타일의 尺度調整에 대한 硏究

The mass production of buildings demands standardization of material and industrialization of building elements for a quick and accurate construction. In this paper, it is researched the standardization of title, and so following results are obtained. We use the modular sized tiles, we can save many construction time and costs of building. Accordingly, we will save the time in the design affairs and will make the harmony in the wall and opening. These results are caused less time wasted in cutting and placing materials at the construction site.

A 57-year-old woman who was suffered from chronic back pain and radiating pain to left leg visited the local pain clinic. An accidental dural puncture happened at the L4-5 intervertebral space during the procedure with the loss of resistance technique using air. The epidural needle was removed, and a new insertion was done at the L3-4 intervertebral space with administration of the 0.5% lidocaine 8 ml mixed triamcinolone 40 mg. On the next day, she visited again the local pain clinic with complaining of headache. During an epidural autologuous blood patch procedure, she complained of a severe headache, nausea, vomiting, and developed generalized tremor of abrupt onset. There was no evidence of a dural puncture during the procedure. She was referred to our hospital at once. A brain CT scan showed air-filled cavities in basal cistern. She was given conservative treatment during 14 days. After 10 days, follow up brain CT scan showed no air-filled cavity in basal cistern. She was discharged from our hospital without complications.

플라이애쉬를 혼합한 경량모르터의 재령특성에 관한 실험적 연구

In this study, to utilize domestic fly-ash of bituminous briquette order, on the basis of the elementary experiment value, early strength and long term strength of high performance lightweight mortar was experimented by comparison method. The results are as follows : 1. As a result of mix proportion change as 1:1, 1:2 and 1:3, it showed better result than the case that fly-ash is not inputted, in long term strength. 2. If fly-ash is used as a admixture of mortar and concrete, early strength gain is difficult, but in case of mix proportion control which amount of fine aggregate is decreased and same amount of unit cement content is inputted, improvement of early strength and long term age strength is shown in compressive strength appraisement by age. 3. As a result of long term strength gain improvement and fly-ash is substituted for 3types by grade classification method, the best strength ratio is appeared in type 1.

전기경련요법에서 remifentanil이 혈역학에 미치는 효과

Objective: Electroconvulsive therapy (ECT) is often associated with transient hypertension and tachycardia. Acute hemodynamic change may produce serious complications. Remifentanil is a potent ultra short acting opioid and has been found to reduce blood pressure and heart rate. The goal of this study was to evaluate effects of remifentanil on seizure duration, recovery parameters and hemodynamic changes during ECT. Methods: Ten ASA Ⅰ, Ⅱ patients enrolled in this prospective, randomized trial, each receiving more than four electroconvulsive therapy. Patients were randomized to receive placebo, group P (propofol 1mg/kg+0.9% normal saline 1ml, n=10), and propofol with remifentanil, group R (propofol 1mg/kg+remifentanil 1ug/Kg n=10). Supplemental dose of propofol was given as required to achieve loss of consciousness. We recorded hemodynamic parameters, seizure duration, and recovery parameters. Results: Seizure duration and recovery parameters were similar in group R and group P. Blood pressure and Hear rate after ECT were significantly lower in group R. Conclusions: Remifentanil(1ug/kg) attenuated the acute hemodynamic response to ECT under propofol anesthesia without adversely affecting the duration of seizure activity and recovery profile. Adjunctive use of remifentanil may be good alternative regimens for ECT.

鐵筋콘크리트 建物의 經濟的인 構造設計에 關한 硏究

In general most of structure in our country, has steel of SBD 24 combining 180kg/cm2 or 210kg/cm2 of standard compressive strength of concrete. When we consider economical design in structural and practical operation, this paper has estimated steel quantities by combining the design standard strength of steel with those of concrete in reinforced concrete building which has four stories for office and then compared each other. As a result of comparing the quantities of steel according to their combination, it has searched for which combination has consumed less steel and become economic.

