      • Current Status of Supply Chain Quality of Manufacturing Enterprises in Zhejiang Province——an Survey Study

Caihong Liu,Wei Xiong 보안공학연구지원센터 2015 International Journal of u- and e- Service, Scienc Vol.8 No.4

To provide objective basis for the quality improvement and quality risk control in supply chain (abr. SC) for some manufacturing enterprises in Zhejiang province, China, the general quality status of SC should to be researched. To do it, through expert interviews and reading literature, questionnaire topics are designed, and the statistical approach of SPSS is used to emphatically analyze the 7 quality indexes which can provide us these critical factors of quality. Moreover, some key quality factors are presented as reference to SC quality management. But beyond that, to perceive the culture about quality of SC in these enterprises, the employees’ recognition on the quality of SC should also to be surveyed. Because China's research on supply chain quality is still in its infancy, especially in which the study on the status of quality of supply chain in manufacturing enterprise is very little, the topics design and the status analysis for the pointed survey questionnaire are relatively lack. Therefore, this research has certain reference value to this study, and to managers grasping quality management idea according to critical quality factors.

Levonorgestrel-releasing intrauterine system-based therapies for early- stage endometrial cancer: a systematic review and meta-analysis

        Hongyi Wei,Ningning Pan,Wen Zhang,Guangwu Xiong,Wenping Guo,Zhe Dong,Caihong Ma 대한부인종양학회 2023 Journal of Gynecologic Oncology Vol.34 No.2

Objective: To conduct a systematic review and meta-analysis of studies evaluating the oncological and fertility outcomes of early-stage endometrial cancer (EC) treated with the levonorgestrel-releasing intrauterine system (LIUS)-based regimens. Methods: The Meta-analyses Of Observational Studies in Epidemiology statement for meta-analyses was followed. Searches were conducted on MEDLINE, Embase, PubMed, Preprints, and the Cochrane Central Register of Controlled Trials from January 1990 to August 4, 2022. The Joanna Briggs Institute Critical Appraisal Checklist was used for quality assessment. The primary endpoint was the complete response (CR) rate and the secondary endpoints were relapse, pregnancy, and live birth rate. Results: A total of 25 studies (821 women) were included. The CR rate of LIUS-based regimens was 63.4% (95% confidence interval [CI]=52.3%–73.2%), with 29.6% (95% CI=23.3%–36.8%) of cases experiencing recurrence during follow-up. In sensitivity analyses, patients younger than 45 years of age with a body mass index <30 kg/m2 who were treated with LIUS-based regimens achieved a high CR rate of 84.6% (95% CI=80.3%–88.1%) over a median follow-up of more than 24 months. Overall pregnancy and live birth rates were 37.9% (95% CI=24.1%–53.9%) and 39.3% (95% CI=24.0%–57.0%), respectively. No statistical differences were apparent in CR or relapse rates among the LIUS+GnRH agonist, LIUS+oral progesterone, or hysteroscopic resection followed by LIUS subgroups. Conclusion: LIUS-based therapies are viable for the conservative management of early-stage endometrioid EC on CR and fertility outcome.

A Mass-Processing Simulation Framework for Resource Management in Dense 5G-IoT Scenarios

( Lusheng Wang ),( Kun Chang ),( Xiumin Wang ),( Zhen Wei ),( Qingxin Hu ),( Caihong Kai ) 한국인터넷정보학회 2018 KSII Transactions on Internet and Information Syst Vol.12 No.9

Because of the increment in network scale and test expenditure, simulators gradually become main tools for research on key problems of wireless networking, such as radio resource management (RRM) techniques. However, existing simulators are generally event-driven, causing unacceptably large simulation time owing to the tremendous number of events handled during a simulation. In this article, a mass-processing framework for RRM simulations is proposed for the scenarios with a massive amount of terminals of Internet of Things accessing 5G communication systems, which divides the time axis into RRM periods and each period into a number of mini-slots. Transmissions within the coverage of each access point are arranged into mini-slots based on the simulated RRM schemes, and mini-slots are almost fully occupied in dense scenarios. Because the sizes of matrices during this process are only decided by the fixed number of mini-slots in a period, the time expended for performance calculation is not affected by the number of terminals or packets. Therefore, by avoiding the event-driven process, the proposal can simulate dense scenarios in a quite limited time. By comparing with a classical event-driven simulator, NS2, we show the significant merits of our proposal on low time and memory costs.

