      • 大學 自然系科目 敎授方法에 관한 硏究

        In order to find the effective teaching method of the natural science subjects in the university level, the project method wsa applied to the actual university classes as a experimental basis. The experimented subjects were "Teaching Method in the Industrial Education"of 3 classes, and "Manufacturing Practices"of 2 classes. The findings of this study are summarized as follows; 1. The project method gives the students much learing motivations and cooperative working habits. 2. The project method gives the students problem solving abilities through creativity and thinking power. 3. The project method is better than the course method in terms of learning content understanding and time utilization of the students. 4. The projet method is not suitable to the class which has a large number of students. 5. The problem level of project should be fitted to the time duration and the level of student' s ability. 6. The more studies are needed in order to generalize the project method to the other subjects.

      • 치주치료의 각 술식별 수가체계에 관한 연구

        From 150 patients that had come to the department of periodontics of Dan Kook University Dental hospital to take the scaling & root planing, subgingival curettage and flap surgery for three months from 1994,Jan,3 to 1994,Apr,1, we had obtained following results that derived from consultation, periodontal charting, local anesthesia, sterilization, operation time, post-operative causions, cost analysis of used materials. 1. Average operating time for scaling & root planing, subgingival curettage and flap surgery is 16.36, 38.25, 66.55 minutes per sixtant. Because of a great difference in consultation and consuming time, we thought of needing its cost, 2. If the working time is regard as 8 hours per day, we could treat maximum four patients for scaling & root planing, six for subgingival curettage and four for flap surgery. 3. The material cost of scaling & root planing, subgingival curettage and flap surgery by means of cost analysis were 6401 won, 9226 won, 11285 won. 4. Relative index of scaling, root planing, subgingival curettage and flap surgery were 1, 29.479, 60.996. 5. To improve national periodontal health, we thought that we must consider of patient condition(teeth arrangement, present restoration) and estimate the rent fee, weges, depreciation of instruments, operator's traning and experiance.

      • 성견의 치근 이개부병변에서 합성골이식시 교원막의 치유효과에 관한 비교연구

        After periodontal surgery, the potential healing responses were occurred by interaction among junctional epithelium, gingival connective tissue, alveolar bone and periodontal ligament. The aim of this study was to evaluate the effects of collagen membrane in conjunction with nonresorbable hydroxyapatite in the grade Ⅱ bifurcation involvement of dogs. Experimental periodontitis was created in bifurcation area of 4 mongolian dogs with bone removal and gutta percha packing after 6 weeks later, the gutta percha were removed and experiment was perfomed divided by 2 groups. Flap operation with hydroxyapatite grafting, flap operation with hydroxyapatite grafting and collagen membrane were done. Experimental dogs were serially sacrificed at 2,4,8,16weeks and the specimens were prepared with hematoxylin-eosin stainning for light microsopic study. The results were as follows. 1. The hydroxyapatite particles were surrounded by dense connective tissue and formed new alveolar bone. 2. Dense new alveolar bone was formed in experimental group than control. 3. Infalmmatory cell infiltration was decreased in control group, as time lapsed, there was no inflammatory cell infiltration in the connective tissue of control group at 8 weeks, but was in experimental group. 4. Collagen menbrane was influenced the bone forming activities during 16 weeks

      • 2급 치근 이개부 병소의 치료에 있어 치관 변위 판막술과 Gore-Tex membrane.을 이용한 조직유도 재생술의 치유효과에 관한 비교 연구