가축분뇨 비료성분 부하수준을 고려한 지역별 적정사육두수 설정

In relation to pollution load, 166 towns and cities set the following optimum number of livestock, according to cultivated area, the amount of fertilizer ingredient for crops and wastes. According to the analysis of the total capacity for waste based on cultivated area and fertilizer requirement, N was 279,884 M/T, P2O5 140,464 M/T and K2O 182.559 M/T. Total amount of nutrient production according to the number of livestock were 222,331 M/T N, 64,716 M/T P2O5 and 86,670 M/T K2O, which are 86.7%, 53.6% and 52.7% of the fertilizer requirment. It is estimated that 45 regions showed an overload capacity of fertilizer per hectare in N, 11 regions in P2O5 and 13 regions in K2O, The converted optimum number of livestock was 13,415,000 Livestock Unit (LU).

Polystyrene/Polyisoprene 블렌드의 상평형도

저분자량의 Polystyrene(PS)과 Polyisoprene(PI)로 이루워진 블렌드의 여러 조성에서의 cloud point를 본 실험실에서 제작한 광산란장치를 사용하여 실험적으로 측정하여 PS/PPI 블렌드의 상평형도를 구하였다. 실험에 사용한 PS의 중량평균분자량(Mw)은 2514이었고 PI의 Mw은 각각 2700과 5800이었다. Flory-Huggins 격자이론에 바탕을 둔 interaction energy density(IED)를 온도와 조성 의존성이 포함된 식으로 정의하고, 그에 따른 상평형방정식들을 유도하고, 유도한 binodal 곡선과 실험치를 비교하여 비선형회귀법에 의하여 IED를 결정하고, 이를 사용하여 이론적인 binodal과 spinodal 곡선을 구하였다. 또한, 본 연구에서 구한 IED와 문헌에 보고된 값을 비교검토하여 정확한 IED의 결정이 중요함과 IED의 온도, 조성 및 분자량 의존성을 논의하였다. The phase diagram of the Polystyrene (PS)/Polyisoprene(PI) blend was constructed experimentally by measuring the cloud points using the light scattering apparatus. For this purpose, one PS and two PIs were employed whose molecular weights were low enough to make the experimental determinations possible. The weight-average molecular weight(Mw) of PS was 2514, and Ms of two PIs were 2700 and 5800. Interaction energy density(IED) of the Flory-Huggins lattice theory was defined as a function of temperature and composition, and the consequent equations for the binodal, spinodal, and critical points were derived. By fitting the experimental binodal points to the derived binodal curve with a nonlinear regression method, the expression for the IED was determined. And the expression for the IED obtained from this study was compared with those reported in the literatures. Also were discussed the importance of accuracy in the expression the IED, and the IED's dependency on the temperature, composition and molecular weights.

강섬유 혼입량 증가에 따른 고강도 콘크리트 재료특성의 변화

In this paper, concrete material tests were carried out to investigate variations of workability, compressive and splitting tensile strength, and flexural strength and toughness characteristics of steel-fiber reinforced high-strength concrete according to increase of fiber volume. Test specimens were arranged with six levels of concrete compressive strength, 30㎫, 50㎫, 60㎫, 70㎫, 8㎫, 90㎫ and fiber volume ratios, 0.0%, 0.5%, 1.0%, 1.5%, 2.0%. The test results showed that effects of steel fibers in improvement of concrete splitting tensile and flexural strength were more distinguished in high-strength concrete than general strength concrete.

재생골재를 사용한 콘크리트의 특성에 관한 연구

The production of waste concrete is increased continuously by urban renewal and reconstruction, and the positive use of recycled concrete aggregates is needed. In this study, it is examined mechanical properties of recycled aggregates concrete used recycled fine and coarse aggregates for the technology development of the highly use of recycled aggregates. In the experiment. Recycled coarse aggregates is substitute for the rate of 0, 30, 60%, and recycled fine aggregates is substitute for natural aggregates the rate of 0, 25, 50, 75, 100% each. The result of the experiment is followed. 1. The slump and variation of slump as the time, is decreased irregularly according to the substitutive ratio of recycled aggregates, and the air content is increased. 2. The compressive and tensile strength is decreased according to the substitute ratio of recycled aggregates, but in the recycled aggregates 25%, the increase of strength is shown about 5% compared with normal concrete.
