Presently PSB was selected as a Gyungnam regional local private broadcasting operator. On the other hand, iTV is still looking for new owner. Although 10 years are passed from the first launching of local private broadcasting in Korea, there are still limit of localism and structural problem. Local private broadcasting started from both pursuing localism and making sure of competitiveness however it is not easy to execute those in Korean broadcasting situation. Until now, local private broadcasting is successful in stable management and ensuring profit but it is attributed to a role of transmission pipe of SBS. Now local private broadcasting should be changed to totally new broadcasting company pursuing creative local contents and new digital concept.

일차배양 간세포를 이용한 Nitric Oxide(NO)의 항산화 활성 및 약물대사 효소에 미치는 영향

The purpose of the present study was to determine the antioxidative activity and effects on drug metabolism of nitric oxide. In experiments, the incubation of isolated rat hepatocytes with lipopolysaccharide(LPS) resulted in the slight inhibition of lipid peroxidation but superoxide productivity not affected. Also LPS increased intracellular glutathione and glutathione S-transferase activity. In contrast, N??-monomethyl-L-Arginine (L-NMA), an inhibitor of both the constitutive and inducible nitrix oxide synthases, decreased in lactate dehydrogenase. And, LPS inhibited increasse of ethoxycoumarin O-deethylase activity by phenobarbital, but other monooxygenase activity not affect. Treatment of L-NMA to phenobarbital -pretrteated rat hepatocytes results in slight increase of cytochrome P-450 I Al specific enzyme ethoxyresorufin O-deethylase activity.

This study on the purpose to understand Socio-demographic characteristics and offer marketing strategies of the sports center is analyzed 254 questionnaires through Simple random sampling among 280 persons who both sexes adults using sports center to use T-test, ANOVA method in SPSS 10.0 program for satisfaction analysis. According to the study, the high-educated are more satisfied with the sports center facilities than others, but the low-educated are dissatisfied. people in management are dissatisfied with trainers despite professional, office workers, manufacturing workers and merchandisers are normally satisfied. Putting the conclusions together, the proposal of some marketing strategies is this. first, expanding sports facilities and various programs to reflect the wishes of customer. second, differentiating system about trainer, cost, service, facilities. third, developing various and high-quality programs in sports center.

人的資本 蓄積과 比較優位의 變化 : 韓國의 경우 The Case of Korea

국가간 비교우위의 원천이 과거의 물적자본 중심에서 인적자본 중심으로 변화하고 있다. 그러나 전통적인 무역모형에서는 노동을 하나의 동질적인 생산요소로 취급함으로써 현실과는 거리감이 있었다. 본고에서는 노동력을 전문성 또는 숙련도를 기준으로 직종별로 세분하여 요소부존 순위를 측정하고, 그 순위의 변화를 통해 한국에서의 인적자본 축적과 주요 교역상대국과의 비교우위 변화에 대해서 분석을 시도하였다. 측정결과, 우리나라는 1990년대에 세계 전체 및 미국, 일본과의 교역에서는 '고직능 생산직'이 가장 높은 순위를 나타냈으며 전문가 및 고위기술직이 속해 있는 '고직능 사무직'은 낮은 순위를 보였다. 반면, 중국의 경우에는 미국 및 일본의 경우와는 반대의 양상을 보였다. 또한 1992∼1997년 동안 한국에서의 인적자본이 증가하고는 있으나, 그렇게 빨리 변화하고 있지는 않다는 점도 확인할 수 있었다. The importance of human relative to physical capital has been increasing as a source of comparative advantage across nations. Nevertheless, labor has tended to be treated as a homogeneous factor in many traditional trade models, leaving them unrealistic. This paper attempts to classify labor into detailed groups with different level of skills and specialties, and then to estimate relative abundance of each labor group as embodied in korea's trade against its major trading partners. The resulting estimates and their ranking reveal that korea is most abundant with 'blue-collar, high skill' labor and least abundant with 'white-collar, high skill' labor when measured against the rest of the world, the United States, and Japan. The opposite is observed when measured against China. The ranking shows some evidence that Korea's human capital abundance is increasing between 1992 and 1997, but the extent is rather small.

Using this system, anyone with client computer can easily learn sampling method, computation. Sampling Learning Web Expert System is implemented by Java script, Visual basic 6.0 and dynamic HTML.

With machine arranging and throwing ozone into the fountain whose water is not good for drinking, we took the measurement for the change of ozone generation on the change of input power. As it had contacted for only five minutes with water, the change from the experiment showed a saturated point.

The development of digital technology leads combination with media, network and service. Telecommunication and broadcasting are converged as well and the output is mobile broadcasting. Mobile Broadcasting was launched by Telcos first, but the mobile broadcasting that used mobile telecommunication network impaired network efficiency. Otherwise, DMB that was launched in Korea is a very excellent mobile broadcasting system in terms of network efficiency. Presently, the number of user of DMB(satellite DMB and terrestrial DMB) increases very rapidly, and this situation threads local broadcasting industry. Although, local broadcasting is successful in stable management and ensuring profit, it is attributed to a role of transmission pipe of Seoul's broadcasting. In multimedia era, local broadcasting should be changed to totally new broadcasting system pursuing creative local contents and new digital concept.
