      • 흰구름버섯(Coriolus hirsutus)에 의한 방향족 염료의 탈색

        담자균류 백색부후균의 일종인 흰구름버섯(Coriolus hirsutus)을 실험균주로 하여 수종의 난분해성 방향족염료의 분해능을 측정하였다. 사용된 4종류의 염료 중, triphenyl methane 염료인 bromophenol blue가 탈색를 95% 이상으로 가장 잘 탈색되었으며, Congo red와 Poly R-478은 이보다는 낮은 57%, 55% 가 탈색되었다. 그러나, heterocyclic 염료인 methylene blue는 본 균주에 의해 거의 탈색되지 않아TDmau, UV-visible spectrum상에서의 심색성 이동만 관찰되었다. 세포외 laccase와 peroxidase의 활성은 각 염료의 탈색율과 비례하여 나타났으며, 최대 활성 또한 최대 탈색시기에 관찰되었다. 효소의 활성 염색시 모든 연료의 탈색배지에서 공통적인 laccase와 peroxidase의 활성 띠가 관찰되었다. 이러한 결과로 볼 때, 세포의 laccase와 peroxidase가 난분해성 염료의 탈색에 중요한 역할을 할 것으로 판단된다. The white rot fungus Coriolus hirsutus decolorized several recalcitrant dyes. Four different types of dyes, including azo, triphenyl methane, heterocyclic, and polymeric dye, were treated by the mycelial preparation. Tri-phenyl methane dye, bromophenol blue lost over 95% of its color. Congo red and Poly R-478 were decolorized less than bromophenol blue, 57 and 55%, respectively. However, heterocyclic dye, methylene blue was not decolorized significantly and only red shift was observed. Extracellular laccase and peroxidase. activities were appeared maximally in high level of dye decolorization media. In electrophoretic experiments, common active bands of laccase and peroxidase were found in all dye decolorized medium. These results indicated that the culture conditions which yield high levels of laccase and peroxidase activity lead to high levels of dye decolorization, and these two enzymes might be play an important roles in dye decolorization.

        胎兒의 權利와 母權에 대한 考察 : 美國憲法上의 論議를 중심으로

        This article handles dispute the rights between fetus and Maternity in American Constitutional Law. Rethinking of pregnancy based on a feminist understanding of connection and responsibility shifts the focus of the analysis from the conflicting rights of the mother and the fetus to their conflicting as well as shared needs. Emphasizing needs and responsibility, this discourse reflects more closely women’s experience in pregnancy than does the model of conflicting rights. Moreover, it suggests a reconceptualization of the legal treatment of pregnancy that will lead to the development of policies that promote both maternal and fetal health by expanding, not restricting women’s reproductive control. Recharacterizing the problem of fetal endangeiment as one of meeting the sometimes but not inevitably conflicting needs of the mother and the fetus not only grounds the inquiry in the specificity of the women’s condition, but also expands the scope of alternative solutions. The answer to the dilemma can no longer be singly to privilege either maternal or fetal rights. Rather, the solution must involve some means of meeting these needs.

      • 柔道 밧다리 후리기의 kinematic 分析

        The purpose of the study was to analyze the Kinematics component of O-soto-gari in Judo. The subjects were 4 male college judo caliber players. They were filmed at 100f/sec. The analyzed Variables were angular velocity and angular accee ation of leg and angular change during O-soto-gari. The results were summarized as follow; 1. During Kuzushi-Tsukuri phase the stride and volocities were 1.093m and 1.497m/sec in each. 2. And during in the Tsukuri-Kake phase the maximum angular velocities in 0.2 seconds were 400 degree/sec in low leg and 350 degree/sec in upper leg. The maximum angular acceleration was -4000 degree/sec²in low leg and 4000 degree/sec²in upper leg. 3. During Kake phase maximum angular velocities were 680 degree/sec in low leg and 400 degree/sec in upper leg. And maximum angular acceleration was 9500 degree/sec² in low leg and 3000 degree/sec²in upper leg. 4. In order to analyze the Kinematic and Kinetic components of O-soto-gari accuretely, the study should be performed with 3-D and force plat-form system.

        This article concerns with basic training methods for the beginning archers, which is designed for expansion of archery as a popular sports. Contents include theoretical explanations on archery, the types and equipment of archery, and basic postures of archers. Training methods are comprised of bare hand methods based on the teaching experences and reference materials collected mation-wide, and includes exercise with rubber strings and real bows. The final part deals with the physical exercise with bows for the beginners.

