        Porous silicon layer (PSL) was fabricated by anodic reaction of n^(+) layer of n^(+)/n silicon structures, The dependence of HF concentration, applied bias and reaction time on the porosity of PSL were investigated. FIPOS-SOI bridge resistors were achieved for the application to flow sensors using n/n^(+)/n silicon structures, Those resistors are thermally isolated by oxidized porous silicon. The SOI bridge was 50μm wide, 900 μm long, and 5μm thick, Measured TCR(temperature coefficient of resistance) was 1.1x10^(-3)/℃.

        대구지역 가로수잎의 중금속

        This study was conducted to determine the contents of heavy metals in leaves of roadside trees according to different growth stages in Daegu city. The orders of heavy metal contents in leaves of roadside tree and soil were Fe〉Mn〉Zn〉Pb〉Cu〉Cr〉Cd and Fe〉Mn〉Zn〉Cu〉Pb〉Cr〉Cd, respectively. The contents of heavy metals in leaves of roadside trees and soil showed an increasing tendency as the levels of traffic volume increased. The contents of heavy metals in leaves on October were higher than those on May.

        황사의 확산예측을 위한 기상정보의 시간해상도에 관한 수치연구

        In order to predict air pollution and Yellow-sand dispersion precisely, it is necessary to clarify the sensitivity of meteorological field input interval. Therefore numerical experiment by atmospheric dynamic model(RAMS) and atmospheric dispersion model(PDAS) was performed for evaluating the effect of temporal and spatial resolution of meteorological data on particle dispersion. The results are as follows: 1) Base on the result of RAMS simulation, surface wind direction and speed can either synchronize upper wind or not. If surface wind and upper wind do not synchronize, precise prediction of Yellow-sand dispersion is strongly associated with upwelling process of sand of particle. 2) There is no significant discrepance in distribution of particle under usage of difference temporal resolution of meteorological information at early time of simulation. but the difference of distribution of particles become large as time goes by. 3) There is little difference between calculated particles distributions in dispersion experiments with high temporal resolution of meteorological data. On the other hand, low resolution of meteorological data occur the quantitative difference of particle density and there is strong tendency to the quantitative difference.

      • 재생굵은골재와 산업부산물을 사용한 재생콘크리트의 특성

        The purpose of this study was to obtain the basic data for the development of block utilizing recycled aggregate and industrial by-product. The unit weight, compressive and flexural strength, ultrasonic pulse velocity, dynamic modulus of elasticity and durability factor were decreased with increasing the content of recycled coarse aggregate. But, the absorption ratio was increased with increasing the content of recycled aggregate. The unit weight was 2,237~2,307 kgf/㎥, the absorption ratio was 2,96~4.12%, the compressive strength was 415~532 kgf/㎠, the flexural strength was 75~96 kgf/㎠, the ultrasonic pulse velocity was 4,350~4,949m/s, the dynamic modulus of elasticity was 390×10³~465×10³ kgf/㎠ and the durability factor was more than 60 in the freezing and thawing 300 cycles. Accordingly, this recycled coarse aggregate can be used for high strength concrete and block manufacture. 본 연구는 재생굵은골재와 산업부산물을 활용한 블록을 개발하기 위하여 플라이 애시와 고로슬래그 미분말을 결합재 중량의 20%를 대체하고, 재생골재의 혼입율을 5종류로 하여 총 10종류의 콘크리트에 대하여 단위용적중량, 흡수율, 압축강도, 휨강도, 초음파진동속도, 동탄성계수 및 내구성 지수에 대하여 구명하였다. 단위용적중량, 압축강도, 휨강도, 초음파진동속도, 동탄성계수 및 내구성 지수는 재생골재의 사용량이 증가할수록 감소하는 경향을 나타내었고, 흡수율은 증가하는 경향을 나타내었다. 재생골재를 100%까지 사용하여도 압축강도는 415 kgf/㎠ 이상, 휨강도는 75 kgf/㎠ 이상, 내구성 지수는 60이상으로 나타나, 고강도 콘크리트 및 블록 제조에 활용이 가능할 것으로 생각된다.

        이온교환법에 의한 탈질소 공정개발의 기초연구 (Ⅴ) : 질산성 질소 선택적인 이온교환수지의 합성 Synthesis of Nitrate-Selective lon Exchange Resines

        Nitrate-selective ion exchange resin which have bulky tertiary amine as functional group have been synthesized by the reaction of chloromethylated polystyrene-divinylbenzene copolymer and the corresponding tertiary amine [NR_3=NEt_3 1, N(C_2H_4OH)_3 2] in ethanol, while commercial resin has NMe_3 as functional group. The fundamental properties such as bulk density, water content, appearance index, exchange capacity, effective size, uniformity coefficient of synthesized anion exchange resin (1) have been measured. The ion exchange resin (1) and (2) exhibited the better selectivity for nitrate than sulfate in both batch and continuous column experiments.

