        비정질-결정질 가역적 상변환 소자용 Ge<sub>8</sub>Sb<sub>2</sub>Te<sub>11</sub> 박막의 W 도핑에 따른 상변환 특성 평가

        We evaluated the structural, electrical and optical properties of tungsten (W)-doped $Ge_8Sb_2Te_{11}$ thin films. In a previous work, GeSbTe alloys were doped with different materials in an attempt to improve thermal stability. 200 mm thick $Ge_8Sb_2Te_{11}$ and W-doped $Ge_8Sb_2Te_{11}$ films were deposited on p-type Si (100) and glass substrates using a magnetron co-sputtering system at room temperature. The fabricated films were annealed in a furnace in the $0{\sim}400^{\circ}C$ temperature range. The structural properties were analyzed using X-ray diffraction (X'pert PRO, Phillips). The results showed increased crystallization temperature ($T_c$) leading to thermal stability in the amorphous state. The optical properties were analyzed using an UV-Vis-IR spectrophotometer (Shimadzu, U-3501, range : 300~3,000 nm). The results showed an increase in the crystalline material optical energy band gap ($E_{op}$) and an increase in the $E_{op}$ difference (${\Delta}E_{op}$). This is a good effect to reduce memory device noise. The electrical properties were analyzed using a 4-point probe (CNT-series). This showed increased sheet resistance ($R_s$), which reduces programming current in the memory device.

        황 및 유황 급이에 따른 흰점박이꽃무지 유충의 체성분 변화

        본 연구는 유황 및 셀레니움을 급이하였을 때 굼벵이 체 성분의 변화를 관찰하기 위해 수행되었다. 일반 성분 중에서 단백질의 증가는 황 급이구에서 나타난 반면에, 지방산 증가는 셀레니움 및 황/셀레니움 급이구에서 보였다. 구조아미노산은 대조구에 비교하여 전반적으로 상승되는 경향성을 보였지만, 아미노산 중에서는 특이적으로 변화가 유발되는 것은 관찰되지 않았다. 유리아미노산은 셀레니움 및 황/셀레니움 급이구에서 증가되었다. 비필수아미노산 중 GABA, Pro가 황/셀레니움 급이구에서 증가되었다. 유리아미노산의 필수아미노산 중에서는 Met, Trp, Val이 셀레니움 및 황/셀레니움 그룹에서 증가되는 경향성을 보였다. 지방산은 황/셀레니움 급이구에서 monounsaturated fatty acid가 감소한 반면에, saturated and polyunsaturated fatty acids가 증가되는 경향성을 보였다. 특히, oleic acid가 전혀 검출되지 않은 반면에, palmitic acid, palmitoleic acid, linoleic acid가 증가되는 양상을 보였다. 황 및 셀레니움의 급이에 따른 체 성분 변화를 관찰해 본 결과, 황/셀레니움 급이구는 체 성분의 급격한 변화가 유발될 가능성이 있는 것으로 추정된다. 이와 같은 변화 적절하게 조절하여 기능성을 강화한 굼벵이를 제조하는 것이 가능한 것으로 제의된다. This study examined changes in the body composition of Protaetia brevitarsis larvae fed sulfur and selenium. Among the general chemical components, an increase in protein was observed in the sulfur-fed group, whereas an increase in fatty acid was found in the groups fed selenium and sulfur/selenium. The structural amino acid showed some tendency to be increased compared to the control group, but this was especially true in the sulfur-fed group. The free amino acid were increased in the groups fed selenium and sulfur/selenium, with GABA, Glu, and Pro, in particular, being increased in the group fed sulfur/selenium. Among the essential amino acids, Met, Trp, and Val tended to be increased in selenium and sulfur/selenium groups. Saturated and polyunsaturated fatty acids showed a tendency to increase in the group fed sulfur/selenium, but monounsaturated fatty acid tended to be decreased in the group. In particular, no oleic acid was detected in the sulfur/selenium group, whereas palmitic acid, palmitoleic acid, and linoleic acid were increased. From observations of these body composition changes associated with the feeding of sulfur and selenium, it is estimated that the group fed sulfur/selenium would likely undergo a pronounced change in body composition. Therefore, we suggest that it is possible to manufacture a food that has enhanced functionality by appropriately adjusting the diet of Protaetia brevitarsis larvae.

        극문(극門)(P(4)), 내관(內關)(P(6)) 전침자극(電鍼刺戟)이 고혈압 환자의 EKG에 미치는 영향(影響)

        Objectives: The purpose of this study was to investigate the Effect of Electro acupuncture at Kugmun (P4) and Naegwan (P6) on EKG of hypertension patients. Methods: Subjects were ten patients who showed abnormal findings on EKG. They were divided into two Groups, Experiment Group and Control Group. Experiment Group received electro acupuncture at Kugmun (P4) and Naegwan (P6) and Control Group at non acupoint. EKG was measured before and after electro acupuncture stimulation. Results: Five out of ten improved EKG findings by Kugmun (P4) and Naegwan (P6) and nine out of ten changed the pulse by Kugmun (P4) and Naegwan (P6). It showed significant change compared with Control Group that received electro acupuncture at non acupoint. In fact Kugmun (P4) and Naegwan (P6) is able to cure chest pain, hypertension, chest discomfort, palpitation, insomnia, headache, and so on. It proved that it has ability of controling heart function. Conclusions: In conclusion, electro acupuncture at Kugmun (P4) and Naegwan (P6) changed EKG findings and Pulse. Especially electro acupuncture at Kugmun (P4) and Naegwan (P6) decreased the pulse for tachycardia and increased the pulse for bradycardia. It is thought that it makes to consist vital homeostasis.

