      • 대학도서관 이용자 교육의 특성화에 관한 연구 : 인하대학교 정석학술정보관을 중심으로

        본 연구는 최근 대학도서관 이용자 교육의 특성화와 인하대학교 정석학술정보관의 특성화된 이용자 교육인 IT(Information Technoloy) 교육에 대해서 조사하였다. 도서관의 일반적인 정보 이용 교육과 구분되는IT 교육의 현황,방법,개선점 등을 분석하여 대학도서관 이용자 교육의 특성화에 대해 알아보고,그 변화 가능성을 살펴보았다.

      • 壓軸荷重을 받고 있는 주름판의 最適形狀決定

        In this study, a Optimum design equation of general corrugated plates(Vee type plate and Trough type plate) according to the inclined-angle(θ) of plates and aspect ratio(m) is derived to attain the Optimum values of those plates under axial compression. The merit function is to minimize the weight of plates, and the failure constraints are assumed that the applied stress not excesses Euler buckling stress,. local buckling stress, and yielding stress. As a consequence, the conclusions are followed as; 1. The Optimum angles θ of Vee type plate and Trough type plate are 45°, 30° (for m=1), respectively. 2. For the same weight of Vee and Trough type plate, the Trough type plate is more optimum than Vee type plate, then the angle(θ) and aspect ratio(m) of its. are θ=40°, m=0.2, respectively.

        The purpose of this study was investigate implications of physical education curriculum's development from inspecting the reality and criteria of physical education curriculum in the secondary school. The conclusions of this study were as follows: First, physical education teacher executed physical education curriculum comparatively without regard to the national physical education curriculum. Second, factors considered in the development of the national physical education curriculum was the need of physical education teacher, the reality of facilities, and the need of students. Especially, the need of physical education teacher was mostly considered. Therefore, the actual place and reality of physical education was concidered in the development of the national physical education curriculum.

      • 백색부후균 전처리에 의한 목재 칩의 Biopulping

        Pulping process is to mainly obtain lignocellulosic fibers for papermaking from wood resources. Three types of pulping method have been basically employed, such as chemical pulping, mechanical pulping, and their combination methods. Biopulping technique has been mainly applied in mechanical pulping by pretreatment of white-rot fungi into the ultrastructure of wood cell wall. The main purpose of biopulping is to improve the pulp qualities, paper properties, and to reduce the energy costs and environmental impact, compared to traditional pulping systems. Nowadays, biopulping is frequently tried in chemical pulping operation for environmental concept, fiber modification, improvement of physical properties of paper and economic savings. The pretreatment of white-rot fungi prior to chemical pulping could affect the swelling and softening of wood cell walls by the behaviors of modification and depolymerization of ligin compounds. This study was carried out to investigate the effectiveness of biological treatment to wood chips by white-rot fungus and its structural change of lignocellulosic fiber via kraft pulping. A rotary bioreactor was applied for pretreatment of biological action. The treatment of white-rot fungus was shown in weight loss of chips. After bio-kraft pulping, kappa number and total yield of pulps were measured, and reduced. Freeness(CSF) values were also decreased. Whereas brightness values were increased, compared to untreated control. The physical strength of handsheets was shown a slight increase in tensile, tear, burst, and folding endurance, with bio-treatments.

      • 성인 음낭수종의 치료로서 Window Operation의 효용성

        We intended to determine the usefulness of window operation for adult hydrocele repair. We reviewed medical records of 132 patients from January 1995 to June 1998 with primary hydrocele and evaluated complications and recurrence rates of eversion and/or excision, plication, and internal drainage technique. Recurrence rate was highest in internal drainage technique as 85.2%, and those of eversion and/or excision and plication technique were 1.3% and 4%, respectively. Complication rate was highest in eversion and/or excision technique, and lowest in internal drainage technique. Although complication rate was lowest in window operation, this operation could not be successful due to high recurrence, and we suggest that this operation should be abandoned for hydrocele repair.

      • 高效率 시리콘 太陽電池의 硏究 : Ti/p-Si, MIS Inversion and Heterojunction Type Solar Cells Fabricated by Bacuum Evaporation and Spray Pyrolysis Methods

        1. Ti/p-Si Solar cell Fabricated by Vacuum Evaporation Titanium thin film was deposited on the chemically etched (100) surface of silicon single crystal by the vacuum evaporation. The interfacial oxide was grown by ramp heating. The Ti/p-Si solar cells have shown good rectification properties with the 0.78 V built-in potential and the 20 ㎂/㎠ reverse saturation current density in dark. The best cell have 0.58 V open circuit voltage, 38.0 ㎃/㎠ short circuit photocurrent density 0.64 fill factor and 13.9 % energy conversion efficiency under 100 ㎽/㎠ tungsten halogen lamp irradiation. Therefore, this solar cell is a very promising one, but the life testing is not performed yet in out laboratory. 2. Al/p-Si Solar Cell with Fine Grid and Inversion Layer The fabrication procedure and properties of MIS inversion solar cells forming a fine grating pattern of aluminium evaporated onto p-type silicon single crystal are discribed. The finest grating line width achieved in these cells described here were about 30 ㎛, and the smallest spacings were about 120 ㎛. The proper temperature for oxide growing of these cells was found to be about 450℃ for 20 minutes with oxygen flow. Under 100 ㎽/㎠ of irradiation of sunlight and using the antireflective coating of tnataliumsilicafilm spun on these cells, the short circuit photocurrent density, open circuit voltage and energy conversion efficiency were 28.0 ㎃/㎠, 0.545 V and 11 % respectively. 3. Heterojunction Type Solar Cell In_2O_3: Sn and SnO_2 films were deposited on the (100) surface of silicon single crystal by the spray pyrolysis method. The properties of these cells have good rectification with open circuit voltage, the short circuit photocurrent density, fill factor and energy conversion efficiency of 0.52V, 39.3㎃/㎠, 0.63 and 12.9 %, for In_2O_3: Sn/n-Si heterojunction solar cell and of 0.45V, 35.5 ㎃/㎠, 10.2%, for SnO_2/n-Si cell, respectively.

      • 포스파젠 분리막을 이용한 금속이온의 분리

        Poly〔bis(trifluoromethoxyethoxyethoxyethoxy)phosphazene〕was casted by dip coating method into membranes supported on porous polypropylene mesh filter sheet for metal separation testing. A solution of Cr^3+, Co^2+, Mn^2+ nitrates was used in diffusion experiments which conducted from 25 to 60℃. Membrane of poly〔bis(trifluoromethoxyethoxyethoxy-ethoxy)phosphazene〕was found to separate Cr ion from Mn and Co ions with separation factors of 2.0 at 60℃. Diffusion activation energy were calculated from diffusion coefficients.

      • Cr-Cu/p-Si MIS型 太陽電池의 製作 및 特性

        Cr-Cu/p-Si MIS solar cells haveing about 1-㎠ area have been fabricated by sequential vacuum evaporation of Cr and Cu metals on the (111) surface of p-type Si single crystal with a thin interfacial layer of SiO_2. The spectral response measurements and the effects of the oxide layer thickness between Cr and Si-substrate were investigated. Also, The antireflection coating improves signifficantly the conversion effieciency of Cr-Cu/p-Si MIS solar cells. Under AM1 illumination of solar simulator, the parameters of the best cell obtained are open-circuit voltage V_oc=0.5V, short-circuit current I_sc=26㎃, fill factor FF=0.67 and conversion efficiency η=8.7%.
