췌장염에 의한 가성낭종내에 생긴 가성동맥류 : 1례 보고

만성 췌장염의 합병증으로 생긴 가성동맥류는 드문질환으로, 반복적으로 다량의 출혈을 일으킬 수 있으며, 치료를 하지 않을 경우 사망율이 높기 때문에, 조기 진단과 치료가 필수적이다. 저자들은 38세 남자 환자에서 췌장염의 합병증으로 생긴 가성낭종내에서 발생한 가성동맥류 1예를 경험하였기에 보고하는 바이다. 가성 동맥류의 색혈류도플러상 낭종내에 양방향 흐름의 와류를 볼 수 있었다. Because of high morbidity and mortality, early detection and treatment of the pseudoaneurysm is needed. We report a case of pseudoaneurysm within pseudocyst from pancreatitis. Color-flow Doppler sonography shows bidirectional flow and turbulent arterial flow, within anechoic mass.

폐경 후 여성에서 체성분과 골밀도와의 관계

Background: Body weight is an important factor that influence the bone density in postmenopausal women except estrogen dificiency. However, different results are reported about the relationship between body composition and bone density in the postmenopausal women. We have studied the relationship between age, body weight, body mass index (BMI), waist hip ratio (WHR), muscle mass, fat mass, fat free mass and bone density. Materials and Methods: We have studied 127 persons of postmenopausal women who visited university medical center and examined the inbody 3.0 and Dual Energy X-ray Absorptiometry (DEXA) from Jan, 2001 to Jun, 2002. they didn't have any disease and didn't received homone therapy, osteoprosis therapy or other medication that influence the bone density. Results: The numbers of study subjects is total 127 persons. Mean age is 56.9±5.14, mean weight is 59.3±8.7 kg, mean BMI is 25.37±3.16 (kg/㎡), mean fat mass is 20.02±5.05 kg, mean muscle mass is 37.49±4.50 kg, mean fat free mass is 39.80±4.70, mean BMD is 0.828±0.148 (g/㎠). In the result of linear regression analysis, age, height, weight, muscle mass, fat free mass, fat mass, BMI are significant determinants of BMD. In stepwise multiple regression analysis, age is the most significant determinant of BMD and besides age, fat mass is the most significant determinant of BMD among body composition. Conclusion: In postmenopausal women, age, height, weight, BMI, muscle mass, fat free mass, fat mass are significant determinants of BMD and besides age, fat free mass is the most significant determinant of BMD among the body composition. So, diet and exercise that increase fat free mass will contribute to bone density increment.

반송용 선형 유도 전동기의 급속 제동특성에 관한 연구

The SLIM used in the conveyance system has been generally developed the controller based on the slip frequency control and the VVVF method to obtain the quirk response for the position control signal. This paper deals with the trust control of the SLIM by vector control with Bang-Bang condition. Also, the control system is composed of the Pl controller for soft start of the SLIM and the q-axis current controller for correction in phase with Space Vector for reducing the harmonic pulsation in low speed. The processing for vector control and robust dynamic breaking control is carried out by MC80196KC micro processor and IGBT module. The proposed scheme is verified through the computer simulation and experiments for the 10KW SLIM.

갑상선 세포에서 전사보조활성인자인 CBP와 CIITA의 인터페론-감마 활성 부위에 대한 조절 : CBP and CIITA on GAS(Interferon- γ Activated Site)-Mediated Transcription in Thyroid Cells

