        In this study, some interesting results were obtained from the questionaire, which was practiced in students present at my Physical Education class. For the purpose of betterment in Physical Education curriculum as the cultural subjects, In included two questions in the questionaire. First, what do they of physical education, that is, the student's sense of Physical Education and sports Second what kind of sports do they prefer to. The results are summarized as follows : 1. Most students perfer to recreational sports. 2. In case of collective sports, they prefer to basketball. 3. They feel keenly the necessity of physical activites for their active lives and health. 4. Therefore, they want to learn basic skills in the course of regular Physical education curriculum.

      • 삼상 양방향 교류 전압 제어기를 이용한 호이스트용 통합 드라이브 시스템에 관한 연구

        기존의 호이스트용 드라이브 시스템은 호이스팅, 주행, 횡행운전의 제어에 있어 각각 별개의 드라이브 장치를 사용하고 있어서 과다한 중량으로 에너지 손실이 많다. 또한 전원회로는 유접점 릴레이 방식으로 작업환경의 악조건으로 진동에 의한 이탈사고 등이 빈번하여 안전사고의 위험성이 있으며, 유지보수가 빈번한 문제점을 가지고 있었다. 이러한 문제점을 해결하기 위하여 본 연구에서는 호이스트용 드라이브 시스템에 있어 각 운전별 전원장치, 제어 및 드라이브, 유틸리티 전원 등을 하나의 장치로 통합하였다. 전원회로는 전력용 반도체 스위칭 소자인 다이리스터를 삼상 양방향 교류 전압제어기 회로를 적용하여 무접점 회로화하여 하나의 통합 시스템을 제공한다. An existent hoist drive system is using each different drive equipment in control of hoisting, traveling(T/L), traversing(T/S) driving, so there are much energy losses because of excessive weight. Also, power circuits are using relay contact, so working environment are frequent secession accident etc.. by shock on unfavorable condition, and there is danger of safety accident, maintenance has frequent problem and so on. To solve these problem, it is integrated each driving power supply in drive system for hoist, control and drive, utility power supply etc.. by single device in this research. The power circuit is consisted of non-contact circuit applying to bidirectional voltage controller circuit using thyristor that is power semiconductor switching device.

      • PVD 방법에 의한 TiN barrier metal 형성과 공정개발

        Ar과 N₂?가스가 혼합된 분위기에서 반응성 스퍼터링 방법에 의하여 TiN 박막을 증착하였다. N₂ 가스의 농도는 화학양론적으로 TiN이 형성되는 조건에 맞도록 조절하였으며, 기판의 온도는 실온에서 부터 700℃의 범위내로 유지하였다. (111) texture 구조를 가지면서 화학양론적으로 Ti??N??인 박막은 기판의 온도가 600℃ 이상에서 형성되었고, 기판의 온도가 600℃ 이하에서는 형성된 박막은 N-과다형이었다. XRD, XPS 및 RBS 분석 결과 TiN 박막의 조성비는 기판의 온도에서 다소 의존하였으나 약 5% 이내에 불과하였다. TiN 박막의 면저항은 기판온도의 증가에 따라 감소하였고, 기판온도가 600℃에서 증착된 TiN 박막의 면저항능 14.5Ω/□ 였고, Ar―가스 분위기에서 700℃로 30초간 열처리한 후는 8.9Ω/□ 이었다. 따라서 반응성 스퍼터링방법에 의하여 형성되는 양질의 TiN 박막은 기판온도가 600℃이상이 최적조건임을 알았다. Titanium nitride (TiN) films were prepared by reactive sputter deposition in mixed gas of Ar+N₂?. The volume percentage of N₂ in the working gas was chosen so as to grow stoichiometric TiN films and the substrate temperature during film growth was set from room temperature to 700℃. stoichiometric Ti??N?? films with (111) texture were grown at temperatures over 600℃, while films prepared at temperatures below 600℃ showed N-rich TiN. The composition x and y in the Ti??N?? films determined by XPS and RBS varied within 5% with the substrate temperature. The sheet resisstance of the TiN films decreases as the substrate temperature increased. TiN film prepared at 600℃ showed 14.5Ω/□, and it decreased to 8.9Ω/□ after the sample was annealed at 700℃, 30 sec in Ar-gas ambient by RTA. By far, high quality stoichiometric TiN films by reactive sputtering in the mixed gas ambient could be prepared at substrate temperature over 600℃.

