      • Zone에서의 선로 손실을 무시한 계통축약에 관한 연구

        When a transmission congestion occurs in a special transmission line, system network is divided into two Zone. Korea Power System has especially the "Northward Flow". If Korea Power System should introduce the nodal prices, we would regard Korea Power System as two Zone system. The Similarity Index[1] is a good performance measure for the network reduction. It can be applied to the network reduction in the zone categorized by the nodal prices. This paper deals with a zonal reduction method based on the similarity indices. The proposed method was verified by IEEE 39 bus test system.

        치과용 고무인상재의 영구변형 및 압축시 변형률

        This study investigated the permanent deformation of dental rubber impression materials in order to evaluate their degree of recovery from displacement during removal through undercut area. We also investigated the stain in compression in order to evaluate the materials' flexibility during removal from the month, or during removal of the cast from the impression. Additional silicone, polyether, and polysulfied rubber impression materials were tested for their properties of permanent deformation and strain in compression according to the testing methods of the ADA specificaltion no. 19. 1.The permanent deformation values were as follows: polysulfide (2.25%), polyether (2.14%), and additional silicone (0.28∼1.21%, 2.38% for Perfect F). Examix, Express and Provil, which are additional silicone rubbers, showed lower permanent deformation values of 0.29%, 0.28% and 0.34%, respectively. Perfect F, although it is an additional silicone rubber, showed the highest permanent deformation value (2.38%) within the tested materials. 2.The strain in compression values were as follows: polysulfide (10.63%), additional silicone (2.88∼10.09%), and polyether (2.38%). The additional silicone rubber samples showed various values. Contrary to our expectations, it is also notable that Vinylate, which is used when taking an one-step impression, had higher stain in compression value (10.09%) than the light body impression materials even though it is classified as a heavy body material. Express (a.s.) had a low strain in compression (2.88%) which is similar to that (2.83%) of Impregum F (p.e.). In light body rubber materials, Permlastic had the highest value (p.s. 10.63%), followed by Perfect F (a.s. 7.38%), Correct VPS (a.s. 7.13%), Examix (a.s. 6.04%), Provil (a.s. 3.82%) and Express (a.s. 2.88%). Although the tested materials showed various values, all of them satisfied the requirements of A.D.A. Specification No. 19, which require that permanent deformation be less than 2.5%, and strain in compression be between 2∼20%.

