        Al - Ferrite의 Mossbauer 분광학적 연구

        We have studied Al_xFe_(3-x)O₄ produced by direct composition method using X-ray diffraction and Mssbauer spectroscopy. The cation distribution for Al_xFe_(3-x)O₄ was determined by the ratio of sub-spectra absorption area. The charge state of Fe atoms in octahedral site(B-site) is Fe^(2.5+) based on electron hopping, Fe²+ ↔ (Fe³+, Al³+) without dependency of substituted Al amounts.

      • 英語의 名詞表現에 관한 硏究 : 高校 英語授業을 中心으로 Chiefly on the Teaching of English at High School

        An English sentence consists of NP and VP, which indicates that NP is one of the two most important pillars supporting an Enghish sentence. This study aims at examining what NP is, and what kind of nominal it is. Nominalization seems to be one of the conspicuous characteristics of English in comparison with that of Korean. When we intend to express some complex ideas, we Koreans generally use " Vebal expressions" in the formation of sentences, whereas the native speakers of English have a strong tendency to enjoy using "Norminal expressions." In English, the transformation of a finite verb or an adjective into a nominal enables us to create handy expressions for conplex thoughts. In other words, nominal expressions which are employed in actual speech afford us the power of avoiding many clumsy expressions and amking them condensed and convenient. But when we express by means of nominals what is generally expressed by finite verbs, the English language becomes not only more abstract, but more difficult as well, owing to the fact that in a nominalized sentence some of the life-giving elements of the verb such as Tense, Mood, Person, of Voice are lost. Thus, the correct understanding of nominal construction and the transformation of nominals (surface structure) into finite verb (deep structure) contribute to making it possible to understand the meanings of English sentences more easily. The following conclusion has been drawn from this study. 1. In English, and SVO language, nominals derived from verbs of adjectives are used more than in an SOV language like Korean. In English, ideas can be expressed with greater precision and adequacy by means of nouns than by means of the more pictorial verbs. 2. To understand what an English sentence means, therefore, students should have the correct understanding of what deep structures nominals are derived from. 3. The more advanced English sentences are, the more nominals they contain, which means that the understanding of the nature and rsage of nominals is important for students studying advanced English. 4. All stated above imply that the explanation and analysis of English sentences on the basis of deep structures is desirable for the more effective teaching of English in Korea.

        The second order Doppler shift, Debye-Waller factor and mean-square vibration amplitude in the pseudo-hexagonal monoclinic FeV₂Se₄have been studied over the wide range of the temperature from 100 to 700 K by Mossbauer measurement. Debye temperature was determined by Mossbauer fraction. The mean-square vibration amplitudes on the emitted γ-ray direction was in agreement with Debye model.

        수돗물 불소화지역과 비불소화 지역의 공직자 및 일반 주민의 수돗물 불소화사업에 대한 인식도 연구

        For the purpose of establishing basic data for developing approariate strategies to resolve problems of community water fluoridation decision making, this study was conducted to detect the knowledge and attitudes about community water fluoridation among Koreans. In this survey, the questionnaires were used to personally interview 1,562 citizens in 14 fluoridated areas and 18 non-fluoridated areas and 420 public offcials with postage in 30 fluoridated areas and 40 non-fluoridated areas. This survey areas and persons were collected by multiple stratified systematic and proportional sampling. In this survey, the questionnaires of 1,539 citizens and of 275 public officials were analysed by SAS program. Overall, 44.2 percent of citizens had heard about community water fluoridation, while 99.6 percent of public officials had heard about community water fluoridation. Only 32.9 percent of the respondents of citizens had precise information on the purpose of community water fluoridation, but for public officials, that was 96.0 percent. 54.6 percent of the respondents of citizens who knew about community water fluoridation learned the information from mass media (television and newspater etc.). 53.5 percent of the respondents of citizens hope to implement and to continue commnuity water fluoridation, while 71.6 percent of public officials hoped to implement and to continue water fluoridation. Based on these finding it is recommended that the education and promotion activities should be done on the purpose, the implementation or not and the meaning of community water fluoridation through mass media.

