현창혁(Hyun, Chang Hyuk),이호선(Lee, Hosun) 한국인사관리학회 2013 조직과 인사관리연구 Vol.37 No.2
This study is focused on attitudinal and behavioral changes of organizational members under context of organization cultural changes. That is, it tries to identify the factors that affect organizational members' behavior for participating and supporting in relation to organization changes when companies plan to settle down shared values as the code of conduct into the organizations so as to establish new organization culture. Data were collected from 748 full-time employees during Sep. and Oct. 2011, but 702 questionnaires were used to for analysis. Results indicate both transformational leadership and cognitive factors related to changes(change-related self-efficacy, positive expectancies to change outcome, and readiness for organizational change) have positive influence on organizational members' emotional commitment to organization change and behaviors of practicing shared values. Furthermore, organizational members' emotional commitment to organization change has mediating effect on the relationships between transformational leadership and their behaviors of practicing shared values. It also has mediating effect on the relationships between cognitive factors related to changes and organizational members' behaviors of practicing shared values. Finally, some implications of these findings are discussed and directions for future research are suggested.

<P>Repetitive transcranial magnetic stimulation (rTMS) influences the brain temporally beyond the stimulation period and spatially beyond the stimulation site. Application of rTMS over the primary motor cortex (M1) has been shown to lead to plastic changes in interregional connectivity over the motor system as well as alterations in motor performance. With a sequential combination of rTMS over the M1 and functional magnetic resonance imaging (fMRI), we sought changes in the topology of brain networks and specifically the association of brain topological changes with motor performance changes. In a sham-controlled parallel group experimental design, real or sham rTMS was administered to each of the 15 healthy subjects without prior motor-related dysfunctions, over the right M1 at a high frequency of 10 Hz. Before and after the intervention, fMRI data were acquired during a sequential finger motor task using the left, nondominant hand. Changes in the topology of brain networks were assessed in terms of global and local efficiency, which measures the efficiency in transporting information at global and local scales, respectively, provided by graph-theoretical analysis. Greater motor performance changes toward improvements after real rTMS were shown in individuals who exhibited more increases in global efficiency and more decreases in local efficiency. The enhancement of motor performance after rTMS is supposed to be associated with brain topological changes, such that global information exchange is facilitated, while local information exchange is restricted.</P>

When applying prosthetic gait training to patients with lower limb amputation, monitoring the gait change process is crucial for establishing and modifying rehabilitation training plans. In addition, since human gait involves complex movement of several joints, it is necessary to analyze the organic movement of adjacent joints rather than a single joint in the lower extremities for understanding the process of gait change. Therefore, this study aimed to analyze changes in spatiotemporal parameters and lower limb coordination during prosthetic gait training in unilateral transfemoral amputees (TFAs). This retrospective case–control study included 10 unilateral TFAs and 10 healthy individuals as controls. TFAs received prosthetic gait training for 12 weeks and gait changes were analyzed every 2 weeks using a 3D motion analysis system. The measured variables were spatiotemporal parameters and the continuous relative phase between hip and knee joints. The highest improvement in walking speed was seen at week 4 of training, and the continuous relative phase was most symmetric at week 8. The lower limb coordination pattern was more in-phase in the TFAs than in the controls, and the coordination variability was also lower for the TFAs than for the controls. In addition, the rate of change in lower limb coordination of TFAs was lower than that of spatiotemporal parameters and was significantly different from that of the controls even after training. Considering that the decrease in lower limb coordination is related to gait efficiency, balance, and risk of fall, there is a need to develop therapeutic strategies that can further improve the coordination of TFAs.

