        장순복,최연순,강희선,박소미,Chang, Soon-Bok,Choi, Yun-Soon,Kang, Hee-Sun,Park, So-Mi 대한간호협회 1997 대한간호 Vol.36 No.2

This study was performed to provide preliminary data for the development of a useful instrument to measure the effect of sex education. The study was conducted with the voluntary participation of 155 college students enrolled in the course "Sexuality and Relationship" at Y university in Seoul. At the end of that course, they were asked to write freely about the change they had experienced on sexuality. All meaningful statements were elicited and classified into 7 categories; "Change of Knowledge", "Enlightenment", "Change of Attitude on Sexuality", "Buildup of Ability", "Buildup of. Identity", "Change of Emotion", "Change of Behavior:' There were significant changes in the areas of knowledge(28. 6%), enlightenment(27.4%), and attitudes(20.3%) about sexuality among these 7 categories. The Change of Knowledge category consists of 3 areas: "concretion of knowledge", "increase of information", and "correction of misunderstanding." In the category of Enlightenment, total 12 areas are included: "sex role", "erception of lack of knowledge", "importance of family", "life plan", "parent role", "value of life", "equality", "sexual autonomy", "importance of sexuality", "freedom of sexuality", "perception of sexual problem", and "meaning of love." The Attitude Change category consists of 8 areas. These are "being natural", "being progressive", "being sensitive", "being truthful", "being expressive", "being cautious", "being responsible", and "being confident". The category of Buildup of Ability includes 4 areas: "problem solving", "sex education", "relationship", and "communication". The category of Buildup of Identity includes "sexual identity", and "value of sexuality". The Emotional Change category includes 3 areas: "positive feeling", "negative feeling", and "breaking from negative feeling on sexuality". The Behavior Change category includes "sex-related behavioral change". In conclusion, up to now most researches on sex education effect measures only changes of knowledge, attitude, and behavior. But we believe the changes in "Enlightenment", "Buildup of Ability", "Buildup of Identity", "Change of Emotion", should be included in addition to knowledge, attitude, and behavior in the development of an instrument to measure the sex education effects. And the effect of sex education should measure the degree of learning of autonomy, enlightenment, and ability of behavior and so on rather than studying the simple changes in sexuality.enment", "Buildup of Ability", "Buildup of Identity", "Change of Emotion", should be included in addition to knowledge, attitude, and behavior in the development of an instrument to measure the sex education effects. And the effect of sex education should measure the degree of learning of autonomy, enlightenment, and ability of behavior and so on rather than studying the simple changes in sexuality.ng the simple changes in sexuality.

      • Tilt test에 依한 循環器機能變化에 關한 硏究

        朴舜昌,徐舜圭 고려대학교 의과대학 1984 고려대 의대 잡지 Vol.21 No.1

The Cardiovascular functions are regulated by autonomic nervous system and many physical and hormonal or chemical tests for evaluation of this function have been used. Auther considered that the head-up tilt test may be simple and easy appropriate method to evaluate the function of baroreflex control of cardiovascular functions. Since there is no report on normal and diseases by this method in Korea, auther studied the changes of cardiovascular function by 70 degree Head-up Tilt test using tilting table in 41 cases of normal adult(age 20-39 year group, 25 cases, age 60-75 year group, 16 cases), 16 cases of untreated mild essential hypertension, 9 cases of treated hypertension with pindolol and clonidine and 4 cases of diabetes mellitus with peripheral neuropathy. The cardiovascular functions studied were heart rate, blood pressure and systolic time interval (PEP, ET, PEP/ET, QS_(2)) at 1,5,12 minutes after the head-up tilt. The results were as follows; 1. In normal adult, after 70 degree head-up tilt, the cardiovascular functions were changed since 1 minute and the heart rate increased (average 13/min. after 5 minutes), systolic blood pressure decreased slightly (average 2 ㎜Hg after 5 minutes), diastolic blood pressure increased (average 6 ㎜Hg after 5 minutes), pre-ejection period(PEP) prolonged (average 18 msc increase after 5 minutes), PEP/ET increased (average 0.148 after 5 minutes), ET was shortend (average 52 msc decrease after 5 minutes) and QS_(2) was shortend (average 32 msc decrease after 5 minutes). The systolic blood pressure change was least noticeable up to 12 minutes after the tilt and the heart rate corrected systolic time intervals showed also similar changes. 2. Comparing the change of above cardiovascular functions in young adult and old adult, the changes of the functions were less marked in old adult than in young adult and the systolic blood pressure was rather slightly increased at 1 and 5 minute in old adult and decreased at 12 minute after tilt than control value. 3. In untreated mild essential hypertension, the changes of cardiovascular functions after head-up tilt were less than normal adult which was indicative of reduced baroreflex sensitivity. 4. In treated hypertension and diabetic patients, the changes were less marked than those of untreated hypertension. 5. The test of change of heart rate, blood pressure and systolic time interval by 70 degree head-up tilt test is considered to be a simple appropriate test for the evaluation of sensitivity of the baroreflex.

