        Background: Superior colliculus is a part of midbrain, and participates in the visual reflexes, It receives afferent fibers from optic nerve, visual cortex, and spinotectal tract. After optic deprivation, the microscopic structure of the superior colliculus changed. Calcium-binding proteins (CBPs) Play an important role in the neuronal protection, differentiation and reorganization of the central nervous system, Objectives and Methods: The effects of neonatal retinal deafferentation on a CBPs, calbindm D-28k (CB), Parvalbumin (PB) and calretimn (CR), and the existence of colocalization between the CBPs were examined immunohistochemically in the rat superior colliculus. Results: On the experimental (contralateral to enucleation) side of superior colliculus, the number of CB-immunoreactive (IR) cells was reduced (77.4% compared to control), but not fibers. The number of PB-IR neurons and fibers was also reduced on the experimental side (88.5% compared to control), In the other hand, the CR-IR cells were dramatically increased (642% compared to control), but CR-IR fibers were markedly decreased on the experimental side. The colocalization between CB-CR and PV-CR was rarely observed in the superior colliculus Conclusion: These results suggest that the changes of retinotectal projection may alter the expressional pattern of CBPs in different manners; relatively stable in CB- and PV-IR neurons and plastic in CR-IR neurons.

        설비 자동화를 통한 공정 개선 사례

        The purpose of this study is for a company with a great amount of product lead time to reduce the number of its workers and its product lead time by constructing an integrated system, which is formed by the introduction and development of hardware and software in the equipment line of the company. In this study, a company which had a lot of manual processes and therefore needed to stabilize the flow process and the production system for securing technical capacity, was selected. For the purpose of improving the process of the selected company, the present system was analyzed and some sectors which required process improvement were investigated. An integrated system was constructed by introducing and developing software(a CNC design program) as well as hardware(loading/unloading and pallet devices). In addition, the data before processing and the data after processing were comparatively analyzed to see if the process had valid results. The time required and the number of workers required in making the same product were respectively included in the data be-fore processing and after processing. As a method of measurement, a stopwatch method was used and the measurement was done 15 times.

        如法衣에 관한 硏究(Ⅰ) : 袈裟色을 中心으로 focused on the colour of Kasa

        The purpose of this study was to investigate the general Kasa. More specially, the objectives of the research was (a) to determine the reason why dyes the colour of kasa; (b) to examine the kinds of Kasa colour; (c) to provide the dyeing method of Kasa colour; (d) to clarify the prohibited colour and the permitted limit; and (e) to find which and why kasa colour in our country use. The reason why dyes the colour of Kasa are the following; (a) it differentiates between the white robe in the leading ascetic life of Buddhism at ones home and that of the entering the priesthood. (b) it protects the victim of robbery (c) it discards the attachment to the ownership (d) it lessens the burden of at alms. The kinds of Kasa's color consist of several one such as 靑(cheung), 黑(heuk), ??(chun), 木蘭(mokran), and so on. The three colour among them use as the colour of kasa in the each vinaya pitaka. The dyeing method of kasa is composed of two ways; One is to dye the whole Kasa; the other is to dye the part of Kasa. Recently, in our country, the red which is the branch of kalasama is the leading colour of Kasa.

      • 토당귀 종자의 형태적 특성과 발아와 입모율에 대한 저장방법,생장조절제 및 프라이밍 처리 효과

        This study was conducted to have basic and applied informations to establish the cultivation method and to improve the cultivation techniques of Angelica gigas Nakai through investigating the rates of germination and seedling establishment with treatment of plant growth regulator and seed priming. The germination rates of round shape seed were about 0.3~12% higher than those of parallel shape. The germination rates with different storage durations were increased at the level of 25oC and 4oC with the storage days, while they were clearly higher at -20oC compared to those at 4oC and 25oC without the storage durations. With the results of germination rates with treating of plant growth regulator and seed priming, their rates with the round shape seeds were comparatively higher about 6% than those with parallel shape seed and they were increased with increasing of the storage durations. The germination rates were generally appeared higher with GA3 than did those with seed priming. The highest germination rate was appeared at 50 ppm GA3 of plant growth regulator and at -0.5 MPa PEG6000 of seed priming. The germination rates?ㅤ ?ㅤ of Angelica gigas were different with different temperature, storage durations and the treatments of plant growth regulator and seed priming. These results could be used according to different cultivating conditions.

      • 들깨(Perilla) 品種改良 및 育成에 관한 硏究(Ⅰ) : 施肥水準 및 栽植密度 試驗 Effect of Fertilizer application and Planting density on Perilla

        1977年 本大學校 農科大學에서 들깨栽培에 대한 施肥適量 및 栽培密植密度에 관한 試驗을 實施한 결과는 다음과 같았다. 1. ?酸質 肥料는 10a當 7kg을 施用하는 것이 效果的이었다. 2. 可里 肥料는 10a當 3kg을 施用하는 것이 들깨의 收量을 높여 주었다. 3. 本試驗에서 石?의 施用效果는 별로 없었다. 4. 들깨의 栽植密度는 60cm X 20cm가 가장 收量이 높았다. Factorial experiment was carried out in to determine the adequated amount of fertilizer and planting density for perilla breeding, and the results obtained were as follows; 1) 7kg per 10a of P²O fertilization was found reasonable. 2) 3kg per 10a of potash fertilization was effective for increasing the yields of perilla seed. 3) No effect was recognized in clcim application. 4) Adequate planting density was 60cmX20cm in order to increase the yields.