Complete Mitochondrial Genome Sequences of Chinese Indigenous Sheep with Different Tail Types and an Analysis of Phylogenetic Evolution in Domestic Sheep

        Fan, Hongying,Zhao, Fuping,Zhu, Caiye,Li, Fadi,Liu, Jidong,Zhang, Li,Wei, Caihong,Du, Lixin Asian Australasian Association of Animal Productio 2016 Animal Bioscience Vol.29 No.5

China has a long history of sheep (Ovis aries [O. aries]) breeding and an abundance of sheep genetic resources. Knowledge of the complete O. aries mitogenome should facilitate the study of the evolutionary history of the species. Therefore, the complete mitogenome of O. aries was sequenced and annotated. In order to characterize the mitogenomes of 3 Chinese sheep breeds (Altay sheep [AL], Shandong large-tailed sheep [SD], and small-tailed Hulun Buir sheep [sHL]), 19 sets of primers were employed to amplify contiguous, overlapping segments of the complete mitochondrial DNA (mtDNA) sequence of each breed. The sizes of the complete mitochondrial genomes of the sHL, AL, and SD breeds were 16,617 bp, 16,613 bp, and 16,613 bp, respectively. The mitochondrial genomes were deposited in the GenBank database with accession numbers KP702285 (AL sheep), KP981378 (SD sheep), and KP981380 (sHL sheep) respectively. The organization of the 3 analyzed sheep mitochondrial genomes was similar, with each consisting of 22 tRNA genes, 2 rRNA genes (12S rRNA and 16S rRNA), 13 protein-coding genes, and 1 control region (D-loop). The NADH dehydrogenase subunit 6 (ND6) and 8 tRNA genes were encoded on the light strand, whereas the rest of the mitochondrial genes were encoded on the heavy strand. The nucleotide skewness of the coding strands of the 3 analyzed mitogenomes was biased toward A and T. We constructed a phylogenetic tree using the complete mitogenomes of each type of sheep to allow us to understand the genetic relationships between Chinese breeds of O. aries and those developed and utilized in other countries. Our findings provide important information regarding the O. aries mitogenome and the evolutionary history of O. aries inside and outside China. In addition, our results provide a foundation for further exploration of the taxonomic status of O. aries.

Candidate Genes with Ovulation by Differential Display PCR in Small Tail Han Sheep

        Liu, Shufang,Li, Hongbin,Song, Xuemei,Wang, Aihua,Wei, Caihong,Du, Lixin Asian Australasian Association of Animal Productio 2006 Animal Bioscience Vol.19 No.9

To find the candidate genes concerned with ovulation rate of sheep, Differential Display Reverse Transcription Polymerase Chain Reaction was employed to find the differently expressed cDNA controlling ovulation in the Small Tail Han sheep of polyembryony and in Tan sheep of single birth. Twenty-four primer pairs of three anchored primers and eight arbitrary primers were assembled to amplify the specialized bands from these sheep. Positive cross tests were applied to optimize the ascertainable PCR conditions in which different special bands can be identified by silver strain in one PCR tube. After eliminating the false positive PCR products by Northern hybridization, 24 differential display bands were acquired from the ovary in the Small Tail Han sheep. These EST bands were sequenced and 18 different ESTs were found in which five ESTs had several copies and 13 ESTs had only one copy. Comparing these ESTs with homologous sequences by BLAST in the GenBank, there were six ESTs with known open reading frame (ORF) and function, three ESTs with known ORF and no function, and 9 ESTs without homologous sequence. These ESTs partly represent several genes such as NOS2, tensin, TCRA, CDKN1A, ESR1 and ACTB which express especially in Small Tail Han sheep.