      • What are the Characteristics and Qualities of Secondary Physical Education Teachers that Contribute to the Positive Changes in Students` Character?

( Eui Chang Choi ),( Soon Jung Choi ) 한국체육학회 2015 국제스포츠과학 학술대회 Vol.2015 No.1

Purpose: The purpose of this study was to examine what characteristics and qualities of a teacher bring out positive changes in students. In order to this, researcher investigated positive changes of students and PE teacher`s characteristics and qualities that promote students` changes. Method: This study used qualitative complex case study. Participants were 5 PE teachers who participate in community focusing on students` character development, and their 10 students. Non-participant observation and in-depth interview were used. In addition, open questionnaire was administered with 200 students. Collected data were analyzed using inductive thematic analysis. Triangulation, member checks, and peer debriefing were conducted to enhance the trustworthiness of this study. Result: First, character of students have changed in various way. Students internalized 4 virtues of In, Eui, Ye, Gi categorized as most comprehensive range. They made an effort to become those who are filled with love(In), justice(Eui), courtesy(Ye), wisdom(Gi). Second, positive change effects are not based on single dimension but it depends on overall dimensions such as health, wisdom, emotion, morality, and spirituality. Health as qualities of PE teacher is concerned with achieving excellence in sport performance and keeping in good shape. Wisdom is concerned with having knowledge about the methods of PE class and preparing, being well-informed of character education and applying it to PE class, and noticing and managing students` changes in character. Emotion is associated with believing relationship with student important and being contented with students` enjoyment. Morality is concerned with trying to become a whole person a good model. Spirituality is associated with cherishing PE, students, themselves, and god, and pursuing students` development to become a whole person. These characteristics and qualities of PE teachers influenced to students on the whole process such as preparation, execution, and reflection of PE classes. It showed a stronger influence on the students` character changes when PE teachers exert to reflect and compliment themselves. Conclusion: Character development in students is not based on teacher`s content knowledge and instructional techniques. Character of students can be positive only when PE teachers` wholeness involved on the whole. It should reflect to in-service education for PE teachers about students` character. Furthermore we must research more in depth about what types of qualities of teachers give students` change in some types of pathways.

노인운동의 변화단계에 따른 의사결정 균형에 대한 연구

        김소인,전영자,박은숙,김순용,장성옥,이평숙,이숙자 성인간호학회 2000 성인간호학회지 Vol.12 No.1

Purpose : This study was carried out to identify the factor of decisional balance for exercise. This was composed of a set of variables at the level of decision making when the elderly decide to do exercise. It was used to classify and identify the characteristics of the stages of change for exercise to which the elderly belong, and was used to identify the variables of decisional balance which influence the stage of change for exercise in the elderly. Methods : Convenient samples of 198 subjects over age 60 in Seoul(mean age=70) were selected from community living, mentally competent older adults and the data was collected from April 1, 1999 to May 31, 1999. The research instrument was the Decisional Balance Measure for Exercise(Marcus & Owen., 1992), Stage of Change Measure(Marcus et al, 1992). The data was analyzed by SAS Program. Results: 1. According to stage of change measure, without missing data, 191 subjects were distributed in each stage of change for exercise : 50 subjects(26.1%), 7 subjects(3.6%), 52 subjects(27.2%), 4 subjects(2%), and 78 subjects(40.8%) belonged to the pre-contemplation stage, contemplation stage, preparation stage, action stage and maintenance stage. 2. Factor analysis identified 3 factors of decisional balance as appropriate factors for excise of the elderly and named by researchers; 1)'Perceived Physical-psychological benefit', 2)'Perceived Physical-psychological burden', and 3)'Perceived time burden'. 3. The analysis of variance showed that the two components Perceived Physical - psychological benefit(F=45.95, p=.0001), and Perceived Physical-psychological burden(F=26.52, P=.001) were significantly associated with stage of change. 4. Through the discriminant analysis, it was found that both 'Self Perceived Physical-Psychological benefit' and 'Perceived Physical-Psychological burden' were the influential variables in discriminating the three stages of change(pre-contemplation, preparation, and maintenance). Conclusion: Results are consistent with the application of the Transtheoretical model, which has been used to understand how people change health behaviors. Even though this study is a cross-sectional, not a longitudinal study, the findings of this study give useful information for exercise intervention about especially the factors relating to decision making for exercise of the elderly in the different stages of change of exercise.

