      • 표준 기술을 이용한 XML 기반의 전자상거래 시스템 설계 및 구현

        This paper describes design and implementation of an electronic commerce system in based XML make used of Standard Technology. In this paper, we proposed the construction of e-commerce site using the XML for effective commercial transaction and merchandise information search on Internet. Especially, this system could be applied to the book shopping mall, etc.

        발기부전증 환자의 MMPI 평가 분석

        The present study was intended to examine the relationship of the MMPI mean scales in the Korean impotent and Beutler's decision rules to acertain the empirical utility of the MMPI in discriminating between organic and psychogenic erectile dysfunction. Subjects served for this study consisted of 451 patients visited to department of neuropsychiatry and urology, Chung-Ang University Medical Center from May 1, 1985 to July 31, 1987. Their age range was between 22 and 84. The actual number of cases put into the analyses was 97 including 53 psychogenic impotents and 43 organic impotents. Statistical methods employed were χ² and T score. Results of the study were presented as follows: 1) The mean overall 4-3/3-4 MMPI profile(17.7%) revealed somatic complaints, depression, conflict with spouse and emotionally unstable personality trait. However, there were no significant relationship of mean T score between psychogenic and organic impotents. 2) Applying the Beutler's rule decision, we found that our hit rate of rule I or rule Ⅱ were 12.3% and 47.2%, respectively. Applying the two rules to 97 cases, the hit rate was 60.4% with nonsignificant Chi square of 0.017. These results revealed no significant differences between psychogenic and organic subjects. Finally, we failed to examine the validity of Beutler's decision rules adapted to our 97 subjects.

        외상성 뇌실출혈 : Analysis of 17 CT Proven Cases

        A series of 1909 computed tomography(CT) scan performed for head injury mostly after traffic accident was retrospectively reviewed. 17 patients were found to have clearly definable traumatic intraventricular hemorrhage(TIVH). TIVH was associated with various brain lesions in most cases ; Intracerebral lesions with contusional hemorrhage and subdural hematoma(G1asgow Coma Scale Score) coexisted in 6 and 5 instances. The outcome(Glasgow Outcome Scale) of this series was related with initial clinical findings, and 11 patients survived. We have designed this study to assess the Occurrence of TIVH in our series of head-injured patients in Korea, and to correlate these findings with the clinical status, the presence of associated lesions, and their relation to final outcome of these patients, and conculsions are as follows : 1) The incidence of TIVH and its associated mortality is 0.9% and 35.3%, respectively. Most of them occurrs below 5th decade(70.6%) with male predominance(88.2%). 2) Mode of injury is mainly from traffic accident(94.1%), followed by fall down(5.9%). 3) The presence of concomitant lesions has a definite influence on poor outcome(P<0.02), whereas skull fracture or multiplicity of TIVH does not. 4) Primary impact site to induce TIVH is primarily on frontal portion(58.9%). 5) With regard to brain stem injury in TIVH, the final outcome clearly depends on pathological demostration on CT(P<0.005), but not on location of hemorrhage(P<0.5).

        급성기 두부손상환자시 알콜이 Creatine Kinase-BB(CK-BB)에 미치는 영향

        Patients suffering a head-injury were often drinking alcohol shortly before the trauma, and it has been suggested that the degree of brain damage may be exacerbated due to high alcohol serum levels. To evaluate this, we assessed the level of consciousness, alcohol and creatinine Kinase-bb(CK-BB) serum levels in 140 consecutive head-injured patients. Level of consciousness(GCS score) was strongly correlated to outcome(p<0.001) and serum CK-BB(P<0.05), but not to alcohol serum levels.

      • 차세대 다중모드 무선통신용 전력증폭기에 관한 연구

        In this paper, the design of dual mode power amplifier that operates on wireless LAN and IMT-2000 service is described. Final output is 1watt. Two different active components are used for the dual mode operation, and they are combined with the bias control circuits. By the voltage variation of the mode control voltage V_m, the conversion between two modes are achieved. When the control voltage is low, the amplifier is operated at the band of wireless LAN, oppositely, when the control voltage is high, the amplifier is operated at the band of IMT-2000. Two output ports was combined with the circuit using Photonic Band Gap pattern and bandpass filter.

