The article provides information on type specimens of 150 taxa of vascular plants from Korea, kept in the Herbarium of the Komarov Botanical Institute of the Russian Academy of Sciences. For all specimens, type category is indicated. Lectotypes for the names of Clematis brachyura Maxim., C. spectabilis Palib., Corydalis wilfordii Regel, Poa viridula Palib., Polygonum marretii H. L$\acute{e}$v., P. sagittatum L. var. hallaisanense H. L$\acute{e}$v., P. taquetii H. L$\acute{e}$v. and P. thunbergii Sieb. et Zucc. var. coreana H. L$\acute{e}$v. were designated. Type specimens examined in this article belong to the taxa described by Russian botanists V.L. Komarov, K.J. Maximovicz and I.V. Palibin, French botanist A.A.H. L$\acute{e}$veill$\acute{e}$ (some with co-author E. Vaniot) and others.

Byolseo(Retreating Villa) Landscape Gardens built by the Sarim(Neo-Confucian Literati) in the middle Chosun era(16~17c) were constructed under the syntactic principles of Sung Confucianism. Especially those ones led by the Youngnam Teogye-School have some differences from those of other regions in the design language of the garden. But the previous studies on Byolseo Landscape Gardens cannot explain the microscopic characteristics, especially the periodic and regional differences. So this study is focused on the unique characteristics of Teogye-School moralists' landscape gardens. We investigated the typological characteristics of gardens including Teogye Lee's Dosanseodang and other 13 gardens of his followers in terms of design languages(patterns of location, spatial compositions and compositional elements of garden, architectural characteristics, techniques of landscape presentation). As a result of this study, it is confirmed that Teogye-School's gardens were built for their mental training and pursuing personal completion as well. But they have some authentic features different from the other region's in the garden compositions, elements, and the methods of presentation of design intentions by means of symbolized and personalized space of moral philosophy'.

In this study, a Optimum design equation of general corrugated plates(Vee type plate and Trough type plate) according to the inclined-angle(θ) of plates and aspect ratio(m) is derived to attain the Optimum values of those plates under axial compression. The merit function is to minimize the weight of plates, and the failure constraints are assumed that the applied stress not excesses Euler buckling stress,. local buckling stress, and yielding stress. As a consequence, the conclusions are followed as; 1. The Optimum angles θ of Vee type plate and Trough type plate are 45°, 30° (for m=1), respectively. 2. For the same weight of Vee and Trough type plate, the Trough type plate is more optimum than Vee type plate, then the angle(θ) and aspect ratio(m) of its. are θ=40°, m=0.2, respectively.

There was no difference between the designer and the user of gardens in Choson Dynasty. And the gardens were cultivated by the scholars in the time, called 'Sunbi(士)'. The studies of gardens of Choson Dynasty have, these days, been concentrated on just physical parts and existing data on them. So, there is a lack of understanding the background of garden constructions and their designers. This study focuses on the designers of the gardens. In addition, since most of designers were the scholars, we are also concerned with their culture. The areas for case study are Yun Seun-do's Buyongdong garden, Yang San-bo's Soseawon, Song Si-yeul's Namganjungsa, and Jung Yag-yong's Dasanchodang. These four gardens are representatives of the villa gardens of Chosen Dynasty that reflect Sunbi culture. We studied how Sunbis' lives were reflected on every corners of the gardens. The result of the study is to show how harmoniously spaces and physical parts in each gardens match with four categories of spritual values(a view of nature, a moral sense, scholastic pursuit, and a life of leisure) that constitute the cores of Sunbi culture.
Campylobacter 장염에 대한 역학적 연구 - 1 . 사람 , 동물 , 식품 및 강물에 있어서 Campylobacter jejuni 의 분포와 분리주의 혈청형

To investigate the epidemiological trait of gastroenteritis of human caused by C. jejuni isolation of etiological agent was carried out. Isolated C. jejuni were biotyped and serotyped. A total of 1929 specimens from 438 human, 182 milking cows, 200 cattle, 187 goats, 70 dogs, 426 pigs, 278 chickens, 148 duck, 50 raw milk, 110 chicken meat, 20 duck liver and 50 river water was examined for the presence of C. jejuni, and C. coli by direct plating and enrichment techniques. Isolation rates detected in human, animals food and water were as follows : human 0.796, ducks 54.7%, dogs 37.196, chickens 33.7%, goats 26.7%, cattle 25.5%, pigs 19.9% and milking cows 7.7%. The organism was isolated from 65% of 20 duck livers and from 2096 of 110 chicken west. Campylobacter was not recovered from raw river water. The majority of the isolated 201 strains of C. jejuni was classified as biotype I (53.7%) and biotype II (36.896). 117 strains of C. coli were 59.896 of biotype I , 40.1% biotype II. Isolated C. jejuni stranis showed 13 different serotype, and serotype 4, 5, 26 end 36 were most frequent. C. coli strains howed 7 different serotype, and serotype 21, 25 and 29 were relatively commom.