Causes and Predictive Factors Associated with “Diagnosis Changed” Outcomes in Patients Notified as Tuberculosis Cases in a Private Tertiary Hospital

( Byung Ju Kang ),( Kyung Wook Jo ),( Tai Sun Park ),( Jung Wan Yoo ),( Sei Won Lee ),( Chang Min Choi ),( Yeon Mok Oh ),( Sang Do Lee ),( Woo Sung Kim ),( Dong Soon Kim ),( Tae Sun Shim ) 대한결핵 및 호흡기학회 2013 Tuberculosis and Respiratory Diseases Vol.75 No.6

Background: The aim of our study was to evaluate the “diagnosis changed” rate in patients notified as tuberculosis (TB) on the Korean TB surveillance system (KTBS). Methods: A total of 1,273 patients notified as TB cases on the KTBS in one private tertiary hospital in 2011 were enrolled in the present study. Patients were classified into three groups: “diagnosis maintained”, “diagnosis changed” (initially notified as TB, but ultimately diagnosed as non-TB), and “administrative error” (notified as TB due to administrative errors). Results: Excluding 17 patients in the “administrative error” group, the “diagnosis maintained” and “diagnosis changed” groups included 1,097 (87.3%) and 159 patients (12.7%), respectively. Common causes of “diagnosis changed” were nontuberculous mycobacterial (NTM) disease (51.7%, 61/118), and pneumonia (17.8%) in cases notified as pulmonary TB, and meningitis (19.5%, 8/41) and Crohn`s disease (12.2%) in cases notified as extrapulmonary TB. Being older than 35 years of age (odds ratio [OR], 2.18) and a positive acid-fast bacilli stain (OR, 1.58) were positive predictors and a TB-related radiological finding (OR, 0.42) was a negative predictor for a “diagnosis changed” result via multivariate logistic regression analysis in pulmonary TB cases. Conclusion: Because of a high “diagnosis changed” rate in TB notifications to the KTBS, the TB incidence rate measured by the KTBS may be overestimated. Considering the worldwide trend toward increased NTM disease, the “diagnosis changed” rate may increase over time. Thus, when reporting the annual TB notification rate in Korea, the exclusion of “diagnosis changed” cases is desirable.

Vol.20 No.1

In this paper, we analyses the total factor productivity change and its determinants in Jeonbuk``s regional strategic industry during the period of 2001-2010. The paper follows a two-stage procedure. In the first-stage, using the non-radial and non-oriented Malmquist productivity index, the total factor productivity change is measured and decomposed into technical efficiency and technological change components. In the second-stage, we use fixed and random effects panel models to analyze the determinants of total factor productivity change. The empirical findings suggest that Jeonbuk``s regional strategic industry has exhibited total factor productivity growth mainly attributed to the technological progress rather than the improvement in efficiency. This implies that Jeonbuk``s regional strategic industry still needs to further strengthen technological innovation and improve production efficiency simultaneously. The findings also suggest that the determinants of total factor productivity change are industry specific, which implies that some of the determinants exert different influences across industries. From the findings of the current study, it is proposed that future studies should include other relevant variables which best explain productivity changes.

Dipyridamole 부하 심근 SPECT에서 Dipyridamole의 작용과 부작용

        고창순(Chang Soon Koh),이명철(Myung Chul Lee),정준기(June Key Chung),이동수(Dong Soo Lee),최창운(Chang Woon Choi),배상균(Sang Kyun Bae),양형인(Hyung In Yang),여정석(Jeong Suk Yeo) 대한핵의학회 1993 핵의학 분자영상 Vol.27 No.2

N/A Dipyridamole is an agent that may be used to noninvasively evaluate coronary artery disease. The effect of dipyridamole infusion its generally related to its induced peripheral vasodilatory effect. In normal person, heart rate is generally increased slightly while blood pressure decrease, but the achieved double product and related myocardial oxygen consumption have no significant change. The purpose of this study is to examine the effect and side effect of dipyridamole, and to compare different response to dipyridamole among the patients. We evaluated 847 patients who underwent dipyridamole stress myocardial SPECT. 93.6% of them had induced hypotension 0.9% showed no change of blood pressure, 5.5% had increased blood pressure 8.3% had no change of pulse rate more than 10% of basal pulse rate. Among diabetes, 16.9% was not change of pulse rate, 6.7% in non-diabetes. There was no significant correlation between age and rate pressure product rest(RPPr), in patients without perfusion defects on SPECT(y=7.1x+48.4r=0.13 p>0.01). As increasing age, RPPs/RPPr was declined(y=-11.6x+68.9 r=0.17 p〈0.01), similar results were obtained in patients with perfusion defect. The size of perfusion defect on myocardial SPECT have no correlation between RPPr and RPPs/RPPr. The side effects of dipyridamole included chest pain and chest tightness, headache, abdominal pain, dizzness, nausea, and dyspnea. As increasing age, dipyridamole-induced cardiac work at rest was increased, cardiac response to dipyridamole was decreased.

