골반내에 발생한 Proximal-type 유상피성 육종 1예

유상피성 육종은 매우 드문 악성 연조직 육종으로, 전형적인 경우들은 주로 젊은 남성의 수부, 전완부와 같은 신체의 원위부에 피하 혹은 심재성 피부 종괴로 발생하며, 조직학적 소견상 적은 비정형성을 나타내는 유상피성 세포와 방추형 세포의 증식에 의한 다발성 결절 형태의 배열을 보인다. 최근에 전형적인 유상피성 육종과 조직학적 유사성을 가지나 더 공격적인 형태인 proximal-type 유상피성 육종이 보고되었으며, proximal-type은 전형적인 유상피성 육종에 비하여 현저한 유상피성 세포의 발현과 매우 심한 비정형성을 나타내며, 세포가 매우 크고, 소포성 핵과 뚜렷한 핵소체를 보이며, 자주 rhabdoid 세포의 양상을 띈다. 임상적으로는 전형적인 형태에 비하여 호발 연령이 조금 늦고, 주로 체간부에, 특히 골반, 회음부, 생식기 등과 같은 심부에 발생하고, 더욱 공격적인 양상을 나타낸다. 저자들은 13세 소녀에서 원발부위를 알 수 없는, 골반내에 발생한 proximal-type 유상피성 육종 1예를 경험하여, 문헌 고찰과 함께 보고하는 바이다. Epithelioid sarcoma is a rare malignant soft-tissue sarcoma with an unknown histiogenesis, typically presenting as a subcutaneous or deep dermal mass lesion in the distal portions of the extremities of young adults. Recently, a more aggressive, so-called 'proximal-type' epithelioid sarcoma has been reported. In contrast to conventional epithelioid sarcoma, the proximal type is characterized by a predominantly large cell epithelioid cytomorphology, marked cytologic atypia, and frequent occurrence of rhabdoid features in most patients. Proximal-type epithelioid sarcoma has a predilection for appearing in the genitalia, especially the vulva, penis, pelvis and buttocks. Also this lesion appears to be somewhat more aggressive or at least metastasizes earlier than the conventional epithelioid sarcoma. We report a 13-year-old girl who presented with a buge mass filling the pelvic cavity which was painful, hard and fixed on palpation, and was radiologically diagnosed as a malignant germ cell tumors on the CT scan. The mass was surgically excised and pathologically proved to be an proximal-type epithelioid sarcoma of unknown origin.

高眞空下에서 브롬화벤질류와 이소퀴놀린과의 親核性 置換反應에 관한 速度論的 硏究

전기전도도법에 의해 아세토니트릴 용매내에서 브롬화벤질류(p-CH₃, p-H, p-NO₂)와 isoquinoline과의 반응을 고진공하에서 온도(15, 20, 25℃)변화에 따라 속도론적으로 연구하였다. 이때 반응속도상수는 온도가 증가함에 따라 증가하였으며, 또한 기질에 전자 주게 치환체(p-CH₃)가 치환된 경우 증가하였다. 이들 반응속도상수로 부터 활성화에너지(Ea), 활성화엔탈피(???), 활성화엔트로피(???), 활성화자유에너지(???) 및 Hammett 반응상수 ρ를 구하였으며, 이러한 속도론적 연구로 부터 전반적인 반응메카니즘은 dissociative ??? 반응으로 진행됨을 알 수 있었다. Rate of reactions of p-substituted benzyl bromides(p-CH₃, p-H, p-NO₂) with isoquinoline have been measured by conductivity method in acetonitrile, which was determined under vapor pressure of the solution obtained by using high vacuum apparatus, by kinetic studies at several temperatures. The rate constants are increased as a function of temperatures and are further increased by introducing the electron donating substituents in substrates. The activation energies (Ea), activation parameters(???,???,???)and Hammett ρ values are calculated from the rate constants and, generally, the results of these studies show a greater degree of bond breaking than bond formation in the transition state.

본 논문은 세계화 및 지식기반사회로의 이행이라는 사회 환경의 변화에 대응할 수 있는 경제시민성 교육에 있어 새로운 방향성을 모색함으로써, 궁극적으로 사회과 경제교육의 현장 적용성을 높일 수 있는 교육방법 탐색을 위한 기초 연구로서 수행되었다. 본 논문에서는 우리사회가 겪고 있는 패러다임의 변화를 이해하고 수용하기 위해서는 다중적이고 다차원적인 관점에서의 세계경제시민성의 함양이 중요하다고 보고, 다중적이고 다차원적인 시민성의 특징을 경제교육적 관점에서 재구성해 보았다. 또한 본 논문에서는 다중적이고 다차원적인 경제시민성의 관점에서 새로운 생산자, 소비자, 기업가, 공직자 상을 제시하고, 이에 대응할 수 있는 경제시민성교육의 방향을 제시하였으며, 그 교육실천의 한 사례로서 이주노동자 문제를 들어 그 교육방안을 구체화하였다. The purpose of this paper is to argue that the cultivation of world economic citizenship is crucial to understand and to utilize the social conditions of the globalized and knowledge-based society. Particularly, the multiple and multidimentional economic citizenship education should be noted to solve many problems relevant to the globalized and knowledge-based society. The implications of this study on economic education are the followings. 1. We need citizenship education which can improve multiple and multidimensional citizenship. 2. New citizenship focuses on the humanized education in the world economic citizenship education. 3. Citizenship education should be taken up as the education which can improve negotiation skills through conversation and compromise. 4. We need the education about digital literacy which can connect the world capitalism to the digital democracy. 5. We need to establish strategic and cooperative relations with firms, governments, and NGOs.

This article was motivated by a desire to show that the new problem solving model for economic education is very useful. In particular, the secondary economic lessons should involve students in decision-making activities through the context of economic issues. From this angles, this study synthesized and arranges the new problem solving model for economic education, especially inquires its adoption and implementation for developing economic decision making ability. The results thus obtained are summarized as follows. (1) The new problem solving model may be thought of as learning and teaching menthol inquiring into a practical application of academic knowledge about a series of issues-oriented problems. (2) The six stages of the new problem solving model for economic education are : ① identify and sympathize the issues or problem ② inquire causes and identify personal or broad social goals that apply to the problem ③ identify alternative solutions and predict results to the problem ④ select and implement the final alternative solution ⑤ evaluate and feedback after the fact to the final alternative solution ⑥ cultivate participatory citizenship (3) The concrete strategies to improve the new problem solving model for economic education include the revision of a manual for student guidance, a variety of learning and teaching activities, using the community as a learning resource, and so on. And after the new problem solving model for economic education has been initially adopted, it is still necessary to give continued attention to the flexible adaptation of the model.

정보경제학을 활용한 사회과 경제교육 방안

My purpose is to present a lesson of content and methodology which shows the role of information as an input for decision making with less than perfect information. The main contents are summarized as follows. First, this paper accepts theoretical assistance from information economics using decision making under uncertainly. As a hypothesis, information economics shows that the essence of problem is not non-information but asymmetric information and it can be concertized as the problem of adverse selection and moral hazard. Secondly, this paper introduces a procedure for a lesson with the study of student's consumption behavior. This lesson is designed to confront students with a realistic situation and work from a model of Netusil and Haupert's experiment which has been successfully used at Reed College and the University of Wisconsin. Thirdly, this paper arranges some implication for economic lesson in social studies from information economics and emphasizes the importance of cooperative competition with mutual information to solve the problem of inefficiency and unfairness of decision making due to asymmetric information.