Background/Aims: Neuropsychiatric systemic lupus erythematosus (SLE) includes a broad spectrum of neurologic and psychiatric manifestations. One of the most commonly observed neuropsychiatric symptoms is headache. However, the lack of specific clinical distinctions for headache in SLE has made it diffi cult to elucidate its pathophysiology. The aim of this study is to evaluate the neurometabolic changes using Proton Magnetic Resonance Spectroscopy (1H-MRS) in patients with SLE who suffer from chronic daily headache (CDH). Methods: SLE and fibromyalgia patients with CDH and healthy controls were recruited (n = 9, n = 5, and n = 6, respectively). 1H-MRS metabolite ratios were evaluated in bilateral basal ganglia (BG) and bilateral peritrigonal white matter (PWM). Results: 1H-MRS showed a significantly decreased N-acetylaspartate (NAA)/creatine (Cr) ratio in right BG in SLE patients with CDH compared to fibromyalgia patients with CDH and normal controls (p = 0.029 and p = 0.020, respectively). Left PWM NAA/Cr and choline/Cr ratios in SLE patients with CDH were lower than those in fibromyalgia patients with CDH (p = 0.019 and p = 0.029, respectively). Conclusions: This study suggests the possibility that CDH in patients with SLE might be associated with neuronal dysfunction and neurometabolic changes.

The change of the matriculation system into the lottery allocation has brought different situation in high school education. This article deals with the newly emerging problems on the student-guidance under the changed situation. Seven schools were chosen for the statistical analysis; two schools (one boy school and another girls) in each classified class (the schools have seen classified into three classes according to the student level), plus one more school which is coeducational and belongs to the middle class. The former six schools were taken for the search of general tendancy of newly arising problems, and the latter, the coeducational school, was for the standard test. The results of the research performed by the guidance diagnosis method are as follows; (The general problems on the student-guidance were classified by the test) 1. The increase of deviation in students abilities breeds the trobles between the classifiable groups. (Some groups of students who lack the positive self-consciousness were found) 2. The fact that the enhancement of individual aspiration level is closely related to the school enviroments has been manifested. 3. The change of Enterance System has caused the decrease of belongingness of the students. The proposals for the solution of the problems mentioned are as follows; 1. It is desirable to form the physical as well as pshychological enviroment of the school to be more educational. 2. It is necessary to provide opportunities for the promoting the mutual understanding of the students themselves. 3. Special rearrangement of the classes for the particular courses of which sequences are distigusihed causes some by-effects. For instance, the students who feel themselves inferior often absent from school; and divices must be provided to prevent them. 4. Having a proper view of students by realizing the true and accurate problems, and enforcing the counseling system are necessary.

We undertook a prospective study of 59 patients with Graves' disease in order to clarify the influence of antithyroid drug on the immunological indices and to determine the association of the changes of TSH receptor antibodies activities with drug dosage, duration of treatment and clinical features according to mode of antitbyroid drugs treatment. Patients were divided into two groups. High dose group included 28 patients and conventional dose group 31 patients. We measured TBII activities, antimicrosomal antibodies, and the size of goiter every 3 months, comparing them with clinical features and laboratory findings. TBII activities declined from R months until 9 months following drug treatment. Therafter no significant change of TBII activities were observed. Antimicrosomal antibodies showed the same pattern of change. There was no statistically significant difference of declining rate of TBII activities, antimicrosomal antibodies, and reduction of size of thyroid between two treatment groups. TBII activities fell into normal range in 15 patients among those 44 patients who had been followed for more than 9 months (8 high dose group, 7 conventional dose group). In those 15 patients, TBII activities and frequency of exophthalmos were less than those whose TBII activity did not normalized. We conclude that TSH receptor antibodies activities and antithyroid autoantibodies are diminished by antithyroid drug treatment in patients with Graves disease and there is no relationship between dose of drug and declining of TBII activities. We suggest that changing levels of TBII activities might be secondary phenomenon which can be achieved by control of thyroid function by antithyroid drug rather than direct immunosuppressive effect of antithyroid drug per se.