        윤창선,강대식 한국스포츠리서치 2003 한국 스포츠 리서치 Vol.14 No.3

This thesis has an aim to examine the influence on landing of successful salto by the difference of athletic factors of salto backward tucked dismount on the parallel bars. This thesis analyzed six national representative players dividing them into the skill group (G1) who got more than 9.5 point and the unskilled group (G2) who got less than 9.5 point based on the average point by four international referees utilizing three dimensional image analyses photographed with video camera, and it got the conclusion of the athletic factors dividing into each aspect as followings. 1. As for the time spent by the groups when the thesis divided them into each aspect, G1 spent more time than G2. It's because G1 acted in stability at the moment of staying in the space and landing as it spent much time in the space with fast down swing and release, but G2 on the contrary, acted fast at the moment of space of four aspects with slow down swing and release. And its landing was unstable at the movement of low height. 2. As for the positional change in each aspect, the parallel position of G2 increased than that of G1, and the increased parallel position made the unstable salto and landing . As for the change of vertical position, at the time of down swing in the first aspect, what G1 acted at the low position of the second aspect at the high position seemed to be an act to release fast falling the high joint down, and it made salto high and made landing stable. 3. As for speed change of high joint in each aspect, G1 acted with fast horizontal speed generally at the time of release, aspect of space, and aspect of landing because of right horizontal speed at the time of down swing, and it seemed to be an act to get rotary power of double salto. As for the vertical speed, G1 acted with a much more vertical speed than G2 in four aspects with a big up-down movement by the fast vertical speed at the time of down swing and release. It means that G1 acted fast with a fast vertical speed of the high joint to get the height to stay in the air. 4. As for the change of the angle of the high joint in each aspect, G1 acted a bigger down swing and release than G2 utilizing the stretched body of the high joint at the time of down swing and release. As for change of angle of shoulder, G1 acted down swing with the shoulder joint accessed nearer than G2 to the body. At the time of down swing, it acted with a big angle of shoulder joint to stretch high shoulder at the time of swing. In addition to it, at the time of release, G2 escaped from the hand more slowly than G1 because of big angle. It made the movement of space and landing movement unstable. 5. As for change of angular speed in each aspect, G1 acted with a fast high joint down swing from the start to the first aspect. It acted with a slow speed of the angle stretching the high joint in the second and the third aspect so that it could get fast angular speed in the forth and the fifth aspect. As for the change of shoulder joint, G1 acted with a fast angular speed in the aspect of space and that of landing movement by the fast speed of shoulder joint at the time of release. In addition to it, fast angular speed of the shoulder joint in the release aspect of space made the rotary power of double salto.

        이창준,홍순용,신근만,최영룡,이영주,문종선 대한마취과학회 1993 Korean Journal of Anesthesiology Vol.26 No.3

Skilled and experienced anestheia is of great importance for patients undergoing orthotopic liver transplantation, because of multiple preexisting medical problems in such patients as well as the intraoperative problems of rapid hemodynamic, metabolic, and coagulation changes. In this study, the intraoperative hemodynamic and laboratory data were analyzed in ten dogs that underwent an orthotopic liver transplantation procedure by veno-venous bypass using Biopump. Liver transplantation can be divided into three distinct periods: stage I, or preanhepatic stage, which begins with the induction of anesthesia and continues until cross clamping of portal vein and IVC; stage II, or anhepatic stage, which begins at the anhepatic time and continues until the donor liver is reperfused by the recipients circulating blood; and stage III, or postanhepatic stage, which begins at the time of reperfusion and continues until the end of surgical procedure. The hemodynamic changes at the time of IVC and portal vein cross clamping were decreases in CVP, PCWP, and pulmonary artery pressure in spite of using Biopump. The significant metabolic alternations during anhepatic stage were decrease in blood glucose levels and increase in blood lactate levels. The more significant hemodynamic changes occurred at the time of reperfusion. Systolic pressure decreased suddenly to 58±6 mmHg and cardiac output decreased to 1.08±0.1l L/min. However heart rate, pulmonary artery pressure, CVP, and PCWP did not change significantly. During stage III, hyperglycemia occurred quite frequently. Significant abnormal coagulation chages could not be found, probably because the dogs were healthy. In conclusion, during anhepatic stage, we have to compensate for alternations of fluid balance. At the time of reperfusion, we should prevent severe hemodynamic changes and treat them immediately if they occur. However, it seems that glucose administration is not necessary to the liver recipient during stage II because there is no significant hemodynamic depression e to hypoglycemia at this time and hyperglycemia occurs later