        용도지역 적용방식별 비교ㆍ평가 연구 : 도시지역내 2이상의 용도지역에 걸치는 대지를 대상으로 A Case of the Lots Divided by Zoning-Line in the Urban Area

        This study is focusing on analyzing the effect and meaning of the zone on the lot divided by zoning line which is run by the current law to get rational solutions. Each evaluation applies to realistic and applicable methods according to regulations. The three ways of application methods on the zone of the selected lot divided by zoning appear are Land Area Method, Building Area Method, and Zone Method. All three ways have their own meanings and limitations to apply, but according to the analysis result, we could decide that Region Method is the most effective way. However, it has sever limitations when we design site plan, building-use and building form in a land, so complements are required for each of provisions. Therefore, We suggest new approach about the building development scale, and for building-use and a right to enjoy sunshine, We suggest complementary methods for each case. First, We apply for a complex method for deciding on the building development scale. Second, for determination of the building uses, We permit the mixed-usage when a building sets on the lot divided by zoning line, and for a right to enjoy sunshine, We select the application method for the bigger land.

        The definition of traditional 2-DS power factor current and co-ordinate did not represent clearly relation to power facter in circuit with nonlinear thyristor loads. A new simulator for performance evaluation of Active Power Filter (APF) by 3-D space current co-ordinate applicale to general power system have not been developed, because reserchers were merely interested in improvement of source current waveforms by using APF or its simulator. Moreover, There was not APF simulator with power analysis capability which was developed for the better. Current was decomposed by active, reactive, distortion, by digital correlation signal proccessing techique based on Nowomiejski theory. Therefore, A new 3-D space current co-ordinate composited by 3 current components was defined in this paper. A new 3-D space current co-ordinate was shown state and location of current vector by trajectories with 3-D co-ordinate rotation. It evidently has excellent performance not only performsance evaluation method of APF but alse evaluation method of general power system, not conventional domain but other domain. By proposed 3-D soace co-ordinate, space power factor is derived, the true state of physical meaning is proved, new distortion factor was proposed, this study was proved true state of appropriation throughout development of simulator for APF performance evaluation with power analysis capability.

        공공부문 정보화사업의 소프트웨어 개발비용 예측에 관한 연구

        As the portion of information systems (IS) budget to the total government budget becomes greater, the cost estimation of IS development and maintenance projects is recognized as one of the most important problems to be resolved for scientific and efficient management of IS budget. Since IS budget makes much effect on the delivery time, quality and productivity of IS projects, the exact cost estimation is also necessary for the successful accomplishment of IS projects. The primary concern in the cost estimation of IS projects is software cost estimation, which requires the measurement of the size of softwares. There are two methods for sizing software : line-of-code approach, function point model. In this paper, we propose a function-point-based model for estimating software cost. The proposed model is derived by collecting about fifty domestic IT projects in public sector and analyzing their relationship between cost drivers and development effort. Since the proposed model is developed by simplifying the function point model that can be used only when detailed user requirements are specified, it can be also applied at project planning and budgeting phase.

        정신분열병 또는 정신분열형장애를 가진 입원환자에서 Risperidone과 Olanzapine의 효과의 비교 : 6주간의 개방적 전향적 연구 6 Weeks, Open-Labelled, Prospective Study

        Objectives : Risperidone and olanzapine, which are atypical antipsychotics. are widely used in the treatment of schizophrenia as the 1st line drug, proving their effectiveness for both positive and negative symptoms. They also have many advantages even from the side effects. However, they show differences with the chemical structure and pharmacokinetics and they work differently to receptors. Researchers have studied the effect and side effect during the acute phase of schizophrenia as an open prospective study. Methods : Forty subjects with DSM-IV schizophrenia or schizoaffective patients including 1) 1st onset schizophrenia patient, 2) patient who has been treated by the prior antipsychotics and not improved or even worse to be admitted again, were assigned to receive risperidone or olanzapine for 6 weeks. Psychopathology, adverse effect. weight change, fasting serum glucose, and drug cost were compared within and across groups. Results : After 6 weeks later both treatment groups showed the significant decrease in PANSS positive, general psychopathology and total score while they did not show any significant difference between two groups. Risperidone group, however. showed the significant decrease in PANS negative score, which olanzapine group did not. In terms of adverse effect risperidone group showed more extrapyramidal symptom than olanzapine group. Body weight rised significantly after Gweeks, but no significant difference between two treatment groups. There were no significant indrease of fasting serum glucose level. Conclusions : Risperidone and olanzapine are effective drugs which can be used during the acute phase of schizophrenia. Risperidone is expected to shorten the admission day and remission of the symptom of acute phase, mile olarizapine is more advantage in a neurologic side effect than rispendone.
