        유기적 통일과 시어의 신성성 : 정지용의 시론과 시어관, 감각의 상관성

        This thesis is an attempt to study the relation of Jeong, ji-young’s poetic words and Gam-gak(감각, 感覺, poetic feeling) in his essay on poetry. Until now, other studies on Jeong, ji-young’ Gam-gak(감각, 感覺, poetic feeling) divided his Gam-gak into two section, feeling to object and feeling on language to study special feature on his Gam-gak. These studies prescribe that his poetic words were produced from a process that self activity develop to poetic feeling and technique unifying emotion, thinking, everyday life. In this thesis, I study Jeong, ji-young’s essay on poetry in point of view that special thing of Jeong, ji-young’s poetic words is showed in his essay on poetry, too. The special feature of his essay on poetry comes from experiences of poetical writing rather than the study on theory because these essay were published just after publishing “bak-lok-da-m(백록담)” in 1939. This suggest that feature of his poetic words and Gam-gak(poetic feeling) in his poems was extended to essays on poetry to theorize itself. His essays on poetry from experience has a feature that metaphors and aphorisms are more than dialectical descriptions. In content, it is special thing that he explain the relation of spirit or Gam-gak, as monistic thing unifying emotion, thought, sensibility, to linguistic feeling(언어감각, 言語感覺), which is relation of incarnation. Therefore, organic unification of poetry is process of completion that poetic spirit meets linguistic feeling and sublimation of poetic words come out at the same time.

        교수-학습 개선의 배경에 대한 이론적 고찰

        가장 효율적인 교사는 학생들의 개인차에 따라 자신의 수업 방법을 적절히 바꾸는 사람일 것이다. 이런 교사들은 대부분 교육에서의 평등성과 수월성을 인식하고 차별화 된 수업을 신뢰하므로 이것을 수업에 반영한다. 학급에서 개인의 특성을 인식하고,존중하고,개발하는 것이 중요하다는 것은 많은 연구에서 나타나고 있으며,차별화된 수업은 이 중 가장 중요한 요인으로 제기되고 있다. 이와 같이 학교교육에 있어서 차별화 된 수업을 위한 새로운 사고의 원리를 살펴본다는 것은 교수-학습에 대한 최근의 중요한 변화를 알 수 있을 것이라는 측면에서 의미 있는 일일 것이다. 따라서 본 논문은 교사들이 점심시간에 잠깐씩 학생들을 도와주거나,복습 시간에 사고힐 수 있는 질문을 던지는 단기적인 방법이 아니라,학생들의 차이성을 극복하고자 하는 장기적이고 지속적인 방법을 개발하기 위한 이론적 근거를 마련하려데 목적이 있다. Most effective teachers modify some of their instruction for students some of the time. Many of those teachers also believe they differentiate instruction, and, to some degree, they do. It is not this article' s goal, however, to recount the sorts of modifications sensitive teachers make from time to time, such as offering a student extra help during lunch or asking an especially able leamer a challenging question during a review session, This article offers guidance for educators who want to develop and facilitate consistent, robust plans in anticipation of and in response to students' leaming differences.

      • 軟弱地盤 壓密特性과 沈下豫測

        Recently, developed countries have brought about a considerable increase in the study of soft ground for the reasons of policy on farming protection, key industry and sightseeing development since the middle of the nineteenth century, particularly 1950s. In spite of the long and copious experience associated with these types of construction, the constructions of soft ground still have many delicate problems. In general, problems of soft ground related to stability are probably to meet settlements on the various circumstances. In order to accelerate the rate of consolidation settlement and gain a required shear strength for a given soft ground, the preloading technique combined with a vertical drainage system has been widely applied. In this paper, laboratory tests have analyzed to change the soil parameters that executed the plan of stage construction. The void ratio and water content of the clay decreases and the strength of soft ground rises during consolidation period. In order to predict of magnitude, rate of settlement and pore pressure dissipation under embankment of loading on drainage-installed soft ground, consolidation settlement prediction methods such as Asaoka method, curve fitting method, TAN method and Hyperbolic method applied to gain final consolidation settlement from the field settlement data. The Reliability analysis of consolidation settlement prediction methods made use of additional settlement data. Sequentially, it has been found that Hyperbolic method can appropriately predict the consolidation behavior of drainage-installed soft ground of Yangsan Mulgum.

      • 상류하천의 유출량 변화가 호소수 수질에 미치는 영향

        This study was regressive assessment on the basic research water quality and analysis data of Chinyang-Lake dependence on upper stream water system of flow-rate. The results of regressive assessment were as followings: 1. Water quality of Chinyang-Lake were exert a bad influence upon because of polluted upper stream to decreased outflow-rate in upper stream water system. 2. Chemical oxygen demand(COD_Mn) of Chinyang-Lake were from 2.0mg/ℓ to 2.5mg/ℓ on the total outflow-rate range of upper stream were from 15CMS to 50CMS. This value of chemical oxygen demand were preserved to the average yearly chemical oxygen demand : 0.8mg/ℓ∼2.5mg/ℓ. Howeve, A dry season of 15CMS and below to decrease outflow-rate were found out increased chemical oxygen demand of 2.5mg/ℓ∼3.5mg/ℓ. 3. Decreased of total outflow-rate were found out increased chemical and biological oxygen demand and then its were bring about increased total nitrogen and phosphorus concentration.

