        Computer graphics works with two dimensions and three dimensional figures. Image processing traditionally limits its dealings in dimensional data. The application in medical diagnostic industry pursues image processing of dimensional data. But due to the appearance of new technologies such as volume visualization and morphing, the line that separates computer graphics and image processing is becoming more and more unclear. The introduction of Gestalt psychology, especially, is quickly merging these two areas into one. This study suggests one perceptive modeling in image processing, based on the principles of Gestalt psychology. It has similar characteristics to the neurological model, in modeling vision, but it can provide a more specific operational principle. What this study proposes, more than anything, is the implementation of emergence and feedback idea, that was proposed by the theory of Gestalt. This theory applies the principle of mutual compromising toward a variety of images. The perception, especially, showed the unchanging problem related to the abstract painting method, or visual level of upward processing, as well as the changing methods of information contents. What’s new about this study, is the connection between the perception completion and a downward feedback, in the visual level. This kind of proximity method, can be applied for any other processing, in the aspect of visual level or even higher levels.

        Expression analyses of soybean genes encoding methionine-Rsulfoxide reductase under various conditions suggest a possible role in the adaptation to stress

        Under stress, plant cellular proteins can be oxidized at multiple amino acid residues causing protein dysfunction that may lead to reduced viability of plants. One of the oxidized amino acids, methionine sulfoxide (MetO), was frequently found in stressed plants. In soybeans, there are five methionine-R-sulfoxide reductases (GmMSRBs) responsible for the reduction of Met-R-O, one of the two MetO isomers. To identify GmMSRBs that may be involved in repairing Met-R-O under different stress conditions, we determined transcript levels of GmMSRBs in various tissues subjected to dehydration/drought, high salinity, and abscisic acid (ABA) during different developmental stages. Under normal conditions, expression levels were the highest in leaves, followed by roots, and lowest in seeds and seed pods. Among the GmMSRBs, transcripts of GmMSRB1 in the leaves were the highest; at the same time, GmMSRB5 was shown to be expressed at the lowest levels. Expression of GmMSRBs were then determined under stress-inducing conditions. In seedling shoots, GmMSRB2 and GmMSRB5 were expressed in response to drought conditions. In vegetative V6 trifolia, only GmMSRB3 was induced under drought. In reproductive R2 trifolia, the expression of GmMSRB2 and GmMSRB5 were induced by drought. However, expressions of all five GmMSRBs in the roots were not affected by the any stressinducing conditions. Under salt stress, GmMSRB1 was downregulated in seedling shoots and GmMSRB5 was up-regulated in seedling roots. Treatment with ABA did not affect the transcript levels of any GmMSRBs in seedling shoots. However, this treatment up-regulatesGmMSRB2 in seedling roots. Our data suggested that with the exception of GmMSRB4, all the remaining four GmMSRBs play a role in soybean responses to multiple environmental stresses and that genes encoding cytosolic and plastidic GmMSRBs respond differently under stress.

        Effect of Substitution of Fermented King Oyster Mushroom By-Products Diet on Pork Quality during Storage

        This study was carried out to investigate the effects of substitution of fermented king oyster mushroom (P. eryngii) by-products diet on pork meat quality characteristics, during the storage. A mixture of 40% king oyster mushroom by-products, 28% soybean meal and 20% corn was fermented for 10 d, and the basal diet was then substituted by the fermented diet mixture of up to 20, 50 and 80%, respectively. A total of 96 pigs were fed experimental diet (8 pigs per pen ${\times}$ 4 diets ${\times}$ 3 replication), and eight longissiumus (LD) per treatment were collected, when each swine reached to 110 kg of body weight. The Warner-Bratzler shear forces and cooking loss were significantly lowered in the treatments, while crude protein content and water holding capacity significantly (p<0.05) increased in the treatments than in the control group. The volatile basic nitrogen (VBN), at 1 d of storage, was lower in the treatments, while texture profiles and sensory evaluation did not differ between the control and the treatments (p>0.05). The pH, thiobarbituric acid reactive substances (TBARS), VBN and meat color in all treatments were increased as storage increased. Fermented king oyster mushroom by-products diet effects on lightness (CIE $L^*$), yellowness (CIE $b^*$) and chroma were determined, when LD muscles in T2 and T3 treatments were higher (p<0.05), up to 7 d (p<0.05). Therefore, the results indicate that the substitution of the fermented king oyster mushroom by-products diet to swine diet influenced the quality of the meat and it may be an economically valuable ingredient.