It is proud to acculately need to test methodological research domains in order for performing handball related researches journal to be acknowledged by scholars in other parts of the world. the focus must be on equality rather than on quantity.

        아므르불가사리 (Asterias amurensis)의 배우자를 이용한 남해해역 연안해수의 생물학적 수질평가

        This study was carried out to evaluate off-shore water quality and to draw marine pollution map to Southern sea in Korea by bioassay using gametes and early development system of Asterias amurensis. From the bioassay, it was determined that the water qualites of Southern sea maintained the grade Ⅱ, because development of A. amurensis were moderately inhibited. However, Sunchon, Kwangyang, and Jinhae Bay belonged to grade Ⅲ, because development of A. amurensis were strongly inhibited. This could be due to the inflows of several river systems and poor water circulation. The water quality at Yosu island was the grade I, because A. amurensis were not inhibited in its early development.

      • 佛像을 通해 본 統一新羅時代 佛衣에 關한 硏究 : 着衣 및 衣褶을 中心으로 focused on the wearing method and clothes fold

        The purpose of this study is to investigate Unified Silla's distinctive style and process of change in Buddga's costumes as well as clothes and wearing method of Buddga's costumes. This study lays emphasis on Unified Silla's Age, which is comparatively definite in the periodical classification of Buddhist art and eminent in the style of a Buddhist image. While Buddhist art of Unified Silla handled in this study mainly had close relation to the art style of Tang(唐) in the ancient China, it received the foreign cultures from the western countries and India by direct or indirect contacts. Therefore, the international inclination of Buddhist art in Korea, China and Japan, from the end of the seventh century to the mid-eighth century, had been shown more remarkably than in any other times. Here I divide this period into three parts in order to observe on the Buddga's costumes of Unified Silla Age. The features of each period is that : 1> the first period The first period ranges from immediately after Silla's unification to the end of the seventh century. The features of Buddha's costumes in this period were little removed from those of the period of the three Kingdoms such as thick Kasa, thick folds of "U" shape, symmetrical folds in a costume. But we can also find the new style in which clothes have drooped fold of manifold semicircle in shape. So, the first period was characterized in the mixture of the traditional style and the foreign style in the appearance of clothes. 2> the second period The second period is during about one century of the eighth century. During this period Silla's way of art was influenced by that of Tang(唐) in china and come to maturity in the art of sculpture with deep faith, Finally Silla had enjoyed the golden age of the art of sculpture. The method of expression in Buddha's costumes also broke from the ancient conventional style and got realistic and refined features of Silla's art. We can also find that the front skirt of Kasa in dress bottom included the new style in which it was cut as a "V" shape besides the horizontally cut style as shown till now. 3> the third period It is the end of Unified Silla ranged from the ninth century to the beginning of the tenth century. In this period the art of Buddhist statue was about to decline gradually from the mid-eighth century, the acme of Buddhist art's prosperity. This degeneration also had great influence on the style of Buddha's costumes, so that the style became formal and schematized. Now, we can summarize the characteristics of the popular style of Buddha's costumes in the times of Unified Silla. First, the styles of Buddhist statue's clothes were more in dress method of put on right and left shoulder than in dress method of put on left shoulder. Second, the style of King Asoka's statues and King Udyana's statues in the folds of clothes were so popular that they became the main current during the eighth century. However, from the beginning of the ninth century, the appearances of folds were formal and schematized with compact and parallel folds which are formally expressed. It is true that the scientists who study dress and its ornaments have left Buddha's costumes out of account due to the peculiarity of Buddha's costumes, whereas there have been more studies on Buddha's costumes on the historical point of art. I hope that with this study as a momentum, new studies on Buddha's costumes will be continued on the historical point of dress and its ornaments as well as that of art.

      • 우리나라 화학물질 분류 및 표시체계 분석

        Classification and Labelling system of Chemicals is a very important element for management of chemical safety. Classification and labelling system of Chemicals is very different among countries. This becomes a barrier for transportation of chemicals across counties. Recently, several international organizations (OECD,UNEP,ILO etc.) endeavor to harmonize classification and labelling of chemicals. In this study, we analyze classification and labelling system of chemical described in several regulations of our country, and examine acivities of IOMC(Inter-Organization Programme for the Sound Management of Chemicals)for harmonization of classification and labelling of chemicals. The Toxic Chemical Control Law, the Fire Services Law and the Industrial Safety and Health Law are the major regulation of management of chemical safety. Classification and labelling systems of chemical vary among several regulations. Particularly, labelling system of chemicals in transport vehicles are not appropriate in response to chemical accident. We suggest that task force team consisted with inter-administrative branches is needed to harmonize classification and labelling of chemicals, and recommend the introduction of UN number in labelling systems of chemicals in transport vehicles.
