방송광고 심의제도에 대한 상호지향성 연구 : 광고주·심의기구·소비자 단체 간 비교 분석

본 연구는 Chaffee와 McLeod의 상호지향성(coorientation) 모델을 한 단계 확장하여 방송광고 심의의 주요 행위자인 광고인-심의기구-소비자 단체 사이의 방송광고 심의에 관한 갈등의 폭을 알아보고자 하는 것이다. 방송광고 심의에 관한 8개의 설문항목을 선정하여 광고인 58명, 심의기구 52명, 소비자 단체 54명을 대상으로 조사를 실시한 뒤 t-test를 실시했다. 연구결과‘객관적 일치도 1’,‘ 객관적 일치도 2’,‘ 객관적 일치도 3’모두에서 통계적으로 유의미한 차이를 보였다. 한편,‘ 주관적 일치도 1’,‘ 주관적 일치도 2’,‘ 주관적 일치도 3’에서는 통계적으로 유의미한 차이를 나타냈으나,‘ 주관적 일치도 4’,‘ 주관적 일치도 5’, ‘주관적 일치도 6’에서는 차이가 없는 것으로 나타났다. 마지막으로‘정확도 2’,‘ 정확도 3’,‘ 정확도 4’,‘ 정확도 5’,‘ 정확도 6’에서는 차이가 있는 것으로 나타났으나‘정확도 1’에서는 차이가 없는 것으로 나타났다. 이 연구결과가 의미하는 것은 방송광고 심의에 대해 아직도 광고인, 심의기구, 소비자 단체 간에 상호 이해도가 부족한 부분이 많은 것으로 나타나 앞으로 이에 대한 보완책이 시급한 것으로 나타났다. To examine the conflicts caused by the deliberation system of broadcasting advertising among advertisers, consumers, and deliberators, this study attempted to apply Chaffee and McLeod’s coorientational approach to the deliberation system of broadcasting advertising. Using questionnaires developed based on eight areas about broadcasting advertising deliberation, the data from 58 advertising practitioners, 54 consumers, and 52 deliberators were collected and analyzed. The findings showed significant differences in perceived ‘agreement 1’, ‘agreement 2’ and ‘agreement 3’ about the deliberation system. In terms of congruence, there were statistically significant differences in ‘congruence 1’, ‘congruence 2’ and ‘congruence 3’ . In contrast, no significant differences in ‘congruence 4’, ‘congruence 5’, and ‘congruence 6’ about the deliberation system were found. In terms of accuracy, there were statistically significant differences in ‘accuracy 2’, ‘accuracy 3’, ‘accuracy 4’, ‘accuracy 5’, and ‘accuracy 6’ about the deliberation system. However, no significant difference in ‘accuracy 1’ about the deliberation system was found.

Over the last few years, there has been a growing interest in quantitative representation of the weld pools in order to relate the processing conditions to the driving forces of the weldment produced and to use this information for the optimization of the welding process. A theoretical model offers a powerful alternative to check the physical concepts of the welding process and the effects of driving forces. To solve this problem, a 2-D thermo-fluid model were developed for determining temperature and velocity distribution for the GMA welding process.
A Study on Intelligent Railway Level Crossing System for Accident Prevention

Accidents at level crossing have large portion on train accidents, and causes economical loss by train delay and operational interruption. Various safety equipments are employed to reduce the accident at level crossing, but existing warning device, and crossing barrier are simple train-oriented protection equipments. In this paper, intelligent railway level crossing system is proposed to prevent and reduce accidents. For train driver's prompt action, image of level crossing and obstacle warning message are continuously provided to train driver through wireless communication in level crossing control zone. Obstacle warning messages, which are extracted by computer vision processing of captured image at level crossing, are recognized by train driver through message color, flickering and warning sound. It helps train driver to decide how to take an action. Meanwhile, for vehicle driver's attention, location and speed of approaching train are given to roadside equipments. We identified the effect of proposed system through test installation at Sea train and Airport level crossing of Yeong-dong line.

To achieve the safety and reliability, RAMS activity for a railway signal system of Near Surface Transit is studied. In this paper, preliminary hazard analysis in RAMS activities is studied for the railway signal system of Near Surface Transit. Preliminary hazard analysis is done through automatic train protection, automatic train operation and automatic train supervision. The hazards are defined, then causes and consequence for each hazard are defined. The total 75 preliminary hazards are classified. For high severity hazards are changed to acceptable level by upgrading of system requirement specification.

A study which is to develop the low-cost urban railway system for low-density line such as Gwang-ju subway Line 2 is in progress, and its TCS(Train Control System) is required as an economic system which is able to train operation suitable in low-density line. We have developed the signaling equipment which is configured with automatic block system between stations, and the control center’s equipment in order to meet the requirements of TCS mentioned above. In this paper, we propose the control procedure of ATS to be required for train operation management in the low-density line such as Gwang-ju subway Line 2. The control procedure of ATS considered all features such as the requirements analysis for train operation management, the functions of train control system to be applied and the block type. Also, it considered the station(interlocking, passenger, turn-back) type, station control(stop, route, departure, turn-back departure, turn-back) type, and train operation management for exiting and entering depot. The ATS control procedure proposed in this paper has an advantage in the cost and efficiency through unification and optimization of its function. And in cost of operating and maintenance, the ATS system has a feature that can be significantly reduced.

LRT System Application Project is performed for the purpose of technical advancement and stabilization of K-AGT system from the viewpoint of practical use and commercialization. For those purpose, the performance test and evaluation procedure for signaling system are developed, and the scheme of verifying the performance and function of signaling system under multi-train and driverless control environment is being conducted. In general, the railway have kept their systems highly safe and reliable through the ongoing efforts over a period of many years. This has been achieved primarily by continuous improvements, which mean that there is a dearth of experience in the introduction of innovative new systems. Therefore it is said that comparing a new system that features a completely new architecture with a conventional one may be difficult. In this paper, we investigate the evaluation method for Radio based-Communication Based Train Control system from case study.

A track-circuit device exploits two rails as a conductor of an electrical circuit. It detects the presence or absence of the trains with variation of received level when wheel sets of the train shunt rails together. So, it plays an important role in train operation. Non-insulated audio frequency(AF) track-circuit device can separate the rails into tracks by insulated joints without physically cutting the rails. And it transmits AF signals at track boundary, of which frequency is different between adjacent tracks. It has been employed at station-to-station section of domestic high speed rail, general rail, and subway. But It was not used at station yard of complicated general railway where lots of branches exist. In this paper, we consider current development status of non-insulated AF track-circuit device for the use of station yard.

LRT System Application Project is performed for the purpose of technical advancement and stabilization of K-AGT system from the viewpoint of practical use and commercialization. For those purpose, the performance test and evaluation procedure for signaling system have been developed, including the scheme of verifying the performance and function of signaling system under driverless multiple train operation environment. In this paper, multiple train operation scheme in K-AGT test line is presented. Test schemes for maintaining the safety distance between trains, operation scenario considering shunting and turning of train, and dia operation schemes in test line are reviewed while researching test vehicle features, route condition and running pattern. Additional equipments for testing each scheme are also reviewed.