Korean youth movement has a long history. Broadly speaking, this movement has been a patriotic activity for nation playing a decisive role in a turning point in history. Hardly can this sort of spirit be seen in today's youth. Even though youth movement has to be changed and adapted with the changes of the times, the prototype is imbeded in the thought indigenous to Korea. The purpose of this paper is to review the history of Korean youth movement and to find the implication for today's youth movement. The spirit of the Korean youth movement has beed developed on the foundation of the idea native to Korea. Especially, since Tangun, the foundation father of Korean nation, the idea 'devotion to the welfare of mankind' and loyalty and filial piety of an elite youth in Silla dynasty has been a major base on establishing the national independence. The unification of three nations in Silla dynasty, the Sambyulcho movement in Koryo dynasty, and the camouflaged troops m Chosun dynasty are all the realization of the spirit of loyalty and filial piety. This spirit was succeeded to the save-the-nation drive against the invasion of foreign countries in the late of Chosun dynasty and independent movement under the rule of Japanese imperialism. However, The present state of Korean youth culture does not go well with, even far away from this traditional value. It require to make an effort to guide today's youth movement into the sound culture based on mutual trust among members in society. The effort can make it possible to inspire patriotism, loyalty and filial piety into the hearts of youth, consequently following the Korean traditional spirit.

Since the CBD(Conservation on Biological Diversity)`s 10th Conference of the Parties adopted the protocol on access to genetic resources and benefit sharing in Nagoya 2010, the importance of endangered species studies such as habitat distribution, protection and management have been more emerged. Corylopsis coreana, an endangered species in Korea, was isolated nationally and has been damaged by anthropogenic factors. In this paper, we identified the factors affecting C. coreana habitat at the national scale and regional scale using National Survey of Natural Environment and predicted the distribution of C. coreana. Annual precipitation, precipitation of wettest quarter, temperature seasonality and Digital Elevation Model(DEM) were derived as important factors at the national scale, and precipitation of wettest quarter, DEM and solar radiation on spring were identified as important factors at regional scale. Colylopsis distribution was affected by an effect of climate significantly at the national scale, and by additionally the microclimate and topography at regional scale. These findings will be used as the basis on habitat conservation and restoration plan and climate change.

The SDK (Software Development Kit) of each device is required in developing contents using TUIs (Tangible User Interfaces). Generally, it is used to adapt a specific sensor to the UIs of contents, which causes duplicated and time-consuming efforts in developing contents if the contents development platform is changed. In this paper, we propose a method which describes signal information of TUIs using XML and show the example of contents development over Virtools and XNA platform using a proposed method. The proposed method allows the sensing data exchange between a device module and a contents module and reduces module coupling between them.
A study on the dynamic behavior of the Korean next-generation high-speed train
Jeon, Chang-Sung,Kim, Young-Guk,Park, Joon-Hyuk,Kim, Seog-Won,Park, Tae-Won Professional Engineering Publishing Ltd 2016 Proceedings of the Institution of Mechanical Engin Vol. No.
<P>This study describes the dynamic behavior of the HEMU-430X, the Korean next-generation high-speed train. The HEMU-430X was initially analyzed using VAMPIRE, a computer program that is used to examine the dynamics of railway vehicles, based on which it was expected to sway strongly at its tail end. This hunting motion was expected to disappear when the position of the yaw damper was changed. The dynamic behavior of the HEMU-430X was assessed in an on-track test performed using the protocols in the EN14363 standard and measuring the carbody, bogie and axle accelerations; the HEMU-430X was found to satisfy the safety criterion. The hunting motion appeared at speeds of 150, 350 and 387km/h, and countermeasures such as changing the position of the yaw damper, installing carbody dampers, and increasing the damping coefficient of the yaw damper installed on the motor car containing the driver's cab were taken in order to reduce the vibrations. Ultimately, the highest test speed achieved was 421.4km/h. Subsequently, it was found that the critical speed tended to decrease with mileage. This was attributed to excessive lateral damping and a revised design was proposed to solve this problem.</P>