      • 실내수영장 수질의 실태에 관한 연구

        This study is aimed to analyze investigations on the environmental conditions of indoor swimming pool facilities and to research the effects of environmental pollutants on the health. Among the sites of swimming pool in K city area, three sites were selected in this study respectively. The data measured are swimming pool water pollution status in the consumption of KMnO4, residual chlorine, pH and general bacterium. These examined data were compared with seasons, time from standard levels. The conclusions derived from the results obtained are as follows : In case of the consumption in KMnO4, the major index of water pollution, showed that the pollution level was not exceed 12mg/l recommanded levels. It was not a significant difference in winter and summer, compared with time. Summer's values of consumption in KMNO_4 were significantly higher than those of consumption in winter. Values of residual chlorine in winter were 0.20mg/l or so. They were lowered gradually with time. They showed 3 times higher than those of consumption in summer at 10-2 p.m. Values in winter seemed similarly different in summer. General bacterium in summer was significantly higher than that in winter. Values in winter and summer were increased with time. General bacterium was not a significant difference between winter and summer. From the above results, the government is requested to prepare an appropriate priate administrative measure for the commercial indoor swimming pool facilities.

        This paper is about the development and forecast of the game industry which will play an important part in knowledge-based society and discuss what is the best way to raise the national competitive power in the 21th century when electronics industry is combined with multimedia technology and information technology. To develop the knowledge-based industry is an important problem for Korean government to solve because we don't have enough natural recourses and a trade barrier becomes higher. And also the game industry is beyond the ordinary industry because it has the cultural contents. The game industry had an great effect on Korea as it made popular the internet and the on-line game. But the technology development to improve the competitive game industry is not active because the game industry concentrates on an only on-line game. And the game industry still don't have the national competitive power compared with its importance because most of the game developers are small-scale businessmen. So it is necessary to develop the required technology and make a social consensus to improve the competitive game industry. Most of all, we should foster the game industry by means of a close cooperation between the government and the industrial circles and an educational institution. The government should encourage the investment to improve the system and foster the technology by a continuous revision of the related regulations. The industrial circles should support various type of investment including the research investment to improve the game industry. And the educational institution should cultivate the professional manpower who could be fitted for a specific position. To succeed in the game industry it is necessary to undergo various changes in the domestic game industry that has concentrated on only on-line games. 1 suggest the synergy effect through the image project(영상사업) based on gam contents and the database to make the game by means of the Korean characteristics contents. A3so we should fill up programing specialist and make a study of the 3-dimension technology. The educational point will be important for the game in the future so it will be necessary to graft various real world situation on to the game, for example, virtual reality and human sensibility engineering. It will be greatly needed to develop the game technology that is applicable to various contents.

      • 마이크로 압전 엑츄에이터용 Sol-Gel PZT 박막의 두께 변화에 따른 특성

        Pb가 10% 과잉되고 Zr : Ti = 52 : 48 조성을 갖는 PZT sol이Pt(3500A˚)/Ti(400A˚)/SiO2(3000A˚)/Si(525㎛)기판 위에 스핀 코팅법으로 반복 코팅된 후, 450℃에서 10분, 650℃에서 2분간 반복 열처리되었다.이와 같이 다양한 두께로 적층된 박막은 각 시편에 대해 최종적으로 650℃ 30분 동안 어닐링 처리되었다.제조된 PZT 박막의 두께는 4100A*에서 1.75㎛사이의 4종이었다.이어서 스퍼터링법으로 Pt전극이 PZT 막 위에 증착되었다.제조된 PZT 박막의 결정 구조 조사를 위해 XRD, 그리고 미세 구조 및 전기적 특성을 알아보기 위해 FESEM과 P-E 이력 곡선이 각각 관찰되었다.4100A˚에서 1.75㎛까지 두께 중가에 따른 장비상의 포화 이력 한계로 잔류 분극(Pr)값이 25A˚u C/㎠에서 다소 감소되었다.측정된 X선 회절 결과에서 최초 4회 코팅시 perovskite 결정 구조로 성장한 결정립은 (111)배향이 우세하였으나, 두께가 증가됨에 따라 (111)/(110)값이 감소되었으며, 이를 통해 두께 증가에 따른 (111)배향성이 다소 감소됨을 알 수 있었다.이상의 결과로부터 제조된 PZT 박막은 큰 힘과 높은 내전압 특성을 갖는 마이크로 압전 액츄에이터에 적용될 수 있을 것으로 생각되었다.
