        Two different shape injectors for the floating gate MOSFET which are fabricated in a standard CMOS process were compared. We have demonstrated that the programming operation with the injector with sharper tips than the other allows a large electron current to pass through the oxide between poly1 and poly2. It is clear that the rectangular corners in poly1 covered by poly2, as well as the edge on top of poly1, enhance the applied field. The reduced programming voltage will help prevent junction and oxide breakdown, and reduce the trapup problem. It is found that less than 0.1% charge leakage over 15 years at 125℃ is expected.

      • 共同住宅 建設에 따른 都市空間構造의 變化에 관한 硏究 : 益山市를 中心으로 Focused on the Iksan City

        This study is to study the effect on the structure of urban space followed by the construction of apartments after the development of the area. The scope of this study is 19 governmental Dongs focused on the areas, which were Iri-city in the past. The construction of apartment houses, population, the number of households, and the increasing status of density of population from 1988 to December, 1999 are analyzed and then, the change of the structure of urban space is studied. The results of this study are followings. 1 Iksan-city has been developing constantly until now. That caused a scarcity of housing, and the development of the area has been conducted for the supply of scarce housing. Therefore, many apartments have been constructed. 2. The construction of apartments in Iksan-city was increased in the 1990s abruptly, and it caused the move of residence and the change of the structure of urban space. 3. In case of Jungang-dong and Changin-dong, the downtown of Iksan-city, the function of commerce is spreading and the residential population is decreasing constantly. 4. The population of Namjung-dong, Inwha-dong, Pyungwha-dong, Songhak-dong, and Galsan-dong, which are the transfer area, has been decreasing. By CBD spreading to adjacent area, the function of commerce is spreading and the move of residence is appearing. 5. The increase of population caused the change of the structure of urban space of Iksan-city by making residential districts and new commercial districts. 6. Through the above changing course of urban space, the structure of urban space of Iksan-city is changing from a concentric zone structure to multiple nuclei structure.

        The controls for safe construction of road embankment on soft clays should be performed not to develope any distresses in the pavement structures. For this construction controls engineers measure consolidation settlements of the soft clays during and after placing embankment, analyze them, and then predict residual settlements. In this study, numerical analysis are performed for investigating each influence factor on central settlement. for example geological characteristics and material properties.

      • 再生産性 Bioenergy 資源의 生産 增大에 關한 硏究 (Ⅱ) : 버드나무 木質 資源의 Biomass 增産과 切口 萌芽의 發育 分布 The Woody biomass production and a sprout growth distribution of Salix koreensis Anderson

        代替에너지 資源의 生産性 增大를 爲해 樹種的 特性을 考慮한 集約 管理 體系의 短伐期林 造成 可能性 判斷 目的에서 遂行되어진 本 硏究에서는 休耕地의 土地 有用 轉換 戰略上 取해진 本質 資源의 綜合的 生産 硏究結果는 다음과 같이 要約되었다. 林內 閉耕沓에서의 自然 稙生 成長된 버드나무의 生産量은 plot 3, 4, 5 等이 높은 産物生産(34ton/ha/yr.)을 보임으로써 代替에너지 資源化에 依해 目的 造成된 林分의 收益 計算은 높게 나타났다. 이때 本質 資源의 生産 收入(289만원/hr/yr.)과 그 外 無機的 資源 生産으로 얻어진 間接 公益 機能 收入(約 2,760만원/hr/yr.)은 매우 높은 것으로 推定되었으며, 休耕地 62,500ha에서 얻어지는 山林 總 收益은 3,049만원/hr/yr.으로 나타나 全體的으로는 約 1조9천4십억원/yr.의 生産 收益을 算定할 수 있다. 以上의 結果는 資源林 造成에 對한 直, 間接的인 經濟 價値 算定으로 볼 때 山林內의 休耕 及 閉耕農地를 利用한 木質에너지 資源의 生産 增大를 爲한 資源林 造成 可能性은 높게 評價되었다. 이에 따라 特別한 環境的 條件을 除外한 對象休耕地에 對해서는 短伐期의 資源林 造成이 可能할 것으로 判斷, 對替에너지 資源林의 轉換 可能性 期待가 높이 나타나고 있다. 이와 같은 結果는 未來의 代替에너지 資源 開發을 爲한 短伐期 資源林을 造成하는 方案硏究에 奇與할 수 있을 것으로 期待되었다. This study was carried out to judge on possibility of application and introduce of forest of short period for exchangeable planting followed by characteristic of species in order to increase productivity of substitution energy resources. First of all, in order to fulfill this study it must be considered that environmental condition above resource production based on land utilization of resting cropland, and productivity of Salix koreensis Anderson grown under natural vegetation condition at closed a rice field forest showed very high(≒34ton/ha/yr.) contrast to each other. Thus, energy resources of planted-stand predicted in come of with woody resource of $3,612/ha/yr. and public in come of $35,840/ha/yr. earned by mineral resource, and the gross forest profit earned and resting cropland(62,500ha) showed $38,112/ha/yr., which will come to about 2.38 billion dollars a year. In view of the results so far achieved, possibility of establishment of energy resource forest at resting and closed cropland in forest predicted the highest in Salix koreensis Anderson stand. Therefore, this study was basic survey to develope future energy resources and compare biomass production with vegetation possibility and growth effect of Salix koreensis Anderson seedlings by environmental condition in natural stand. Based on this results, it must be survey during long time prior to the practice, and predicted possible for concrete a counter plan establishment about creation forest of short period for final cutting to substitution energy through diverse field analysis.