        대릉(大陵)(PC7) 침자가 뇌파에 미치는 영향

        Objectives: The aim of this study is to examine the effects of acupuncture at PC7(Daereung) on normal human EEG using power spectral analysis. Methods: EEG power spectrum exhibits site-specific and state-related differences in specific frequency bands. In this study, power spectrum was used as a measure of complexity. 30 subjects (16 males and 14 females; averaged age = 23.4 years) were engaged with thirty channel EEG study. Results: In α(alpha) band, the power values at Fp1, Fp2, F7, F8 channels(p<0.05) during PC7 treatment were significantly decreased. But, the power values at Fz channel(p<0.05) during non-acupoint treatment was significantly decreased. In β(beta) band, the power values at Fp1, Fp2 channels(p<0.05) during PC7 treatment were significantly decreased. But, the power values at Fz channel(p<0.05) during non-acupoint treatment was significantly decreased and at F8, TCP2 channels(p<0.05) during non-acupoint treatment were increased. In θ(theta) band, the power values at Fp1, Fp2, F7, F8 channels(p<0.05) during PC7 treatment were significantly decreased. But, the power values at Fz channel(p<0.05) during non-acupoint treatment was significantly decreased. In δ(delta) band, the power values at Fp1, Fp2, F7, Fz, F8 channels (p<0.05) during PC7 treatment were significantly decreased. But, the power values at Fz channel (p<0.05) during non-acupoint treatment was significantly decreased. α/β values during PC7 treatment were decreased. β/θ values during PC7 treatment were decreased. Conclusion: These results suggest that acupuncture at PC7 induce the change on α(alpha), β (beta), θ(theta), δ(delta) wave values being decreased and and bothe α/β and β/θ values being decreased respectively. This is considered that acupuncture at PC7 affects the activity of cerebral cortex and endocrine system.

        본 논문의 목적은 미 . 중 관계의 변화를 바탕으로 동북아 안보정세를 살펴보 는데 목적을 두었다. 1971년 세계 탁구 선수권대회를 계기로 1972년 리차드닉슨과 마오쩌뚱(毛澤東)과의 회담은 2차 세계대전이후 지속되었고 동북아시아에서의 냉전체제의 붕괴를 의미하는 것이며, 1950년 한국전쟁발발로 인해 적대관계에 있던 미국과 중국은 현존하고 있는 많은 문제점에도 불구하고 새로운 관계로의 변화를 가져다 줄 것이다. 즉 미. 중 관계의 변화는 21세기의 동북아안보질서수립에 있어 중요한 변수가 될 것으로 보고이 변화에 중점을 두었다. 중국의 제4세대의 후진타오(胡錦濤)가 당.정.군의 권력 장악에 따른 중국의 외교정책은 중국 공산당의 통치방법의 특성을 감안하면 후진타오 정부는 국내외정세의 변화에 따라 외교정책결정이 조정되겠지만 장쩌민(江澤民)의 외교정책의 기조와 전략을 계승하면서, 이를 견지해 나갈 것이라는 판단아래 “부상하는 중국”(Emerging china)에 대한 “중국위협론”이 확산되고 있는 상황에서 미국은 “건설적 전략적 동반자, 전략적 경쟁자 관계론의 변화, 국제사회에서 책임 있는 이익 상관적 참여자 ”(A responsible stakeholder in the international system)로 미국의 對 중국 전략이 종전의 포위.봉쇄 전략에서 현실적 파트너로 인정하는 방향으로 바뀜에 따라 양국 간의 정책변화는 21세기의 세계 평화와 특히 동북아시아 정세변화에 평화냐 긴장이냐의 변수에 가장 큰 영향을줄 수 있는 상황임에 따라 미 . 중 간의 정책변화를 살펴보는데 그 목적을 두었다. The purpose of thesis may be found out in reviewing national security policy of Northeast Asia, according to changes of America and China relations. Stemming from the World Table Tennis Competition, the summit talks between Richard Nickson and Mao Zedong starting at 1972 has been continued since the 2nd World War and it is to mean the breakdown of cold war tensions. In spite of the many troubles to threat the current relationship between America and China which world have confronted each other in Korean War in 1950, the on-going interactions between two countries bring a new era of changes on this area.. That says, changes coming out from America & China relations are strongly foreseen to play a key role for establishing a national security and order in Northeast Asia, Which has been focused in this thesis. As Hu Jintao, the 4th generation leader in china, seized the power over party, government, and military force, the Chinese foreign policy of Hu Jintao government would be adjusted according to developing situations in and out of the country, but under circumstances for America to be threaten by "Emerging China" and a presumption that which China is surely to keep going on directions and strategies of Jian Zemin foreign policy, America has been highly expected to change its counter-chines policy from the past negative and blockade strategies against China, to the recognition of china as a "constructive strategic partner, positive strategic competitor, and responsible stakeholder in the international system". As mentioned above, since the policy changes in two countries heavily influence on the world peace, particularly on whether reconciliation or tension in Northeast Asia for the 21st Century, the present thesis has put its focus on investigating the policy changes between America and China.
