The only one "Korean History" textbook that the Korean government authorized not only standardizes the historical consciousness of the Korean students but has remarkably many parts which do not correspond to historical truths. Whoever writes it, a history textbook can not be a perfect one. Therefore the government should permit free publishment of many kinds of history textbooks. In will make them supplement each other's demerits and lead to a true education of history.

한국사 전공교육의 위기와 개혁 방안

The reasons why the education of Korean history major has become a crisis, is that the interest in Humanities has decreased, and the attractiveness of history as well. In addition, Undeclared Major System (Hakbuje) has caused the decline of Humanities. The shortage of professors and the unpractical courses of the Department of History are the internal factors of the decline. However, the absence of general association for history has proven to be inefficient in solving these problems. Also, attitudes of history professors focusing on research rather than education have become another cause of the crisis. Another reason is the discrimination of the women in the field with its hierarchical structure; with over half of the students being women, this factor has caused many students to become outsiders of the field. There are still many universities that do not have a definite cause and goal to establish the Department of History. Many universities have divided classes into three groups and this has led Korean history to have less importance. Also, students cannot know what they will learn from the titles of classes. In realistic, there are many universities, which even run the same curriculum in 1950s. Also in many universities, the subject's deal with historical period is so much and it's very difficult to find classes on the recent issues in the society. On the other hand, some universities have developed various subjects including rural history, management of records, and management of cultural assets, women's history, multimedia history and so on. In order to solve this problem, we should first change the goal to establish the Department of History from to train a historian to educate them as a people of culture based on historical knowledge. Also, medium and small size universities would form consortium group to educate the next generation and to open the interdisciplinary major. Besides, we should train students with informational technology skills to become the workers in professional sections such as manager of cultural assets, professional tour guide, manager of historical records, teachers who can describe our history and culture to foreigners. We should broaden the field of women's history and emphasize multimedia history. Furthermore, there should be a change of education policy such as improvement of current public examination policy and upgrade in the opportunity for students to become teachers.

Flow의 Covering Homomorphism

It is shown that a homomorphism f from a flow (X, T) to a minimal flow (Y, T) is a covering map if and only if f is a local homeomorphism,where X and Y are metric spaces.

보리새우, Penaeus japonicus의 中腸에서의 Glycine Transport

Glycine transport through mucosal border of the columnar epithelium on the marin shrimp, P. japonicus midgut has been investigated with particular emphasis on the interaction to Na^+. The transmural fluxes of the amino acid across the midgut wall were also determined. 1. Mucosal glycine uptake occurred via Na^+-dependent and Na^+-independent carrier processes, and the passive movement of glycine. 2. Mucosal and serosal glycine uptakes in normal saline were higher than those in Na^+-free medium, but lower than those in Cl^--free medium. 3. L-alanine was acted like a competitive inhibitor of mucosal glycine entry process. 4. Exit process of glycine across the mucosal membrane was accelerated by the presence of L-alanine in the medium. 5. Prediction equation of saturable glycine uptake was derived from experimental data. 6. Turning point and regression coefficients of segmented linear regression for the high affinity and low affinity components of glycine carrier were determined by using computer. 7. Ultrastructural changes of mucosal epithelial cells related to the experimental treatments were observed through transmission and scanning electron microscope.

한국 근대국민국가 수립과정에서 왕권의 역할(1880~1894)

From the beginning of the 1880s, King Ko-jong started to make every effort to establish the Korean nation-state by consolidating his own political Power. He took the political initiative although many members of Min family had already entered politics. However, his attempt to protect Korea's sovereignty was seriously threatened by China, which tried to infringe his sovereign right by claiming suzerainty over Korea, and Japan, which looked for an opportunity to invade Korea. King Ko-jong tried to directly control his reforms through special task forces in the palace, not through administrative organizations. While he made an effort to establish the Korean Nation-state through the Bureau of Home Affairs (Naemoobu) after the 1884 coup, he conducted foreign policies in order to be free from China's infringement of his autonomy. However, he failed to secure bureaucrats who could contribute to developing the Korean nation-state because they were murdered, exiled or banished in severe political conflicts. As a result, he had to depend on his wife's relatives and a few trustworthy politicians. King Ko-jong's supporters were criticized for preventing the development of a reorganization of the political system. Furthermore, they were blamed for mismanagement, one of the causes of the 1894 Peasants Uprising. They were said to have neglected the people's livelihood and to have exploited people for profits stemming from modernization. The most serious problem was the conflict between Ko-jong, who tried to take an initiative in the establishment of the Korean nation-state, and bureaucrats, who tried to prevent the centralization of power. King Ko-jong failed to persuade even bureaucrats to support reform movements by strengthening the sovereign power in order to establish a nation-state. Most bureaucrats did not clearly recognize that the sovereign power could perform a crucial role in establishing a nation-state in view of the fact that there was no alternative political or social power to the sovereign.