      • 菟絲子 의效能에 대한 硏究

        The purpose of this study is to determine the effect of Semen Cuscutae on phenylephrine(PE) and KCI induced contraction of isolated rat thoracic aorta. Contractile force was measured with force displacement transducer under 1.5 g loading tension. Contraction evoked by PE (ED_(50)) was relaxed significantly by Semen Cuscutae. The mean percent relaxing of PE induced contraction was 60.6% (p<0.01) after 300 ㎕/㎖ Semen Cuscutae, but the mean percent contraction of KCI induced contraction was 10.4% (p<0.05) after 300 ㎕/㎖ Semen Cuscutae. Vasorelaxation by Semen Cuscutae was significantly reduced after with and without endothelial cells. Pretreatment of aortic rings with L-NAME (100 μM), a nitric oxide synthase inhibitor, indomethacin (3 μM), an inhibitor of cyclooxygenase, methylene blue (10 μM), guanylyl cyclase inhibitor, propranolol (1 μM), a β-adrenoceptor antagonist, atropine (1 μM), a muscarinic receptor antagonist and diltiazem (10 μM), a Ca^(2+)-channel blocker was recovered the effect aorta. These results indicate that Semen Cuscutae can relax EP induced contraction of isolated rat thoracic aorta and that this increasing contraction related to epithelium and various effect.

      • 갑상선암에서 MAGE 1-6 mRNA를 검출하는MAGE common primer의 의의

        Background: MAGE (melanoma antigen gene) was named as cancer/testis specific antigens since their expression is only detected in the testis or cancer cells. Because of their relatively specific expression in the cancer cells, they have been considered as the early diagnosis of several cancers, or the appropriate targets for the specific immunotherapy mediated by cytotoxic T lymphocytes. Therefore, there were many reports about the expression of MAGE genes in various types of malignant tumors, but only a few reports in human thyroid neoplasms. The purpose of this study was to determine whether the MAGE common primers expressed in different histological types of thyroid tumors and to see the clinical usefulness of MAGE common primers on the thyroid tumors. Methods: Fifty-nine patients who underwent thyroidectomy at Kosin Medical Center from January, 2001 to April, 2002 were included in the study. Of the 59 patients 40 were papillary carcinoma, 4 follicular carcinoma, 3 medullary carcinoma, 1 anaplastic carcinoma, 4 nodular hyperplasia, 3 adenomatous goiter, and 4 follicular adenoma. Total cellular mRNA was extracted from those 48 cancer tissues, 11 benign tissues and additional eleven normal control thyroid tissues. Nested reverse transcriptase-polymerase chain reactions (nested RT-PCR) with the MAGE common primers designed to detect MAGE 1-6 genes were employed in this study. With probes confirmed by DNA sequencing. Results: Of those 48 cases of thyroid carcinomas 10 cases (20.8%) were expressed MAGE common primers. In the 40 papillary carcinoma, MAGE common primers were expressed in 17.5%. In the four follicular carcinoma, they were expressed in two cases, and in one case of one anaplatic carcinoma. However, in the three cases of medullary carcinoma, MAGE gene was not expressed. None of 11 benign tumors and 11 normal tissues expressed any of these MAGE common primers. The sensitivity of MAGE common primers in thyroid tumors was 20.8% and the specificity was 100%. Conclusion: These results suggested that MAGE common primers were expressed low in the malignant thyroid tumors but it was not expressed in benign tumors and normal tissues. It is suggested that MAGE common primers can be used for preoperative differential diagnosis of follicular carcinoma from benign follicular adenoma which cannot be made by fine needle aspiration cytology of thyroid tissue. However, further study is needed for clinical application of MAGE common primers expression as tumor markers in the thyroid tumors.

      • 오존 및 紫外線 照射에 의한 汚水의 複合酸化

        In case the wastewater contained various pollutants was treated with the complex oxidation treatment method utilizing the ozone and ultra-violet radiation, the removal rates of BOD, COD, SS, Tirbidity and E.Coli according to the ozone contact concentration were excellent. The following conclusions were obtained from the experimental results : 1. When the ozone contact concentration was above 12.lmg/l, the BOD removal rate and the effluent BOD concentration were above 90% and below 10mg/l, and then the COD removal rate was above 90%, also. 2. When the ozone contact concentration was above 12.lmg/l, the SS removal rate was about 60% at 40, 50 mins. of hydraulic retention time, but the removal rate was down to 40% at 60mins. of HRT. 3. When the ozone contact concentration was above 5.2mg/l, the E.Coli removal rate was about 100% without the hydraulic retention time.
