        종합지표 작성 방법 및 적용

        최근 일자리 창출이 노동시장의 가장 중요한 이슈가 되고 있는데 노동시장에서 발생하고 있는 미스매치를 해소하기 위해서는 일자리 수도 중요하지만 일자리의 질도 매우 중요하다. 김영민(2014)은 지역 노동시장을 객관적으로 평가하기 위하여 고용기회 등 7개 부문 20개 지표로 ‘2012년 일자리 질 지수’를 작성하였다. 이 방법은 종합지표의 개념인 ‘일자리 질 지수’를 제시하고 있으며, 동 지수를 작성하기 쉬운 장점이 있다. 그러나 구성지표의 적합성을 통계적으로 검증하고, 이에 근거하여 통계적 기법을 통해 하나의 종합지표로 만드는데 현실적으로 어려움이 있다. 이에 본 연구는 강기춘•김명직(2014)이 제시한 주성분분석(Principal Component Analysis : PCA) 방법론 및 비관측요인모형(Unobserved Component Model : UCM)을 이용하여 대안적 ‘2012년 좋은 일자리 지수’ 및 신뢰구간을 작성하고 2017년 상반기 지역별고용조사를 이용하여 ‘2017년 좋은 일자리 지수’를 작성하여 지역별로 지수의 변화를 비교해 보았다. 실증분석 결과 김영민 연구에서 사용한 단순가중치 부여 표준화 방법과 본 연구에서 제안하고 사용한 PCA 방법 및 UCM에 의한 방법 등 종합지표 작성 방법에 따른 순위상관계수가 2012년 및 2017년 모두 5% 유의수준 하에서 통계적으로 유의한 것으로 나타나 모든 방법에 유용성이 있는 것으로 판단되었다. 그러나 단순가중치를 자의적으로 부여하는 방법보다는 데이터에 근거하여 과학적이고 객관적인 가중치를 결정하는 PCA 방법론 및 UCM이 더욱 선호되고, 종합지표의 수준뿐만 아니라 신뢰구간까지 계산해 주어 통계적 유의성을 고려한 순위비교가 가능하게 해 주는 UCM이 더 유용한 정보를 제공해 주기 때문에 향후 많은 분야에서 활용될 수 있을 것으로 기대된다. Job creation is the most important issue in the labor market these days, and the quality of jobs is also very important in order to resolve the mismatches that are taking place in the labor market. Kim Young-min (2014) developed the "2012 Quality of Employment Index" with twenty indicators in seven categories, including employment opportunities, to objectively assess the local labor market. This method presents the concept of the aggregate indicator, "Quality of Work Index", and has the advantage of being easy to produce. However, it is difficult to statistically verify the adequacy of the constitutive indicators and, based on this, make them a single aggregate index through statistical techniques. Therefore, we developed an alternative "2012 Descent Work Index" and a confidence interval using Principal Component Analysis(PCA) and Unobserved Component Model(UCM) presented by Gi-Choon Kang & Myung-jig Kim (2014) and also calculated an alternative "2017 Descent Work Index" using the first half of 2017 local area labour force survey and compared its changes by region. The results of the empirical analysis show that the rank correlation coefficient between two methods of aggregating indicators, simple weight used in Young-min Kim"s research, PCA method and UCM used in this study, were found to be statistically significant under 5% significance level. This implies that all methods are found to be useful. However, the PCA and UCM which determine scientific and objective weights based on data are preferred to Young-min Kim’s approach. Since it provides us not only the level of aggregate indicator but also its confidence intervals, it is possible to compare ranking with the consideration of statistical significance. Therefore, it is expected that the method of constructing an aggregating indicator using UCM will be widely used in many areas in the future.

        The purpose of this study is to empirically examine the importance of aggregate and sectoral shocks in explaining sectoral output fluctuations. In doing so, we are mainly interested in the following two questions. First, how many aggregate shocks really exist in the Korean economy from 1970 to 1992. Second, how much aggregate shocks(or sectoral shocks) can explain the variations in sectoral ouput. After testing the existence of a unit root and cointegration relations, the multi-sector model(restricted VAR model) is estimated by OLS and SUR estimation method. The residuals from the multi-sector model are analyzed using factor analysis to determine the dimensionality of aggregate shock(common factor) and examine the relative importance of aggregate and sectoral shocks. Descriptive statistics indicate one aggregate shock while a x^2-test, which is biased to reject the null hypothesis, accepts more aggregate shocks. One and two common factor models are estimated to measure the relative importance of each shock. The estimates of the factor pattern are all positive and statistically significant. The aggregate shock explain 6 to 33 percent of the variations in sectoral output. In sum, the aggregate shock plays some role in explaining sectoral output fluctuations but has a limited explanatory power. This finding is consistent with the "weak" version of real business cycle theory that sectoral shocks play very important role in sectoral output fluctuations.

        This Study investigated a possibility of lateral movement in the reconstruction field of Nongso bridge at Nongso-ri, Joochon-myeon, Kimhae. The methods applied in this study were the judgement formula and the Finite Element Method(FEM). The conclusions are shown in the following. 1) The application of the FEM, as well as the judgement formula resulted in the lateral movement. 2) Bridge abutment and foundation must be constructed after completing consolidation. 3) The occurrence possibility of lateral movement should be judged by the FEM that can re-present field conditions. 4) Lateral movement will take place in the case. Hence, settlement of proper countermeasure method should be followed by the construction.

        Essential thrombocythemia is a chronic myeloproliferative disorder of unknown origin, charcterized by excessive number of morphologically and functionally abnormal platelet in peripheral blood and abnormal proliferation of megakaryocytes in bone marrow. Its main clinical manifestations are hemorrhages and thromboses. The aim of therapy is suppression of the excessive bone marrow activity, which can be achieved by radioactive phosphorus, alkylating agent, hydroxyurea and interferon. Two cases were diagnosed at our hospital which had laboratory and clinical features compatible with this disease. We have successfully treated patient with hydroxyurea and platelet antiaggregating agent.

        CORBA, which is a standard base of distributed object in distributed computing environment, suggests the method for clearly creating the demand for object defined on OMG and receiving it. Although CORBA appeared as the standard of distributed object and has played an important role in operating distributed object between different computer systems, distributed object computing has such fundamental problem as great demand by many clients an3 Server and the overload of network. CORBA is middle-ware technology to develop one distributed application program by connecting separately-developed distributed object in various platforms which are connected in, open communication network. With expansion of distributed application software scale and complex interface between distributed objects, this study defines object as group in the concept of aggregate in order to control efficiently and to be controlled as group by grouping multi-arranged object and suggests group object model in the side of controller for efficient control of distributed object.

      • MIM 샌드위치 구조의 전도메카니즘에 관한 연구

        In this study, the MIM devices of Al-Al₂O₃-Al, Al-Al₂O₃-Ag structure with junction area ??[㎠] and thickness of oxide layer 30[Å] were fabricated, and then those conduction mechanism and characteristics were investigated. The results, at low voltage region the voltage-current characteristics was ohmic because of the quantum mechanical tunneling and hopping process, and at high voltage region the voltage-current characteristics was I∝V² because of the space charge limited conduction. The voltage which transited from ohmic to I∝ V² and the barrier height were 110[mV], 0.42[eV] of Al-Al₂O₃-Al device and 90[mV], 0.44[eV] of Al-Al₂O₃-Ag device respectively. The polarity dependence of voltage-current characteristics was found only in Al-Al₂O₃-Ag device because of the intrinsic field in insulator thin film.
