest, during exercise and recovery period between groups. EPOC and total energy consumption during recovery period was used one-way ANOVA. The statistical significance was set at 0.05. The results were obtained as following, first, VO₂ during recovery of each groups was higher significantly than the rest(both group; until 5 min, p<0.05). RER was decreased significantly in both untrain and train group(p<0.05). Rectal temperature(RT) and lactic acid concentration was higher significantly than the rest in each group(p<0.05). Second, the difference of exercise types was statistically significant among two groups. Finally, result of EPOC and total energy consumption was higher significantly trained group than untrained group in after aerobic exercise(p<0.05). However, resistance exercise was not statistically significant between groups, but the value was higher trained group. The results suggest that EPOC follow aerobic exercise higher the resistance exercise, thus exercise prescription for weight loss and fat oxidation following exercise include aerobic exercise. However resistance exercise is recommended, because fat oxidation ratio was higher during recovery period by resistance exercise.

        A wireless communication module for multiple PLC was developed. The function of the developed system are dual communication , concurrent multiple communication, PLC control ,d interpretation of PLC command, and A/D D/A converting. The multiple communication approach Is based on master-slave control concept. To show validity of the developed module, severial experiments are illustrated.

        화상환자에서 혈청중 가용성 Interleukin-2 Receptor의 변동

        Cell-mediated immunity frequently becomes severely impaired after burn. However, the cause of postburn immune dysfunction is unclear and controversy exists over both pathophysiology and clinical relevance of these abnormalities. This study was undertaken to invstigate the immune responses in vivo of patients with burn. Levels of soluble IL-2R, a sensitive marker of T-cell activation, were measured in 26 patients with burn. Serum soluble IL-2R levels in patients with burn were significantly higher than those of normal controls. Serum soluble IL-2R levels were correlated closely with the severity of the burn. The burn patients were classified according to the outcome. Patients with fatal outcom always showd a higher soluble IL-2R levels than survivors. Postburn sera significantly suppressed mitogen-indeced lymphocyte proliferation. These data indicate that soluble IL-2R might be useful parameters for monitoring of the clinical course in burn patients.

      • A Study on E-commerce Recommender Systems Based on LSI and Fuzzy Model

        This paper combines two analytical techniques to create a model that not only narrows product choices but also producesa prioritized product list of recommendations tailored to a specific customer. Specifically, the paper proposes to create a recommender system based on applications of Latent Semantic Indexing (LSI) and Fuzzy Synthetic Judgment (FSJ). The application ofthese two analytic models will serve a two-fold purpose. Latent Semantic Indexing will enable the model to account for incomplete rating information in the collaborative rating matrix so that the completed rating matrix can then be decomposed using the Singular Value Decomposition (SVD) method. Fuzzy Synthetic Judgment will then provide a prioritized list to the customer of recommended selections. In order to provide a clearer understanding of the proposed recommender process, the authors will demonstrate the requisite calculations through an application. In addition to clarifying the process, the example will serve to help validate the proposed model.

      • 일반철근콘크리트 보와 동일한 구조적 거동을 하는 강섬유보강 철근콘크리트 보 단면의 이론적 산정

        The objective of this study was to develop an mathematical model which can take into account the effects of steel fiber reinforced concrete(SFRC) on the flexural and shear behavior of a reinforced steel fibrous concrete beam(RSFC beam). The model developed on the basis of the nonlinear layered finite element method and the nonlinear programming technique was successfully able to find the necessary amount of steel fibers, tensile steels and comporessive steels(if any) to constitute and equivalent RSFC beam section compared to a given conventionally reinforced concrete beam in terms of equal flexural an shear strengths as well as ductility. Using the developed model. some parametric studies were also performed in order to examine the possible replacement of conventional reinforcement with steel fibers and consequently the changes in the amount of tension, compression, and shear reinforcement for the beam made of different reinforcement ratios and concrete compressive strengths.