        The ultimate goal of periodontal therapy is regeneration and functional reconstruction the loss of periodontal structure. Used techniques for treatment of grade Ⅱ furcation involvement include periodontal surgery and coronally positioned flaps and Gore-Tex menbrane. To prevent the apical migration of epithelial cells and connective tissue cell the technique of guided tissue regeneration derived the periodontal ligament cell is used. The aim of this study is to histological comparative evaluate the effects of coronally positioned flaps and Gore-Tex membrane. Guided tissue regeneration used treatment of grade Ⅱ furcation involvement. Experimental periodontitis were created in maxillary, mandibulary, left. 3,4 premolar furcation area of healthy adult mongolian dogs with bone removal and ligation of orthodontic ligature wire for six weeks. The experiment was performed divided by 2 groups 1) flap operation ( control group ) 2) flap operation with Gore-Tex membrane ( experiment Ⅰ) 3) flap operation with coronally positioned flaps ( experiment Ⅱ ) Thereafter, dogs were serially sacrificed at the 1,2,4,8 and 16 weeks, and the specimens were prepared, and stained with hematoxylin-eosin stain for the light microscopic evaluation. The results of this study were as follows : 1. In all groups, the aspects of the inflammatory cell infiltration observed for 8 weeks. 2. In the control groups, bone and fibrotic attachment observed, especially new alveolar bone formation increased at 4 weeks. 3. Junctional epithelium of experimental group prevented the apical proliferation, but new alveolar bone formation is not clear. 4. In the coronally positioned flaps, apical migration of junctional epithelium did not found, but fibrotic attachment and new alveolar bone, new cementum formation. 5. Continued, the inflammatory cell infiltration for 8 weeks coronally positioned flaps is better results than Gore-Tex membrane.

      • 파라데이컵을 이용한 플라즈마 분석

        A faraday cup has been used to obtain informations of various carbon ions in plasma generated during PLD(Pulsed laser deposition). We propose an analytical expression for the velocity distributions of carbon ions ejected in laser ablation. Under the applied voltage the Maxwell-Boltzmann distribution on a stream velocity was adopted to describe the measured velocity distributions. The kinetic ion energies are calculated to be in the range of 605.9eV to 30.7eV. The number are inverse proportional to their kinetic energies : ?? in the oder named.

      • PLD 박막의 물리적 성질

        Thin amorphous carbon films were deposited by a Q-switched Nd;YAG 532nm with beam power density of ?? on the high purity graphite (99.7%). The pressure of vacuum chamber was ?? Torr. In order to estimate the quality of the Pulsed Laser Deposition films one of the most important optical properties, bandgap energy, was characterized by transmission and reflection in the range of the visible, and an optical direct bandgap energy of 2.45eV and indirect bandgap energy 0.36eV were obtained. Surface morphology of amorphous film was investigated by AFM (Atomic Force Microscopy). Its surface roughness is 70nm. Comparing our results with the published values in the literature we have confidence that our films show the good quality for optical properties.

        The plasma parameters such as temperature and plasma potential was found by the use of a Langmuir probe. It is well known that the properties of the laser-produced plasma plume have an effection those of thin films. Thus, to understand the deposition processes of thin films and to deposit thin films having specific properties it is to necessary to probe the plasma, so we used Langmuir probe. The second harmonic of a Q-switched Nd:YAG laser have 6ns pulse-width and the peak intensity of focused laser beam on the high purity(99.7%) graphite target was nearly ??.

        Brushless DC Motor Electromagnetic Torque Estimation with Single-Phase Current Sensing

        The purpose of this paper was to find an effective method for measuring electromagnetic torque produced by a brushless DC motor with single-phase current sensing in real-time. A torque equation is derived from the theory of brushless DC motor. This equation is then validated experimentally with a motor dynamometer. A computer algorithm is also proposed to implement the electromagnetic torque estimation equation in real-time. Electromagnetic torque is a linear function of phase current. Estimating the electromagnetic torque in real-time using single-phase current is not appropriate with existing equations, however, because of the rectangular alternating-pulse nature of the excitation current. With some mathematical manipulation to the existing equations, the equation derived in this paper overcame this limitation. The equation developed is simple and so it is computationally efficient, and it takes only motor torque constant and single-phase current to evaluate the electromagnetic torque; no other parameters such as winding resistances, inductances are needed. The equation derived is limited to the three-phase brushless DC motor. It can, however, easily be extended to the multiphase brushless DC motor with the technique described in this paper.