        고등학생의 성, BMI에 따른 자가건강관리행태,신체적 자기효능감에 관한 연구

        본 연구는 고등학생의 성, BMI에 따른 자가건강관리행태와 신체적 자기효능감에 관한 연구를 위해 B·U시에 있는 13개 고등학교 총 1,810명을 대상으로 설문을 실시하여 불성실한 84명을 제외한 1,726명을 대상으로 고등학생들의 성, 계열, BMI에 따른 자가건겅관리행태를 비교하였다The Journal, College of Education. Vol. 46, No. 2, (2007) 성에 따른 자가건강관리행태는 남·여학생 모두 평균수면시간은 6시간, TV시청시간은 1시간으로 컴퓨터 사용시간은 남학생 2시간·여학생 1시간으로 남·여학생 모두 스트레스해소방법은 음악듣기, 아침식사여부는 매일 먹는다, 간식횟수는 매일 먹는다, 간식선호도는 비스켓, 빵류, 인스턴트섭취횟수는 주1~2회, 선호음식은 육류, 선호음료는 주스류, 체형인지정도는 약간 살찐 체형, 운동을 하지 않는 이유는 시간이 없어서, 운동을 하는 이유는 신체적 건강을 위해서, 음주횟수는 마시지 않는다, 흡연·음주가 학업에 미치는 영향은 학업에 지장이 있는 것 같다. 신경안정제·수면제·각성제 등의 복용여부는 없다로 나타났다. TV시청시간, 아침식사여부, 선호음료, 체형인지정도, 신경안정제, 수면제, 각성제 등의 복용여부에서는 남학생이 더 나은 자가건강관리행태를 컴퓨터 사용시간, 간식선호도, 인스턴트섭취횟수, 선호음식, 음주횟수, 흡연·음주가 학업에 미치는 영향에서는 여학생이 나은 자가건강관리행태를 나타냈다. BMI에 따른 자가건강관리행태는 저체중·정상체중·과체중 모두에서 평균수면시간은 6시간, TV시청시간은 1시간으로 컴퓨터 사용시간은 1시간, 스트레스해소방법은 음악듣기, 아침식사여부는 매일 먹는다로 간식횟수는 저체중·정상체중은 매일 먹는다·과체중은 주 1~2회로 저체중·정상체중·과체중 모두에서 간식선호도는 비스켓·빵류, 인스턴트섭취횟수는 주 1~2회, 선호음식은 육류, 선호음료는 주스류로 체형인지정도는 저체중은 마른체형으로 정상·과체중은 약간 살찐 체형으로 저체중·정상체중·과체중 모두에서 운동을 하는 이유는 신체적 건강을 위해서, 운동을 하지 않는 이유는 시간이 없어서, 음주횟수는 마시지 않는다, 흡연·음주가 학업에 미치는 영향은 학업에 지장이 있는 것 같다, 신경안정제·수면제·각성제 등의 복용여부는 없다로 나타났다. 정상은 저체중·과체중보다 간식선호도에서 과체중은 정상·저제중보다 아침식사여부, 간식횟수, 선호음식, 체형인지도에서 자가건강관리행태가 좋았다. 신체적 자기효능감은 성별로는 남학생이 여학생보다 높게 나타나 유의한 차이를 나타내었고, 계열별로는 유의한 차이가 없었으며, BMI는 정상체중이 저체중과 과체중보다 높게 나타나 유의한 차이를 나타내었다. 이상의 연구결과 청소년들의 올바른 자가건강관리행태를 높이고, 잘못된 생활습관과 식습관을 바로 잡을 수 있는 체계적이고 지속적인 청소년 자가건강교육 프로그램이 개발되어야 할 것이며, 청소년기에 맞는 보다 일반화된 검사를 할 수 있는 자가건강관리행태와 신체적 자기 효능감의 설문지 개발과 자가건강관리의 능동적 실천 방안을 마련해야 된다고 본다. For the study on the type of self-care status according to gender, BMI and physical self- efficacy of high-school students, this study took a census at 1,810 students of 13 high-schools at area of U and P. This study took a Chi-square to compare the type of self-care status according to gender, BMI of high-school students. The study calculate mean, standard deviation and then perform one-way ANOVA to compare physical self-efficacy of high-school students. Verifications on those was executed by Duncan with the significance level of a=.05. The conclusions of this study are followed below. At both boy and girl students: average sleeping time -6 hours, average watching TV time - 1 hour, the methods of releasing a stress : listening to music, yes or no of eating a breakfast -Taking a breakfast everyday, how often they eat snack foods - everyday, the preferred snack foods - biscuit, bread, the frequency of eating fast-foods - 1~2 per week, the preferred foods - meats, the preferred beverage - juices, the cognition on body type - a little fat body. The reason why they don't excise - having no time to excise, the reason why they do excise - To have a healthy body, the frequency of drinking alcohol - zero, the affection of smoking and drinking alcohol on studying - It seems to be, yes of no of taking medicines such as tranquilizer, sleeping drug, stimulant - No. The time of using a computer - boys (2 hours) / girls (1 hour).Boy students have a better types of self-care status than girl students in watching TV time, yes or no of eating breakfast, the preferred beverage, cognition on the body type, yes of no of taking medicines such as tranquilizer, sleeping drug, stimulant. Girl students have a better types of self-care status than boy students in the time of using a computer, the preference of snack foods, the frequency of eating fast-foods, the preferred foods, the frequency of drinking alcohol, the affection of smokingㆍdrinking alcohol on studying. At all under, normal, over-weight students: the average sleeping time - 6 hours, the average watching TV time - 1 hour, the average time in using a computer - 1 hour, the methods of releasing a stress - listening to music, yes or no of eating a breakfast : -Taking a breakfast everyday, the preferred snack foods - biscuit, bread, the frequency of eating fast-foods - 1~2 per week, the preferred foods - meats, the preferred beverage - juices. The reason why they do exercise : -To have a healthy body, the reason why they don't excise -having no time to excise, the frequency of drinking alcohol - zero, the affection of smoking and drinking alcohol on studying - It seems to be, yes of no of taking medicines such as tranquilizer, sleeping drug, stimulant - No. The frequency of eating snack-foods : low & normal - everyday / over - 1~2 times. The normal weight students have a better types of self-care status than low or over-weight in the preferences of snack-foods. the over weight students have a better types of self-care status than the normal or low-weight in yes or no of eating a breakfast, the frequency of eating snack-foods, the preferred foods, the cognition on body type. On gender, it shows a meaningful difference that the boy students are higher than the girl students in the physical self-efficacy. On BMI, it shows a meaningful difference that normal weight are higher than low & over weight in the physical self-efficacy. These results show us that we have to develop a systematic and continuous health education programs for juveniles-self that enhance upright types of self-care status and fix the wrong living and eating habits. And these results also show us that we have to prepare the types of self-care status which can be generally tested for juveniles and the development of census on the physical self-efficacy and active practice plan on self-care status.