Background : In the previous stuides, we identified that the interferon-r activated sequence (GAS) in the 5-flanking region of rat ICAM-1 gene is major element for interferon-r-inducible expression of the gene in rat thyroid cells, FRTL-5. We here, investigated the role of transcriptional coactivators, CBP(CREB binding protein) and CⅡTA (class Ⅱ transactivator) in the modulation of the activity of GAS which could interacts with signal transducers and activators of transcription-1 and 3 (STAT1 and STAT3). Methods : The expression of CBP RNA and protein were quantitated in FRTL-5 after stimulation with interferon-r (IFN-r), thyroid stimulating hormone (TSH), forskolin and methimazole. Direct association of CBP with STAT were analyzed by immunoprecipitation. The transcriptional roles of CBP and CⅡTA in the regulation of GAS were assessed by the cotransfection with their expression vectors with reporters; 5-deletion constructs of rat ICAM-1 promoter or 8xGAS-luc constructs, into FRTL-5 thyroid cells. Results : The level of CBP RNA and protein were not changed by the treatment with TSH, IFN-r, forskolin and methimazole in FRTL-5, FRT and BRL liver cells. The CBP could be directly associated with STAT1. Furthermore, the overexpression of CBP significantly increases the both promoter activities; rat ICAM-1 gene promoter which has GAS element and 8xGAS-luc cassette constructs. However, the cotransfection of CⅡTA decreased the constitutive and CBP-mediated transactivation of rat ICAM-1 promoter and 8xGAS-luc cassette constructs. Conclusion : We identified that the two tanscriptional coactivators; CBP and CⅡTA has differential roles in the regulation of transcriptional activity of GAS drived promoter. CBP increases the GAS activity through the direct binding with STAT1, but CⅡTA inhibited the CBP-mediated transactivation of GAS activity.

≪紅樓夢≫的尤三姐形象硏究 尤三姐的故事在≪紅樓夢≫中不過是個小揷曲, 但却神氣活現地給讀者留下不可磨滅的印象. □在當時雖是少見的人物, 但却具有典型的人物形象. 尤三姐是嘲弄□且反抗豪族的奇女子. 尤三姐這樣的叛逆性格表現了新的時代要素. 尤三姐的結婚觀具有下面的意義. □的結婚觀的特徵是女性也有公開選擇配偶的權利. □把女性的結婚問題由被動的, 從屬的地位改爲主動的, 平等的, 打破了'郎要才女要貌'的觀念. □追求愛情自由和結婚自主, □可以爲愛不惜生命. 關於尤三姐的形象, 透過作品分析, 可知庚辰本≪紅樓夢≫的尤三姐是'放蕩的女人', 而程甲本≪紅樓夢≫則顯現尤三姐是'有志操的烈女'形象. 這種形象的變化雖是爲了迎合讀者的口味, 但却淡化了尤三姐的悲劇性.

大邱地域住民의 生活體育 實態分析 : 早起運動參與度를 中心으로 Focusing on participation degree of populations exercising in the morning

The purpose of this study is to get the source materials to activate mass sports of regional populations. At first, it was by sex, age, and occupations examined and analysed populations that would participate in physical activities from 5 to 8 Am at 28 pate-up mountains and 477 workplaces, schools, public facilities, and commercial facilities sontrolled by 7 district offices in Daegu. The mothod of investigation made a preliminary inquiry in advance and set in place 70 investigators in entrance of path-up mountains and sports facilities. Especially, the occupational classification was adopted from socilolgical job calssification model and every result value of analysis was dealed and compared with percentage by means of Daewoo Corona 286 PC. Accordiangly, the concrete conclusions are summarized as follows : 1) The total number of persons participating in mass sports in the morning is 18,045(men 10,850 : 59%, women 7,465 : 41%), and it is about 1% level by the rate of population and low participation rate in comparison with advanced nations. ① It is showed that the participation value in proportion to sex is 17.4% more in men's case taking 10,587 persons(58.7%) than 7,458 persons(41.3%) in women's case. ② Taking the dimensions of participation degree in proportion to age, it is taken the most value in fifties age with 5,092 persons (28%), showing in sixties, forties, thirties, twenties age in sequence. ③ Taking the dimensions of participation degree in proportion to occupation, it is taken the most value in housewife with 5,569 persons (31%), showing the unemployed, independent enterprise, technical expert, clerical work, deministrative position, student, technical work, manual labor, agriculture and forestry, and fishery in sequence. 2) Judging from the participation degree in proportion to district office, it is taken the most value in Mam-gu with 3,821 persons(21.2%) and Dalseo-gu with 3,776 persons(20.9%) and the least in Joong-gu with 1,612 persons(8.9) and Seo-gu with 1,589 persons(8.8%). It is assumed that low participation value in Joong-gu and Seo-gu should result from deficient facilities and close space of urban.