위상동력학에서 안정성에 관하여

It is shown that if a flow is orbitally stable then every orbit closure is minimal ; the set of all the recurrent points is open if a flow is orbitally stable and if the phase spase is locally compact complete.

The dense action property in topological transformation groups is introduced in this paper. This is a special property of the topological phase group on the phase space in a given transformation group. Some relationships between transformation groups with the dense action property and homomorphisms are described. It is shown that every homomorphism of a transformation group (X, O(n)) onto (S^(n-1)-: O(n)) is open and every homomorphism of (X, SO (n)) onto (S^(n-1), SO (n)) is also open, n>1.

Discrete Flows in a Flow

In this paper, some relations between a flow and discrete flows induced by this flow are described. It is shown that a flow(X,R,f) is Lyapunov stable if the discrete flow(X,Z,f_r) induced by this flow is Lyapunov stable.

치과기공사의 직업만족도 측정을 위한 설문도구의 개발

Conflicts between individuals are quite natural and they can act as an positive contributing factor not only to the development of an individual but also to the organization to which one belongs. But too much conflicts will always induce dissatisfaction and stresses, which will be destructive and harmful to all of them, and that is why we are always tying to seek(find) out the causes for the origination of conflicts and remedies to cope with them effectively. The present study, as the first one in a series of studies which our researchers contemplate executing, was designed to develop a measure of job satisfaction for dental laboratory technicians. One job satisfaction measure and two job satisfaction related measures, one for faithfulness for the job and the other for environmental characteristics of dental laboratory were newly developed. The newly developed measures were comprised of a total of 38 items, which were each 12 items for job satisfaction and faithfulness for the job and 14 items for environmental characteristics of dental laboratory With the aid of factor analysis for principal components and categorization of items by panel of professionals, items of each measure were grouped into 2-4 subscales. Contribution to internal consistency was the fina) criterion for an item's inclusion in a subscale. Internal consistency reliability of each item was attested through the statistical analysis on the data obtained from 55 structured questionnaires. Reliability of internal consistency of subscales in each measure of job satisfaction and faithfulness for the job ranged from 0.74 to 0.79 and 0.90-0.91 respectively. The result from this research came to draw the following conclusions. 1. Validity and internal consistency reliability of all the items of each measure was attested. 2. The newly developed measure of job satisfaction was found to be appropriate for (measuring the degree of job satisfaction of) dental technicians, as well as for (other) dental office personnels.

Lobbying in the EU and the Fight Against Disinformation: An Analysis of the Institutional Framework in Practice

The European Union (EU) is an international organization with a complex international identity, seeking to play a geopolitical role while pursuing a Common Foreign and Security Policy (CFSP). The Lisbon Treaty proposed to increase the EU’s internal coherence in foreign policy, with the European Parliament (EP) seeing its role significantly strengthened. In a complex geopolitical environment, whereby the threat of information manipulation and disinformation have become major concerns to transparent governance, the relevance of lobbying activities has increased. This paper assesses the institutional framework for lobbying in the EU institutions, focusing on the post-Lisbon geopolitical context and the role of technology in shaping the new environment. The primary question it explores is to what extent the EU’s lobbying framework has shaped its CFSP and how it has impacted efforts to counter disinformation, including in the context of Russia’s war against Ukraine. The paper maintains that as the line between information and disinformation is growing increasingly blurry, safeguarding openness and transparency in EU policy-making is vital. An EU-level understanding is emerging that ensuring access for external actors and cooperation with think tanks is important for the EU to ensure its global relevance while effectively combatting disinformation.