      • 粉末洗濟에 대한 生分解度와 重金屬에 대한 硏究

        현재 국내에서 시판중인 의류용 세탁 분말세제 6종을 대상으로 미생물에 의해 분해될 수 있는 정도를 파악하기 위한 생분해도(Biodegradability)를 측정하고 동시에 인체에도 직접적인 영향을 미치는 중금속(Pb,Cd,As 및 Hg)를 분석하였다. 분석결과 전제품이 KS 기준에 모두 적합하였으나 석유계 계면활성제인 AOS 또는 LAS가 다량 포함 되어있는 제품에서는 상대적으로 생분해도가 낮다는 것을 알 수 있으며 중금속 함유량은 제품 6종 모두 화장품 원료기준에 훨씬 못미치는 우수한 제품인 것을 알 수 있었다. As the subject of study of six kinds of laundry powder detergents for clothing that come into the domestic market at present, the biodegradabilities to understand the extent of microorganisms decomposition were measured and the heavy metals(Pb, Cd, As and Hg) to have a direct effect on human body were analyzed. Analysis results show that though they all suit KS(Korean Industrial Standards) well, powder detergents containing plenty of petroleum surface active agents have the lower biodegradability than the others and Heavy metal contents are that all of them are very good at the cosmetic material standards.

      • 자동차 차체 다점용접부의 면외변위측정에 관한 연구

        The very few non-contact method are still in the early stage. One of the non-contact methods is by the use of the laser that has high-level of the accuracy for the measurement, and this laser also has excellent characteristics on which many studies for its applications are focused throughout the many fields. The dissertation is on the measurement of the strain caused by the characteristics of the spot welded zone which is used with 3-D ESPI system that is functionally modified through the laser ESPI(Electronic Speckle Pattern Interferometry) system. This system employed the SGCC 1.2t which are mainly used for the steel plate such as automobile, structure, electronics instrument, building material and electronic appliances.

        Currently knowledge of strain in welds has mainly been obtained from strain gaging method which is directly attaching the gage to most of the material. The few non-contact method are still in the early stage. One of the non-contact methods is the use of the laser that has high-level of the accuracy for the measurement, and this laser also has excellent characteristics on which many studies for its applications are focused in the lot of fields. This study is focused on the measurement of the displacement caused by the characteristics and the temperature change of the CO2 welded zone which is used with 3-D ESPI (Electronic Speckle Pattern Interferometry) system that is functionally modified the laser ESPI system. This system employed the SS400 which are mainly used for the steel plate such as general welded structure, bridge, industrial machine and especially using structure of the Absorption Chiller-Heater.

        STS304와 S15C 이종마찰압접부의 접합계면 응력해석

        Friction welding has many merits such as energy efficiency, simple processing, etc. but it is difficult to obtain good welding at the welded interfaces and heat affected zone. It is discovered that stress singularity exists at the interfaces and heat affected zone. The computer program based on boundary element method is utilized in this study. A mathematical model is implemented based on results from several experiments performed at and around the welded interfaces and heat affected zone of disimilar metal under static and dynamic loadings. This study is to investigate the characteristics of the deformation and fracture behavior around interfaces for friction welded materials under static tensile load. Also, the stress distribution at the tip of crack is analyzed by using BEM based on Kelvin's solution of 2-dimensional binding zone. The results of BEM are identical with those in case of considering interfaces of both heat affected zone. Also, stress singularity at the tip of interfaces appears when the elastic modulus ration is 1.07.