      • 전처리 과정과 모델 선택을 이용한 비선형 시계열 데이터의 퍼지 예측

        When time series data have the non-probabilistic uncertainty and the nonlinear characteristics, time series forecasting using traditional techniques is very difficult. Especially, traditional methods, which use past data directly in prediction procedure, cannot properly handle non-stationary data whose long-term mean is floating. To cope with this problem, a fuzzy forecasting method combined with the data preprocessing and model selection procedure is suggested in this paper. The proposed method is divided into the two phase. One is modeling phase, and the other is prediction phase. First of all in modeling phase, based on correlation analysis, we determine which sequences of differences of original time series data is more suitable for forecasting. Then, for each sequence of differences chosen from data preprocessing, fuzzy predictor with TS rule base is constructed. Finally an optimal predictor which yields the minimal MSE is selected. In prediction phase, we perform forecasting by a fuzzy predictor selected in modeling phase. Computer simulations show that the proposed method have better performance than traditional method for nonlinear time serves data.

      • 고압상평형 측정을 위하여 미량시료채취법에 의한 분석방법 연구

        In order to plant design of supercritical separatation process, the high pressure phase equilibrium data are essential. In analysis method, the phase equilibria data of each phase by the microsampling technique were analyze by gas chromatograhpy in microsampling with heavy molecular weight. The calibration results of vapor and liquid phase sampling loop were presented 26.4㎕ and 22.7㎕, respectively. In this work, the RRF(relative response factor) on the tetralin, α-tetralone and α-tetralol were showed 1.87, 1.60 and 1.65. Using the calibrated valve, obtained the high pressure phase equilibria and mixture density data of the vapor and liquid phase.

      • Ciprofloxacin 제제의 생물학적 동등성에 관한 연구

        국내 시판중인 ciprofloxacin 제제인 Citopcin®(250㎎ tablet)의 동등성을 검토하기 위해 제조원인 Bayer사의 Citopcin®(250㎎ tablet)를 기준제제로 하여 18명의 건강한 남성 피험자를 대상으로 500㎎ 1회 교차 경구 투여후 약동학적 성상을 분석비교한 결과는 다음과 같다. 시험제제의 생체 이용율의 지표인 AUC, C_(mao), T_(max) 및 MRT들의 평균치는 백분율차이에 있어 모든 기준제제 지표의 ± 20% 이내였으며, 이들 생체 이용율 지표들은 분산분석 검정에서 차이를 인지할 수 없었다.생체 이용율 지표들의 기준제제에 대한 백분율 90% 대칭 신뢰구간 검토시 모든 경수들에서 ± 20% 이내의 조건을 만족하였으며 AUC의 경우에는 대칭형 신뢰구간으로 변환시 95% 신뢰구간에서도 동등성의 조건을 만족하였다, 이상의 시험결과로 시험제제인 Citopcin®은 기준제제인 Ciprobay®와 생물학적 동등한 제제로 판단되었다. The pharmacokinetics of ciprofloxacin was studied for the evaluation of the bioequivalence of the generic ciproflocacin products. Two single doses of 500㎎ each of ciprofloxacin(Ciprobay® 250㎎ tablet as a reference compound and Citopcin® 250㎎ tablet s a test compound) were administered orally to ighteen male volunteers in a balanced, randomized crossover design. Pek plasma levels of ciprofloxacin were observed about 1 hour after the doses and the peak concentrations of both products were similar(Ciprobay®, 3.18㎍/㎖; Citopcin®, 2.89㎍/㎖). The values of other pharmacokinetic parameter of ciprofloxacin computed for Ciprobay® are presented in that order: AUC=13.53:12.47㎍·h/㎖, T_(max)=1.28:1.14 hours; MRT=5.30:5.08 hours; t_(1/2)β=3.65:3.47 hours. No satistically significant, differences were detected when AUC and the other parameters were compared with the method of ANOVA. Using the criteria of 90% confidence interval for the assessment of bioequivalence al the parameters were acceptable. The products were found to be equivalent on the premise that no significant difference was detected when the relevant pharmacokinetic parameters were compared, and the confidence limit analysis showed acceptable results.

      • 송전선로의 고장검출용 마더 웨이브렛 선정과 기본과 추출에 관한 연구

        Due to the challenges facing many utilities worldwide as a result of deregulation, the demand and importance of accurate fault detection and fault location in transmission systems has increased, principally to minimise line outages through effecting repairs expeditiously. This paper presents a novel approach in fault detection for high impedance faults(HIFs) and low impedance faults (LIFs) based on the concept of wavelet transform. It is shown that the fault detection algorithm is highly insensitive to capacitive switching, line switching and arc furnace loads in a 154kV korean model system as generated by EMTP. Also. this paper presents a new approach in extraction of fundamental frequency components using wavelet analysis.