회복실 환자의 고찰

We have analyzed 1158 patients managed in PACU(Postanesthesia care unit) after completion of general anesthesia between January 1, 2005 to June 30, 2005 to obtain better guidance and management in the PACU. The results of analysis were as follows 1) Total number of PACU patients was 1694, but only 1158 patients were analyzed because 478 patients were taken regional anesthesia, 17 patients' records were incomplete and 2 patients went to ICU for close observation. 2) Age distribution was relatively even in each decades except extreme age and mean age was 34.5 years. 3) The number of patients by operation sites was 429 in lower abdomen & pelvis surgery group, 349 in extremities and 199 in head & neck surgery group and 181 in the other group each. 4) Overall PAR(Postanesthetia recovery) score was 8.8±0.7, highest in 30-39age group and in extremities surgery group, least in over 80 group and in thoracic surgery group. 5) Overall PACU staying time was 41.3±19.0min, shortest in 30-39age group and neurosurgery, longest in over 80 and in back surgery group. 6) The overall incidence of complications; 230(19.9%) was cardiovascular, 56(4.8%) was respiratory, 52(4.5%) was postoperative nausea and vomiting(PONV), 17(1.5%) was agitation and 16(1.4%) was shivering.

大氣汚染의 法規制的 動向

Firstly this Article is to examine improved administrative regulation by Agency to issue better ambient air quality standards with arranging the provisions of Korean Clean Air Act. The Clean Air Act contains so many regulatory systems like individual permit, emission charge, permissible emission standards, total emissions of all pollutants, and so on. The Clean Air Act may well be the most important of all environmental statues. Its effects include a wide range of beneficial consequences for human health and well-being. And secondly, this Study will analyse environmental cases related to damage caused to pollution of atmosphere. Such cases to be sued in Korea and Japan prove quite different basis of arguments. In Particular prohibitory injunctions remarkably decided by Japanese Supreme Court give us some suggestions.

≪紅樓夢≫의 林黛玉 硏究

爲了創造≪紅樓夢≫裡林黛玉的形象, 和賈寶玉與靑경峰(通靈寶玉), 神瑛侍者的三位一體的神話來源一樣, 作者讓林黛玉與絳珠草, 絳珠仙子同爲三位一體. 賈寶玉與林黛玉結婚的木石前盟的根據就是由此出發的. 作者對林黛玉外貌描寫透過與比干和西施的比較, 來顯露저的賢慧和聰明美麗. 作者幷借賈探春的口, 稱林黛玉爲'瀟湘妃子'. 林黛玉具代表性的<葬花吟>由兩個要素構成. 一是把花比作少女. 二是象徵邪惡的風霜. 這裡花象徵着林黛玉的品格和身世, 命運, 而風霜正是林黛玉的壓惡的對象. ≪紅樓夢≫的主軸之一是賈寶玉, 林黛玉, 薛寶釵的愛情和婚姻的故事. 這正是不論東西古今, 最打動人心的典型題材. 在這故事中, 林黛玉具有下列的意義. 第一, 林黛玉是貴族階層中, 具有啓蒙主義思想進步傾向的肯定性代表人物. 第二, 林黛玉追求愛情自主的言行與封建家族的利益相違背. 第三, 林黛玉在脫離封建禮敎的過程中, 受封建勢力的彈壓而悲慘的死之落幕. 林黛玉與賈寶玉的自由戀愛因家族的反對而不得不讓薛寶釵與賈寶玉成婚. 這是與前生因緣有關的. 而賈氏家族的沒落正顯示着封建社會的崩潰.

입력측 고조파 저감형 직류 전동기 속도 제어

This paper describes microprocessor-based speed control of a DC motor with the reduced harmonics in input AC line currents. The harmonics involved in input AC line currents of converter apparatus have generated such serious problems as burning of power condenser, misaction of protective relay and trouble of automatic voltage controller in transmission and distribution of electric power system. Accordingly, in this study, to reduce harmonics in input line currents, the input line consists of 3 phase 24 pulse converter added tap conversion auxiliary circuits. The voltage necessary for DC motor drive is adjusted by a chopper. A voltage that relates to the motor speed is measured through a tachogenerator. The analog voltage measured through a tachogenerator is converted into the digital signal by the A/D converter and the converted digital signal goes into the microprocessor. The microprocessor compares the actual speed with the desired speed and the difference is used to adjust the on-off time of the chopper. Therefore, this system can reduce harmonics in input line currents and drive the DC motor to the constant speed in spite of a variable load.