        Streptomyces sp.가 생성한 polylysine의 향균특성

        식품의 안전성에 대한 인식이 날로 높아져 가고 있는 상황에서, 천연 자원으로부터 신규 천연보존료로의 개발 및 응용에 많은 관심이 집중되고 있다. 본 연구에서는 방선균(Streptomyces sp.)이 생산하는 polylysine을 분리하여 항균효과를 검토하였다. 항균효과 검토에 앞서 polylysine을 전배양하여 배양액에 축적된 polypeptide함량을 측정한 결과, 19.3%에 달하였다. 배양액을 침전처리하고 투석하여 얻어진 단백질군을 PhastSystem방법으로 SDS-PAGE를 행하여 각각 분획의 분자량이 50,000, 55,000, 120,000, 200,000 및 220,000 등으로 확인된 5개의 band를 확인할 수 있었다. 아울러, gel filtration을 이행하여 5개의 분획을 분리하였으며, 분자량이 이중 Peak B분획에 대한 항균효과 실험결과, Gram 양성균인 Bacillus cereus, Gram 음성균인 Escherichia coli, 효모인 Candida albicans 등 광범위한 영역의 미생물에 대해 뚜렷한 항균력을 보여 주었으며, 40~150℃와 pH 4~10의 넓은 범위에서 열안정성 및 pH안정성을 나타났다. With increases of concerns on the food safety, a lots of researches on the development and application of natural food preservatives have been conducted. The antimicrobial effect of polylysine produced by Streptomyces sp. was investigated in this paper. The weight of dried mycelia of Streptomyces sp. reached maximum level after 35 days of incubation. The microbial production of polylysine was increased after 25 days of incubation and the maximal production was shown after 45 days of incubation. The culture filtrate including polylysine was dialyzed, separated by SDS-PAGE and purified by gel filtration. As a result of gel filtration, five fractions were isolated. The fraction of peak B showed remarkable antimicrobial effect against the wide spectrum of putrefactive organisms such as Bacillus cereus(Gram(+)), Escherichia coli(Gram(-)) and Candida albicans(Yeast) and also showed thermal(40℃~150℃) and pH stability(pH 4~pH 10).

      • Co-60 감마선에 대한 부정형조사면의 조직공중선량비(TAR) 계산

        방사선치료에 사용되는 대표적인 부정형조사면 다섯가지에 대한 각 관심점에서의 선량계산을 위하여 새로 고안한 도표를 사용하여 Co-60감마선에 대한 부정형조사면의 조직공중선량비(TAR)를 계산하였다. 도표를 이용한 계산과 기존의 계산법인 컴퓨터계산법 및 근사법으로 구한 TAR를 측정에 의한 TAR에 비교하여 다음과 같은 결과를 얻었다. 관심점이 방사선속의 중심축상에 있을 때 부정형조사면에서 이들 방법으로 구한 TAR의 대부분은 오차가 1% 이내에서 잘 일치되어 있으며, 축으로부터 벗어난 경우에는 최대 오차가 각각 2.4%,2.3%, 및 8.8% 이었다. 이들 결과로부터 새로 고안한 도표를 이용한 계산법의 정확성을 확인하였다. In order to calculate the dose on each interest point in five types of irregularly shaped fields used commonly in radiotherapy, the tissue-air ratios (TAR) in these fields for Co-60 gamma radiation were calcnlated using the newly devised SAR-chart. The TARS calculated from newly method of using the SAR-chart. computer method and approximation method at the interest point were compared to the TARs obtained from measurement. The result are as follows: In case of the interest points on central axis the calculated TARs in irregularly shaped fields by the above metioned methods were well agreed within the error of 1%, whereas for the interest points on off-axis the calculated TARs were resulted in the maximum errors of 2.4%, 2.3% and 8.8% respectively. From these results, the accuracy of calculation method of using the SAR-chart was comfirmed.

        The construction job-site is using plate bearing test, field density test, radioisotope method of measurement (RI method) etc. for compaction control by strength, but necessity of improvement is brought because these are required the great times and effort. As long as existing tamping is damp for alternative presentation of examination method in this paper, arranged part with "Compaction value that use repulsive force inspection method" research wave. New techniques tried field test using do measurement chapter which produce itself in field of this subject achievement as that measure size of repulsive force.

        반월상 연골판 손상을 동반한 내측 측부인대 부분파열 환자의 한방 치료 효과: 증례보고

        Objectives : The purpose of this report was to introduce 3 cases of patients diagnosed with both medial collateral ligament tear and meniscal tear that showed clinical improvement after Korean medicine treatment. Methods : These patients received Korean herbal medicine, pharmacopuncture treatment, and acupuncture treatment. We assessed these cases by using the Numeric Rating Scale (NRS), Western Ontario and McMaster Universities’Arthritis Index (WOMAC), and the European Quality of Life-5 Dimension Index (EQ-5D). Results : After Korean medicine treatment, most of the NRS, WOMAC, and EQ-5D scores showed improvement on every discharge date of these 3 cases. The NRS and WOMAC scores of all cases showed a decrease. The EQ-5D of all cases showed an increase. Conclusions : Through this research, we concluded that Korean medicine treatment can be helpful in relieving pain and improving the quality of life and function of knee joint movement in patients with medial collateral ligament tear and meniscal tears.
