        Tracking Strategy of Unmanned Aerial Vehicle for Tracking Moving Target

        Unmanned aerial vehicles (UAVs) are prone to losing their targets when tracking moving objectives. A tracking strategy is proposed herein that enables the standoff tracking of a moving target using a vision system, which significantly reduces the occurrence of target loss. The strategy combines the Gimbal Control Algorithm based on Motion Compensation (GCAMC) with the Improved Reference Point Guidance Method (IRPGM). The GCAMC utilizes the attitude of the UAV and the deviation of the target from image center as the feedback. The target can be kept within the field-of-view (FOV) of the camera when the gimbal model is unknown. The IRPGM generates straight or circular paths according to the speed and potition of the target, while the UAV will continuously track the generated trajectory to achieve the objective of target tracking. To validate and demonstrate the tracking performance of the proposed strategy, a closed-loop visual simulation platform was devised and implemented to simulate the process of target tracking. The results of the simulation demonstrate that by using the proposed approach, the UAV can enter the desired trajectory quickly when its initial position and flight direction are arbitrary.

The cognitive power and the utility bias make the inefficient self-immunization to medical insurance fraud from the opinions of bounded rationality and bounded willpower and bounded self-interest of Behavioral Economics, so that must to strengthen the countermeasures to insurance frauds by efficient mechanism of debiasing by system.

        Chinese Herbs for Memory Disorders: A Review and Systematic Analysis of Classical Herbal Literature

        Text mining and other literature-based investigations can assist in identifying natural products for experimental and clinical research. This article details a method for systematically analyzing data derived from the classical Chinese medical literature. We present the results of electronic searches of Zhong Hua Yi Dian (“Encyclopaedia of Traditional Chinese Medicine”), a CD of 1000 premodern (before 1950) medical books, for single herbs, and other natural products used for dementia, memory disorders, and memory improvement. This review explores how the terminology for these disorders has changed over time and which herbs have been used more or less frequently, and compares the results from the premodern literature with the herbs indexed for memory disorders in a modern pharmacopoeia. The searches located 731 citations deriving from 127 different books written between ca. 188 AD and ca. 1920. Of the 110 different natural products identified, those most frequently cited for forgetfulness were yuan zhi (Polygala tenuifolia),fu shen (Poria cocos), and chang pu (Acorus spp.), all of which have been cited repeatedly over the past 1800 years and appear among the 31 herbs indexed in a modern pharmacopoeia. By providing a complete, hierarchically organized list of herbs for a specific disorder, this approach can assist researchers in selecting herbs for research.

      • Intelligent Operation Center for Hengqin New Area Smart Grid

        This paper presents a framework of intelligent operation center (IOC)for Hengqin New Area smart grid demonstration project in terms of IT topology and system functionalities. The platform is developed based on Service Oriented Architechture(SOA) and the newly released enterprise standards of China Southern Grid (CSG).The system information covers transmission system, substation and distribution system on Hengqin Island by monitoring the status of various devices with cutting edge technologies as well as coordinating and merging different systems in a new platform which is expected to enable a more intelligent way for future operation and maintenance information exchange in between the systems currently used. In addition, it will not only enhance the system operational efficiency but also create a novel management experience for further promotion of IOC in the continuously deregulated market environment within service areas of CSG.
