To determine factors affecting scholarly web database service quality, this research is to investigate factors of web academic information service quality, and analyze how these factors influencing on web academic information service quality satisfactions. As a results, three dimensions were identified namely, information retrieval, ease of use and interaction. The scholarly web database service management has more critical problems than information service in these days. It indicates that the qualitative aspect is becoming more important than quantitative in web academic information service management.
빅데이터 시대의 정보 프라이버시 위험과 정책에 관한 실증 연구

최근 빅데이터와 같은 디지털 환경으로 다양한 정보 매체를 통해 정보와 지식을 생산되고 있는 반면 이렇게 생산된 정보가 법적인 테두리를 벗어나 무분별하게 확대되고 재생산 되는 등 정보의 역기능 역시 커지고 있다. 특히, 개인정보의 경우 기존의 목적 외에 사용되거나 잘못된 형태로 사용이 되면 피해가 발생된다. 일반적으로 사용자가 위험을 감수하더라도 개인 스스로 자신의 정보를 제공하거나 공유하고 있는 이유는 기업이나 조직이 개인정보를 안전하게 지켜줄 것이라고 믿기 때문이다. 본 연구는 정보 프라이버시에 대한 위험과 이를 억제하는 정책이 개인정보 제공의도에 어떠한 영향을 미치는지 분석하여 검증하고자 하였다. 이를 위해 정보 프라이버시 위험과 정책이 정보 프라이버시 염려와 신뢰, 개인정보 제공의도에 어떠한 영향을 미치는지에 대한 영향도를 분석하였다. 연구결과, 빅데이터 시대에 정보 프라이버시 위험을 낮추고 정책을 명확하게 제시한다면 정보 프라이버시 염려는 낮아지고 기업에 대한 신뢰가 높아져 개인정보를 제공할 것이라는 것을 밝혔다. This study built the theoretical frameworks for empirical analysis based on the analysis of the relationship among the concepts of risk of information privacy, the policy of information privacy via the provision studies. Also, in order to analyze the relationship among the factors such as the concern of information privacy, trust, intention to offer the personal information, this study investigated the concepts of information privacy and studies related with the privacy, and established a research model about the information privacy. Followings are the results of this study: First, the information privacy risk has the positive effects upon the information privacy concern and it has the negative effects upon the trust. Second, the information privacy policy has the positive effects upon the information privacy concern and it has the negative effects upon the trust. Third, the information privacy concern has the negative effects upon the trust. At last, the information privacy concern has the negative effects upon the provision intention of personal information and the trust has positive effects upon the offering intention of personal information.

The possibilities and limitations of eddy current methods for the inspection of carbon fiber-reinforced plastics have been investigated. The present investigation was undertaken to gain a better understanding of the possibilities and the limitations of eddy current methods for the inspection of CFRP tube. The main objective of this study is to evaluate the investigation of ECT for the inspection of defects containing saw-cut and circular hole in CFRP tube using the LeSATA<SUP>TM</SUP>. This research was carried out to characterize the ECT effect on the defect-shapes such as the saw-cut and the hole ones of CFRP tube and on the ratio of the defect-depth (20%, 40%, 60%, 80%, and 100% depth to the thickness of CFRP tube) and conclusions were obtained. 1) For the self-manufactured CFRP tube, the inspection of the defect between 100Hz and 1kHz was not possible and it had nothing to do with the defect-shape. The high frequency such as 100kHz~500 kHz made the inspection of defects possible. 2) The different 3-D pictures was obtained by the direction of axial and circumferential saw-cuts that have the same shape. The fact that both the sum of magnetic vector potential and the interference components were considered for the circumferential one, made them exaggerated. 3) While the depth of the defect was increasing, the phase angle was lowering and the amplitude of EC was gradually increasing. Therefore, while the lower amplitude of EC made the permeable depth of the signal deeper, it made the sensitivity of the defect lower.

