        `Background : Pancreatoduodenectomy is a widely used technique in the treatment of periampullary, duodenal and cephalic pancreatic disease. Although many improvements have been made in operative technique and posmiddleerative care, pancreatoduodenectomy remains a technically difficult procedure attended by relatively high morbidity and mortality rates. Materials and methods : The hospital records of 51 patients who underwent pancreatoduodenectomy at the Chosun University Hospital between 1994 and 2001 were reviewed. Clinical data and the following morbidity and mortality were recorded The risk factors were analyzed by a Chi-square test. Results : Fifth decade was the most prevalent ages (43.1%) The mean age was 59 years (ranging from 29 to 78) and the male to female ratio was 26 to 1. The periampullary cancer was the most reason to operation (86%) and injury due to trauma, adenocarcinoma of stomach, colon cancer, chronic pancreatitis in order Posmiddleerative complications were developed in seventeen patients and anastomotic leakage was the most common complication Death within a month after operation was 3 (5.8%) and the one of the cause of death was leakage in two patients, the other cause was intraadbominal bleeding in one patients. The cardiovascular disease, pulomnary problem, diabetes, level of bilirubin were checked preoperatively and showed no statistical difference in the posmiddleerative morbidity. The other factors such as amount of bleeding, operation time were not influencing posmiddleerative complications. The occurrence of leakage in eight cases of drainage tuve inserted into the pancreaticojejunostomy site was not different from no tuve insertion statistically Conclusion: old age of the patients, diabetes mellitus and massive intraoperative hemorrhage are the risk factors influencing the results after pancreatoduodenectomy. Morbidity and mortality after pancreatoduodenctomy can be devreased if a prudent selection of paients is made and the operation is performed by accomplushed surgeon.

        한국 도시체제에서 생산자서비스 산업의 입지분포와 성장, 1981-2000

        The purpose of this paper is to investigate the growth and locational pattern producer service activities in Korean urban system. These issues are of considerable importance in the ongoing debate concerning the impact of the tertiarization of the economy on uneven spatial development I examine the performance and location of producer service activities over a set of all Korean cities wi拉 three time series, 1981, 1991 and 2000. Most of these activities are highly concentrated in a metro capital-city area including Seoul, Incheon and Kyunggi provinces and their level of concentration increased gradually over the period 1981-2000.

        읽기 평가기준의 수준 구분 근거 고찰

        이 연구에서는 읽기 영역에서 일반적이고 거시적인 평가기준을 만들 때, 평가기준의 수준 구분 근거를 어떻게 설정하는 것이 좋은지에 대한 지금까지의 연구 성과를 살펴보고 이를 토대로 몇 가지 개선 방향을 제안하였다. 읽기 평가기준의 수준 구분은 국가수준의 교육과정을 대상으로 절대평가 기준 개발 연구의 일환으로 연구되어 왔다. 초기 연구들은 교육의 수월성이나 읽기 상황을 반여하지 못하였다. 연구 결과, 다음과 결론을 얻었다. 첫째, 읽기 수행의 수준 구분은 기능이나 전략 그 자체의 위계나 선후 관계뿐만 아니라 읽기의 실제성이나 상호작용을 반영하여야 한다. 둘째, 읽기 교육과정보다는 읽기 교과서를 대상으로 평가기준을 개발하는 것이 실용성이 높다. 교육과정을 대상으로 개발하는 것은 문서 수준의 교육과정에 천착하여 지나치게 관념적으로 흘렀으며 교육의 현장성을 반영하지 못하였다. 셋째, 읽기 교육과정 내용 체계의 원리와 실제 영역을 중심으로 한 총체적 관점의 수준 구분이 필요하다. 이 경우, '지식+설명+적용+변용'으로 읽기 수행의 수준 구분을 할 수 있다. 넷째, 읽기 교과서를 중심으로 하여 학습 주제, 성취기준, 학습 과제 및 활동, 결과의 수행, 평가기준, 채점 기준, 예시 답안 등을 일관되게 개발해야 한다. This study has reviewed general reading criteria and how divide its performance levels. Reading criteria has been developed as national standards developing porjects. Early studies failed to assess excellence and authentic reading context. As a result, we propose four conclusions about developing reading criteria. First, reading performance levels should be divided not only hierarchy of reading skills and strategies, but also authenticity and interactive naure of reading. Second, developing reading criteria on the basis reading textbooks has better than national reading curriculum. Because the latter is oriented document curriculum, it is more ideological and doesn't reflected reading practice. Third, developing reading criteria should be focused on 'principle' and 'practice' domains of 7th Korean national reading curriculum. 'Knowledge + explanation + application + modification' of reading can be rationale of reading criteria. Finally, a set of instruments -- such as topic or essential questions, achievement standards, tasks and activities, products and performances, criteria for assessment, scoring guides, and exemplars--should be developed at the same time.

      • 원격연수용 초등국어과 스토리보드 개발 연구

        This study has developed 44 hours storyboard for distance education, and presented one sample storyboard. The theme of storyboard is Korean language arts instruction for elementary teacher training. We explained the needs of distance cyber education. We argued that cyber teacher training compensates for traditional off-line training. We organized panels consisted of professors, teachers, administrators in fields of Korean language education and educational technology. The storyboard should reflect the nature of Korean language arts. Also it should be authentic, practical, and realistic for teaching. The Process of development is analyzing needs of contents, deciding development direction, composing sub themes for 60 hours, organizing storyboard writers, training writers, developing sample storyboard, developing storyboard, and revising storyboard. The problem of development is organizing storyboard writers who represent Korean language arts, delay of writing source materials, deciding pay of writing, copyrights of storyboard, and developing practical contents. The three principles of designing storyboard interface are interaction between users, focusing of information, and compensating source materials.

        티오요소를 이용한 삼조광업 정광으로부터 은 용출 최적화

        티오요소를 사용하여 삼조광업 정광으로부터 온을 친환경적으로 용출시키고자 하였다. 상조광산의 광석은 황철석, 황동석, 방연석, 유비철석, 섬아연석 등과 같은 광석광물들로 구성되어 있다. 티오요소 용출실험에는 750℃에서 소성시킨 소성정광을 사용하였다. 다양한 실험조건으로 용출실험을 수행한 결과, 본 실험 조건 중 가장 높은 은 용출율이 나타나는 조건 중 가장 높은 은 용출율이 나타나는 조건은 티오요소 농도 0.8 g일 때, 황산 제2철 0.425 g일 때, 그리고 용출온도 60℃일 때였다. 광액농도 10%일 때 은 용출율 91.5%를 얻었다. 그러나 고체 잔유물에 대해서 XRD 분석을 수행한 결과, 은 용출율이 사장 높은 고체 잔유물들에서 황철석, 방연석, 적철석 등이 나타났다. 이러한 결과가 미루어 볼 때 고체 잔유물에 포함된 은은 회수하지 못하고 소실된 것으로 예상된다. This study was carried out to test the possibility of using an environmentally friendly method of leaching silver concentrate from the Samjo mine. The Samjo mine ore contained minerals such as pyrite, chalcopyrite, galena, arsenopyrite, and sphalerite. The concentrate samples tested with the thiourea solution were roasted at 750℃. The results of different experimental conditions showed that the highest silver leaching rate was obtained when the concentration of thiourea was at 0.8 g with ferric sulfate at 0.425 g and the leaching temperature at 60℃. The Ag leaching rate obtained was 91.5% at a pulp density of 10%. However, in the XRD analysis, peaks of pyrite, galena, and hematite were still found in the leached solid residues in which the Ag leaching rate was the highest, it is expected that the unrecovered silver in the solid residue can be lost.