        The purpose of the research is to study the prediction of heat transfer on flat heat pipe applid to solar energy collector by the numerical study. Numerical analysis was performed by finite element method for the prediction of heat transfer on flat transfer on flat heat pipe. A comparison between the experimental and the numerical results show qualitatively agreement and it was able to predict the performence of flat heat pipe collector. The Biot number, (h_(ev)l)/Ks in order to know the effect of heat transfer on flat heat pipe was show to decrease by increas of heat transfer coefficient in vapor region, and with higher conductivity of container, Ks.

      • 퍼지 제어 이론을 이용한 이동 로봇의 장애물 회피 알고리즘

        이 논문은 새로운 지연 시간 기법을 도입한 퍼지 논리 제어기를 개발하여 자율 이동 로봇이 미지의 환경에서 고정 및 이동 장애물을 회피하는 알고리즘을 제안한다. 이 논문에서는 실시간으로 임의로 변화하는 장애물 회피 문제를 해결하기 위하여 지연 시간 기법을 이용한 개선된 퍼지 제어 알고리즘을 개발하였다. 이러한 제어 방법은 정해진 목표점을 장애물과 부딪히지 않고 실시간으로 최적의 경로를 찾아 실시간으로 주행하도록 하는데 매우 유용하다. 컴퓨터 모의실험을 통해 장애물 회피에 있어서 제안한 제어기법의 유용성을 검증하였다. This paper presents a delayed time path planning method of the Autonomous Mobile Robot using fuzzy logic controller for avoidance of fixed and moving obstacles in unknown environment. It is the objective of this paper to develop fuzzy control algorithms using delayed time techniques to deal with moving obstacles randomly in real time. This control method gives the benefit of the collision free movement in real time and optimal path to the pre-settled goal. The computer simulations are demonstrated the effective of the suggested control method in obstacle avoidance.

      • 미생물을 이용한 Gellan Gum 생성의 Kinetic에 관한 연구

        Polysaccharides produced microbially, have shown themselves to be commercially significant. The reasons for the commercial exploitation of these microbial polysaccharides is because of their unique physical and consistant chemical properties and regularity of supply. Gellan gum is a recently discovered extracellular polysaccaride. This is an anionic heteropolysaccharide that forms viscous solutions and can under certain conditions, form thermoreversible gels with characteristics similar to those formed by both carrigeenan and agar. The aspect of Gellan gum produced by Pseudomonas elodea were investigated under various concentration of carbon sources and nitrogen sources. Sucrose and glucose are used as carbon source, and Bacto-peptone, Promosoy and (NH_4)_2SO_4 are used as nitrogen source. The maximum Gellan gum production was obtained in the culture medium 30.0g/L glucose, 0.6g/L Promosoy at pH 6.6, 37℃. The molecular weight of Gellan gum was 5 × 10 exp (5) which was determined by gel permeation chromatography.