        Influenza Virus Type A 감염 MDCK 세포에 있어서 Glutathione S-transferase의 활성 변동

        농도와 기간에 따른 바이러스 감염 및 항바이러스제인 amantadine병행 첨가 시 Maddin-Darby canine kidney (MDCK) 세포 내의 free radical 해독계 효소인 glutathione S-transferase (GST)와 lactate dehydrogenase (LDH)의 활성 변동을 상호비교 관찰하였다. 바이러스에 감염된 MDCK 세포는 감염 3일 후 1 TCID50군은 80% 이상, 10 TCID50군은 거의 대부분의 단층세포가 탈락되는 병변 효과가 나타났다. Amantadine cytotoxic dose %가 증가함에 따라 MDCK 세포 내의 GST 및 LDH 활성은 농도에 따라 유의하게 감소되었고, 감염배지 내 LDH활성은 대조군 보다 유의한 증가를 보였다. 인플루엔자 바이러스 type A접종농도와 기간에 따른 MDCK세포 내의 GST및 LDH활성은 1 및 10 TCID50감염 군에서 감염 3일 후부터 유의하게 감소되었고, 감염배지 내의 LDH활성은 10배 이상 증가되었다. 인플루엔자 바이러스 type A 100 TCID50 감염과 amantadine 병행 첨가 시 GST 및 LDH 활성은 바이러스만 감염한 군 보다 MDCK세포 내에서 대조군에 비하여 감소율이 낮았고, 감염배지 중 LDH활성 역시 증가율이 낮았다. 또한 바이러스 감염 후 amantadine 90 ㎛/ml첨가 시에 세포 내와 감염배지 중에서 가장 낮은 감소와 증가를 나타냈다. This study was performed to evaluate the activities of glutathione S-transferase (GST) and lactate dehydrogenase (LDH) in Maddin-Darby canine kidney (MDCK) cells infected with virus and/or treated with amantadine. On cell morphological findings, monolayer fractions in MDCK cells infected with virus were exfolated more than 80% in 1 TCID50 group and that in 10 TCID50 were completely exfolated after 3 days during infectious process. In proportion to the dose of amantadine, activities of GST and LDH of MDCK cells were significantly decreased and those of LDH in medium fraction were more significantly increased compared with control. According to in both dose and time of virus innoculation, activities of GST and LDH in MDCK cells were significantly decreased in 1 and 10 TCID50 infected cells after 3 days. LDH activities in infectious medium were remarkably rised at 10 fold. In case of the cell line inoculated with type A 100 TCID50 and additionally treated with amantadine, the decreasing rate to the control in activities of GST and LDH was lower than that in those in case of that infected with virus only. These results suggested that virus infection and amantadine treatment may effect the activity of the detoxicating enzyme in the target cells.

        The purpose of this study is to investigate the Acㆍ knowㆍ edgㆍ ment and participating of physical activities of college students. Subject were 230 college students in aged 18 to 20. The conclusion of this study as follows. 1. They feel keenly the necessity of physical activity because of Recreation, Social relation and promoting health. 2. They prefer the personal sports to group sports. 3. They prefer the Recreational sports to extreme sports. 4. In case of female students they feel keenly the necessity of Dancing hall.

      • 1996년도 신입생 실태조사

        The purpose of this survey was to obtain information about the status. attitudes and values KNUPE' 1996 freshmen. A questionnaire was administered to 345 KNUPE freshmen. Data was analyzed by SPSS, a computer statistical package and the results of comparing the responses to each question with respect to sex and department were presented. The conclusions obtained from the results and discussions of this study are as follows: First, freshmen could be categorized into two groups having different views towards university life and in their plans for the future. Therefore the faculty and staff should take these into consideration when they establish university policies. Second, great concern was shared by many with regards to their career and systematic help is needed to develop mature occupational identity. therefore, the student guidance center is planning to introduce a group counseling program starting in the spring of 1997. This study is limited because the survey had a low response rate. It is imperative that the faculty and staff be more cooperative in this survey to better understand the interest of all students.

        Settlement environmental problems caused by economic profit-oriented development policies of every kind have been accelerating urbanization as well as expansion of environmental pollution. Also, this development policies brought forth depopulation of rural areas as well as urban congestion. Thus development and settlement problems are inter-woven. Housing policy of Korea so far used to be following the line of quantitative supply. Yet the values of Korean people vis-a-vis housing is changing toward qualitative choice. Conclusionally, in this study, a characteristic of settlement environment is analyzed in attribute of community welfare.

        The purpose of this study is to investigate the effect of Weight-Training program in 8weeks training of Weight-Training and interval Training. Subject were 20 nontrained male College students in aged 17 to 20 The conculution of this study as follows. 1. Weight & Interval-Training group were increased more than Weight-Training group about shoulder Flexion 2.5kg and knee Extention 3.7kg. 2. Weight & Interval-Training is more effective method in Weight-Training program.