        축제조직의 내부마케팅 활성화가 축제효과에 미치는 영향 - 직무만족 및 조직몰입을 매개변인으로 -

        우리나라 축제는 관광자원 개발목적과 지자체의 활성화로 다양한 분야에서 계획되거나 개최되는 축제의 수가 매년 증가하고 있다. 본 연구는 축제의 중요성을 인식하고 성공하는 축제의 원인을 내부마케팅의 활성화가 축제에 중요한 부분임을 파악하고자 한다. 이에 내부커뮤니케이션, 권한위임, 보상시스템, 경영층지원, 교육훈련을 내부마케팅 구성요인으로 하여 직무만족 및 조직몰입을 매개변인으로 축제효과에 미치는 영향을 검증하였다. 축제와 관련된 조직원을 대상으로 2021년 3월 10일부터 3월 31일까지 직접 설문, 온라인 SNS 플랫폼 및 e-mail을 통해 설문조사를 진행하여 설문에 응답한 유효표본 261부를 실증분석하였다. 그 결과 내부커뮤니케이션, 보상시스템, 경영층지원, 교육훈련이 직무만족에, 내부커뮤니케이션, 권한위임, 보상시스템, 경영층지원이 조직몰입에 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 축제효과 측면에서는 내부커뮤니케이션, 교육훈련은 경제적 효과에, 내부커뮤니케이션, 권한위임, 교육훈련은 사회·문화적 효과에, 내부커뮤니케이션, 보상시스템은 물리·환경적 효과에 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 또한 직무만족 및 조직몰입이 축제효과에 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타나, 이는 내부마케팅이 축제효과와 영향 관계가 있음을 알 수 있다. 본 연구는 내부마케팅 활성화가 궁극적으로 축제효과에 영향을 미치는 인과관계를 분석함으로써 도출된 연구결과를 근거로 시사점을 제시하였다. The number of festivals planned or held in various fields is increasing every year due to the activation of tourism resource development and of local governments. This study aims to recognize the importance of festivals and identify the causes of successful festivals, such as the vitalization of internal marketing. Therefore, internal communication, delegation of authority, compensation system, management support, and education and training were used as internal marketing components, and job satisfaction and organizational commitment were used as mediators to verify their effects on the festival effect. From March 10 to March 31, 2021, direct surveys and online surveys through SNS platform and e-mail were conducted for festival-related organizers. A total of 261 effective samples responding to the survey were empirically analyzed. According to the results, internal communication, compensation system, support for management, education and training had significant effects on job satisfaction. In addition, internal communication, delegation of authority, compensation system, and support for management had significant effects on organizational commitment. In terms of festival effect, internal communication and education/training had significant effects on economic effect, internal communication, empowerment, education and training had significant effects on social and cultural effect, internal communication and reward system had significant effects on physical and environmental effect. In addition, it was found that job satisfaction and organizational commitment had significant effects on the festival effect, indicating that internal marketing was related to the festival effect. This study presented implications based on the results by analyzing the causal relationship that the activation of internal marketing ultimately affects the festival effect.

        In order to provide value-added services, next generation routers should perform packet classification for each incoming packet at wire-speed. In this paper, we proposed hierarchical priority trie (HPtrie) for packet classification. The proposed scheme improves the search performance and the memory requirement by replacing empty internal nodes in ordinary hierarchical trie with priority nodes which are the nodes including the highest priority rule among sub-trie nodes.