Automated devices for microvascular anastomoses are more frequently used lately and the Microvascular Anastomotic Coupler (MAC) System is widely known for its clinically proven ring-pin system. In this study, we also developed a new anastomotic coupler system, AnaFix<SUP>®</SUP>, for secure end-to-end anastomoses. The coupler system consists of two rings and six pins inserted for each ring. Titanium Ti-6Al-4V and HDPE (High Density Polyethylene) are commonly used for micro-sized rings and pins, respectively, due to its bio-compatibility as well as accurate and consistent anastomoses. However, the pins produced by Ti-6Al-4V, which would be permanently implemented, can cause non-uniformity in MRI images by interfering them as artifacts. Therefore, it is necessary to evaluate electric current density, magnetic field sensitivity and electrical conductivity of the Ti-6Al-4V pins in human body to prevent the image distortions created by them. For the study, we performed the following simulations. 1) Calculation of electric current density from the pins in a 1T~4T(Telsa) magnetic field. 2) Evaluation of electrical conductivity of the electric current density. 3) Verification of magnetic susceptibility with comparative displacement of the pins.

The purpose of this study is to identify the factors affecting intention to use blog. Especially, The factors such as subject norm, perceived enjoyment, self-efficacy are individual characteristics to identify in this study. Also, Technology Acceptance Model(TAM) that has been widely used to predict the end-user"s acceptance of a new technology is adopted for the study. A model with individual characteristics (subject norm, perceived enjoyment, and self-efficacy) and Technology Acceptance Model variables (perceived ease of use, and perceived usefulness) were used to explain intention to use blog. The suggested model has been empirically tested with questionaries. The result shows that individual characteristics such as perceived enjoyment and self-efficacy and factors of technology acceptance model have significant impact on users" intention using blog.
The Design and Numerical Analysis of Ultra Miniature Eddy Current Sensor

Shielding in magnetic field is more difficult than in electric field. So, it can be said that magnetic field influences the bio-compatibility more than electric field. In order to prevent distortions in the image or magnetic field by the micro-pin after permanent transplant of an anastomotic ring during free flap or plastic reconstruction, the current density, magnetic susceptibility, and electrical conductivity of Ti-6Al-4V must be evaluated. The result of Finite Element Model (FEM) can be highly trusted when it contains finite plane as in electrical instruments. However, the evaluative analysis is rather vague for magnetic fields, thus limits 3-dimensional region segmentation. Consequently, it is more accurate to apply Biot-Savarts law if there is no dielectric substance. In this study, human tissue model was hypothesized to be a magnetic cube cell, modeled through Impedance Network, and analyzed after converting the Maxwell equation to Circuit equation. Impedance method is highly effect for finding the inner current density or induced electric field if the frequency is low. When human tissue is exposed to a time-variant magnetic field, the human body becomes non-assimilative, hence, a critical factor that could influence the magnetic field. The eddy current can be calculated by forming an electrical network from the complex conductivity of the tissue.

The CFRP laminate is easy to delaminate by a relatively small impact, resulting in a reduction of the compression strength. Conventional monitoring methods, such as ultrasonic wave inspection and X-ray inspection, are very costly and time-consuming, with a difficulty of real-time monitoring. The Eddy Current (EC) technique has been used in nondestructive testing for metallic materials. Since CFRP laminate consists of electroconductive carbon fibers and insulative resin, it is inhomogeneous material with strongly anisotropic electrical property. EC path, however, may be complicated in the laminate because of the strong anisotropy. Since a delamination is debonding of in-plane interfaces of plies, eddy current in the through-thickness direction plays an important role to measure electric resistance change. In Electric Resistance Change Method (ERCM), delamination location and length are estimated by measuring electric resistance chang on laminate.

The development of new material systems like Carbon Fiber Reinforced Polymer (CFRP) places ever higher demands on the techniques for non-destructive material characterisation. Image-producing eddy current methods also need to satisfy these demands. Eddy-current imaging of FRP is based on the anisotropic electrical properties of the material investigated. Significant differences in conductivity between carbon fibres, polymer matrix and integrated functional components can be found. The availability of high-resolution sensors enables access to the local distribution of the electromagnetic properties. The static and dynamic procedures for isolating influential characteristics, already in use in eddy-current technology, can now be supplemented by topographical images. The precondition for a successful implementation of the eddy-current procedure is a deeper understanding of the image-generating process which allows correct interpretation of the images obtained.