      • 광주 근교산 붕어의 아미노산 및 지질성분의 분석

        광주 근교산 붕어의 일반성분, total amino acid 및 free amino arid를 HPLC로 분석 그리고 유리지질과 결합지질을 추출하고 이를 각각 column chromatography에 의하여 중성지질, 당지질 및 인지질로 분획한 다음 이를 각 지질의 구성 지질을 TLC scanner, GC 등으로 분리 정량한 결과는 다음과 같다. 1. 붕어의 조단백질은 5.6%, 조지방은 5.4% 이었다. 2. 총 아미노산 및 유리아미노산은 17종이였으며, 총아미노산은 glycine이 많고 유리아미노산은 arginine이 많이 함유되어 있으며, 필수아미노산량은 총아미노산량의 약 28%를 차지하였다. 3. 총지질 중 유리지질이 5.2% 및 결합지질이 0.2%가 함유 되었으며 유리지질을 구성하는 지질의 함량을 중성지질 81.2%, 인지질 25.5%, 당지질 1.3%로 구성 되였으며 결합지질에는 중성지질 25.5, 인지질 70.0%, 당지길 4.5%로 구성되었다. 4. 유리 및 결합지길 중의 중성지질로는 monoglyceride, diglyceride, free sterol, fatly acid, triglyceride, esterified sterol 등이 분리 동정 되었으며 이중 triglyceride가 유리지질에 82.8%결합지질에 46.1%로 가장 많이 함유되었다. 5. 유리지질과 결합지질을 구성하는 인지질로는 phosphatidyl choline, lecithin, phosphatidylglycerol, phosphatidyl serine, steryl glycoside+phosphatidyl ethanolamine 등이 분리동정 되었으며 유리지질의 경우 phosphatidy1 choline이 2.8%, 결합지질에는 lecithin이 43.5%가 함유되었다. 6. 총지질을 구성하는 주된 지방산은 C_16, _OC18 1의 함량이 가장 많았으며 중성지질은 C_18 2의 함량이 높았으며, 당지질은 유리지질이 C_14 1, C_20 1이 다량 함유되어 있으며 결합지질은 C_20 4,C_18 1이 다량 함유되어 있다. 인지질의 지방산 조성은 C^19_0이 다량 함유되어 있으며 특히 결합지질에는 C_22 6이 다량 함유되어 있다. Approximate compositions, total amino acids and free amino acid, and the isolation and identification of fatty acids in Carassius auratus were analyzed by high performance liquid chromatography, thin layer chromatography and gas chromatography. The results are; Carassius auratus contained 73.8% water, 5.6% crude protein and 5.4% crude fat. 17 kinds of total and free amino acids were analyzed, respectively, glycin is the richest in total amino acids and arginine in free amino acids and total amounts of the essential amino acid were about 28% of total amino acids. Total lipid was contained 5.2% free lipid and 0.2% bound lipid. Free forms and bound forms were mostly consisted of neutral lipids(81.2%) and phospholipid(70.0%), respectively.

      • Investigation of Microscopic Crystal Field in Co-Doped Lithium-Iron Phosphate

        <P>We present the study on the structural and the magnetic properties of LiFePO<SUB>4</SUB> and LiFe<SUB>0.8</SUB>Co<SUB>0.2</SUB>PO<SUB>4</SUB>. The crystal structure was determined to be orthorhombic with space group <I>P</I>nma by Rietveld refinement method. We have observed the increase in the lattice constants with Co<SUP>2+</SUP> ion substituted. The Mossbauer spectra of olivine LiFePO<SUB>4</SUB> and LiFe<SUB>0.8</SUB>Co<SUB>0.2</SUB>PO<SUB>4</SUB> have shown distorted line broadening below <I>T</I> <SUB>N</SUB> . In order to explain the observed line broadening, we have analyzed the Mossbauer spectra by considering the full Hamiltonian for the <SUP>57</SUP>Fe nucleus, and both the magnetic dipole and the electric quadrupole interactions. Also, we have observed the anomalous change in the electric quadrupole splitting near the <I>T</I> <SUB>N</SUB>.</P>