      • 핵사포드 기계 공구의 재구성을 위한 발-배치 알고리즘 개발

        본 논문에서는 새로운 병렬구조를 갖는 기계장치의 하나인 핵사포드 기계 기구의 발-배치 알고리즘에 대하여 기술한다. 모듈 병렬운동 기계의 구성을 위한 도구로써 핵사포드 기계 기구의 발-배치를 위한 해석법을 정의하고 제안한다. 이동 플랫폼의 제안된 작업 영역과 다리 모듈의 이동 범위에 기초하여 이 프로그램이 원하는 작업영역을 제공하기 위한 각 발의 가장 적절한 위치를 결정하는 것을 제시된 실험을 통하여 확인할 수 있다. This paper presents an investigation of new reconfiguration used for enhancing the ability of hexapods to adapt to the workspace change and assisting them to integrate into the current manufacturing environment. As a utility to guide the reconfiguration of module PKMs, this defined and presented a construction method for Foot-Placement Space (FPS). Based on the desired workspace of the mobile platform and the range of motion of theleg modules, the program will provide information on the feasible locations for the feet of the legs so that the required workspace can be realized. Experimental results have shown to verify the effectiveness of the proposed algorithm.

        The separation of the cobalt ion and nickel ion was carried out which was based on the principle of coupling facilitated transport. The principle of coupling facilitated transport was developed and validated by predicting the cobalt ion and nickel ion fluxes through membrane as a function of hydrogen ion concentration in the feed solution, carrier concentration in the membrane, and content of metals ion in the feed solution, flow rate of the feed solution and acid concentration in the stripping solution. Diffusion coefficients of Co-di(2-ethyl hexyl) phosphoric acid and Ni-di(2-ethyl hexyl) phosphoric acid through polytetrafluroethylene membrane were 1.2×10^7㏖/sec and 5.5×10^8㏖/sec, respectively.

      • Cyclosporine이 同種皮膚移植瓣의 生存에 미치는 影響에 關한 實驗的 硏究

        With efficient but nontoxic immunosuppression, allogenic skin could be used clinically on early treatment of severe burns or transfer of composite tissue allograft. Unlike organ grafts, where cyclosporine is superior to previously used agents (namely, azathioprine, steroid, 6-mercaptopurine etc.) in clinical setting, the behavior of allogenic skin under prolonged cyclosporine therapy has rarely been studied. The aim of this study is to prolong significantly the survival of skin allografts in rat model using the lowest possible doses of cyclosporine. Author studied the immunosuppressive effects of short courses of the drug, the efficacy of various maintenance doses in producing long-term survival, and the posibility of reversing episodes of rejection phenomenon. The results were obtained as follows: 1. Mean survival times (MST) of skin graft in untreated recipients were similar in both strain combinations tested (MST ± SD=8 ±1 days in Sprague Dawley to Gunns rat and 7 ±1 days in Gunns to Sprague Dawley rat). The short daily courses of 7,14 and 21 days of cyclosporine therapy significantly prolonged the survival in all groups. 2. Striking prolongation of skin graft survival was produced using maintenance doses of 8 or 15 ㎎/㎏ given every fourth day following 14 days of daily doses; lower maintenance doses were ineffectual. 3. Even long-standing allografts could undergo complete rejection following cessation of the drug. Within 2 to 4 weeks after discontinuation of the drug, early signs of rejection were noted. For reversing such rejection episodes, resuming cyclosporine administration in regular doses of 15㎎/Kg/day for 7 days,followed by the same dose given every second day, then every third day, and finally maintenance schedule every fourth day was done. Such early rejection were stopped within a week and the graft was healed completly by the third week.
